Sweet Potatoes' Life
I was born and raised in a small village and people in my village do farmwork to make a living, so I know how to plant sweet potatoes.
In the early spring, people choose the best sweet potatoes to cultivate sweet potato sprouts. They dig a square shallow pit and place the best sweet potatoes in the pit evenly. Under the sweet potatoes is organic fertilizer. Then they cover the pit with a piece of plastic film and wait for the sweet potatoes to sprout.
When the sprouts are well-grown, they cut them off the sweet potatoes and transplant them into the fields that are well-prepared. The following steps are field management, such as fertilizing and weeding.
A very important step is to turn over the sweet potato vines regularly in summer. In this period, the vines grow rapidly and it's very easy for them to take roots and affect the tuber growth.
The harvest season for sweet potatoes where I live is usually at the end of September or the beginning of October. Before harvesting the sweet potatoes, people need to cut off the sweet potato vines first, then plow the sweet potatoes out of the fields.
After people harvest the sweet potatoes, they have the following ways to deal with them: sell them, store them, make starch from them, and eat them. Of course, they will choose the high-quality sweet potatoes as the "mother" sweet potatoes for the next year.

The Thing I Do Insistently
I'm now at my late 20s. Looking back at my short life, I haven't achived much. By no means am I to complain my sore life here. What I want to tell you, is during even the hardest times, I never thought about giving up one certain thing — reading. The power of reading is exponential. All the wisdoms from our ancestors ever exist in the world has now lied down on the sheets of paper, and all you need to do is pick up the book. Nevertheless, I'm not utilitarian in reading. I read because I enjoy it, not for learning some specific knowledge. When I read, my mind collides with the author's; our spirits communicating despite age and(or?) place. Lao Zi died thousands of years ago, yet his philosophy is still alive today, and can be appreciated by every admirer. What else has more beauty than that? Go to read, my friend. For in doing so can you truly be free.

Neue Fähigkeiten und Selbstvertrauen: Ein persönlicher Weg
Ich denke, dass es sehr wichtig ist, das Selbstvertrauen zu entwickeln. Ohne Selbstvertrauen wäre es schwierig, weil neue Fähigkeiten zu erlernen. Wenn du dich selbst liebst, kannst du einige Fähigkeiten wie Programmierern, Sprachenlernen oder Sport erlerne. Ein gutes Beispiel aus meinem Leben ist, dass ich auch Norwegisch lerne, als ich meinen Ex-Freund verließ. Als ich ihn verließ, hatte ich mehr Zeit für die persönliche Entwicklung. Zum Beispiel habe ich ein NLP-Projekt für meine Texte auf Französisch, Deutsch und Spanisch zu analysieren. In diesen NLP-Projekten programmiere ich in Python und Jupyter Notebook. Dadurch habe ich gelernt, dass ich positiver auf Spanisch als Französisch und Deutsch. Nach Analyse wollte ich mehr positive Texte auf Deutsch schreiben. Am Ende kann ich sagen, dass ich mehr Selbstvertrauen habe, als ich meine toxische Beziehung verließ. Ohne toxische Beziehungen hat man mehr Selbstständigkeit und Selbstvertrauen. Niemand kann gemeine Kommentare über mich abgeben.

Sollten Kinder Handys erst ab 14 Jahren benutzen dürfen?
Mittlerweile haben fast sämtliche Schüler Handys. Nicht selten bekommt man ein Handy sogar vor dem Schulalter. Viele Eltern denken, dass ihre Kinder damit sicherer sind. Jedoch andere behaupten, dass da etliche neue Gefahren auf ihre Kinder warten und es notwendig ist, Handynutzung einzuschränken. Ich möchte heute die Hauptargumente der beiden Seiten untersuchen und meine eigene Meinung zum Thema äußern.
Die Befürworter sind der Meinung, dass ein Kind mit dem Handy sicherer draußen ist, weil die Eltern ihn anrufen können. Darüber hinaus bekommen die Kinder die Möglichkeit, effektiver zu lernen. Kritiker hingegen glauben, dass wegen vieler neuer Ablenkungen und Gefahren Kinder meistens dafür nicht genug vorbereitet sind, Handys auf die richtige Weise zu verwenden. Es ist hervorzuheben, dass sie keine Einfachhandys sind: sie sind voll sozialer Netzwerken, Ablenkungen und anderer Quellen der Angst und der Sorgen. Daher macht es Sinn, die Vorteile der Handys zu erhalten und auf die Nachteile zu verzichten. Es gibt schon eine Lösung: Einfachhandys. Nichtsdestotrotz sind sie nicht so vorbereitet, weil sie nicht „cool“ sind.
Ich bin der Ansicht, dass Altereinschränkungen von Smartphones angemessen sind. Allerdings würde ich es sicher stellen, dem Kind es vorher beizubringen, das Handy vernünftig zu nutzen.

Finalmente è finito il tirocinio e oggi dovrei sapere se l'ho superato o no. È stata un'avventura imparare e studiare per il lavoro.
Non è stato solo un tirocinio, ma anche un'opportunità per crescere come persona e rinunciare alle abitudini negative.
Il tempo è volato più velocemente di quanto pensassi. Ieri ho avuto l'ultimo test e sono in ansia ad aspettare di sapere se continuerò ad avere un posto di lavoro.

The last months (2-3 around) I started to studying english alone, I know some words and expressions but anything advance. I really want to improve my english's level because I like the language and it's as say the people "The english opens doors". Well, I hope improve my english and help the people with my Spanish xD. The Importance of Starting with a Goal in Mind
A crucial part of having a goal in mind is having a clear understanding of both the current position and the target position. Decisions at any point are based on whether the new step is somehow getting us closer to the specific aim. There is a common pitfall: looking for being extremely occupied (being efficient) but not being effective. The abundance of options can lead to wrong paths; that's why having a defined objective prevents vague divagation.
From my perspective, I cannot agree more with this principle. The times my goal wasn't clear, it was almost guaranteed my failure because I would waste a lot of time going down "rabbit holes", analyzing irrelevant insights, or pursuing unfruitful efforts.

¿Cómo es posible usar más juegos y actividades físicas en la salón de clase?
Todos saben que un estudiante puede aprender mejor si hay oportunidades para responder que involucran una repuesta física. Además, todo el mundo sabe que los niños necesitan diversión y interacciones sociales estructuradas. Sin embargo, aunque he visto diversión en la clase de escuela primaria y enfoque académico intenso también, no he visto un ejemplo que combina los dos. A pesar de eso, estoy seguro de que existen ejemplos, solo tengo que buscarlos y crear mi propia versión.

今日はまたスペンサーの夢を見た。ある時ロバートもいて子供の時のように同じテーブルに一緒に座っていた。二人とも、明るくて、楽しそうに話していた。その光景を見ていつものように言葉にできない気持ちが沸き上がった。苦しくて歯を食いしばる。何も言えない。また会えてよかった… とても会いたかった… 元気そうでちょっと救われた気分だ。その後は夢が変わったがずっと彼らを探し続けた。今度は絶対探し出す… 諦めない… ある夢の世界の中のサッカーワールドカップ に出ているのをSNSで見た。そして目覚めた。目覚める瞬間彼らを探し出す覚悟は消える。いつもそうだ。
こういう夢を見るたびに一日中悲しみが続く。絶望。泣きそうになった…

Apprentisage de la langue française
Bonjour à tous !
Je m'appelle Aadil. J'habite au France depuis 4 ans. J'arrive à faire des conversation avec les natives mais j'ai jamais pris le temps pour lire et écrire en français. Je regrette ça.

I found my new favorite item at Muji. It's a pack of lemon tablets. A single tablet is about the size of a Frisk and has a tangy taste. Actually, I'm enjoying one right now as I type this. Machiavellistischer Effekt, einer Medizinthriller
Der Tag des Unterrichts, in dem über Literatur besprochen wurde, habe ich mich an ein Buch errinert. In Panama gibt es ein Buch, sogennant "El efecto Maquiavelo" (Machiavellistischer Effect), das von einem panamischen Frauenarzt (Osvaldo Reyes) geschrieben wurde. Ich habe gehört und auch gelesen, dass es ein echt gutes Buch ist. Ich habe es noch nicht gelesen, aber ich werde.
Es ist ein Medizinthriller. Der Roman befindet sich in einem Krankenhaus, in dem ein Arzt seltsamen Vorfälle ermittelt, die möglicherweise mit Morde in Zusammenhang stehen, ausdrücklich mit den Morde der schwangere Frauen.
