My first challenge in UK
Today, I want to write about my recent situation.
Things were a little complicated , recently I found out that I have to move to UK.
The problem was, even though I had to move, I’m really not good at speaking or reading English. Honestly, it worried me a lot.
In the beginning, I spent a lot of time studying grammar and vocabulary at my desk every day. But no matter how much I studied, I didn’t feel any progress. It was so frustrating!
So I finally decided to take a bold step—I started a part-time job. I had two reasons: one was to talk with native speakers and learn real, everyday English, and the other was to push myself to speak English every day, whether I wanted to or not.
It’s only been a short time, but I can already feel the difference. I’m so glad I tried this!
I’ll keep going with this challenge, and I hope that someday I’ll be able to speak English fluently and naturally.

My english study plan

Meine Reise in Europa: Folge 5
Am Morgen bin ich sehr früh aufgewacht um die Zeit zu frühstücken haben. Ich habe einen letzten Spaziergang in Rom zum Bahnhof gemacht. Der Zug war sehr lang und wir haben Essen bekommen, weil es eine kleine Verzögerung gab. Ich bin in Bari am Nachmittag gekommen an.
Es war sehr heiß aber, glücklicherweise gab es das Meer. Bevor der Abfahrt der Fähre, habe ich die Zeit zu baden gehabt. Das Wasser war perfekt, gut und klar.
Als Nächstes habe ich meinen Freunden im Hafen verbunden, und wir sind auf die Fähre steigen. Die Überquerung der Adria hat ohne Problem, aber wir haben nicht so viel geschlaffen weil die Sitz waren nicht komfortabel.

-Great, first of all let's talk about your level of English, in this company you would need to get by well if you were employed.
- Well, I got the B2 long ago, but since the last summer I've been practicing my English everyday, I used a website that makes me improve a lot. Moreover, I listened many podcasts to improve my listening too.
I think that English wouldn't be any problem.
-That's perfect. Now, I'd like to know about your grade, I saw before that you are industrial engineering, how difficult it was for you to finish this career?
-It wasn't difficult at all, I'm aware of too much people who wasn't able to finish it because of the grade's difficulty. However, for me it wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be and I even got good marks in most of the subjects.
I was looking forward for this interview, because I want to work for you. I'm concerned of your big fame between all the engineering bussinesses.
-Okey, that's fantastic! Today, we've already recieved 8 industrial engineer but we did like your curriculm vitae. In this company we have a big group that decides who should be the next employer, I mean that I'm not the only one who makes the decission of your entrance. Mon dernier l’été vacance
Ma l’université a fini le session à dix jour de juin et j’étais très contente car je suis épuisée et devrais détendre. Dés mon arrivée à chez moi j’ai eu bon dormi de dix heures quelle été le plus que j’ai eu dans plusieurs mois Le lande main je bouclait ma valise et préparais vais aller la aéroport pour ma journée à Afrique sud. J’étais mon premier fois voler donc j’ai eu beaucoup de émotions- bonheur, nerveuse, angoissée mais j’ai restée calme tout le trajet. A mon arrivée ma tante avec sa famille étaient aéroport à me accueillir. J’étais tellement ravi leur voir. Nous passons le prochain trois semaines discuter et visiter le magnifique endroit ensemble. J’ai pris beaucoup de photos , dégoûtait numéraux repas traditionnel et eu trop amusement. Ce souvenir resterait avec moi toujours.

The lady said, “Rishu, are you alright?” and gave a hug to the boy. The boy was confused—why was the lady hugging him, and who was Rishu?
When he looked at his own body lying there, he got shocked because it was the body of another person. Then he understood that his soul was placed in the body of this boy, whose name was Rishu.
He also understood the whole situation. So, he acted like Rishu and said, “Mom, I am OK. What happened to me?”
The lady got emotional and said, “Nothing happened, my son.” Then the lady started crying.

Chansons indigènes avec tambours
Hier soir, j’ai assisté à un concert gratuit dans le parc. Avant que j’y aille, j’ai vérifié en ligne pour savoir qui produirait. C’était trois femmes autochtones qui chantaient et jouaient du tambour. Cela ne m’intéressait pas, mais j’y suis allée parce que je ne voulais pas rester chez moi. Les femmes chantaient des chansons autochtones. Pour la dernière chanson, elles nous ont demandé de nous lever et de danser. Elles nous ont demandé de tenir par la main et de faire un cercle. Le cercle représentait l’amitié et l’harmonie.

Bei einem McDonald
Das McDonald's in meiner Nähe wurde renoviert. Die Bestelltheke wurde kleiner, und Selbstbedienungkassen wurden introduziert. Bei den Selbstbedienungkassen kann man mit Bargeld nicht bestellen. Ich ging zur Theke, weil ich meine Karte nicht verwenden wollte, und ich mein elektronisches Guthaben nicht aufgeladen hatte. Es gab dort oft Niemand, weshalb ich lange erwarten musste.

我开车和妻子一起下班回家，突然下起了大雨，平常我能开60-80KM/H，但是因为雨太大了，我只能开20-30KM/H，所有的行驶中的车都打开了双闪，当时我老婆说【天漏了啊】，虽然当时我很害怕但也只能“哈哈哈”的用大笑来掩饰我的担心。

wenn man eine Geschäftsreise unternimmt,stellt sich die Frage,ob man im Gespräch mit dem Verhandlungspartner bei der Bewertung dieser Reise ehrlich sein sollte,auch wenn einen die Reise nicht angesprochen hat. Meiner Meinung nach kommt es auf die Kultur des Ansprechpartners an. Zum Beispiel,unter der Bedingung,dass diese Person aus Deutschland kommt , ist es wahrscheinlich von Vorteil , bei der Bewertung ehrlich zu bleiben , weshalb man nicht als unhöflich angesehen wird. Jedoch ist es beispielsweise mit asiatischen Partnern von großer Bedeutung , in diesen Fällen einer negativen Bewertung vorzubeugen. In diesen Ländern wird in jedem Fall positiv reagiert, obgleich es in manchen Situationen nicht zutrifft.diese kleine Lüge lässt sich in diesen Ländern als eine sogenannte weiße Lüge bezeichnet , was in Anspruch genommen wird, wenn man die Gefühle der anderen Person nicht verletzen oder einen Konflikt vermeiden möchte. Nach Ansicht asiatischer Partner ist die negative Bewertung in der Lage,die Beziehung zwischen den geschäftlichen Partnern zu beeinträchtigen,obgleich es in Ländern wie Deutschland nicht der Fall ist. demzufolge halte ich es für höchste Zeit , sich mit der Kultur des Ansprechpartners vertraut zu machen, woraufhin man die richtige Entscheidung treffen kann . Das heißt , man kann im Gespräch mit einem Deutschen die Wahrheit sagen, während man mit einem asiatischen Partner oder einer asiatischen Parkerin eher positiv bewerten sollte.

明日の面接能力が足りないと思うので、きんちょうと不安なところはここに書いています
明日、日本の会社で面接があります。
今まで勉強した日本語はただ日常的、毎日で使えるような単語だけです。会話も「日本語上手ですね」って日本人から言ってもらえるレベルぐらいだけです。
履歴書に情報を入る時にも、事務の単語をよくありますので、電池辞書で調べないとわからないです。なぜなら明日のこととても緊張です、Nihongo Partnersに参加する面接。Nihongo Partnersは、日本人の教師は南東の高校/中学に日本の文化を紹介して、それと単純な日本語を教えるプログラムです。目標はいい印象をつけるためです。インドネシアに住む私の役目は、その日本人の教師を支援して、現地の文化について教えています。さらに、授業の教材とかも支援する。
確かにJLPT N2なんとなく合格できましたいっぽうで二年前の話なんです。それ以来商業的な設定で日本語は使わなかったおかげで、能力が下がってしまいました。
教師になりたい私はこのボロボロナ日本語で明日の面接を合格できるわけないでしょう？すぐにばれちゃった、小さな文法のミスとか不自然な言葉遣いとか。
見ているだけで上記の日本語はよかったと思う人があるかもしれませんが、書きながら辞書とグーグルがありますので、知らない言葉が調べられる。明日面接で使うような言葉が準備しましたが、うまく話せるかどうか不安です。
「まだ日本語能力がありますよ」不安で浮かぶよりここに思いを書いて皆から訂正をいただくのほうが建設的と思います。ともかく、これを書いてあったのはもっと安全な気持ちになります。少しだけ不安が落ち着いていました。

My trip to Switzerland: Day 2, afternoon
After coming back to Interlaken, my wife and I went back to the hotel. We were exhausted and did not feel like going out again, but we pushed ourselves hard because our trip was scheduled to be short, only 4 days. We took a train again and went to a town named Lauterbrunnen which was about 30 minutes away by train. The view was again (as we saw an amazing view in the morning) breathtaking, and also a kind of interesting because it felt resembling many parts of views of Yosemite national park in the US. But, a short easy, and also harsh, hike behind the biggest waterfall was a truly distinctive experience compared to those you can have in Yosemite. The short hike was indeed extremely exciting; You cannot have any conversation because the water drops were too loud and got soaked after 15-minutes-round walk even wearing a waterproof jacket. After that we went to a bit expensive restaurant and ate cheese fondue. It was very delicious, but it was also a bit unpleasant that it took 30 minutes to start eating. Overall, it was a delightful experience, but I am not sure if I want to have the waterfall hike again as I was very cold after that haha
