Decidí aprender español este año. Ahora tengo casi 260 horas de las estudias, pero todavía me siento principiante. Estoy más seguro en mis habilidades españoles que el año pasado, pero el progreso es despacio. Poco a poco, no?

Hoje eu despertei cedo, a las oito de manhã. Como hoje vinha Brandon a meu casa para ver Suicide Squad, não penteei meu cabelo, só mudei de ropa. Eu acabei de ler um artigo de os novos smartphones foldables de Samsung. O artigo descreveu as especificações, mas eu não acredito que o compraria. É um smartphone muito raro.

В нашей городской библиотеке раньше взимали огромные штрафы, когда люди пропускали сроки возврата. Я часто забывала относить книги обратно в библиотеку, вот почему мне пришлось платить такие штрафы. Родители сказали что я – безответственная и рассеянная! Но сейчас поменяли политику библиотеки, и возобновляют книги автоматически, если вы пропускаете сроки возврата.
Чем отличается газета от журнала?
Газета обычно посвящены новостям и выходят ежедневно или еженедельно. Журналы, напротив, охватывают широкую совокупность тем, включая сказки, длинные статьи и комментарии по культурным вопросам.

Welke gewoonten heeft uw cultuur voor het geven van geschenk
Ik kom uit Indonesië, die veel cultuur diversiteit heeft. Dus is de gewoonten bij eiland, ras of geloof verschillend. Bijvoorbeeld, tijdens Eid Fitr (de jaarlijkse celebratie van de Moslim), geven de Moslims elkaar Arabische eten, zoals Arabische rijst of toetjes, of ook Arabische kleding zoals de hoofddoek voor de vrouwen. Elk jaar reizen de Moslims die in de stad wonen naar hun oorspronkelijke geboortestad voor een week of twee weken, om samen met hun familie de celebratie te vieren. Tijdens het pandemie is dit niet mogelijk. Dus sturen de mensen de geschenken door leveringsdiensten.
Hoewel Indonesie de grootste Moslim populatie ter wereld heeft, bestaat ook Indonesië uit een omvangrijk Chinezen mensen. De Chinezen vieren in Februari het nieuwe jaar, omdat zij een andere kalender dan de gewone mensen volgen. Voor het nieuwe jaar, vergaderen de familie om samen te eten, en ook ruilen cadeaus met elkaar, meestal traditionele kleding. De kinderen zijn de blijste op deze tijd, omdat hun grootmoeder en grootvader vaak veel geld naar hen geven. Het is wel druk als het gebeurt; de kinderen zijn niet rustig en vraag zo veel geld mogelijk.

Mushrooms
One day, I went for a walked with my nephew when he was 3 years old. He pointed at a notice board and told me that it was a strawberry. I refuted him and told him that was a mushroom. He disagreed with me and insisted it was a strawberry. I also insisted on telling him it was a mushroom. Finally, he got angery and spoke aloud: strawberry, strawberry, strawberry! Fearing he would cry, I said nothing.
When coming back home, I showed him the picture of mushrooms. He was interested in them very soon and asked me to wacth some vedios with him. We watched some vedios. He was very exciting and kept talking about the mushrooms with. He wasn't able to read, therefore I would tell him the names of the mushrooms.
From then on, mushrooms are the second interest of his, behind the fans. When he walked played in the garden, he would try to find mushrooms. In order to let him know more about mushrooms, I took him to the supermarket and showed the mushrooms to him. Nevertheless, he hardly remembered a single name, nor did I. I would asked him whether we should buy some, he said yes. Whereas, he didn't give a bite. The consolation was that he could recognise a kind of mushrooms which could make soup.
Sometimes, I wonder does he really like mushrooms because he never try to learn the details of them. But I realize that I can't remember any details of mushrooms either while it is very hard to do so. I should be more patient to him, he will grow up in his own way.
When I visited him a few days earlier, he told me there was XX (a kind of mushrooms) in the garden. I was sure the name was wrong whereas I couldn't tell the right name. But I was so delighted that he could tell a name.

A quem deveria-se ajudar com a vaquinha online?
Esta pergunta é muito relevante para mim porque recentemente um conhecido meu decidiu realizar uma vaquinha a fim de lançar o primeiro álbum dele e por sua vez começar sua carreira como cantor e compositor de canções. Sua namorada acabou de falecer a causa de suicídio, e quer dedicar uma série de canções a ela.
Tradicionalmente, usava-se as vaquinhas para ajudar qualquer um que tivesse uma enfermidade ou quisesse financiar um projeto municipal, mas não dispunha dos suficientes recursos financeiros para pagar seu próprio tratamento, ou pagar a construção da obra (no outro caso).
Porém, a crescente popularidade do empreendimento, que tem dado à luz uma plataforma entera, chamada "Kickstarter", tem inspirado muitos a pedir, através da coleção de fundos, o financiamento de seus projetos pessoais, como um brinquedo ou um produto multiuso, alguns dos quais têm resultado ser golpes, embora não possa negar que os golpistas que fazem são bem astutos, já que desenham a página de destino (está correto? em inglês diz-se "landing page") de modo que pareça visualmente legitima para enganar até os mais prudentes.
Então, a quem deveria-se ajudar? Não existe uma resposta definida, mas geralmente quem faz uma vaquinha autêntica não usaria um pseudônimo ou um apelido, já que não teria nenhuma razão para fazê-lo; eventualmente quereria ser reconhecido por seu labor. Também teria descrições detalhadas; naturalmente uma pessoa bem-intencionada quereria que seus patrocinadores potenciais não ficassem com dúvidas antes de tomarem uma decisão.
Em suma, ajudar seu próximo é algo nobre, mas precisa ser cauteloso, visto que as fraudes estão virando cada vez mais difíceis de detectar.

Indoor Swimming Pool
My kids would love to go a small stream in the mountains.
I wish I could, but it is not possible because of preventative restriction of COVID-19.
My wife and I have been trying to get ideas for my kids.
Then, I happened to come across news on an indoor swimming pool.
We thought that would be nice, so we bought them right away.
Luckly for me, it will arrive tomorrow, even though the stocks are almost sold out.
I will install it at the balcony where is easy to use water.
I hope my kids enjoy at the pool.

Writing exam
In my free time I like to go running along the river because I love the scenary I can see. Also, I enjoy watching some films at the cinema with my girlfriend.
Dear David,
I'm so sorry I didn't write to you before but I've been too busy. Have you recived a email by sports club? I am disagree with them because I think we pay a lot of money as a members.
In my opinion the should go up fees about 5% not 15%.
On the other hand, I don't care the club will close due to maintenance. It is normal in this time of the year.

Dia doze de agosto
Em a maioria de tempo em Macau, eu estava na universidade.
A universidade é em o lugar longe de central de cidade.
Tinha de ir de central de ônibus.
Mas, a universidade é muito grande.
Eu tinha de passar distante pelas aulas.
A universidade foi contruido no anos recentes, e os edifícios estão novos.
Eu morava no colégio na universidade.
O colégio eu morava é novo também.
No entanto, eu achei que as comidas no meu colégio foram maus.
Eu tinha janto em o colégio onde a minha amiga morava.
Eu achei que as comidas deles foram mais saborosas do que mim.
Eu odiei os comidas do colégio.
Além disso, eu comi algumas vezes exterior de universidade.

Cat Shit
A groups of cats have been using my roof as their sandbox. My whole roof is covered by cat turds, and now it got even worse. The last couple of days it has been raining, so most of the turds fell on my house's gutters. Today, I had to climb up to the roof to clean the blocked gutters. It wasn't a good experience.
