Insomnia
I suffered insomnia again last night, and it was really painful. At about 10:30P.M after around one hour's shadowing English I felt a little sleepy, but I didn't go to bed as soon because I was afraid of waking up in the middle night,so I began to scroll Instagram and found it was really interesting.
About half a hour later, I awared it was time to go to bed. But at that time I was not sleepy at all and couldn't help my mind wondering until 2:00 AM. I had to picked up my smartphone and began to listen to political stories to stop my mind. Slowly I felt moer and more sleepy and felt in a sleep.
Do you have any good ideas for avoiding insomnia?

15.12.2025 – Traurigkeit und Konfrontation
Heute bin ich traurig, weil ich Therapieberichte und Tagebucheinträge in ein Google-Dokument übertragen muss, um meinen missbräuchlichen Exfreund anzuzeigen. Er ist Postdoktorand am Institut für Biomedizin an der Cornell-Universität. Er hat mich mit Schweigen bestraft und mich oft angeschrien. Ich wusste lange nicht, warum er mich misshandelt hat.

Die heutige verrückte Temperatur
Heute musste ich in anderen Filiale der Bäckerei arbeiten, die fast 15 Minuten von meiner Wohnung enfernt ist. Da ich mit meinem Fahrrad gehen musste, habe ich entschieden, eine größere Jacket zu tragen. Ich trug außerdem mehrere Kleidungsschichten (Natürlicherweise, weil heute kalt war). Auf dem Weg zur Arbeit habe ich viel geschwitzt. Ich dachte am Anfang: Vielleicht habe ich mit dem Kleidung übergetrieben. Es war ja kalt aber nicht zu Kalt (-6°C). Aber später, als ich zurück nach Hause gekommen bin, waren wir auf -8°C mit ein Gefühlt auf -12°C. Dann habe ich gedacht: Gott sei Dank habe ich meine größere Jacket gebracht und habe ich viele Kleidungsschichten getrugen! Es war echt kalt aber mir war warm.

Algo que aprendí sobre matemáticas.
Voy a ser un profesor de matemáticas, y hace dos semanas aprendí algo sobre la película "quadratic" en ingles. Esta película es muy confusa para muchas personas que hablan ingles porque tiene "quad," pero el número que representa es dos (x^2), no es cuatro como otras películas en ingles que tienen "quad" (quarter, quart, squad). Sin embargo, aprendí la película "cuadrado," que significa "square" en ingles. ¡Tiene sentido ahora! En ingles, decimos "x squared," en español, se dice "x al cuadrado," y la película "quadratic" describe un función que tiene x al cuadrado.

GPT keep me here... It said that i have tow writte a minimun of 30 minutes per day. So all you can think, 30 min? really? only that?. Dude I'm not native, I'm LATAM, I have to think three timers before I put in a text in this site. Hi. I am new entusiastic of auto learning. For years I was postponing all the ways to learn english. From a couple months to now I was looking many ways for learning and improving the minimun of english that i learned in the school. And what? I only wake up today and think: Ok, no more, no more excuses, I turn on my PC and go to Chat GPT, first time that i used it to give a solution and type "How could I learn english and don´t die in the way?... well i am here and is guilt of GPT that all you will read mine historys and toughts from now on... La percepción es la realidad. Según Anaïs Nin, “No vemos las cosas tal como son; las vemos tal como somos.” Somos los protagonistas de una obra de teatro que se llama la vida.
Desde nuestro nacimiento, nuestra visión es engañosa; la percepción primera empieza en blanco y negro y a lo largo del desarrollo, tendremos un arcoíris de colores para pintar la paleta de nuestras experiencias. Por ejemplo, un conductor de un autobús no está prestando atencion atención a la calles. Por lo tanto, el conductor por su fatuidad es incapaz a admitir la verdad frente a los videos de seguridad innegable. Asimismo, un hijo con los resultados bajos del colegio brinda excusas por su bajo rendimiento escolar; seguramente, la enseñanza es la causa de sus dificultades escolares. Mi viaje a Francia
En el otoño de 2024, viajé a Francia con mi novia. Primero, fuimos a Paris para ver una amiga de mi novia y para ir a la Basilique du Sacré-Cœur. El proximo día, fuimos a Reims por dos días para probar champán. Volvimos a Paris para ir al Louvre y para volver a America. ¡Fue muy divertida!

Speech -
"You say this wrong." he spoke calmly. He didn't even looked at me. He read a book from the library.
"Do you think?" I answered.
I knew that I said that sentence correctly, but he was a better spiker that anyone in the ship. I didn't want to make him my enemy in that small community. We have only each other and I knew only him. What should I do next? I didn't know yet. He definitely knew, but he didn't want to help me this time.
I sit on the corner of the sofa. Better wasn't sit close to him right now. He must was been angry at me, I thought. One more wrong sentence and we going to be deport from the ship. They have ears everywhere. They heard our conversations and my errors.

"Go ahead. But do it in the bathroom, please." he said with the big smile on his mouth. He read almost all book in this whole time. "I wait for you there."
"Maybe I don't felt like this when you're help me this time." I complained. "You're going with me. C'mon, stand up!" I tugged at his sleeve. He laughed but he went with me.
That was not best day to gave a first speech to The Ship Community, but I didn't have choice.
And I regretted this speech faster that I thought.

Wälzer
Heute bin ich endlich mit dem "Graf Monte Cristo" fertig. Es hat mehr als zweieinhalb Monate gedauert, weil das Buch ein echter Wälzer ist, der ganze 1300 Seiten enthält! Der Roman hat mir zwar äußerst gefallen, aber jetzt brauche ich eine Pause von so langen Büchern. Dieses Jahr will ich mich mehr auf kurze Geschichten und Novellen konzentrieren, die es in meiner Leseliste bereits jede Menge gibt.
