"Hello again, again here to share my little routine with you, Tuti. You are my best friend and I hold you in great consideration and pleasure. Yesterday, I didn't work on my journalist app, but let's go, I need to improve my skills, especially my writing. I did my thing on Monday, for example, I rested a lot. I listened to my English and Japanese playlists, and so on. To summarize today, I just studied English and Japanese, and I rested in my room, in my bed.
Hello, now it's time to say what I did today. I woke up around 8:30 am, and when I woke up, Deise's children were here at my house. These kids love me so much. In the morning, I went to the supermarket with the children, where I bought passion fruit and condensed milk. After that, I returned home, had dinner, hung out with them, and played video games. 効果的な勉強法
今日見た動画のテーマは、「会話力を伸ばしたいなら、必ずやるべきこと」だった。
投稿者はわざとアメリカのスタンフォード大学のオンラインレッスンに参加して、「勉強することを勉強する」と言うテーマのレッスンを受けた。そしてそのレッスンをもとに、言語学習における効果的な勉強方法についてシェアしていた。
投稿者が動画の中で重要だと言われていたのは、「学んだ知識を身につける方法」と「復習の重要性」の2つだった。私も、この動画から多くの知識を得て、自分の勉強方法が進めるいいアドバイスになったと感じた。
みんなもこんな経験があるのではないだろうか。
試験のために何度もノートや教材を復習して、読んでいるときは、全て理解できた気になるのに、実際の試験では、答えが思い出せないことがよくある。この現象は「familiarity trap」(なじみの罠)というものだ。
一見すると勉強したと思っていても、実際には知識は本当に定着しているわけではなく、ただ情報を見て「知っている」状態に落ちている。このような左腕に落ちないために、重要なのが「アクティブリコール」という理論だ。アクティブリコールとは学んだ事をただ復習するのではなく、自分の言葉で説明したり、頭の中で思い出しながら理解を深めたりする事を目指す。人間の脳はただ情報をインプットし続けるだけでは飽きてしまう。だからこそ、何度も記憶の奥から思い出し、その過程を繰り返すことで、知識が本当に自分のものとなり早く使えるようになる。
つまり、ただノートを取るだけでは効果的な学習とは言えない。もしくは時々時間を無駄になる。例えば、授業を受けている時、ノートを取ったのに自分を使えないだからあぁ勉強の後にすぐノートをまとめるのではなく、少し時間をあけてから自分の理解だけで内容を書いてみる。その間教材を見なくて、書いて、そして、間違った部分や忘れた部分をチェックする。このプロセスを通じて、知識が本当に身につけるかどうかが確認できる。
そして、「理解=記憶に残る」わけではないということも重要だ。人間の記憶には、「ワーキングメモリー(短期記憶)」と「長期記憶」に分けている。短期記憶にためている情報は、時間が経つと自然になくなってしまう。だから、理解しただけで知識が自分のものとは言えない。定期的に復讐し、実際に使うことで、知識を長期記憶に貯めることが大切になる。一定の期間ごとに復習を繰り返すと、思い出すスピードがどんどん速くなり、最後にはほとんど意識せずに使いこなせるようになる。
これが私が今日の動画から学んだことだ。

Tatuaggi
Sì, ho molti tatuaggi. Il mio tatuaggio primo è le parole "I Am" ("sono" in l'italiano). Mi sono fatto il tatuaggio nove anni fa a Amsterdam. Mi sono fatto il mio tatuaggio secondo un mese più tardi a Barcelona. È l'immagine di una piastrella disegnata dal architetto Antoni Gaudi. Ho un altro tatuaggio che è una citazione dal mio cortometraggio favorito. Il mio tatuaggio favorito è l'immagine di un due di spade da un mazzo di carte siciliane. Io e miei cugini ci sono fatti questo tatuaggio per onorare nostra nonna dopo la sua morte. Recentemente mi sono fatto un tatuaggio di una rana. Spero di averne un altro presto.

Jane Eyre - Charlotte Brönte
Ho appena finito di leggere « Jane Eyre » di Charlotte Brönte. Mi è piacuto moltissimo quindi vi racconterò di che parla.
È la storia di Jane, una ragazza che non ha genitori e chi vive con la sua zia e le sue cugine. Loro non la trattano bene, sono cattive con lei. Un giorno, un dottore di visita in casa si rende conto della sua situazione e propone a la sua zia di inviarla in pensione, la zia accetta e Jane ci va.
È cresciuta ed educata lì, le professoresse gli insegnano tutto e poi diventa professoressa. Gli anni passano e si annoia, vuole cambiare vita quindi decide di pubblicare un annuncio per essere un’insegnante oppure una servente personale.
È contratta da un uomo che desidera che lei diventi l’insegnante della sua figlia. Lei accetta e poi la storia si sviluppa e la relazione tra il uomo (il proprietario della casa dove lavora) e Jane diventa intima, ma questo uomo guarda alcuni segreti.
Quello che mi è piaciuto è soprattutto il carattere della protagonista. Jane è una donna che tiene personalità e carattere, non si lascia mai fare, si esprime molto bene, è matura e ha un buon cuore. È una donna fortissima ed indipendente. La scrittura, Charlotte Brönte, a traverso questo libro critica e denuncia la pressione esercitata sulle donne in quella epoca e il fatto che le donne devono sposarsi con qualsiasi uomo, che non devono esprimersi, che devono essere buone serventi e lasciarsi trattare male.

Expresiones con "Ver"
Ayer escuché un podcast sobre las expresiones que usan el verbo “Ver”. Voy a intentar escribir un diálogo sencillo con las expresiones: ver para creer, dejarse ver, no tener nada que ver, no ver el día en que, ver la luz. Gracias por decirme si las estoy usando correctamente.
Carmen: Hola Pedro! ¿Qué haces aquí? Hace dos meses que no te dejas ver en la oficina. Siempre estás viajando por tu trabajo. ¿Has venido para ver a la nueva jefa?
Pedro: Hola Carmen. No tiene nada que ver con la nueva jefa. Tuve que venir para una reunión con recursos humanos. No veo el día en que me vaya de vacaciones, pero me han rechazado mi pedido de baja.
Carmen: No es posible. Nunca suelen rechazar pedidos de baja. Has debido hacer algo muy malo…
Pedro: ¡Por supuesto que no! Creo que quieren que ayude al equipo de ventas con su enorme proyecto de marketing. Se dice que tienen mucho retraso.
Carmen: ¡Sabes que este proyecto nunca verá la luz! Cada año es la misma historia; todos hablan del nuevo proyecto de marketing pero siempre hay problemas y tienen que cancelarlo.
Pedro: Ya he ayudado con el proyecto este año. Estoy seguro de que el proyecto va a salir bien este año.
Carmen: No lo creo, pero ver para creer.

El plan de hoy
Hoy fui al hospital para una junta con el director de nuestra programa de residencia. Después llegue a casa y actualmente estoy estudiando por un rato. A las once necesito ir a otra junta y dar una presentación sobre un caso complejo que tuvimos en el hospital hace tres meses. Estoy un poco nervioso, pero va a estar bien. Por la noche necesito llamar mis amigos para planear una viaje a Arizona. Es un día muy ocupado.

Més décisions
Aprés avoir échouer hier, je me decide de changer quelques choses. C'est text sera là pour me toujours rappeler de mes décisions pris aujourd'hui. Primo, priorisér mes buts au ce moment là je n'arrivait pas vraiment à ameliorer à ce qui concerne mes buts parce que j'esserai être le meilleur à l'université, travailler autant que possible pour de l'argent et aussi me focaliser sur mes buts personells hors de l'université. Je sais que c'est possible de faire tout le trois mais pas pour moi ou plutôt pas sans que je me sens à l'aise et si je me sens pas à l'aise je arriverai à rien. Je ne dit pas de laisser tomber mes études mais au lieu de faire tout pour que j'arrive au top je me concentre de justement réussir l'examen c'est tous que je dois faire pour obtenir mon diplome, et comme juste 10 pourcent de ce que j'apprend là m'aidera à arriver aux mes fins je trouve que c'est la bonne décision. Donc je donne tous ce que j'ai sur la voie pour atteindre mes buts tandis aussi passer à l'université. Secondo, lire plus des livres la majorité de ce qu'il me faut se trouve dans la litterature, mais ma paresse m'arrête de lire beaucoup plus je passe trop de mon temps sur l'internet faut que je deviens quelqu'un qui apprecié la litterature autant qu'il aprrécie l'internet, pour y arriver je veux commencer avec lire un livre avant dormir. Terzo et finalement, je veux apprendre de tenir ma parole si je dis je fais. Je veux être quelqu'un qui on peut prendre sur le mot, être capable de faire confiance à moi même. C'est tout j'ai intêret à tenir parole.

Houve muito português na minha vida hoje. Esta manhã falei com Ana de Portugal durante uma hora. Esta tarde falei com Luísa do Brazil durante quarenta minutos. Entre aquilas conversas, li varias páginas de O Alquimista. Para além de praticar a conversação em português, lavei as roupas, almocei, fiz uma sesta e jantei fora. Antes de se deitar, vi um episódio de NCIS no Netflix e escrevi este parágrafo. E agora boa noite.

"Sì. Di fatto, la mia domanda è semplice: perché? Voglio dire, perché tutto questo? La creazione? Perché esistiamo?"
"Non dovresti spremerti le meningi con queste domande. Esisti! Non ti basta?"
"Ma si potrebbe chiedere perché c'è qualcosa e non il nulla?"
"Perché mi sentavo solo, cosa sennò! All'inizio, certo, ero con la mia onniscienza, la mia onnipotenza, e mi sentavo onniannoioato... perciò ho voluto decorare un po', aggiungere della vita, dei colori, per distrarmi..."
Rimasi sconcertato.
"Cosa ti aspettavi, ragazzo? Un atto di amore disinteressato? L'ammetto, vi ho creato per motivi totalmente egoisti. La votra vita è solo un instrumento per rendere la mia più piacevole. Ho cercato di spiegare, perché non vi sentite troppo male... Con gli animali, gli angeli, era facile. Ma con voi, gli uomini! Sono fate di testa propria. Il primo ha mangiato il frutto proibido e ha accusato la moglie!"
"Non l'ha mangiato Eva?"
"Dove ha sentito questo?"
"Letto, di fatto. Nella Biblia..!"
"Ah! I libri religiosi... Dimenticali! Tutti... Collezioni di mezze verità e cose che ha detto quando ero sbronzo. Sai, sono vecchio. A volte gli anziani non sanno mai ciò che dicono. Esisto da... Dall'eternità. E l'eternità è lunga..."
"Soprattutto alla fine" risposi, ormai scioccato e pieno dello stesso cinismo che questo tizio mi stava mostrando.
All'improvviso, l'Eterno sembrò triste."Vedo che sei deluso. Non sei il primo... Vedi, ho fatto come molti padri. Ho fatto bambini per motivi sbagliati. Poi li ho trascurato. Non ho fatto tutto come avrei dovuto, e mi dispiace, perché nonostante tutto... Li ho ardentemente desiderato, e sono felice che esistano..."
Alla fine, forse c'è speranza da avere nel Padre!
Continuò: "Mi esforzo di rispettare la loro libertà: non voglio essere come un padre elicottero, come dite voi. Ma comunque voglio aiutare, quanto più possibile. Quando non si sentono bene, non si sento bene neanch'io... perché li amo, sebbene siano a volte stupidi come sassi... Ma dopotutto, le vostre mancanze come figli sono il mio fallimento come padre, no?" Mi guardò fiero: "È bella questa frase, eh? L'ho trovato io!"
"C'è quase la stessa in 'Gladiator', di Ridley Scott..."
"Ah? Forse... Ho certenamente inspirato Ridley!"
Con megliori sentimenti, mi alzai e solo dissi: "Grazie per la risposta."
"Mi perdoni?" chiese con un po' di apprensione.
Sorrisi: "Bene, secondo il Suo figlio, cioè, secondo Lei, la misericordia è una virtù..."
"Ah, il mio figlio... è un'altra lunga storia, per un'altra volta! Ti riaccompagno!"
Non ebbi il tempo di pronunciare una sola parola. L'Altissimo schioccò le dita ed ero già tornato a casa...

Mercoledì 2 aprile
Questa settimana è più difficile di quanto pensassi. Non solo ora ci metto più tempo per svolgere le mansioni, dopo la formazione della scorsa settimana, ma la mia gatta è molto malata.
Adesso è dal veterinario e non credo che ne riceverò buone notizie. Deve fare un'ecografia affinché i veterinari scoprano cosa non va.
Ho iniziato a leggere un libro di crescita personale e spero che il prossimo capitolo mi aiuti ad accettare alcune cose che non posso controllare.
Il libro va letto un breve capitolo al giorno, e devo prestare maggiore attenzione al mio approccio alle cose in generale.
Ogni cosa che facciamo e ogni decisione che prendiamo ha conseguenze diverse, ma dipende da noi quale conseguenza scegliamo.
Insomma, ogni azione ha delle conseguenze, però siamo noi che dobbiamo scegliere con quali vogliamo convivere.

Our Trip to New York Part 4 (120)
This is a continuation of my last entry.
On the way back to the hotel after seeing the Statue of Liberty, we had lunch at a cafe called "greek from greece."
We had a salad bowl with eight kinds of vegetables.
There were a lot of vegetables in the showcase in the cafe.
We didn't know how to order, but the shop staff explained that we could make our own salad bowl.
We chose eight kinds of vegetables and dressing, he mixed them up and served us in two bowls.
He asked us "Which dressing would you like?", but non of them weren't familiar for us.
We asked him "What would you recommend?"
He said "Ummm, maybe lemon dressing" wondering a little while, and then mixed them up.
It was very good. I loved it.

Talking about my country
Well , to start , i want to say you that i am from Spain , for my one of the best countries on the world , in special , i am from Almería , which is located on the south of Spain .
I can say many good things about my country .
First of all , the gastronomy.
It´s true that we have one of the best gastronomy on all the world , we are the best country on this sector , and is not only for the dishes , also is for our chefs .
We have a huge list of big chef that they have been winner a huge fama on abroad .But get back to the dishes , we have another huge list of them , for example : Paella , gazpacho o calamares fritos .
But , we aren´t knew about our meals . Our culture is very popular on aborad , like for instance the flamenco , the most tipical dance in my country , or our Easter week in the Andalusie community , located on the south of Spain .
We are richers in culture , we have are huge variaty of anciest monument as ejemple : La Alhambra , o Gaudi ´s building .
On the other hand , our language is very popular outside of our frontere , however , is one of the most hard languages to learn , since , we have a difficult gramma , but with this , i don´t want to say yo that you never are going to learn my language , with effort and dedicate you will be able to speak it .
To finish , i invite you to visit my country , i don´t want to level your expectation , but Spain is the best place to spend your holidays both your friends and your family , as we have all kind of places for made any plan , if you want to go to party , you can go to Ibiza , Mallorca o Marbella . If you want to do sightseeing , you can visit our several monuments like for example , the Alhambra , the golden tower or one of many castles . On the other hand , if you want to do a sport trip , you can do the Santiago road´s or relatives .
I hope that you liked this small introduction about my country . I could spend hours talking about my born place , Thank you so much for help me ,I feel so gratiful for this moment that you dedicated on my .

Atualizando minha resenha
Há pouco tempo eu fiz uma resenha do um livro "Coddling of the American Mind". Não consigo me lembra tudo o que escrevi, mas na época eu discordava dele. Agora, mudei de ideia. Acho que o livro está correto na essência, que muitos jovens são dogmáticos. Sei isso porque já fui um deles kkkkk
Ter convicções é importante, mas acho que é importante ouvir opinões diferentes. Pode analisar suas opinões contra outras e adaptá-las com base em novas informações. Infelizmente, vejo muitos apelos à emoção sem análise de materiais, o que criar um ambiente muito hostil.

Liebes Tagebuch
Heute bin ich früh aufgestanden. Ich habe Deutsch gelernt. Ich habe einen neuen Thema gelernt. Es war 'Adjectivendungen'. Zum Glück habe ich mit mir Youtube zu helfen. Der Kanal heißt 'yourgermanteacher' auf Englisch und ich habe es geschaut. Der Mann ist einen wunderbaren Lehrer. Nächste habe ich mein Frühstück gekocht. Es war lecker. Mein Vater ist beim Arzt gegangen. Er hat mit meiner Mutter and mir nicht gegessen, aber er hat mit ihm sein Frühstück genommen. Er ist um Viertel nach neun Uhr vom Haus abgegangen und um halb zwei Uhr nach Haus angekommen. Er war zum Arzt für einigen Stunden. Er ist bei Fuß gegangen.

In der heutigen Zeit ist es auffällig, dass man wegen des Bequemheit das Leben der Stadt auswählen kann, Natürlich gibt es sowohl Vorteil dafür auch Nachteile dagegen.
Ein Argument ist dafür, dass man eine bessere Lebenbedingungen entwickeln kann, indem man seine Traum erfüllen, eine anderen Vorteile ist , dass man Zahlreiche Einrichtungung nehmen, wie Verkehrmittel, Geschäfte Einkaufszentrum , Resturants usw, Ein Argument ist dagegen, dass das Leben der Stadt sehr teuer und schnelles ist, zum Beispiel sind das Wohnungmieten nicht nur hoch als Beschränkung des Wohnung ist auch eine große Herausforderung, eine Studie zeicht, dass Kriminilität , Diebstähle, und Belästigungen sind sehr erschöpht,
Ich bin der Meinung, dass man seine eigine Entscheidung hat, ob stadt für mich wertvoll ist oder das Leben des Lands ist gemutlich ist, weil ohne entscheidung treffen, es ist nicht normal, in einem Stadt leben ist sehr Hoch,
Zusammenfässend lässt sich sagen, dass ich ein Stadt Mensch bin, weil ich mich in Architektur, Altraktionen, und Grunflächen und perks interrestent.
