Differences of turkish legal system
The legal system is the rules applied in a country at a certain time. Different legal systems around the world have emerged according to their priorities and principles. These are divided into common law and civil law.
The legal rules applying within the borders of Turkish republic are called the “Turkish legal system”. In general, Turkish legal system is taken place in the scope of civil law. Turkish law system consists of two main parts as public law and private law. Unlike common law, the rules of law are written in codes and constitutions. Court decisions are only an supplementary source of law, they are not the basis for the decision.
The principle of separation of powers is valid in Turkey. The legislature is carried out by the Turkish Grand National Assembly, the executive is carried out by the president and ministers, and the judiciary is carried out by independent courts.
With the election in 2017, the parliamentary system was replaced by the presidential system. The powers of the President increased and he became the head of the executive. For this reason, unlike the parliamentary system, the prime minister no longer takes part in the executive. However, the presidential system in the Turkish legal system is slightly different from the presidential system in America. In Turkey, the president can dissolve the parliament. However, in the United States, the parliament can impeach the president and dismiss him.
On the other hand, unlike the presidential system in the USA, there is no senate in Turkey that oversees the president. Another important distinction is the strictness of the separation of powers. The presidential system in the USA the executive cannot interfere in the legislation. In extraordinary circumstances, the president can enact laws. However, this must be approved by the Senate. On the other hand, in Turkey president can issue a decree, whenever he wants. As there is no senate in Turkey, these decrees cannot be rejected. In this respect, legal security is in danger here.
A two-thirds majority of the Senate is required to ratify International Treaties in the United States. But the situation is different in Turkey. According to Article 90 of the Constitution, some international treaties are signed with the direct approval of the president, while others are signed with the approval of the absolute majority of the parliament.

Die Mandarine
Die Mandarine ist mein Lieblingsobst. Ich esse sie öfters und man findet sie überall in meinem Zimmer, weil ich manchmal in die Küche gehe und vergesse ich, dass ich schon ein paar Mandarinen mitgenommen hatte. Es ist immer etwas, darüber meine Mutter sich beschwert.
Meine Lieblingsmandarinen sind diejenigen, die eine lose Fruchtschale haben, weil sie groß, frisch und süß sind. Dagegen diejenigen, die eine sehr enge Schale haben, enthalten sehr saure und kleine Stücke. Ich würde sie nicht empfehlen, und zwar esse ich sie nicht.

Des mémoires de Cayman Islands
Quand j'étais un enfant, j'ai eu la chance d'aller au Cayman Islands avec ma famillie. Nous sommes allés au Cayman Islands car mon grande pére aiment beaucoup du faire le plonger. Les Cayman Islands ont des récif et des naufrages qu'on peux explorer.
Nous sommes allés trois fois au Grand Cayman. Le derinère fois, les enfant a appris de faire le plonger, et puis on a fait deux plongées dans l'eau peu profond. Pour le primère plongée, nous sommes allées à une récif, où on a vu pleins differents espèce du poisson. Nous avons vu une turtle. Le deuxième était dans un naufrages. Le bateau avait coulé exprès pour les touristes. Le bateau avait dévenu une lieu pour les poissons. C'était très amusant de naviger dans l'intérieur du bateau.
On ne va plus au Cayman Islands. Mon grand pére et trop vieux pour faire plonger. Mais l'experience planter dans mon esprit le vœu de revoirs les récifs. Quand j'ai l'argent et les temps, je plongerai dans les plus belle récifs.

Hina-matsuri, une fête de Japon
Le 3 mars, au Japon, c'est le jour de l'« hina-matsuri » (saur des certaine régions). « Hina » signifie les petites filles et « matsuri » les fêtes, donc c'est le jour pour les petites filles à qui on félicite qu'elle ont grandi autant et souhaite leur bonne santé désormais.
Ce jour-là, on instaure l'objet dont le nom est « hina-ningyo », l'ensemble des statuettes qui se constituent d'un prince et une princesse, et leurs employés aussi s'il est de style le plus formel. Dans ce cas, toutes les statuettes se posent sur les marches d'un escalier, qui sert comme socle pour le statue, ce qui prends beaucoup d'espace. L'escalier est couvert d'une étoffe rouge, et il a environ sept marches. La statuette de prince et celle de princesse sont posés sur le marche le plus haut, et après celles d'employés se placent sur chaque marche selon leurs rangs. Pourtant, les maisons japonaises ne sont pas très spacieuses, alors on a tendance à posséder celui qui se compose seulement d'un prince et une princesse. Autour de l'« hina-ningyo » entourent des objets de pêchers, ce qui animent l'ambiance.
Au niveau de la nourriture, il y a des repas traditionnelle pour cette fête. Le principal est « chirashi-zushi », du riz à vinaigre et des carottes en forme de fleur, des œufs de saumon, du poisson cru, et des fines tranches d'œufs, qui sont d'abord mélangé et cuits. On mange des soupes de clovisses, et des friandises faites à partir de riz qui se fait cuire et après sécher et sucrer, des haricots cuits et ensuite séchés et sucré.

Nach einer Wohnung in Berlin suchen
Ich wohne seit circa 2 Jahre in Berlin, und ich stimme dass es sehr schwierig ist, um eine Wohnung in Berlin zu finden. Ich war sehr glücklich, jedoch, dass ich in 3 Wohnungen umziehen konnte. Aber jetzt versuche ich nochmal in eine neue Wohnung umziehen, und danach suche ich seit mehr als 6 Monate, aber leider ohne Glück.
Ich habe ein Premium-Abo auf die berühmtesten Wohnungsmieten Websites in Berlin. Und ich hatte meine Wünschen wie einfach als möglich gemacht, und meines Budget wie hoch als möglich. Dennoch hatte ich zu wenige Wohnungsbesichtigungstermine, und die Wohnungen waren immer entweder zu alt, zu klein, oder zu weit vom Zentrum.
Meine Frau und ich versuchen ein Kind bald zu haben. Und ich glaube dass unsere aktuelle Wohnung zu klein für 3 Personen ist. Ich werde nach einer neuen größeren Wohnung weitersuchen, und ich hoffe dass ich eine bald genug finden werde.

Hormigas en la casa
Estamos en la temporada del año cuando el aire está más calentada y los varios animales y los bichos salen de sus domicilios para reanudar las actividades que suspendieron a la llegada del invierno. Aunque a la gente le agrade el calor, esta temporada me causa angustia porque significa el regreso de los hormigas en mi casa. Hace poco me di cuenta de que volvían en cantidades más grandes que en los años anteriores. Además han aparecido en más sitios, por lo tanto me causan más molestía que antes. Antes era manejable controlar sus poblaciones con algunas trampas cuidadosamente colocadas en el baño o en la rincón de la sala de estar. Otra cosa que he notado es que antes formaban filas siguiendo en patrón predicible. Ahora parecen divagar a todas direcciones y hay que acorralarlos. Este año ya he comprado algunas trampas pero no bastan, apenas realizan algún cambio en la aparición de los insectos.

VR-Treffen
Die Anzahl der Kurse und Online-Meetings in den letzten Tagen war so riesig. Ich frage mich, ob wir uns darauf zubewegen, dass dies zur Norm wird. Ich finde es praktisch, aber manchmal vermisse ich es, mit Menschen im echten Leben zu interagieren. VR ist eine Idee, um dies zu verbessern. Es ist aber noch primitiv, die sogenannten "Hololens" von Microsoft zum Beispiel scheinen futuristisch zu sein, aber eigentlich sind auf keinen Fall genug immersiv. Andererseits weiß ich nicht, ob es gut ist, wenn sie zu immersiv sind.

¿Dónde están mis padres?
Mi madre es Mónica. Ella fue al restaurante con mi papá, Pablo. A ellos les apetecen comer cordero, pero por seguro van pedir vino al camarero primero. ¡Qué rica cena! Los dos ya están juntos hace diecisiete años, y son muy enamorados aún. Cuándo ellos sálen, mi mamá se pone muy bonita. Ahora son las nueve de la noche, y el restaurante cierra a las diez menos veinticinco. Voy a llamarlos y pedir que compren pastel, posto que hay una panadería al lado del restaurante. ¡Tengo mucha hambre!

Night Riding
My legs were sore, I thought I can't keep running today. So I decided to ride a bike to auntie's home. It was so hot in the afternoon, so I started at dusk.
When I arrived, I was told that auntie had went to the rice field. I chatted with her father-in-law a few minutes. Then I went to the field. A few people were busy working there. The ridges of the field were a little muddy. I pulled up my trousers and walked cautious. Water was flowing in the small stream, it was so clear that I can see the mud in the bottom. Birds were flying in the sky. Breeze was flowing. There were green trees around the field. It was very peaceful.
When I was on my half way, auntie recognized me. She told me not to approach because there were many ants. And she asked to go back to ask another auntie to help her. I did what she asked and waited for her in her front yard.
Her father-in-law pointed at a longan tree and invited me to pick some longan. He said they were sweet. I picked some and tried. Wow, to my surprise, they were so delicious. They were sweet, but not merely sweet. I can't describe the taste exactly. Then uncle picked some lobgans from another tree which he thought would be more delicious. But I thought it tasted so normal. So I stood under the first tree, kept picking and eating. I was so satisfied with the moment.
Auntie didn't come back until it was dark. She said the rice seedlings were almost dead because of the hot weather. It was lucky that she went to look after them and saved them in time.
After dinner, I began to ride back. I rode with my torch on. But I haven't use the torch for a long time, I didn't know that it was power off. Lukily, I can use my phone's light. When I was riding on the country road, I play music from my phone loudly. There was moonlight, it was a little dim but it was beautiful. I saw a few fireflies, they shone and shone. Because I was alone, I was a little nervous. I kept riding and riding.
I went to a night ride on the same road last summer, and I encountered many fireflies flying in the brushwoodsall the way. It felt like I was riding in the sky which were full of stars. It was the most wonderful night ride in my life for now.

The Glass Bead Game
Previously, my senior suggested to me to read a book, the Glass bead game.
The book is written by the well known author, Hermann Hesses.
I have read three times, but I still don't understand completely.
But I focused on the game which is described in the book.
The glass bead game is a result of high thoughts and meditations.
Masters can play beautiful sound with glass beads.
At first, I thought that it is similar like the Go game or else, but I can't image it.
Today, I find out that connecting contents between notes are similar the game.
When I connect the notes, I can make ideas and inspirations which are so beautiful sound in my brain.
I feel like I am a master of the game in this moment.
Like making nice sound of glass beads, I want to make nice ideas of my notes.

Vivresti in un AirBnb invece di un albergo durante un viaggio?
Durante un soggiorno in un albergo, dal momento in cui si entra per le porte, tutto è già calibrato per lui; i dipendenti parlano inglese (la lingua franca), ci sono delle guide e dei libri nel vestibolo che gli consigliano i migliori luoghi turistici per spendere i propri soldi, e nel caso che non gli piaccia o non gli interessi la gastronomia locale (in tale caso, perché intraprendere un viaggio in primo luogo?), si può anche approfittare l’enorme selezione di cibo nei buffet quotidiani. Tuttavia, quando si vive in un AirBnb, bisogna imparare una lingua straniera, dal momento che è possibile che i anfitrioni non parlino l’inglese, altrimenti la sua madrelingua. Si dice che il linguaggio è il portale per tuffarsi nell’immersione, quindi lo considero importante quest’aspetto nella mia argomentazione. Ci sono anche il cibo fatto a casa, i suggerimenti e i consigli autentici, ma non approfondiamo.
Malgrado i benefici, una vacanza realizzata in un AirBnb può risultare rischiosa. È difficile verificare l’identità di tutti gli usuari sull’applicazione, quindi se qualsiasi persona con delle intenzioni contorte volesse approfittarsi della bontà e dell'ingenuità della gente, potrebbe farlo; ma la compagnia è stata fortunatamente lavorando sulla sicurezza della propria piattaforma dopo un filo di casi di rapimenti, stupri e anche omicidi, quindi forse in futuro non sarà una preoccupazione così grande. In qualche modo, non si può però rilassare la guarda, o si rischia di mettersi in repentaglio. D'altro canto, se non avessi goderti il tuo soggiorno, ci sarebbe una procedura nei hotel per determinare e valutare la sua qualità , ma in un'applicazione come AirBnb, le regolazioni e le procedure sono più arbitrarie.

Språkinlärning i barn och vuxna
Barn och vuxna lär sig på olika sätt. Det finns ingen kurslitteratur för barn i ett års ålder till exempel, men de klarar sig att lära sitt modersmål ändå. Jag tror inte att det beror på någon slags magiskt tillstånd av barnets hjärna, eller åtminstone inte bara på det. Den viktigaste skillnaden till vuxenlärande ligger i barnens förberedelse att ha fel och inte bli sur på det. De provar om och om och om igen, börjar med "bababa" och "dadada", leker med ord (vilket ger mycket glädje till föräldrarna) och slutligen bemästrar språket. Man får våga göra fel. Jag med. Det är därför jag skriver på langcorrect.
