I like umeboshi with shiso, but since I love umeboshi in general, I’m perfectly happy with plain ones too.

I want to try the honey umeboshi! Apparently I can soak my umeboshi in water and then marinate them in honey but umeboshi are very expensive and hard to come by in the US so I don't want to experiment.
