Why learning English again matters to me
Three years ago i stopped my profesional carreer because i needed to take care for my children. Now i want to improve my english so that i can apply for a job again. I hope that in one month i would be able to speak and white much better than i do now. Hope i can.

Sollten Unternehmen ihren Mitarbeitern die Möglichkeit geben
Während der Pandemie war Homeoffice erforderlich, um der Ausbereitung von Corona vorzubeugen, jedoch stößt diese Maßnahme immer nocht bei einem großen Teil der Bevölkerung auf Interesse. Befürworter weisen zum Beispiel darauf hin, dass Homeoffie Flexibilität fördert, die Arbeitszeit orientiert sich nämlich an dem eigenen Privatsleben. Ein weiterer Vorteil besteht darin, dass Menschen zuhause effizienter arbeiten können, weil man über eine bessere Konzentration verfügt. Hinzu kommt, dass dadurch den Umweltschutz gefördert wird. Es gibt viele Arbeitnehmer, die jeden Tag zur Arbeit pendeln müssen, was den Ausstoß von Treibhausgasemissionen in der Luft steigert. Jedoch hat das Homeoffice auch seine Schattenseiten. Gegner weisen zum Beispiel darauf hin, dass man im Büro neue Kontakte knüpfen kann oder neue Freundschaften schließt, was im Homeoffice nicht der Fall ist. Dies kann in einigen Fällen zur sozialen Isolation führen, was die Arbeitnehmer psychsich belasten kann. Hinzu kommt, dass das Homeoffice mit technischen Herausforderungen einhergeht, nicht alle haben nämlich die angemessene Ausstattung oder eine stabile Internetverbindung. Es besteht zudem die Gefahr, dass die Grenzen zwichen Arbeit und Freizeit verschwinden, was als eine zusätzliche psychsiche Belastung gilt.
Die Frage, ob Unternehmen den Arbeitnehmern die Möglichkeit geben sollten, im Homeoffice zu arbeiten, lässt sich also schwer beantworten. Einerseits trägt Homeoffice zur mehr Produktivität und Flexibilität bei, andererseits besteht die Gefahr einer sozialen Isolation. Die beiden Argumente sind nachvollziehbar, weswegen ich hinsichtlich dieser Frage eine geteilte Meinung vertrete.

So I watched this TED Talks by John Mc Whorter called ''4Resons to Learn a New language''. His first reason is that learning a language is actually fun. It's like solving a puzzle - figuring out grammar, pronunciation, structure, - it's like a game for our brain . Second, language opens the door to new cultures.

Le salaire où le bonheur
Je pense que ça depend, c'est spécifique pour chaque personne. Personellement, je voudrais un travail avec moins de salaire que je profite. Maintenant, je travail dans une grande entreprise. Le salaire est bon, mais je deteste le type de travail que je fais. Il n'y a pas un balance entre le travail et mon temps libre. C'est aussi très stressant, est souvent, le travail me laisse anxieuse. J'avais eu beacoup des travails que n'étaient pas corporatives. J'ai gagné moins de salaire, mais j'ai profité d'aller au travail. Par example, j'ai travaillé au camp d'été pour des enfants. On escaladait des montagnes, on a fait de kayaking, on a fait une randonée et on a passé tout de notres temps en plein air. C'était a fait le salaire minimum, mais j'ai adoré ce travail. Quel est votre opinion?

Mon journal
Mon journal est une espace très spéciale pour moi. C'est une place pour mes listes et mes idées, et où je peux d'écrire toutes mes pensées et tous mes émotions. Souvent, j'écrit dans mon journal quand je suis stressée et j'ai besoin de reposer et d'abandonner mes problèmes. Quand j'ai trop beaucoup dans mon esprit, je deviens anxieuse et je ne peux pas concentrater en n'importe quoi. Mais, quand j'abandonne mes inquiétudes dans le page, je me sens meilleure. Récémment, j'ai essayée d'écrire dans mon journal en français, mais c'était difficile pour éxprimer comment je me suis sens exactement, parce que mon vocabulaire est limité.

Estoy cansada ahora porque postulo a muchos trabajos como analista de datos y científica de datos en línea, especialmente en LinkedIn. Me gustaría preparar una entrevista en persona en Stamford, Connecticut, porque es un trabajo muy interesante como analista de datos. Será mi primera vez qué tendrá una entrevista en persona durante mucho tiempo, especialmente porque las otras entrevistas son en línea en Zoom o Microsoft Teams.

The Most Respected Japanese in Taiwan
After Chiang Kai-shek's government came to Taiwan, almost all Japanese buildings were destroyed or converted into political propaganda centers.
There are few beautiful Japanese-style buildings left, but the current Presidential Office and the former police station in Tainan are still well-preserved.
Many Japanese shrines have only two pillars left.
It was natural that the statue of Mr. Hatta was destroyed after the Chiang Kai-shek government came to Taiwan.
A few years ago, a bronze statue of Mr. Hatta was unearthed.
It is said that an old farmer secretly hid it in his home, which would have been killed in those days.
When President Lai Ching-te was the mayor of Tainan, he would pay homage to the statue of Mr. Hatta every year.
Yoichi Hatta is still regarded as "the most respected Japanese in Taiwan" to this day.
To express their gratitude to Mr. Hatta, the Taiwanese built a statue of Mr. Hatta in the second year after the completion of the reservoir.
Every year, on May 8th, the anniversary of Hatta's death, a memorial service is held before his tomb.
Many Taiwanese people came to pay their respects to Mr. Hatta.

Finally, my supervisor gave me all the informations to start with my project. I'm so excited about it, the project is about time series forecasting with foundational models. I don't have expericence about this topic, but that's why I'm doing this intership, to learn many new things. I've already started to work on it, I should only be careful to not work too much, because sometimes I'm a workaholic. Also since this is an inteship, I want to show my supervisor that I'm not lazy, but as i said, if I'll not pay much attention, I might finish working too much, and overshadow my passions.

Сегодня я ехала в Берлин. Я могу ездить на электричке или на поезде. Поезд - быстрее, потому что у него меньше остановок. На поезде есть контролёр и поезд часто чистее. На электричке больше безпорядка: бездомные люди, музыканты или пьяные люди. Но это нормально. В Берлине также есть трамвай и метро.

Candelaria Neighborhood in Bogotá
Candelaria is the oldest neighborhood in Bogotá, Colombia. Its houses have a Colonial style, it's like traveling to the past. It's the historical center of the capital. There are many shops and restaurants, but they all have a mystical style. You never know what's inside until you go in. You could surprised by them.
I went there with my husband because we were looking for a good restaurant to have lunch. We were shocked when we entered one, it was like 'old luxury'. We felt like a king and a queen. Its furniture looked like it belonged to an old castle. I would like to go there again, but there are so many places! I don't know what we'll discover next time.

Climbing To Bad Luck
In México we have the superstition that if you pass down a ladder, it could be any ladder, you will have bad luck. So, I see a lot of people to avoid passing down ladders and it's something funny, because my rational side says to me that that superstition is nonesense, but I have another side that says to me that it's better to not pass down. I don't know if this superstition exists in another places, I have the feeling that this is worldwide.

メルカトル図法
「ソニック・ザ・ヘッジホッグ3」というゲームはスペシャルステージで嘘ついたことを今でも偲ぶ。あの地面はチェッカーボード模様があったけど、球体にあんな模様を描くのは位相幾何学に無理だ。ようするに、ソニックの歩む立体は円環面だということだ。
同様に、ロールプレイングゲームには、厳密に言えば、ワールド・マップが殆どの場合に円環面の射影だ。然もなくば、飛行船などが縦横に巻き付けられないことになる。
こうして、実在の地球は平面に地図をきっちり描くのは無理だ。そういうわけで、メルカトル図法の人気を分かっている。でも、注目すべき点はメルカトル図法の歪みがグローバル・ノースを引き立てるということである。そのせいで第一世界に住んでいる人から見れば、自分の地域以外の頓着を忘れやすくなるみたいかな。

Dzisjai zdecydowałem, że przyszedł czas kiedy muszę rozpoczać pisać i mówić po językam, który się uczę. Czuję się, że rozumię dużo kiedy czytam albo słucham coś, ale to dziwne, że nie dam sobie rady do jakieś rozmowy. Uczyć się jakieś język fajnej, kiedy możesz wyrażić sobie. Jestem szczęśliwy, że znajledzłem ten stronku, gdzie ludzie moge pisać coś i dostawać korrektywy. A po pisanie, możesz równiesz czytać teksty innych ludziej i pomagać im w takim trudnym dziele jak uczenie języków! Jedno działo słuhać i czytać, ale absolutne inne działo zignorować strach przed ludzimi i sam sobie, i dać sobie rady do wyrażenia swoich myślej.

Envejecer
Como me estoy haciendo vieja, el tiempo que paso con mi familia extendida es algo más como un tesoro. La gente que han sido una constante en mi vida, no van a estar allá toda la vida, así es son las cosas. Con cada año comprendo más que todas las cosas son temporales.
Hoy mi tia pase por mi casa, nos paseamos el tiempo chismeando, y por suerte mis galletas ( que por cierto, son la receta que me enseñe una tía del otro lado de la familia) eran recién salidas del horno. Así que como buenas inglesas tomábamos té en familia.
No siempre vamos a estar, momentos así, banales, normales son los que recordamos y son la presencia de personas especiales en nuestras vidas. Los momentos más valiosos no son lo más grandes o más extremos, son la felicidad y momentos compartidos dia a dia.

Mit etwas Energie zurück
Ich bin zurück.
Ich war erschopft und bräuchte eine lange Pause, aber ich habe nicht das Lernen aufgehört. Ich meine, die Vorbereitung auf die Prüfung.
Ich habe versucht, viele Sachen gleichzeitig zu machen, aber am Ende konnte ich nicht mehr. Ich besuchte ein B2-C1 Deutschkurs, hatte ich wöchentlich eine Stunde Privatunterricht und versuchte ich jeden Tag etwas auf Deutsch zu schreiben und zu hören (z.B. Podcasts). Da ich mich für eine Prüfung vorbereite, lernte ich jeden Tag fünf bis sechs Stunden und machte ich wöchentlich eine Stunde Simulation mit Experten. Ob das nicht genung wäre, müsste ich mich um meinen Aufenhaltstitel, der bis 15.10 gültig ist und um die Arbeitbeantragung gekümmert.
Obwohl ich immer noch für die Püfung vorbereite, versuche ich mich nicht zu übertreiben. Ich habe beispielweise das B2-C1 Deutschkurs pausiert.

Hallo, ich bin eine Student und ich will besser werden. Jetz mache ich mein GCSE. I mochte jeden Tag schreiben und hoffe dass es wird besser mein Deutsch. Ich mochte Arzt werden aber ich aus mochtet in Deutschland studiert, weil ich Deutschland eine schöne Platz finde. Es tut mir leid fur die Kurtz Absatz aber, ich bin neue zu schreiben online.
