Eine Kuh-Geschichte 1
Momentan lese ich ein Buch, das "Muh!" heißt. Das Buch geht um eine Kuh namens Lola und ihre Freunde, die von einem Bauernhof fliehen. Lola lernt einen Kater kennen und erfährt, dass die Menschen die Kühe essen. Sie kann zuerst daran nicht glauben, aber, wenn sie mit dem Kater mehr redet, stellt sie fest, dass sie fliehen muss. Der Kater erzählt ihr über ein Ort, die die Kühe geweiht sind. Dieser Ort heißt Indien! Sie erzählt den anderen Kühen, dass sie geschlachtet werden, wenn sie nicht mit Lola entfliehen. Die anderen Kühe machen sich lustig über Lola und glauben ihr nicht. Nur ihre zwei beste Freunde und ihre Nemesis namens Susi entscheiden sich mitzukommen. Sie entkommen irgendwie dem Elektrozaun und fangen an zu laufen. Natürlich führt sie Kater nach Indien, weil die Anderen keine Ahnung über die Welt außerhalb des Bauernhofs haben. Auf dem Weg erfahren sie, dass Lola schwanger von dem Stier namens Champion ist. In dieser Stelle muss ich erklären, wieso Susi und Lola Feinde sind. Weil Champion Lola fremdgegangen ist, mit Susi. Deswegen sind alle traurig zu erfahren, dass Lola schwanger ist. Lola will alleine kein Kind erziehen und Susi ist einfach neidisch auf Lola. Und der Kater sagt, dass diese Reise ungefähr 3 Monaten dauern wird.

minimum wage
Minimum wage has been increased by 55% for first half of 2023, reached to 1600 EUR net. It is 100% rise since beginning of January 2022. As far as I remember you would talk Corporate through the pay rise of BV around these days. There is only 500 EUR difference between the minimum wage and my salary & Barbara’s. Inflation is soaring too fast each month and we are losing purchase power alike.
Throughout 2022, we got 35% net rise which means our salaries falls behind 65% of inflation. We would like to keep up with inflation in order to be able to have same purchase power before the inflation started to rise.

Hoy es el día 52 de mi reto de español. Mi hermana y yo nos fuimos a la supermercado. Compramos las verdurasn frutas, queso, chocolate y yaourt por mi sobrino y mis sobrinas. A pesar de llevo enferma desde los meses pero estoy alegre a recibirlos.

Otra tormenta invernal
Otra vez, nos encontramos en un mundo blando y blanco. Cubiertos, como yace una manta. Si fuera una emergencia podría manejar, pero no tengo ganas de probar las carreteras ahora mismo.
No, en vez de salir de casa pienso en que puedo hacer aquí. ¿Cuáles son mis metas? Hay un programa de rompecabezas de programación que se llama «advent of code». Querría empezarlo.
Tengo también la oportunidad para pasar tiempo meditando. En el pasado he logrado veinte minutos en mi postura, pero hoy en día solo hago diez. Quizas podría aumentar ese número.
Finalmente existen mis metas del español. Me quedo sin una meta fijada desde que cumplí el examen DELE. No tengo planes para viajar tampoco. Necesito encontrar alguna meta para asegurar que continuo con mis estudios.

Strategies to Improve your Well Being

Today I want to give you some strategies to improve your well being effectively.
I've learned these strategies in podcast, books, and apps. Use and try those that works for you.
Identify
Consciousness is the first step to solve a problem.
Have you ever tried to solve something without knowing clearly what is this about? Tricky, right? The same happens to emotions: we need to know what we are feeling in order to know how to respond assertively to them.
The first step to improve your well being is to name your emotions. Ask yourself: how do I feel in this moment?
Accept
It's important to remember that any emotion has its own purpose, for example, sadness might be a reminder that you need to change something in your life.
Try to accept your emotions without judgement, no matter how god or bad they are.
Giving it Enough Time
It's said that time heals all wounds and it's true.
Think about a hard situation you're experiencing in this moment and take a pause. Imagine how would you feel about this situation in one day, in one week, in one month, and in one year. Can you see how your emotions change? What would you think about this situation five years later?
Taking a Break
Mindfullness is about being conscious in the present moment and, sometimes, there are a lot of things to do (especially in these days near to Christmas) so it's common to start multitasking.
A simple way to solve this is to take a pause and go slow, for example, when taking coffee, drink it slowly.
The simple act of going slow makes you feel like everything is ok, so make sure to use this method.
Use your Senses
We have incredible and powerful senses! Why dont use them to improve our well being?
Just close your eyes and notice what are you hearing: is there any noise? do you hear animals? Do you hear voices?
What do you smell? Do you have any taste in your mouth? What do you see around you?

Ep.3 Kanji 園 addendum
Kanji was invented B.C.1300.
Whoa! The kanji inventors already know bible stories?
I don’t think so but mystery is beautiful. I don’t go deep there.
The previous kanji story is not academic-based.
(I’m sorry if I made you confused in my previous post. )
Thus I can’t use that story in school, but I like it very much, and I found it is easier to memorise and impress on them faster. There’s no reason not to take advantage of that, right? As I had a light bulb went off experience by myself. I am the evidence.
Many of learners who is interested in Japanese language might feel awkward to approach or looks hard because of kanji. Especially beginners. Even some of them hesitate to start to learn. Anyway they started learning, and after a while they get an allergy of kanji. Were you guys like that? Haha. Hope not.
When I introduce “kanji”or “Japanese class” in church to church people, I start from this question.
“Why is six afraid of seven?” I can get answer easily. “Because seven ate nine!”
I say “Yes. But kanji won’t bite you. So no need to be afraid of :)”
Some of church provide Japanese class for expat in Japan for free of charge. And lecturer do this voluntary. If I were called by them I will tell this very first class to make them relaxed and felt familiar. If it’s not a class in church, I start from seven days. Sun, moon, fire, water… I write pictures too. I am terrible at drawing but good point is that that is too terrible and funny, they can’t forget it and also the person who drew it.
Once again, previous kanji story is not academic-based. I don’t bring it to school.
Actually, inside enclosure 袁 is robe. It can be explained clothes but there’s rectangular box inside 衣(upper part is 土, I can’t type).
Since rectangular is screwed into there, 袁is more like robe than clothes.
Rectangular implies a fabric like wrap or wear softly or drape.
Base on this concept, technically 袁is robe, 衣is clothes. But both are similar, so often is explained clothes both. This last paragraph is kanji knowledge in general. And previous kanji story is not academic-based.
So sorry for confusion occurred.

Diary
On Monday I baked my grandma's poppy seed cake. It wasn't easy because instructions from my grandma were chaotic but after all the cake turned out delicious and exactly like my grandma's. My husband told me that was even better.
Today, my husband and I turned a new wardrobe, because our old one broke. After that, I put all our clothes in the new place, which took me a while.
I have a job interview next week. It looks like it can be a perfect job for me. It's part-time and it is easy to get there by bus. I hope I get this job!

银人是把自己的身体染成了银色的印尼丐乞。他们连脸都把染了。 汽车在红绿灯停止的时候，他们将出现，向开车人要钱。有时候些人也主动去商店要钱。
很多人讨厌他们。我知道为什么了。我们自然害怕看起来很可怕的人。他们全身银色的！他们也应用涂料地不干净。我不想不礼貌，可是我也觉得他们看起来像鬼或者怪物一样。此外，我认为天天对身体，尤其皮肤，涂化学品会很危险。
他们也态度恶劣。要钱的时候，他们会使用暴力强迫别人给他们钱。也有一些把自己的婴儿染成银色的银妈妈！太恶毒了！这是应受惩罚的罪行。
我明白问题的根源是钱。但是我相信每个人都必须照顾好他们的身体。有更好的办法谋生。比如，可以试玩cosplay虚构人物等等。虽然需要更多的资本资本，但是较健康较优雅和较受人尊敬。

理想的夫妻关系
我觉得最理想的夫妻关系是互相理解：你理解我的困难，我理解你的挫折，我们都体谅对方。丈夫下班早回家后就上厨房做饭，给妻子做她喜欢吃的饭菜，丈夫回家晚看到妻子还没洗澡还有忙着喂养孩子吃饭，还料理各种家务，他应该主动帮妻子做哪些事情，其实也没有什么是费力的，让妻子开心也是保持幸福的秘诀。妻子看丈夫跟投资方去吃饭很晚才回家就不要唠叨了，他在外面工作了一天已经很累了，偶尔跟朋友去看一场球也行，不要想太多，谁不需要爽快的时刻呢？如果吵架了，就为对方思考一下，站在对方的立场上考虑应不应该发这么大的脾气，然后互相把事情消失得一干二净。世界上没有什么是解决不了的，可以在一起已经是缘分，千万不要无所谓的东西而错过。

La motivation de faire de l’exercice me manque
C’est la fin de l’année et je suis épuisée : ça a été une longue année dure : beaucoup de pressions. Pour rester sain d’esprit, au cours des derniers 6 mois, je suis allée régulièrement à la salle de sport. En plus, chaque week-end, je me suis promenée autour le lac et une ou deux fois toutes les semaines j’ai pratiqué le yoga. Mais c’est la fin de décembre et je n’ai aucune motivation de faire du sport.
Alors, j’ai décidé d’écouter un podcast de motivation qui m’a donné quelques astuces. Le premier conseil était d’adopter une pratique plus simple qui convient à mon style de vie. Par exemple n’essayer pas de me lever à 6 heures du matin parce que je suis un couche tard. Le deuxième, c’est important d’avoir des objectifs réalistes. Que ce soit retrouver un ventre plat, perdre les poids ou simplement essayer quelque chose de nouvelle. L’orateur a dit que la clé est d’avoir une bonne organisation puisque ça permettrait de rester concentré sur l’objectif.
Il a également donné des exemples tels que aller avec un ami ou un collègue parce que c’est plus probable qu’on l’on y aille car on ne veut pas le décevoir. Un autre élément important est le fait d’aimer ce qu’on fait. Il faut que l’activité soit intéressante et amusante. J’imagine ce qu’on fait avec un ami est toujours plus amusant que de le faire seul. Peut-être je dois essayer cette astuce.
Je pense que tout le monde est d’accord que l’activité physique régulière est indispensable pour rester en bonne santé. Bien que, je tiens à cette conviction, en ce moment, je manque de la motivation.
