La stabilità
Secondo me è essenziale avere stabilità in questo contesto economico.
La certezza di un posto di lavoro e una routine regolare possono migliorare la salute mentale. Conosco troppe persone che stanno ancora cercando lavoro senza riuscire a trovarlo.
Sono stata fortunata a poter fare domanda per un altro progetto all’interno dell’azienda, però questo non significa che non mi sia impegnata al massimo.
Ho superato vari colloqui, ho iniziato un tirocinio retribuito, ho sostenuto tanti test e ho sempre mostrato interesse.
Mio papà sta ancora cercando un nuovo posto di lavoro ed è rimasto deluso, perché quando si ha una certa età nessuno sembra interessato ad assumere.
Spero che le cose vadano meglio per lui, soprattutto perché non accetta la mia offerta di aiuto.

GeoGuessr
Gestern war ein wunderschöner Tag. Zuerst habe ich einen Freund getroffen, und wir haben mit unseren Fahrräder anderthalb Stunden gefahren. Danach habe ich ein paar Stunden Deutsch geübt und einen anderen Freund angeruft, mit dem wir noch zwei Stunden zusammen GeoGuessr gezockt haben. Die Idee vom Spiel bester darin, dass man sich an einem zufälligen Ort auf Google Maps befindet und soll in einer beschränkten Zeit mit der Hilfe von Kennzeichen, der Sprache auf Schildern und einfach Glück es herausfinden, wo man ist. Wer näher das Zeichen stellt, der gewinnt die Runde. Die Anzahl der Runden hängt von den Einstellungen ab. Dieses mal hat der Freund gewinnt, aber ich war nicht weit vom Sieg! Zum Abschluss des Tages den Sonnenuntergang beobachtend fuhr ich mit dem Fahrrad und genoss den Abend.

Listening

However, English is an auditory-dominant language.
The correct order should be to first listen to the original audio without subtitles.
Write down what you hear, then compare it with the transcript to analyze your mistakes.
Listen repeatedly until you can form a clear picture in your mind.

Neuer Stil
Ab morgen schreibe ich hoffentlich jeden Tag eine neue Geschichte. Sie werden nicht realistisch sein, weil sie aus meiner Fantasie und meinen Träumen kommen. Einige davon habe ich sie schon auf Englisch geschrieben, aber die meisten haben mindestens einen Tod, und ich werde sie vielleicht nicht posten? Sogar damit sind die Themen nicht düster.

My Daughter-In-Law's Transfer Back to My City
This morning, I went to the 38th junior high school of my city with my wife. My daughter-in-law is going to work in this school from now on.
In 2015, my daughter-in-law was enrolled in a junior high school in the countryside via the public institution enrollment exam. That school is about forty kilometers from her home.
While she was working in that school, I tried several times to transfer her to a school in the city via my relationship, but I failed.
The leader in charge of the administration area that her school belongs to told me that there was no way for her to be transferred into schools in the city, unless she passes the examination for transfer of rural teachers to urban areas.
I told her what that leader said. She then took the exam one or twice. Unfortunately, she failed.
In August this year, she took the exam one more time, and she reached the lowest score requirement. Yesterday, she finally ended up choosing the 38th junior high school of my city.
From now on, I don't need to worry about any issues for my son's family. My son and my daughter-in-law both work in public institutions, which means they have stable jobs and not bad incomes. As for apartments and cars, I have already bought some for them.
My daughter-in-law's transfer back to my city is a big event for my family, and I am planning to treat her to a great meal in the best restaurant in my city.

An Electronic Dictionary: A Formidable Ally 電子辞書は友達
They might think electronic dictionaries are only for high school students, but as an English learner, I use mine ardently.
I started using it again because the online dictionary I had relied on began bombarding me with ads, which slowed me down and irritated me. Eventually, I gave up and looked for another option. That’s when I remembered I still had an electronic dictionary I hadn’t touched for years. I wasn’t sure if it would work, but after replacing the batteries, it turned out to be perfectly fine.
It’s been a great tool for quickly checking meanings and pronunciations, and it even provides plenty of example sentences. Another feature I love is that it keeps a record of the words I’ve looked up.
There was also an unexpected bonus: it includes a Japanese dictionary. Even though I’m a native Japanese speaker, there are words I know but can’t explain clearly, or kanji I recognize but can’t write, such as “傀儡 (puppet)” and “灌漑 (irrigation).”
I’m glad that a tool I had forgotten about is now back in use. For language learners, a user-friendly dictionary is truly a formidable ally

I'm a big fan of the anime Demon Slayer, so I like the voice acters, too.
I often watch YouTube videos where the Demon Slayer voice acters show up.
Voice acters usually plays a lot of characters in different series.
I found out that the voice acter plays the character named Genya from "Demon Slayer" and Himmel from "Frieren Beyond Journeys end."
I was surprised when I found out because the two characters are completely different types.

Kinder
Ich kann es jetzt nicht sagen, ob ich definitiv Kinder in meinem Leben wollen werde, aber ich verstehe warum Manche sie wollen. Ich hätte ganz gerne erwachsene Kinder und Enkelkinder, die ich als Rentner besuchen könnte. Und ich verbringe ganz gern Zeit mit Babys und jungen Kindern. Aber ich weiß es nicht, ob ich Kinder 18 Jahren großziehen wollen würde. Ich will in meinem Leben viel Reisen und vielleicht von Ort zu Ort (oder Land zu Land) umziehen, also weiß ich es nicht, ob mein idealer Lebensstil gut für Kinder wäre. Es ist aber natürlich möglich, dass ich mich später entscheide an einem Ort zu bleiben, eine Familie zu beginnen, Kinder großzuziehen, usw. Ich glaube ich wäre als ein alter Mann froh wenn ich Kinder und Enkelkinder hätte, und würde ganz gerne zeit mit ihnen verbringen. Und ich mache mir andererseits Sorgen, dass ohne Kinder wäre ich ganz einsam als ein alter Mann, da das ein schweres Problem in unserer Gesellschaft ist.

Duschen
Ich dusche viel lieber als zu baden, aber ab und zu bade ich gerne. Duschen ist tatsächlich eine meiner Lieblingsaktivitäten am abend nach einem langen Tag. Ich bin beruflich Komponist, und die Dusche finde ich oft der perfekte Ort, um über ein Stück oder ein musikalisches Problem nachzudenken. Ich bade normalerweise nur wenn ich krank bin.

"Las Leyendas" are a couple of stories involving supernatural entities, often with a cultural background. There are a variety of scenarios such as dealings with the devil, a widow's ghost or evil goblins. This kind of plot is what got me hooked as a child.
Nowadays I barely remember some of these stories, there is no chance of hearing about them anywhere.

Motivation im Alltag und Umgang mit Rückschlägen
Im Alltag motiviere ich mich besonders, wenn ich ein Text in meinem Tagebuch schreibe, weil ich meine Gedanken und meine Gefühle schreiben kann. Heute bin ich aufgeregt, weil ich morgen mit meiner Familie nach Florida reisen werde. Das wird mein erstes Mal, seit zehn Jahren werde ich in Florida sein. Wenn ich nach Florida reise, werde ich allein oder mit meiner Familie am Schwimmbad oder am Strand schwimmen. Außerdem werde ich zwei Themenparks in Orlando gehen. Ich weiß, dass ich viele Achterbahnen und Wasserfahrten machen werde. Vielleicht würde ich in einige Achterbahnen mit meinem Vater fahren, weil es auch Achterbahnen liebt.
Wenn ich einigen Rückschlägen habe, würde ich in meinem Tagebuch schreiben, da es einfacher ist, meine Gedanken zu verarbeiten. Ich kann meine Gefühle ohne Urteil anderer Leute. Hier schreibe ich über meinen Tag, um mich ruhiger zu fühlen. Übrigens kann ich über meinen Plänen denken, besonders wenn ich mich auf Stellen bewerbe.

How easy is it for you to meet new people where you live?
I was looking for C1 speaking questions to practice a little bit and I found this.
For me, it's not easy to meet new people where I live. Many people think that Andaluces are really social and funny however, it isn't true at all.
In Seville, there are both normal and cool people. Meeting new guys here is not as easy as everyone think, you should hang out a lot in bars and parties to achieve it.
It must be said that when I was younger, I used to go to drinking in the streets where most of young people, who were the same age as me, hanged out. In this kind of places, I made many friends. I have no idea if this is also typical of other countries too.

Minimum of five sentences with the Present simple tense
Usually I go to my workplace by car, but today I gone there by bike.
I often ride a bike during holidays.
I travelled as far as Berlin in Germany last summer. Tourists over there are not lost when they want to go somewhere in the city by bike because they can easily spot street signs at every road corner. Besides, there is a lot of bike lane all over the city so you can feel safe.
In France street signs are generally fixed on the 1st building of the street, so people have to pay more attention if they don't want to lose their way.

Learning English again
I haven't studied English for 5 years and I took up this new hobbie: Using this platform everyday. However, none knows why I started doing this.
This is how it all began. I've been playing brawl stars for one year, unfortunately I'm a little bit addicted to it.
This game is based on killing another team with your own team that is made up of (formed by would be ok?) 3 of you. One of the worst things of this game are the random players who play with you, they usually play horrible and because of their lack of quality-playing (I don't think this expression is right), you always lose.
Brawl stars allows you to send friend requests to whoever you want to, so when I play with this kind of guys, I usually send these requests to insult them. The first time I tried to insult an English man, I realised how bad I was speaking in English, I had forgotten everything I knew.
It may sounds funny the way I realise that I had to bring English back in my life.

Debe haber una palabra que describa el sentido de acercarse a resolver un problema prolongado. No puedo pensar in ninguna pero siento que estoy por crear un sistema en la clase que pueda funcionar bastante bien y al mismo tiempo responder a las necesidades distintas de los estudiantes. Sin embargo, necesito tiempo para probarlo.

敬語か砕けた言い方
ここでははじめから敬語を使っています。理由は知らなければ敬語は安心の選択だと聞きます。それに、読み物はよく漫画やライトノベルです。その読み物に、現実に比べて砕けた言い方がよく使っています。そのため、砕けた言い方に比べて、敬語の練習は足りなかったと思います。
しかし、英語圏で、ネットはカジュアルのところと考えられます。時々、「ここは敬語が本当にいいですか？」と思います。このサイトで、英語の練習する人は時々状況のためにフォーマルすぎる英語を使います。時々、問題は言葉や文法の問題は間違わないけど、口調は科学論文みたいです。そんなところ以外、そんなフォーマルすぎる文章は、変に聞こえます。英語に比べて、日本語はフォーマルの言語だけど、時々「同じ間違いますか？」を心配します。

年功制か能力給か、どちらがいい？
各会社にとって効果的な給与仕組みが大切だ。社員のやり方や会社の成功に影響があるので、年功制か能力給か、どちらの制度が良いの計論がある。会社と社員の観点から後者の方が公平だ。なぜなら、社員が貢献によって報われる。
もちろん年功制も利点があるので、今まで多くの会社がその制度を取り入れている。社員が会社に長く勤め続けるようになり、経験を重ねて、分野と企業特有の知識も広がる。この制度によって、社員が安定感を得て仕事に集中できる。定着率も高まる。しかし、その安定感も多くの欠点をもたらす。良い成果がなくても、出世できてしまう、優秀な若手が気落ちしてしまうのもある。なので、斬新性と勤労意欲が減少する。そうなると、経済的に会社に悪い影響が現れる。特に、小さな会社にとって、年功制は適用ではない。
現代の厳しい経済環境の中、競争力と斬新性がさらに重要である。また、技術化とともに、必要な知識とスキルも急速に変わる。それを考えて、若手の意欲さも新しい考え方も欠かせないだ。もっと多くの企業が能力給に移行し、貢献に基づいて出世が決定することである。この制度が先に長く勤めている社員に不当じゃないかという反論もある。しかし、重ねた経験と知識があるからこそ、成果も期待できないだろうか。若手に反して、長年現れた成果は出世に大きなメリットである。結局、ベテラン社員も優秀な若手も、両方ともの努力が認められる。
結論として、適切な制度が各会社によって異なる。しかし、現実的には、より多くな企業が成果に重視をしているので、年功制の代わりに能力給の方が理想的ではないだろうか。
