Heavy Rain
Heavy rain drop faster and faster. Once the raindrop reach the ground, it spread out to several parts, and then draw ripples on the thin water surface.
A small bird still search for food in such a heavy rain. It ignores both the danger of being caught by standbys and the possibility of rushing to death. Maybe it have old parents or small babies who can’t earn their life, just the same as us?
A car is driven slowly, coming to the bird closer and closer, and finally drive over the bird. This car didn’t stop at all, it keeps moving forward without any feeling, because the driver doesn’t know what had happened.
The rain becomes heavier, having no signal to stop.

Neuer Tag neues Glück
Liebe Freunde,
ein neuer Tag (und ein neuer Monat) ist da und wir müssen unser Leben leben und das Beste daraus machen. Der Tag ist grau und regnerisch. Die Nachrichten sind entmutigend und wecken den Wunsch, eine Seite über lustige Tiere zu finden und stattdessen deren Nachrichten zu lesen. Aber gibt es Dinge des Alltags, die unsere unmittelbare Aufmerksamkeit erfordern. Und so geht es. Hier gibt es nicht viel zu berichten, aber muss ich jeden Tag etwas schreiben, um eine Gewohnheit zu schaffen. So, hier bin ich. Und dann bin ich weg.

Ich fahr nach Montreal heute
Ich fahr nach Montreal heute. Es ist ein Reise für meinem Arbeit. Ich werde arbeiten in einen Krankenhaus, Royal Victoria Hospital. Ich bin Auditor für einem Unternehmen, das helfe pharmazeutischen Firmen um neuen Medikamenten zu testen.
Ich mag diese Stadt, weil ich kann mein Französich nutzen und Poutine essen. Ich mag auch den Schnee, hier in Nashville es fast nie schneit.

A continuation of the story of my old friend (35)
I wrote about my old friend who took English lessons together in my last entry.
It was a story for over 10 years ago.
He baked some Biscottis for out teacher and me because he worked at a bakery.
I even bake Biscottis following the recipe that he taught me.
I took lessons with him for about a year, but he started skipping lessons frequently and eventually didn't turn up at all.
I kept taking lessons without him for a while.
I studied there for three years in total and quit.
One day after a long time I quit the school, I bump into the teacher at a convenience store.
We talked catching up each other because it's been a while.
However, he looked like he hesitate to say, but told me "Actually, he who took lessons with you passed away..."
I was speechless by the shock. I was really sad.
I sometimes remember him while baking Biscottis.

Warum wir noch keine außerirdische Leben entdecken?
Wir denken und in Religionen oft davon erwähnt, dass die Menschen das einzige intelligente Lebenswesen seien. Bisher haben wir noch keine unheimliche Leben in der Außenwelt beobachtet oder von ihnen kontaktiert wurden. Aber es ist fast undenkbar, dass nur wir in diesem Universum, in dem zahlreiche Sterne und Planeten vorhanden sind, leben. Durch einige Gründe können es erklärt werden kann. Erstens sind wir, wie wir für uns schon halten, echt speziell und glücklich, als ob wir das Lotto gewonnen haben, sodass die Bedingung der Erde für das Leben perfekt geeignet ist, während in anderen dunklen Ecken des Universums viele Lebensform oder Civilizationen früher als wir aussterben, weil die Umgebung zu gefährlich sind, um Leben zu ermöglichen. Zweitens können die Technologie zum Transportieren zwischen Sterne schwer zu entwickeln, denn sie setzt voraus, dass das Wesen die Energie einem ganzen Stern ausbeuten kann, sodass sie Fahrzeuge aufbauen können, um sich schnell im Weltraum zu bewegen. Es scheint derzeit dann, dass noch niemand diese Fähigkeit bereits entwickelt hat. Noch eine grausamere Grund wäre, dass die Zerstörung einer Spezies von sich selbst unvermeidbar sein könnte, wenn sie genug technologisch fortgeschritten sind. Möglicherweise werden wir dem gleichen Schicksal verfolgen und irgendwann in ferner Zukunft aus das Universum verschwinden.

Le IA et le futur
C'est un thème interessant. Je suis en train de réussir le cours de Langues Modernes et Traduction, puisque mon objectif est soit devenenir un traducteur, soit devenir un interprète. Mais avec la révolution des IAs, tant moi comme des autres personnes sont en danger de perdre notre travail.
Aujourd'hui il n'y a pas un traducteur en ligne qui peut traduire parfaitement toute phrase, mais ils ont devenus plus frequentes. Les entreprises connaisent ces outils, et les traducteurs sont payés moins ou directement ils ne sont pas engagés.
Quoi qu'il arrive, je pense qu'avoir un plan B est une bonne idée, en cas de que nous ne pourrons pas rivaliser cet instrument. Cependant, il est effrayant... Quelle est la limite de la technologie ?

The main character Max Arnold is around 55years old. He wears a suit and commutes by bike.
I think he is a little bit clumsy but he is so kind.
I've been to London twice, so I feel nostalgic about the cityscape in the drama.
Watching this drama will helps me learning English.
Because they speak British English so clearly. And I can catch their conversation a little.
Now, I'm watching this drama with Japanese subtitle.
I hope I can understand their conversation without subtitles.

L’opération finale de l’affaire du chalet Asama

La stratégie ; détruire les murs et le toit du chalet avec la boule de démolition pendue à la grue afin que l’équipe y pénètre de la façade et du haut. On fit venir le plan du bâtiment pour mettre ce plan en œuvre. Croyant que les preneurs se trouvaient au deuxième étage, et l’otage au premier (en réel, ce dernier était aussi au deuxième étage), la police commença par détruire exclusivement l’escalier avec la boule destructrice pour que les militants ne puissent pas descendre au premier étage. Cette opération était extrêmement délicate car si l’impact avait été trop fort, le chalet soi-même aurait été démoli et tombé de la falaise.

Con mèo của mình tên la Kiwi. Kiwi ba tuổi rưỡi rồi. Mỗi ngày, Kiwi dậy khoảng sáu giờ sáng và bước trên ngực mình vì con đói bụng. Khi con làm gì đó, mình cũng dậy. Mình đánh răng rồi cho Kiwi ăn. Sounds I Hear 2

Now it has become decades ago, but around that time there was a pair of birds coming almost everyday at the kitchen window and reciting an interesting song. They were very modest in appearance and slim middle sized birds. Once, when I went outside to the small gallery at the light well of the apartment building, I had a chance to see them very short distance. They were sitting on the fence there showing their back to me and I witnessed their long tails. There were several seconds before they flew away saying kakakakakaka... I think they delayed to notice me. Their name turned out to be 'mourning bird.' It was a very unexpected name to me because their voice was, soft but rather, eccentric and amusing. They say hoot, hoot, hoot, like owls, but in a higher tone, then once in the phrase it becomes about one octave higher and say 'He'. I don't know what they were mourning about, but they have not visited me for quite some time.

My old friend in an English lessen (34)
I had taken English lessens at an English school in my town about 10 years ago.
I took a group lessen with a man who works in a bakery.
I'd like to write about the memory with him today.
He was very shy, and didn't talk much, but when a teacher asked questions, he replied well.
He said that as he worked in a bakery, sometimes he bake cookies at home for his family.
The other day, he brought some cookies called "Biscotti" for our teacher and me.
It was so good, so I asked him the recipe.
It wasn't difficult for me to make, so I was able to make it at home.
After a while, he skipped some lessens frequently.
The teacher told me that he seemed like he wasn't feeling good.

Head Start
Yesterday I saw a three year old boy who given a drum show. He played very well, even better than a teenager. Some audiences joked that the Meng Po Tang he had drunk was too light, which means his technique is too good to a three year old boy. (Meng Po Tang, only exists in legend, the function of which is to let the dead people who are going to re-born to delete their memories of former life. In those legends people believe we all have countless chance to live, but every time we re-born we will lose memories because of the soup we drink which named Meng Po Tang.)
Other people said that although he was only three years old, but the technique he used showed that he may had trained for thirty years.
And two days after that show which his mother uploaded to a short video app called TikTok, he gain over fourty thousands fans.
It is no doubt that he has talent in drums, and all seems like going well, But I have a bit worry about it.
People are desperate for followers those days because once they have enough followers they can make money for attaching ads or doing business. This drum show case shows a possibility of small babies catching eyes. Does there any parents that see this show and copy it, forcing their children to learn something that over their ability? Is it a totally good thing for kids do early training for head start advantage?
I hope we can protect not only our kids but also all kids, avoid the potential rick of over training from the parents.

Meine kleine Drachentasse
Liebe Freunde,
der erste Monat des Jahres ist vorbei. Ich hoffe, es war für euch alle nicht zu schrecklich. Wie ihr wisst, verwendet das chinesische Jahressystem die Tiere und 2024 ist das Jahr des Drachen. Das neue Jahr beschleunigt sich, aber laut chinesischem Kalender hat es noch nicht begonnen. Das beunruhigt Starbucks nicht, denn sie haben begonnen, diese Drachentassen und becher für das neue Jahr zu verkaufen. Es geschah vor dem neuen Jahr. Es war ein Kaffee-Notfall und ich ging zum Kettencafé, um meinen Kaffee zu holen. Da sah ich diese kleinen knallroten Espressotassen mit weißen und goldenen Drachen darauf. (Die großen Tassen waren aus irgendeinem Grund nicht da, was gut ist, sie waren hässlich). Ich kann nicht sagen, dass ich ein Fan von Starbucks-Tassen bin. Ich mag keine Dinge mit Markennamen, die einen mit ihrer Werbung anschreien. Ich erinnere mich, dass mir „Pattern Recognition“ von William Gibson sehr gut gefallen hat, weil die Protagonistin eine schwere Allergie für Markennamen hatte. Ich dachte, ich könnte es begreifen. Aber dieser kleine pummelige weiße und goldene Starbucks-Drache hat mein Herz gestohlen. Ich verzieh ihm den Markennamen, der hinter seinem Schwanz aufgedruckt. Um ehrlich zu sein, benutze ich diesen Tasse nicht so oft als Tasse. Aber es sieht festlich und süß aus, also ist es nur eine Dekoration auf meinem Schreibtisch. Manchmal lege ich Notfall Shokolade in die.
Apropos Notfälle, es ist Zeit für einen Kaffee.
