Die Affen kompensieren
Warren Buffett hätte einmal gesagt : „Ich möchte, dass mein Geschäft stark genug wäre, um von Affen geführt zu werden, denn eines Tages wird es sicher der Fall sein!“
Länder und Firmen werden nicht immer von den gerechtesten, intelligentesten und kompetentesten Leuten geführt, bei weitem! Vielleicht schaffen wir (bewusst oder unbewusst) Institutionen, die den Menschen überlegen sind, um diese menschlichen Schwächen zu kompensieren. Allerdings verroten die Institutionen, wenn sie zu lange von unkompetenten und schädlichen Leuten zu lange geführt werden, und am Ende brechen sie zusammen. Ein wenig wie eine Krankheit in einem menschlichen Körper.
Es gibt übrigens interessante Vergleiche dazwischen anzustellen, wie unsere menschlichen Organismen und institutionellen Organen funktionieren.

Cafe Cubano
Cubano is from Spanish cubano.
Cubano is a small, intensely sweet espresso that originated in Cuba.
The difference between it and regular espresso lies in the fact that there is a thick sugary foam on the top, which is called "espuma".
The result is very strong, sweet and rich.
The sugar was built into the drink from the very beginning.
This is very common in Miami.

Das Wetter heute
Das Wetter heute ist ziemlich gut. Es regnet ganze Tag aber es ist auch sehr warm und es gibt keinen Wind. Ich fühle mich als es wirklich schon Sommer ist. In solche Wetter kann ich mich entspannen. Dank die Windstille arbeite ich heute neben ein weit geöffnet Fenster und höre die Klänge von Regentröpfchen.

Négy szabad nap
Ma szombat van. Ez remek hír, mert hétvége van, valójában már 2 napja pihenhetek, mert a diákjaim tegnap vizsgáztak, és emiatt nem is kellett bemennem az iskolába.
És ezzel nincs is vége a jó híreknek. Hétfő értekezlet lesz, és így nem kell nagyon félkészülnöm hétfőre, úgyhogy csak kedd lesz a következő tanítási nap. Aztán azonban mindjárt nagyon fel kell készülnöm, mivel kedd nyolc tanítási órám lesz, tulajdonképpen az egész héten, de csütörtökön nyílt nap lesz az iskolánk középpontjában egy másik városban, úgyhogy azon a napon a reggeli tanfolyam után át kell mennünk a másik iskolába. Ez azt jelenti, hogy körülbelül egy órát kell utazunk. A hétfői értekezletre több mint egy órát kell utaznunk. Tulajdonképpen nem is tudom, hogy miért örülök ennyire. Úgy néz ki, hogy a következő hét elég stresszes lesz.

Vacación en tres semanas.
En tres semanas, mi mujer, suegra y yo viajaremos a el Reino Unido por un concierto. Mi mujer y yo veremos mi banda favorito Alexisonfire. Después visitaremos London y Edinburgh de Escocia. Nunca hemos visitado El Reino Unido o Europa, nostros estamos muy emocionado por nuestro viaje.

今日はいい日だった。
やっとたくさんの古いふくを古着屋にきふした。そのふたつの大きなはこはもうないから、自分の小さなアパートはちょっとだけ広くなってきた。
半ズボンとクロップ丈フーディーを買っちゃったけど、二枚だけだったから、大丈夫だと思う（笑）。
それと、お父さんは日曜日によく晩ごはんを作ってて、いつもおいしい。私はあまりりょうりを作るのが好きじゃないから、他の人のりょうりはいつもありがたい。
昨日は新しいじょうしと仕事を始まる。ちょっときんちょうしてるけど、多分全然大丈夫かも。でも、違うことはいつもちょっと怖いね...。
とにかく、寝る前に一つの麻雀ゲームをプレーしたいとおもう。じゃ、これから終わり。お休み～✧

Vietnamese Egg Coffee
Vietnamese egg coffee was invented in Hanoi in 1946.
At that time, fresh milk was extremely scarce.
A barista started whipping egg yolks with sugar to replace the missing dairy, then spooned it over strong Vietnamese coffee.
The resulting drink has a custard-like consistency and is often described as liquid tiramisu.
The recipe became so popular that the Giang Cafe still remains operation by his family today.
City center of Hanoi can be split into two zones: the old quarter and the French quarter.
You will enjoy not only nature of Vietnam, but also Vietnamese egg coffee.

我的国籍是俄罗斯，但是我不感觉我是俄国人。我很小的时候，跟家人就搬到了加拿大。我在这里长大了，也这个国家思是我的家。我的全生是在这儿。
我父母尝试保护我们的文化。他们教我读、写、和说俄语。在小时候，我看俄国的电影和节目、听俄国的音乐、读俄国的小说和诗。我仍然很喜欢它们中的很多。
成人时候，我回到俄罗斯去大学待了一年。我有很大的文化冲击。我感觉了我非常不同比我的俄罗斯同学们。他们有真不同的心理和文化，所以我感觉了我是外边人。我感到了非常不舒服，也很想家。回家加拿大后，我非常高兴。
在俄罗斯旅游很不错，但是我绝不想住在那里。这样，我在俄罗斯出生，但是我有加拿大的心。

Turkish coffee
Turkish coffee is one of the oldest brewing methods still in widespread use today.

It is simply simmered slowly in a small pot without any filtering.
It is never filtered, so the grounds settle to the bottom, and you stop drinking before you reach them.
It originated in the Ottoman Empire in the 16th century.
The cafes in Istanbul were among the first in the world.

Die Regenzeit in Japan
Die Kanto‑Region ist gestern offiziell in die Regenzeit eingetreten. Wenn sie beginnt, fühle ich immer eine Mischung aus Erleichterung und leichter Frustration. Einerseits ist die kühlere Luft eine willkommene Abwechslung, besonders nach den ungewöhnlich heißen Tagen, die wir im Mai hatten. Für einige Blumen und Gemüsesorten in meinem Garten ist der viele Regen sogar gut, weil er ihnen hilft, stärker zu wachsen und sich auf den harten Sommer vorzubereiten. Die Ajisai, die bekannteste Blume dieser Jahreszeit, blühen überall in vielen verschiedenen Farben. Obwohl es etwas lästig ist, jedes Mal einen Regenschirm mitzunehmen – und ich kann mich nicht erinnern, in Deutschland im Juni einen gebraucht zu haben –, mag ich die ruhige Atmosphäre dieser Saison. Der Klang des Regens lässt die Stadt friedlicher wirken als sonst. Wenn man die Regenzeit so betrachtet, hilft es vielleicht auch Menschen, die aus dem Ausland hier leben, diese lange Phase mit grauem und feuchtem Wetter ohne allzu schlechte Stimmung zu überstehen.

Ethiopia is widely considered to be the birthplace of coffee.
According to legend, a shepherd named Kaldi discovered the coffee plant.
He noticed that his goats became unusually energetic after eating berries on the particular trees.
The Buna coffee ceremony in Ethiopia is a deeply symbolic event that usually lasts for several hours.
It can be taken for two hours and is meant to be shared with neighbours and guests.
The word "buna" simply means coffee in Amharic.

The rainy season in Japan
The Kanto region officially entered the rainy season yesterday.
I always feel a mix of relief and annoyance when it begins. On one hand, the cooler air is a welcome change especially after the unusual hot days we had in May. For some flowers and vegetables, the abundant rain helps them grow powerfully as they prepare for the harsh summer ahead. Ajisai, the signature flower in this season are blooming everywhere in variety of colors. Although carrying an umbrella every time I go out is a bit of a hassle, I actually like the quiet atmosphere of this season. The sound of rain makes the city feel calmer than usual. At the very least, seeing the season this way might help people living here from abroad cope with this long period of cloudy, damp days without feeling too down.

4. 东京迪士尼海洋 (Tokyo DisneySea)
因为Disney Premier Access已经卖光了，所以我们不能购买。
我担心我们能不能在指定座位外面看清楚一直很期待的表演《Dance the Globe!》。
《Dance the Globe!》从2026年1月14日开始，作为常设表演，游客全年都可以欣赏。
在25周年活动期间，增加了一些特别演出，所以我们这次很想观看。
不过，出乎意料的是，即使在指定座位外面，我们也能享受现场的氛围。
通过这个表演，《ENCANTO》的主人公Mirabel首次在东京迪士尼海洋登场。我猜，将来可能会有以《ENCANTO》为主题的项目在东京迪士尼海洋推出。
为了提高新项目的知名度，相关角色通常会在新项目开放的几年前就出现在东京迪士尼度假区。
除了《Dance the Globe!》之外，我们还欣赏了25周年海上表演和投影映射，非常满意。

4. Tokyo DisneySea
Because it was already sold out, my husband and I couldn't buy Disney Premia Access. So, I wondered whether we could see the long-awaited show, "Dance the glove!" well from outside the reserved seats.
As a regular show, "Dance the Globe!" started on January 14th,2026, and guests can enjoy it year-around.
During the 25th anniversary event, the special performances are added, so we were eager to enjoy it during this visit.
Against our expectations, we could fully enjoy the atmosphere even from outside the reserved seats.
With this show, Mirabel, the heroine of ENCANTO, debuted at Tokyo DisneySea. Maybe, a new attraction themed after ENCANTO will come there in the future.
In order to make new attractions more well-known, characters tend to debut in Tokyo Disney Resort several years before the attractions open.
We were satisfied that we could see not only "Dance the Globe!", but also the 25th anniversary water show and projection mapping.

パブでのコンサート
今日、小さいなコンサートを見に行きました。僕がおばあさんに「パブに行きたいですか」って誘われました。実は誘われた時、ちょっと迷いました。家族とお出かけをするべきか、それとも家に閉じ込めたまま、日本語を勉強し続けるべきか。その悩みの果てに、選択を決めました。家族とのお出かけのほうがいいと思っていました。
その選択を決めた理由は簡単すぎますーどれにしても、いつか絶対に日本語をできるようになります。そして、そのような機会があれば家族と時間を過ごすべきだと思いました。
パブに着いた後、あるコピーバンドが音楽を演奏し始めました。そのバンドの組み合わせは全部イギリス人だからたくさんの古いイギリスの曲が演奏しました。例えば、The Rolling StonesのJumpin' Jack Flash。いい曲けど。。。ちょっと足りない気がしました。恐らく、頭の中で日本でのカラオケと比べていまして、カラオケに行きたかっただけでした。
一時間ほど後、家に戻りました。音楽を聞くのは楽しいけど、結局カラオケのほうがいいと思います。

国際会議の採択結果が発表されました。
一年間に心血を注いで取り組んだ研究が却下されたと知った私は挫けました。努力の末に生まれたアイデアが認められなかったことに落ち込み、メールで含まれた査読コメントを見る勇気が出ず、メールを閉じてしまいました。
涙を浮かべたまま、「僕のヒーローアカデミア」を見ることにしました。恥ずかしいことかもしれませんが、オールマイト対オール・フォー・ワンの戦いを見て、 だんだんに力を与えてくれました。やっぱり、平和の象徴であるオールマイトは最高のヒーローですね。
翌日、気を取り直して改めて結果のメールに目を通した。もちろん、論文は国際会議では不採択でしたが、目が曇ってたせいで、修正後に学術誌で受理されたことに気づいていませんでした。修正の締め切りは3ヶ月後で、レビューコメントを読み解いていきました。彼らのフィードバックはとても貴重の上に、優しく書かれていました。
採択されたかどうかという結果ばかりに気を取られ、査読者の方々が時間をかけて書いてくださった貴重な意見や助言に感謝する余裕さえなかった自分が、本当に情けなく感じました。
これからの３か月間に一生懸命に見直しを進め、また心が折れないようにメンタルも鍛えていきたいと思います。
さらに向こうへ！ プルス・ウルトラ！
