Good Day
Yesterday I did exercise with a jumping rope that I bought a few months ago.
The day passed fast but I felt glad, not because of doing lots of things but rather that I'm learning to enjoy more my life.
Last week I watched a video that explained why setting goals isn't the best idea when you're unsure about which is the best path to choose in your life, career e.t.c.
instead set constrains that can guide you better in complex decision-making situations.

Story of Ratnag Part 24
Rishu came back to his house.
The next day in the morning, he went to his school.
When he entered the school, everybody started bullying him by calling him a "ghost". Rishu felt uncomfortable in school.
Then a girl came to him and said,
"Don’t mind their words, they are bad students , you know that."
After hearing the girl’s words, a boy named Raghu got angry and said,
"What did you say? We are bad children? Okay, I will show you what bad student do."
With an angry expression, he came near to that girl and tried to give him a kick. But suddenly, Raghu's leg was stopped in the air because Rishu caught it with his hand.
Rishu also gave a powerful kick to Raghu’s chest. Raghu was not ready for this, so he got injured.

Einsamkeit.
Ich habe ein Freund der immer sagt, dass er sich Einsamkeit fühlt, Obwohl es so viele Freunde um ihn herum gibt.
Also jeden Tag versuche ich ihn zu erklären, dass wir Aktivitäten miteinander machen können. aber er immer wieder meine Vorschläge ablehne.
und dann sagt dass er lieber allein bleibt. das ist wirklich merkwürdig, dass man Einsamkeit fühlt und keine Soziale Aktivitäten zu tun würde.
Ich denke dass, er entweder kein Bock mehr rauszugehen hat oder es ihm todlangweilig geht. in beiden Fällen muss ich ja neben ihn vielleicht bleiben.

Regras que deve seguir
Por que você acha que as regras que deve seguir são boas ou ruins?
Eu acho que em nossa sociedade, tem muitas regras que devemos seguir porque são boas por a gente. Regras como ajudar pessoas mais velho, ouvir sua mãe ou pai, ou da mais que você toma. Essas regras existe para melhorar nossas comunidades e as vidas redonda de nós. Acho que elas são boas porque nos ensinam sobre vida.
Claramente, tem regras que são ruins também. Essas otras regras são ensinadas por razões ruins, como intolerância ou egocentrismo. Por isso, é importante para achar nas regras que você segue.

Alcuni pensieri riguardo alla democrazia
Non so esattamente a cosa sembra una "pura" democrazia, perché secondo me, è rarissima. Forse esiste in Islanda... Ma la maggior parte delle democrazie sono oligarchie con un sistema più o meno rappresentativo, ciò che è un po' diverso... Dico "più o meno" perché questo sistema rappresentativo difende gli interessi della classe dirigente più spesso degli interessi della nazione o del popolo in generale.
Ma comunque si può trovare vantaggi e svantaggi, che sono stati descritti nell'opera maggiore di Alexis de Tocqueville, "La democrazia in America". Un enorme vantaggio della democrazia è naturalmente che riflette direttamente la volontà della maggior parte della popolazione. Questo assicura la stabilità, perché in teoria, il governo è solo la cinghia di trasmissione, il puro strumento di quello che la maggioranza vuole. Inoltre, la democrazie evita la concentrazione del potere tra le mani di un solo uomo, e così facendo, evita la tirannia. In altre parole: il principio della separazione dei poteri è facilitato dai mecanismi democratici.
Secondo me, questo grande vantaggio è anche la sua più grande debolezza: una vera democrazia non è forte. Senza uomo forte, l'apparato statale, e anche le istituzioni particolare, possono essere fagocitate da consorterie e diversi gruppi di influenza (soprattutto quelli collegati al mondo economico) che tradiscono la nazione per difendere interessi particolari. A quel tempo, la democrazia si trasforma in un'oligarchia. È un problema che la Francia ha sempre avuto con la propria grande borghesia, sfortunatamente...
Penso che l'altro svantaggio della democrazia sia le visioni a breve termine. I progetti si fanno e le idee se pensano riguardo alle perspettive elettorali. È un maggior problema per occuparsi di problemi che richiedono una visione a lungo termine, come per esempio la reindustrializzazione o la trasformazione delle nostre economie per affrontare le crisi ecologiche. Tuttavia, un monarca o un dittatore a vita ha tutto il tempo necessario per pensare e mettere in cantiere progetti che si estendono su diversi decenni.
Per di più, le visioni in democrazia sono spesso tinte di ideologia. De Tocqueville l'ha spiegato bene: persone che cercano di vendere promesse che non si possono mantenere, è una cosa consustanziale a una democrazia. Ma comunque, promesse stravaganti si possono fare sotto tutti i regimi politici.

Meine Reise in Europa: Folge 6
Die Fähre ist am Morgen in Griechenland angekommen. Wir sind in Patras, im Peloponnes gelandet. In dem Hafen haben wir anderen Franzosen getroffen, einschließlich einen der einen Pass Interrail wie ich. Also haben wir zusammen mit dem Zug nach Athen gefahren. Die Reise war lang und es war heiß, aber die Landschaften zwischen den Bergen und dem Meer war atemberaubend. Jedoch hatten wir nicht mehr Wasser, und es gab keinen Wasserhahn in dem Zug. Wenn wir sind in Athen angekommen, hat die Situation sich nicht verbessert, weil es fast keinen Trinkbrunnen gab, und es waren 41 Grad! Glücklicherweise war die Jugendherberge nicht zu weit weg, und wir haben unsere Flaschen füllen gekonnt. Nach einer kleinen Pause sind wir uns für die Abendessen getroffen. Wir haben ein Restaurant mit Blick auf die Akropolis gefunden und ich habe einen sehr gute Souflaki gegessen. Es war ein toller Abend.

If the plane I'm on has an entertainment system, I usually play games or watch movies on it. However, the size of screen is generally small, so I can't see it for long time because of tired eyes. I think sleeping might be the best way to spend too much time.

Kyoto
Dopodomani andrò a Kyoto e, dopo circa dieci anni, incontrerò una donna slovena che vive lì. Lei, incredibilmente, dice di non amare l’Italia. Sembra che durante la guerra sia accaduto qualcosa. Penso che sia una cosa molto triste. Però quest’anno, quando è tornata temporaneamente in Slovenia con suo marito giapponese, è andata a Venezia con lui.

How fast the time is, before beginning, I want to thank everyone for helping. I become better gradually. Actually, I decided to change my post style as I will put some new words here. Ao zoológico
No fim de semana, a minha mãe visitou e nós fomos ao zoológico. De manhã eu acordei cedo, então eu poderia limpar. Para café da manhã, eu fiz torrado e bebi café. Quando ela chegou, nós dirigiu para ao zoológico.
Há nós vimos chitas, leões e suricatos mas não podemos ver o tigres e eles não haviam onças-pintadas. Eu tirei muito fotos, e a gente aumentou os pássaros. Eles eram muito coloridos.
Eu vesti uma camiseta e shorts porque o tempo estava bom. De manhã estava nublado, mas da tarde ficou muito ensolarado.
Ao fim do dia, eu comprei uma pequena chita e um ímã de geladeira na loja de presentes.
Ao dirigir para casa, a gente parou para tomar café; eu peguei um café de baunilha.
Próximo vez, eu quero ir um zoológico diferente então eu posso ver o onças-pintadas e leopardos da neve.

B2 „Die Vorteile und Nachteile von Homeoffice“.
Während der Covid-Epidimie haben eine Unmenge an Menschen gezwungenermaßen angefangen, zu Hause zu arbeiten. Was erstens scheinte wie eine Qual, erwies sich für manche Leute extrem produktiv zu sein. Daher haben etliche Unternehmen nach dem Lockdown die Möglichkeit für ihre Angestellter umgesetzt, teilweise oder sogar vollkomen zu Hause zu arbeiten. Heute möchte ich alle Seiten von Homeoffice untersuchen und eine Schlussfolgerung ziehen.
Einerseits ist es sehr zeit- und geldsparend, weil man weder die Zeit für den Arbeitweg noch das Geld fürs Essen draußen verschwenden muss. Außerdem verbringt man mehr Zeit mit der Familie und erhält die Möglichkeit, Arbeitpausen besser zu erfühlen. Alle diese Vorteile können auf lange Sicht die Produkivität steigern.
Andererseits ist es einfacher, im Homeofice sich abzulenken. Für manche unvorbereitete Arbeitnehmer kann es sich schädlich auswirken und die Effizienz der Arbeit abnehmen. Darüber hinaus sind für viele Menschen soziale Kontake einer der wichtigsten Teilen ihrer Job und sie sind nicht dafür bereit, diese Beziungen zu verlieren.
Zum Schluss ist Homeoffice ein zweischneidiges Schwert. Während die einen können damit eine Menge an Geld und Zeit sparen und produktiver sein, werden die anderen sich einfacher ablenken oder sogar ihren Freunde verlieren. Es kommt auf den Menschen an, ob er die Möglichkeiten von Homeoffice auf die richtige Weise benutzen kann.

Three Tablets, One Distracted Owner 私と3つのタブレット
I own three tablets. One is for exercise, another for gaming, and the last one is for reading and watching movies. Dividing their purposes has turned out to be a great idea because it makes using them much more comfortable. Since I love multitasking, I can play a game while exercising, or even watch a movie while gaming. I admit I’m not great at focusing on just one thing. Another advantage is charging. Since I often have downtime when I’m not using a tablet, it’s easy to keep them charged, so I almost never find one of my tablets dead when I want to use it.
But I once made a huge mistake with a tablet. I accidentally dropped it into the bathtub while taking a bath. After that, it refused to charge and basically became completely useless. So, technically, I have bought four tablets, not just three. When I learned that fixing it would cost about the same as buying a new one, I let it rest in eternal peace in my closet. Since then, I’ve stopped using tablets in the bath. It is a bit of a shame to give up that little luxury, but knowing I’m prone to making the same mistakes, changing my habits is simply the safer option.

Heidelbeere
Im Sommer, und besonders am Vatertag, pflückt meine Familie ganz gerne Heidelbeeren. Diesen Sommer haben wir an einem Tag etwa 17 Pfund Heidelbeeren gesammelt, und haben wir sie alle in weniger als eine Woche gegessen. Dann sind meine Freundin und ich das nächste Wochenende zurück zum Bauernhof gegangen, um wieder zu pflücken, und haben zusätzlich zu Erdbeeren und Hinbeeren noch mehrere Pfund Heidelbeeren gesammelt. Diese Beeren sind anders als die europäische Blaubeeren, obwohl sie auf Englisch auch "Blueberries" genannt werden. Es gibt eigentlich zwei Sorten Heidelbeere auf diesem Bauernhof, aber den Unterschied kenne ich nicht genau. Sie sind jedenfalls viel größer als die sogenannte "wild blueberries," die oft in Dosen gefunden werden können, und ich glaube europäische Blaubeeren sind auch ein Bisschen kleiner. In den USA heißen europäische Blaubeere "bilberries," und obwohl ich sie leider noch nie gegessen habe, habe ich Blaubeersaft ("bilberry juice") mit meiner Freundin probiert. Es war ziemlich lecker, aber das Geschmack war ganz anders als das von die Heidelbeeren, die ich als Amerikaner kenne.
Mit diese Beeren backen wir oft gern Kuchen usw, aber dieser Text wird schon ziemlich lang, also werde ich es jetzt beenden, ohne auf den zweiten Teil deiner Frage einzugehen.

Venerdì 22 agosto
Finalmente sta arrivando il weekend. L'ultimo mese è stato un'avventura piena di preoccupazioni, in cui sono stata spaventata per il futuro e allo stesso tempo sono cresciuta come persona.
Ho esaurito tutte le energie preoccupandomi e stressandomi, quindi adesso sono solo grata che sia finito.
Sono stata ammessa al progetto, quindi ho ancora un lavoro. Spero di essere in grado di portare a termine la mole di lavoro.
Ovviamente, il progetto è diverso da quello precedente, ma spero di riuscire ad abituarmi presto.
