Welcher schöne Tag!
Heute gibt es viel zu tun. Ich hoffe, dass ich alles auf meiner Liste erledigen kann. Ich muss das Gras mähen und die Fensters putzen. Wenn jemand meine Wäsche falten will, sag mir, weil ich das nicht zu tun will.
Den Spiegel muss ich auch putzen, damit ich mein einziges Gesicht klar sehe. Endlich, soll ich nicht vergessen, ein gutes Buch zu lesen.

Steven Pinker et le taux d'homicide
Considérons l'argument de Steven Pinker, psychologue et savant des sciences cognitives canadien-américan, au sujet du progrès social.
Dans son livre "The Better Angels of Our Nature: Why Violence has Declined." publié en 2011, Pinker remarque dans quelle mesure le monde est devenu plus pacifique et moins appauvri.
Le psychologue fait allusion au taux d'homicide aux pays occidentaux qui est baissé depuis le quatorzième siècle.
Au dix-neuvième siècle, le taux d'homicides aux pays occidentaux était à partir de 78 jusqu'à 98% plus bas qu'au quatorzième siècle.
C'est une réduction du nombre de morts à cause du meurtre en Europe de L'Ouest de 80 pourcent environ.
Pareillement, le monde est amélioré en ce qui concerne la pauvreté extrême où on observe une amélioration d'affaires aussi.
Entre 2010 et 2020, la proportion de la population mondiale qui vive dans la pauvreté extrême a baissé (de 16% à 9%): c'est-à-dire 9% de la population subvient à ses besoins avec moins de 1.90 dollars par jour.
C'est une situation atroce mais toutefois elle s'améliore.

Mi nuevo trabajo
El mes pasado empecé un trabajo nuevo por el gobierno en una ciudad una hora de mi casa. Estoy un encargado y es la primera vez que ha tendido dirigir otras personas. Tengo un equipo de dos y ambos son muy amable. Estaba un poco nervioso en el principio, pero poco a poco he encontrado mi confianza. En mi trabajo tengo que crear una nueva estrategia eso va a guía la economía local. Normalmente tengo que interactúa con las empresas en la localidad. Los sectores de importancia es el turismo, la industria, y el sector renovable. Dime abajo que tipo de trabajo que tienes.

Un paseo en bicicleta
El martes tomé un paseo en bicicleta. Era muy divertido, pero duro. Divertido porque me encanto el paisaje y las montañas, duro porque por supuesto hay montañas que tengan que estar subiendo. Cuando empecé subir la primera inclinación me dolían los muslos, y me pregunté por qué hago esta tortura. Continué, y después de diez minutos el dolor desapareció. Un rato mas tarde y fui en la cumbre de la colina. Ahora era tiempo de relajarme. No tuve que pedalear desde 3km, y el viento me refrescó cuando mientras rodaba abajo sin pedalear. La próxima colina era más fácil, y disfruté vistas bonitas durante el resto del paseo. Después me sentí el beneficio del ejercicio varias días.

La contaminación del aire

Hoy en día los seres humanos enfrentamos un montón de peligros y amenazas. El calentamiento global, el cambio climático causado por las acciones humanas y la contaminación de plástico de los océanos son cosas que generan mucha preocupación. Y mientras que es verdad que tenemos que arreglarlos, también hay otros peligros en que no nos enfocamos tanto. Creo que la contaminación del aire es algo poco hablado pero muy peligroso, ya que no podemos ver con nuestros ojos si el aire que respiramos ha sido contaminado o no.
Hay muchas fuentes de la contaminación del aire, pero la más grande es la industria. Los talleres y fábricas generan mucho químicos no saludables que pueden herirle los pulmones o incluso matar a alguien. No obstante, ya que estas partículas peligrosas son demasiado pequeñas para ver con nuestros ojos, no parece que hay ningún riesgo. A pesar de esto, cualquiera que haya vivido en una ciudad con mucha contaminación puede decirte los afectos desagradables de la contaminación del aire.

Warum möchtet ich nach Deutschland gehen?
Ich möchte ein Berufausbildung machen, deshalb möchte ich nach Deutschland gehen, weil Deutschland ein gutes Berufsausbildungssystem hat. In Deutschland, Alter und Bildungsstand sind kein großes Problem. Deutschland ist sehr gut für mich, besonders die Landschaften, das Klima, die Einwhner, eine starke Industrie, die schöne Architektur, die gute Infrastruktur und die aktuelle Demokratie, alles sind in meinen Augen sehr wertvoll.

Secondo me, tra le idee che mi hai presentato, il locale più adatto della mia città sarebbe il locale si intitola "hip hop". Sai bene che San Francisco abbia molti giovani "hipster" che lavorano nel settore high-tech e apprezzano bene un locale con cibo di varie culture, insieme ad un ambiente invitante con il collegamento internet disponibile per tutti gli ospiti. Inoltre mi sembra ottimo il prezzo medio di 35 euro (circa 40 dollari americani) che proponi.

La naturaleza en mi infancia.
Yo definitivamente prefiero la naturaleza a la ciudad. Era una niña, me encantaba dar un paseo con mis padres. Siempre escalaba los árboles y corría detrás de las palomas. A veces, mis padres me llevaban a alimentar a los patos en el parque. Jugábamos a la pelota hasta noche o a veces ir a dar paseo en bicicletas al atardecer. De vez en cuando, íbamos del sur, donde es muy bonita naturaleza y siempre tranquilo y pacífico. Yo encantaba las grandes colinas y los ríos y los lagos. Solíamos nos alojar en una pequeña casa de campo cerca de sus amigos y todos las mañanas, comíamos frutas frescas y bebíamos dulce zumo de naranja y manzana. Who is the Final Decision Maker in Medical Relationship？
With the progress of medicine and the development of social civilization, the medical industry has gradually transformed into a service-oriented one. The roles of doctors and patients in the medical relationship have also changed. In the old traditional medical practice, physicians had the authority and decision-making power and were responsible for major decisions. The emergence of the bio-psycho-social medical model makes the new medical model change people's view of health and disease. At the same time, this also puts forward new requirements for doctors' medical work ethics. Doctors must not only diagnose and treat diseases, but also pay attention to patients. Non, je ne bois pas cette potion parce que je ne connais pas cet homme. La potion n’est pas scientifiquement prouvée pour cet effet « magique », et aussi, la risque est grande. Je pense que chaque sens a sa propre beauté et ils se complémentent pour nous permettre de percevoir le monde. De plus, je suis déjà très contente de la capacité de ces sens maintenant alors il n’y a pas le besoin de boire cet potion magique.

Несколько дней назад, я писал об источниках лечебных вод. Мне повезло столкнулся с одним этих недавно, когда я гулял. Я его не злал, хотя он надохится возле моего дома, где я живу. На самом деле, это прекрасное место: традиционная французская деревня с каменными домами, окружанная лесом, и в какой-то прогалине недалеко, источник со красивой полой скалой, в котором стоит статутка Девы Марии.
Моя мать, которая знает все виды легенд и рассказов о регионе мне объяснила, что вода тут лечит почечные и глазные проблемы. Я также познакомился с любезной женщиной, которая приносила ботелки от источника. Она мне рассказала, как вода ей помогла с проблемами кожы. Повыше, несколько десятков метров дальше на пути, я нашёл маленькую часовню. Кажется, что есть поклонение к Деве защитнице вод со средневековья. Я даже прочитал, что священная сила источника избавила деревню от чумы, по народным приметам (я сомневаюсь в этом утверждении!)
Интересный факт: анализировали воду в лаборатории, и знали, что она очень чиста и очень немного радиоактивна. Может быть эти свойствы объясняют её лечебную силу.
Иногда, мне так случится: я открываю такие места, как маленькие сокровищя. Они там, недалеко от меня, но они также нераскрыванны, поэтому, я не знаю, что они существуют. Я считаю, что это относится к причинам, по которым я всегда рад гулять!

Cómo y por qué comencé aprender el español.
¡Hola a todos! Pues, de hecho la lengua prefiero aprender español. Y voy a compartir mi experiencia de aprenderlo. Me puse en marcha en el primer año de mi universidad. Es que ya había aprendido inglés a nivel alto y en este momento me aburría mucho. Entonces mi madre me dijo que si tienes tanto tiempo libre, puedes intentar aprender español porque hay mucha gente usarlo en cualquier lugar como inglés. Sentía que tiene razón. Al comienzo lo estudiaba con los videos en YouTube y Duolingo. Después de saber con suficientes palabras, empecé chatear en línea con la gente. Para mí me ayudaron mucho con respecto a escrita y habla. También siempre me corregían si hay unos errores en las oraciones. Unos de ellos todavía son mis amigos. Lo que más me acuerdo es que por el idioma distinto encuentro un mundo más diverso y la gente simpática.

Als Praktikant bei dem ABC, als Stelle123 und durch meine ehrenamtliche Erfahrungen mit über zehn NROs habe ich die notwendigen Fähigkeiten entwickelt, um erfolgreich zu sein, sei es bei Recherche, Schreiben, Technologie, Sprachen oder interkultureller Kompetenz. Insbesondere meine Fähigkeiten, komplexe Informationen in verständliche Berichte umzuwandeln, meine organisatorischen Erfahrungen in der Verwaltung und meine Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit vielen Stakeholdern sind von Vorteil. Zum Beispiel habe ich als Stelle123 über X $ Millionen für NROs gewonnen und ich war bei OrganisationABC verantwortlich für circa 100 Förderungen jährlich. Ich habe mehr als 400 Budgets für 200 Bewerbungen und Programmberichten gebaut und mit Programmbereichen und Finanz durch alle diese Zuschüsse gearbeitet. Ich habe bei der Organistation123 und meiner ehrenamtlichen Arbeit auch mit Menschen überall koordiniert und ich freue mich darauf, weiter in solchen multikulturellen Umgebungen zu arbeiten.
In meinem Studium habe ich das Hintergrundwissen von internationalen Organisationen wie GIZ, BMZ KfW, World Bank u. a. entwickelt, das für diese Rolle notwendig ist. Ich habe viel über die Sozialsicherheitsprogrammen in Ländern wie Äthiopien, Nigeria, Mexiko, oder Brasilien gelernt, inklusiv die, die durch die größte internationale Zuschussgeber unterstützt sind. In Kombinierung mit meiner Erfahrung aus den USA mit Fundraising und meiner Fähigkeit, mich schnell in neue Kontexten zurecht zu finden, werde ich die Weltweite und Europäische Zuwendungsgeber schnell kennenlernen.

über Heute
Heute hole ich meine zukünftige Mitarbeiterin von München-Flughafen ab. Wir sind beide gespannt, wie es läuft die Mitwirkung zwischen die Mitarbeiterin und unsere Firma.
Für unsere zukünftige Mitarbeiterin habe ich eine Liste der Website übe Bankkontoeröffnung, Mühlentsorgung, Sim-Karte-Eröffnung, einkaufen und briefschicken geschickt als ein Teil der "On Boarding Packung".
Als eine ausländische in Deutschland, ich habe so viel über die Freundlichkeit von den Leuten in Deutschland erlebt. Meine erst Fahrt nach Deutschland war lange her, die meisten Erfahrungen habe ich schon vergessen, aber eine Sache ist immer in mein Gehirn eingeprägt. Eine nette Frau hat meinen verwirrten Gesichtsausdruck gesehen, und mich gefragt aus Englisch und gefragt, ob ich Hilf brauche. Es war solches kleine nette Verhalten, die ich in die Stadt verliebt habe.

Hago ejercicios distintos con mi novia, tal como natación, dar un paseo, y hacer montañismo. Normalmente nadamos en la piscina dentro de mi barrio los lunes los viernes también. A pesar de que me cansa mucho el trabajo, es importante hacer ejercicio de vez en cuando. En mi opinión, cuánto más días hacer ejercicio, el cuerpo mejora. Por otro lado, estoy lleno de energía en la oficina, ya que hago ejercicio con tanta frecuencia. Puedo fijarme a las tareas cuando trabajo. Es necesario que al menos hagan ejercicio tres veces de una semana. Una otra ventaja de eso es que pueden mejorar la relación con sus familiares. 夢パート３
あの夜、ジェニバーは父さんが言い聞かせたことをして、特定の人を考えた。両親は、何が起こることを見たいでから、枕頭に待っていた。
「うまくいくと本当に思う？」とヘレナはつぶやいた。
「知らない」とチャールズは答えた。「しかし、やってみる価値はあると思う。」
チャールズとヘレナは静かに待って、幸運を祈ってた。ついに、ジェニバーの目が開いて、両親へとろり見た。
「うまくいった？」とチャールズは聞いた。
「ええと…」ジェニバーは目を揉んで、のろのろ起き上がった。「…そう思わない。」
「夢を見た？」とヘレナは聞いた。
「うん、でも…私は考えてた人を見なかった。」
チャールズはため息をついた。ジェニバーは夢が制御できないようでした。この結果を願ってなかったけど…しょうがない。「じゃあ、試してありがとう。」
「多分もっと力を注がなくては」とジェニバーは言った。
「無理しないで。うまくやったよ」とチャールズは言い張った。「だけ眠りに戻ってなさい。」
ジェニバーは悩んだ。「…うん。」
「チャールズも寝むんじゃないの？」とヘレナは聞きながら、チャールズはドアへ行いた。
「まもなく」とチャールズは話した。「用件を世話するものがあるんだ。」
ヘレナは頷いだ。「じゃあ、またね。」
「また。おやすみ。」
両親は去りながら、ジェニバーは悩んで考えてた。だけそれのように止まりたくない。とても近かったよ！ ちょっともっと力を注げば…
父ちゃんの言葉を思い出した。「魔法のように」と言った。ジェニバーは魔法の杖へ見た。本当に魔法だったら？
ジェニバーは魔法の杖を取って、しっかりとつかんだ。笑顔して、また集中し始めた。

「一体どこだ！？」とチャールズは憤ろしく考えて、魔法の本をバタンと閉じてた。本棚の中にほんとんど全部読んだけど、まだあの魔法が見つけられなかった。あの魔法が本当にあれば、きっとハウスジェードの図書館にと思った。
チャールズはため息をついて、本を残して、別の本を取った。気を落とせないよ。この本はもう有望のようだった…
「父ちゃんは嘘をついたよ。」
チャールズは瞬いて、声の元へ見た。ジェニバーはまたドアにいってた。でも、今回、魔法の杖を持っていた。
「ジェニバーちゃん？」
「父ちゃんはまもなく眠ると言ったの」とジェニバーは話した。「しかし、ここに来たけど、父ちゃんは本をまた見る。」
チャールズは何を言うべきをしばらく考えた。やがて、「なぜここの？ また夢を見たの？」
ジェニバーは得意げに笑顔した。「そうだ！」
休止した。次に、「何を見た？」
「まさに見たかったことを見た」とジェニバーは喜ばしく答えた。「魔法の杖を使って、父ちゃんを考えて、図書館に見た。そして、ここに来たけど、父ちゃんはここにいるよ！」
チャールズはびっくりした。「意味は…夢想を制御したの？」
ジェニバーは頷いだ。「うん！ そして、またできると思う。見て！」
「ちょっと待って…」とチャールズは言い始めながら、混乱して見てた。ジェニバーは魔法の杖をつかんて、目を閉じた。ここに、ドアで、本当に眠るの？
いきなり、魔法の杖の先のヒスイが映えて始めた。ジェニバーの目が開きながら、チャールズはもっとびっくりした。ジェニバーの目目が焦点が合っていなかって、遠い所を見てるようだった。
チャールズは正しかったよ。全然夢じゃないだった。
「何…を見る？」と聞いた。チャールズはジェニバーが何でもを聞けるか考えた。
「母ちゃんはベッドにいる」とジェニバーは答えて、いかにも聞けることを証してた。「まだ眠ってないと思う。父ちゃんを待っていると思うね。」
魔法の杖の光が消えた。ジェニバーは数回瞬いて、目がまた普通になった。チャールズは静かだけど、笑顔した。スクライングの魔法は難しかった、特に子供に。でも、ジェニバーはやさしく使った。きっと天才だった。
「見たか？」とジェニバーは言った。「魔法のようだ！ 父ちゃんが言ったように！」
「はい、見た」とチャールズは答えた。「とてもよくやったね。」
「魔法が上手になり始めてるよ」とジェニバーは言った。「いつか、父ちゃんのような強い魔道士になりたい！」
「そうですね」とチャールズは応えた。「じゃあ、遅いな。眠りに戻ってなさい。」
「父ちゃんも！」とジェニバーはプリプリ応えた。「眠ってなさい！」
チャールズは気さくため息をついた。ジェニバーはしつこかったな。「まもなく。ほとんど終わった。」
「前回言ったよ。」
「じゃあ、今回真剣だ。きっと近い。」チャールズは笑顔して、ジェニバーの額をキスした。「僕に心配しないで。ジェニバーちゃんは睡眠が必要だ。そして、きっと変な夢をもう見ないな。」
ジェニバーはこれをしばらく考えた。次に、頷いだ。「うん。おやすみ。」
「おやすみ。」
ジェニバーは去りながら、チャールズは本に注意を戻した。この魔法…きっとエバレット卿が望んでいる魔法だった。だけ少し手直が必要だった。それに、ジェニバーの才能は…未来に、きっとハウスジェードに手伝える。
これはだけ始めだったよ。

Why should you go for your dream?
Because you live for only once in the world. You come to the world, not for living, you come to the world for experience. Dream are your goals. It will be very boring if you only work and work without goals in daily lfie.
There is a very famous quote:”You pay the same cost for big or small goals, why don’t we choose the big one?”
You won’t have passion if your live in your life without dream. At least go for
your dream based on think which you want yourself be better and have psaaion!
