La légende de Moll Dyer
La légende la plus connue du sud du Maryland est l'histoire de Moll Dyer. Moll était une femme âgée qui vivait à la périphérie de la ville coloniale de Leonardtown et était considérée comme une herboriste. À la suite d'une épidémie de grippe, d'une mauvaise récolte, d'un hiver particulièrement rigoureux pendant le procès des sorcières de Maryland (1654 - 1712), la population a cru que Moll était une sorcière qui avait maudit la communauté. Une foule s'est rassemblée, mis le feu à la cabane de Moll, et la poursuit dans les bois. Sachant qu'elle mourrait de froid avant le lever du soleil, Moll a trouvé un petit rocher, y a posé sa main droite, a levé sa main gauche vers la lune et a maudit les habitants de Leonardtown. La rocher est depuis devenu une attraction touristique.

What's your biggest regret?
I saw a video called 'I asked ages 1/100 theirs biggest regrets'.
It beggins with our influencer asking to a one year old baby what is his biggest regret, obviously he didn't answered anything to him. The video continues and our protagonist's age too. We went to ten years old protagonist and he says that his biggest regret is doesn't talk to his mother along a day. As we move forward in protagonists ages, their regrets are more inquiring. A thirty six years old person confesses he was a drug dealer and he sold drugs to kids out of their colleges. Another one confesses he was a rapist and he payed a lot years on prision for that reason.

Preis des Flugtickets
Heute sind Flugtickets am billigsten Preis aller Zeiten. Man kann von Amsterdam nach London fliegen für den gleichen Preis wie eine Langstrecke-Zugreise. Ein kleines Detail ist, dass leider es vielen Gebühren gibt für alle Dingen, die man in einer Flugreise erwartet, wie zum Beispiel die Gepäck, Snacks und so weiter. Würde höhere Preise die Einkäufer profitieren? Ich bin der Meinung, dass höher Ticketpreise wird vielen profitieren. Erstens man könnt eine fixe Gebühr, die gegen der Umweltschaden kämpfen. Diese wird auch motivieren, die die nur eine kurze Strecke fliegen, um der Zug anstatt das Flugzeug benutzen. Zweitens, in den letzen Jahren wurde die Unterschied des Preis der Unterschiedlichen Flugfirmen grösser. Darum kann man ein Ticket von und nach der gleichen zwei Orten sehr anders kosten. Tatsächlich ist die Fluggeschäft nicht sehr profitabel und die Firmen müssen die Erfahrung der Kunden opfern, um mehr Umsatz zu haben. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass ein höheren Preis des Ticket mehr Leuten um der Zug zu benutzen überzeugen würde und dass die Erfahrung des Kunden besser würde.

What languages do I speak
As some of you may know, I´m a native Spanish speaker, so I currently speak Spanish and English, (My English is at an intermediate level, but I´m trying my best to improve my skills in this language). In ten years, I see myself speaking Mandarin as well, since it´s one of the most useful languages to speak if you want to apply for a job in Asia, which is one of my goals.

Ein Urlaub
Übermorgen werde ich früh am morgen abreisen. Nach fast zehn Stunden unterwegs werde ich nach Paris ankommen. Um wegen des Flugs keine Zeit zu verlieren, habe ich vor, auf meinem E-Reader Bücher zu lesen. Wenn ich gelangweilt wäre, kann ich manche Filme auf meinen Tablet ansehen, die ich im Voraus heruntergeladen habe. Vor dem Flug möchte genug Schlaf bekommen, um bei der Ankunft nicht wie ein Zombie auszusehen.
Während meines Urlaubs möchte ich so viel wie möglich Zeit draußen verbringen. Allerdings plane ich auch, einige Museen und Galerien
zu besuchen. Meine Lieblingskunstrichtung heißt Impressionismus.
Wenn ich keine Kraft mehr hätte, mich zu bewegen, würde ich entweder lesen oder auf Deutsch mit jemandem sprechen. Vielleicht werden es nur kleine Gespräche, die 20 Minuten dauern. Allerdings soll es ausreichnen, um meine mündliche Fähigkeiten nicht einrosten zu lassen.
Ich vermute, dass ich keine Zeit dafür haben werde, hier etwas zu hochladen.

Buying an E-Reader
A few months ago, I decided to acquire an e-reader. When it comes to spending money, I always try to avoid irrational purchases. Hence, if the sum is substantial, I usually wait at least a week before making any decisions.
After 10 days of thoughtful consideration and meticulous comparison of accessible models, I bought the selected device. As a huge admirer of analog books, I wanted my e-reader to resemble a paper book as much as possible. I am pretty satisfied with the result.
There is a myriad of factors that have inclined me to this purchase. Firstly, the convenience. One can download thousands of books and access them wherever one wants. It internet, there is an array of books available for free, no matter the rarity, language, or author. Sometimes it is not feasible to find the sought book offline, especially if it was written in other language.
Money, of course, was also an exceedingly important aspect. In the long term, in case one is an active reader, buying an e-reader is more than a prudent decision.
Another decisive factor was the ease of looking up new words while reading in a foreign language. It take less than a second to access any reliable dictionary and not only to see the definition of an unknown word, but also to hear the native speaker's pronunciation. All these features do not require internet connection, by the way.
The main and, so far, the only drawback is that the e-reader is not as tangible as a real book. Nevertheless, after a few reading sessions one gets used to it. I, like many other people, preferred analog books over digital ones. However, for me, the pros have outweighed the cons.

El Desafío
Hablo inglés pero realmente no me gusta tanto como el español. El inglés tiene demasiadas reglas y muchas excepciones que no tienen sentido. Por ejemplo, los pares de letras "ir," "er" y "ur" se pronuncian exactamente de la misma manera pero como "pájaro" significa "bird," es incorrecto escribir "berd" o "burd." Además, siento que hablar inglés solamente donde vivo es un poco restrictivo y significa un fracaso de los sistemas educativos y sociales. En diez años, espero poder pensar en español y hablarlo sin dificultades. Creo que es posible, pero no sé. Bueno, ¡seguiré intentando!

My comfort place
My life always has been terribly chaotic; in my everyday life, I struggle a lot with schoolwork, house chores, sibling quarrels, socializing with people and friends (I am very bad at communicating with people), time management, and academic pressure, all of which increase the pressure exerted upon my head. Therefore, after a long, energy-drained day, the only thing I long for is a quiet moment to help me reflect and focus on myself and my well-being.
At the present, the only place that keep me relaxed is my bedroom—my mental sanctuary, my personal space in which I can completely clear away all the depressing thoughts of reality and gain hope for my future. Even though my space is sometimes messy with strewn books on the floors and tables, it still creates an inviting atmosphere that welcomes me warmly. My cozy little bed beside the window offers me the kind of soothing comfort that I will never get from other people. In this room, I find solace in reading great mystery books, listening to my favorite music, sketching some semi-realistic pictures, watching movies, or simply just scrolling through academic aesthetic photos on Pinterest. In my private space, I find it relaxing and enjoying myself doing my favorite activities.

Oggi sarà una bella giornata
Comminciato oggi sveglarsi a ora sei e subito andrato a correre. E poi, allenato le miei flash card di italiano e guardato un video con sottotitoli in italiano. Poco dopo, ho mangiato avena con burro di arachidi e banana per colazione, e poi lasciato per lavoro.
Il lavoro sta andando bene per ora, nonostante il fatto attualmente sto perdendo tempo a scrivere questo.
Stasera, ho intenzione cucinare la mia cena. Ho del manzo e dei funghi da utillizare. Dopo aver cenato la cena, giocherò a pickleball con i miei amici del lavoro. Probabilmente giocheremo anche ai videogiochi, tra cui "Super Smash Brothers".

Results of Research Efforts
The production process management includes raw material handling, incubation, downstream processing, formulation, and packaging, the company operates from a pilot plant with a production capacity of 100 kg of protein per day. "Fermotein is supplied in a dried powder form, which provides a significant supply chain advantage compared to other mycoprotein products that are typically supplied in a wet (frozen) form," Roxanne Snijders, brand manager at Protein Production Technology International, shared with Protein Production Technology International magazine in January.
She added: "Fermotein also extends the sensory shelf life by reducing the toughness of baked goods and protein bars. The Fibers in our formulation have excellent water retention capacity, helping to maintain moisture and freshness in the final products."
The Protein Brewery conducted a comparative sensory analysis between Fermotein and other protein powders. "In terms of sensory attributes, Fermotein scored very highly compared to pea and soy protein. Our product does not compromise performance, making it suitable for a wide range of applications and broadly accepted by consumers," according to Snijders.
