A strange day - Part 1
I woke up this morning with a strange sensation.
I'll be not a day like others days, for sure !
First off, I went to the garden, for felt the sweet sunshine on my skin.
I smelt the subtle smell of the roses not far from me.
I closed my eyes only a second, just for appreciate the sing of birds, while a heavy noise broked me my self-peace.
I left my peace in the garden and go towards the noise area.
"What is that?! Either I'm mad or dream, but it can't be real!" I thought.
A old naked man with a big outdated hat stayed in the middle of a big whole, like a crater of the moon.
He had a long white beard, as long as his body. At least, it covers some parts of his body I didn't want to see.
He seemed genuily suprised to be here, as much as me.
_Sorry...Where am-I? Who are-you? he said.
His accent looked like a cheesy old accent.
"Now, I'm sure : It is definitely a dream!" I thought with a head nod. "I just back away and shrug it off".
At this moment, a massive breeze moved his beard.
"Ok..It is not a dream... but a nightmare...."

Le problème avec les États-Unis
Il y a beaucoup de problèmes aux États-Unis. Le plus gros problème est la division entre des gens. Aux États-Unis, les gens combattent à propos de tout ! Il y a une grosse division entre les gens qui sont démocrates et les gens qui sont républicains. Parce que de cette division, des gens ne sont pas d'accord du tout ! Ils ne peuvent pas être d'accord de ce quoi ont passé. Ils regardent des informations différentes. Aux États-Unis, nous devons travailler à fermer cette division.

Haltung von Tieren in Zoos
Jedes Jahr besuchen viele Menschen verschiedene Tiere in Zoos. Obwohl sich Zoos in den meisten Städten großer Beliebtheit erfreuen, wird über die Haltung von Tieren kontrovers diskutiert. Auf der einen Seite führen Befürworter das Argument an, dass diese Maßnahme den Schutz der vom Aussterben bedrohten Tiere fördert. Diese Tiere werden häufiger gejagt, denn sie lassen aufgrund ihrer geringen Anzahl teurer verkaufen. Außerdem wird darauf hingewiesen, dass sich viele Menschen nach dem Besuch eines Zoos für Tierschutz und Umwelt engagieren. Als Beispiel lässt sich anführen, dass im Gegensatz zu Kinderbüchern sich ein realer Kontakt mit Tieren effizienter auf das Verhalten des Kindes gegenüber Tieren auswirkt. Zoos dienen zudem der positiven Entwicklung des Tourismus einer Stadt. Auf der anderen Seite wird die Haltung von Tieren kritisch betrachtet. Kritiker führen das Argument an, dass diese Vorgehensweise die soziale Isolation einiger Tierarten nach sich zieht, was wiederum zu Verhaltensstörungen und Rastlosigkeit der Tiere führen kann. Zu den Verhaltensstörungen gehören zum Beispiel Stereotypien und Selbstverstümmelung. Kritiker weisen außerdem auf die Alternativen hin. Sie sind der Meinung, dass es für das nachhaltige Engagement der Menschen Dokumentationen und virtuelle Erlebnisse gebe, welche die Erfahrung in einem Zoo simulieren könnten.
Zu einem komplexen Thema einen eindeutigen Standpunkt zu beziehen, finde ich schwierig. Beide Sichtweisen sind nachvollziehbar und haben starke Argumente für sich. Allerdings vertrete ich die Meinung, dass Tiere nicht in Zoos gehalten werden sollten. Zoos können zwar zum Engagement vieler Menschen für Tierschutz beitragen und einige Tierarten vom Aussterben schützen, sie wirken sich jedoch negativ auf die psychische Gesundheit der Tiere aus.

Meine Eindrücke von der türkischen Küche
Wegen ihrer lange Geschichte ist die türkische Küche eine der reichsten der Welt. Ich entdeckte schon mehrere neue Gerichte und möchte sie heute mitteilen.
Das erste Gericht heißt Menemen. Dieses beliebte Frühstück besteht aus Eier und Tomaten und ist sehr traditionell. Damit fängt sich jeder mein Tag hier an.
Einer der bekanntesten türkischen Streetfoods ist Simit, ein ringformes Gebäck mit Sesam. Ich fand es lecker, doch die Qualität unterscheidet sich von Verkäufer zu Verkaüfer.
Natürlich sollte man das stambulische Fischbrötchen namens Balik Ekmek nicht vergessen. Die besten davon findet man auf Uferstraßen, wo sie frisch gefangen sofort gebackt werden. Bisher ist es wahrscheinlich mein Favorit, da es gleichzeitig gesund und super lecker ist.
Was Getränke betrifft, probierte ich vorgestern Salep aus, eine heiße Mischung aus Milch, Zimt und Zucker. Es wurde mir stark von einem Freund empfohlen, doch meinem Geschmack nach ist es übertrieben süß.

Erstmals
Hallo liebe Leute,
Ich bin Kai, und für die letze drei Jahre habe ich in Deutschland gewohnt. Ich habe ein Masters hier gemacht, und ich würde gerne im Deutschland bleiben. Ich fühle, dass ich Deutsch okay verstanden kann, aber ich wollte ein besser Spracher werden. Ich bin in ein Verein, und ich bin so glücklich, dass ich Deutsche-Freundinnen habe. Deswegen würde ich gerne mehr auf Deutsch sprechen, und ich hoffe, nachtes jahr (2026) werde ich nur auf Deutsch gesprochen haben.
Meine Hauptepunkte sind Tonalität, Wortschatz und Satzstruktur. Ich würde gerne mit mehr Auswahl sprechen/schreiben. So, wenn du Ideen für mich hast, bin ich sehr Dankbar.

Rus gençler
Haftada beş gün işe metroyla gidiyorum. Ve her seferinde günümüz gençlerine bakınca şaşırıyorum. Renkli ve her zaman değil temiz saçlar, çok gürültülü gülme, anlaşılmaz giysiler. Ve daha pek çok bilmediğiniz kelimeleri var, yani argo var. Hepsi telefonlarında oturuyor, kulaklarında kulaklık var. Ben henüz yaşlı değilim, ama artık çok modern değilim galiba. Ellerimde her zaman bir kitap var, telefon değil. Ve gençlerin dış görünüşleri bazen beni dehşete düşürüyor. Aramızda bir uçurum hissediyorum. Tüm ülkelerde gençleri anlamak zor mu acaba?

El caballero andante
En los capítulos VI y VII, la quema de los libros y la preparación de Don Quijote para su segunda salida muestran una tensión entre la razón colectiva y la pasión individual. El fuego es un símbolo del control aunque las cenizas quedan testigos de la futilidad del empeño. La locura de Don Quixote es una lucidez reencarnada, una resistencia contra la moral y el miedo del juicio de los demás.
Ser él mismo en un mar de caras sin rostros es el verdadero delito para nuestro caballero andante. Perdido en la sinrazón, Don Quixote es nadie y todo a la vez. En su ensueño, el caballero respalda un papel de transcendencia; en la realidad, el hombre sin armadura es un mero testigo de la enfermedad de caballeresca. La quema de sus libros representa un alma plagada por lo efímero, un reconocimiento que exige. Así, el humo de la hoguera es una súplica no correspondida a dejarle vivir el único superviviente de un crimen sin nombre.
Como contrapuesto de la trama, los ridiculous son la cura y el barbero cuando piensan que se pueden detenerle al hombre desamparado por el amor de su propia imagen. Su pasado, presente y futuro se encuentra en los libros. No existe valor a leerlos sino releer lo que se queda en el olvido. Por lo tanto, el esparcimiento del conocimiento que nunca ha sido revelado es semejante a enterrar un hijo no nacido. La visión de Don Quixote mantiene viva en un cuerpo de literatura que late, pulsa y recorre las venas de la pasión individual.
Al fin y al cabo, la censura de aquellos con la boca cosida es un acto inútil, inescapable e inconsciente. La sinrazón le amordaza el protagonista para que no pueda respirar el oxígeno que le faltaba. Y en su respiro encontramos el sostén de la fábula: el hombre vestida con la prenda de locura es, en actualidad, lo más desnuda que todos aquellos que se aferran a su atuendo de virtud. Bajo la mirada de una sociedad afligida por la moral, la sensatez es negar a ingerir el humo de los vendedores de mentiras.

Second Exchange part 1
Dear Takeshi,
It’s been raining every day lately—how have you been?
Were you able to make peace with your uncle?
I’m cheering for your dream, Takeshi. I truly believe that one day you’ll become a manga artist.
But I also understand your uncle’s feelings. I remember him once saying that Usagiya is a precious shop to him, and that he wants to keep passing down its traditional sweets and the smiles of its customers without interruption.
Deep down, I think he still hopes you’ll take over the shop someday, and that’s why he gets emotional—he just can’t let go of that hope.
I may have said too much. I’m sorry. You already know all this, and that’s exactly why you’re struggling—caught between your own dream and your family’s expectations.
But please don’t feel guilty for chasing your dream.
Your dream is truly wonderful.
Your manga has the power to bring happiness to people, just like the sweets from Usagiya.
As for me, I’m finally starting to get used to work bit by bit.
Everyone at my first workplace is kind.
The person teaching me is Ms. Iizuka—a tall woman with sharp eyes, about ten years older than me.
She’s incredibly capable, and doesn’t lose out to the men. Some people jokingly call her “the office queen.”
Especially the younger men—they’re genuinely afraid of her.
“Kyoko-chan, it must be tough,” “Poor you,” they say to me all the time.
But Ms. Iizuka is serious, responsible, and intelligent.
Even if her words are strict, I can tell she’s quietly looking out for me.
Everyone just misunderstands her.
Oh, by the way—did you open the package I enclosed?
It’s like magic, isn’t it? I was surprised when I found it too.
Just as you said, in that little town, you probably wouldn’t have found that manga no matter how many bookstores you searched.
I found it at a secondhand bookstore right near my workplace.
I knew right away it was the same book that used to sit on your shelf.
Though its condition doesn’t quite match the one you had—you took such good care of yours.
I wanted to surprise you, so I sent it without saying anything beforehand.
It’s a shame I won’t get to see your face when you pick it up.
It’s already cherry season, isn’t it?
Remember when we had a cherry pit spitting contest in the garden, in the gentle rain?
Every year, I’d get a basketful of cherries from my relatives’ farm, and it became my early summer tradition to bring half to your house.
And then, as always, I’d be invited in and treated to Usagiya’s sweets.
Just thinking about it makes me crave Usagiya’s bean daifuku.

Il piacere nella semplicità
Il termine "bouquet garni" (letteralmente "mazzo guarnito") designa in francese un misto di erbe (spesso con cipolla e aglio) che si aggiunge a diversi piatti, soprattutto i ragù. Recentemente, il droghiere m'aveva raccomendato un bouquet garni speciale per pesce. L'ho assaggiato oggi con triglia, un pesce mediterraneo tipico. Il sapore un po' citrico del bouquet garni si abbinava perfettamente con il carne delicato del pesce. Un vero piacere! In cucina, le cose più deliziose non sono sempre le più complesse. Questo arte della raffinatezza nella semplicità è proprio una delle cose che mi piacciono moltissimo nella cucina italiana.

Why do we love dumplings?
Dumplings are a type of dish where a filling is wrapped inside pieces of cooked dough.
They are basically dough envelopes with a filling inside.
Fillings can be anything from meat and fish, to vegetables or tofu.
The dough is usually based on a starchy grain like wheat, rice, corn or potato.
In fact, the English word dumpling comes from a 17th century adjective, dump, meaning dough-like.
The really amazing thing about dumplings is that they're found all over the world.
Over the centuries, different countries and regions have experimented with flavors and fillings to create something unique.
Wherever in the world you are, there's probably a special kind of dumpling for you.
The origins of dumplings are a mystery.
Historians think the dish is very old, but no one knows for sure when or where the first dumpling was cooked.
One theory puts the birthplace of the dumpling along the Silk Road, linking China with Central Asia and Turkey.
In China, they are crescent-shaped and filled with pork and cabbage.
In Nepal, they are called momos and are fried with buffalo meat.
Chinese Muslims use beef or mutton to make dumplings.

Is there anything that you would like to eat right now?
I'd like to eat a light sweet like fruit jelly, because I've just had a heavy ramen as lunch. The other day, I checked my vascular age and it's not good, so I need to take healthy foods like vegetables or fruits. I definitely prefer fruits but They have been getting more expensive lately.
