¿Qué haría si le dieran dinero para donar?
Creo que usar dinero para el bien es una bendición. Hay muchas causas y organizaciones benéficas pero hay algunas que son más válidas que otras. Mi favorita organización es el "World Food Programme" o WFP, porque distribuyen ayuda y comida a mucha gente en los áreas más inestables. Además, es muy fácil ver como usan tus donaciónes porque el programa es muy transparente. Gobiernos y corporaciones son responsables de problemas de hambre, pero si me dieran mucho dinero, sé que haría todo lo que pudiera.

When I reject work in a lab
The first time to Mrs. Mirtha call me for work in his lab, i dont think good, so a say not, may be in 3 months, but i start my personal proyect so that was a lie. Later to sex months, they call me again, in this time we are talking about termns and conditions, for this moment my personal proyect not working like i think so I'm accept the work.

Nearby Jewelry Shop
Recently, I often go to a nearby jewelry shop because the store manager, a 32-year-old woman, is very friendly and willing to listen to me. She became the head clerk two years ago, a rare position for someone for her age. She may be a capable saleswoman. However, according to her, the small shop is located at a shopping mall and has a relatively young customer base, so the monthly total sales are not very high. Actually, most of the items for sale are reasonable priced and there is not much variety. To be honest, if I wanted to buy luxurious items like pearls, I would choose other high-end stores. The other day, I told her that I wouldn’t be coming to the next sale in July. Then she enthusiastically replied, “Please come and buy something because the total sales and sales per employee will be made public to the company.” I was dismayed, but quickly I said, “Ok, I will come but just take a look.” She looked a little disappointed. I realized that we are just a seller-customer relationship.

Heute
Heute habe ich Huhn, Reis mit Mais und ein bisschen Salat mit Avocado gegessen.
Heute musste ich meine Fotos abholen, also habe ich das um 17:00 Uhr getan.
Ich hatte zuvor ein Nickerchen gemacht, weil ich irgendwie müde war.
Ich habe ein Buch beendet, es heißt "The Vegetarian", es war ein sehr verwirrendes Buch.
Danach habe ich ein neues Buch gestartet.
Ich mag noch nicht auf Deutsch lesen, es nervt mich, nicht alles verstehen zu können, deshalb lese ich lieber Veröffentlichungen oder Artikel auf Deutsch.

Movies and TV shows
My favorite television series is "the big bang theory". When I started to watch I didn't like it because I watched the episode 10 of season 4 and I didn't know any actor, however my friends borrowed me the HBO Max account and I chose see this series again.
When I watched the first episode I like it, because in this series talk about topics like engineer, physics and astrophysics and they always make joke about this topics and I think that I have been learning a little about more engineering.
I am learning english watch movies, yesterday I watched Kung fu panda in English, there not were subtitle in English, therefore I had to listen to what they spoke it but I understood new word like "I figure it out" in last scene. I am trying watch movies only the kind of children for understand more word or phrases.
Would you help me with this question ? (I translate this part because I don't understanding some things when I was writing in past form)
- In English, when I speak in the past using negation, is it enough to just change "do" to "did" without changing the main verb?
- Could you help me understand why sometimes, in the past or present, "to" or "ing" is added when two verbs appear together?

The continuation of self-improvement
In order to avoid selfsabotaging your goals, one shouldn't be hard on itself after failing, having a good streak shouldn't be the principal motivation since challenges with higher risk of not being completed can damage a good streak, and if you're focusing solelly on streaks that can also demotivate you , so instead of trying to get streaks you can also focus on building good habits, that given time, can potencially make you feel passioned when working on your goal.

Hoy
Hoy me levanté muy tarde no sé por qué. A lo mejor es que me dormí tarde anoche. Hubo muchas juntas de trabajo hoy y por eso no pude hacer todas mis tareas. Al menos lavé mi ropa para mañana pero ya no saca la basura y el basurero viene mañana. No me gusta el sentido de no ser productivo. Tal vez es la razón que escribo esta entrada. Ojalá que mañana sea mejor y yo tenga mas ganas.

Was bedeutet es für mich, authentisch zu sein?
Für mich bedeutet „authentisch sein“, dass ich mich selbst liebe. Wenn ich allein bin, kann ich neue Dinge ausprobieren. Gestern bin ich 1,61 km am Strand gelaufen. Das war das erste Mal, dass ich bei heißem Wetter so weit gelaufen bin. Ich wollte länger laufen, aber ich war zu müde.
Außerdem übe ich Selbstakzeptanz. Ich weiß, dass meine Gefühle gültig sind. Niemand darf meine Gefühle infrage stellen. Wenn ich traurig bin, schreibe ich meine Gedanken in mein Tagebuch. Ich weine manchmal, während ich einen Text schreibe. Danach fühle ich mich besser, weil ich meine Emotionen ausdrücken kann.
Zum Beispiel habe ich über meine letzte Beziehung auf Englisch, Französisch und Deutsch geschrieben. Ich war oft nervös, weil ich in seiner Nähe nicht weinen konnte. Nach der Beziehung habe ich oft allein geweint. Ich habe gelernt, dass ich authentisch sein sollte – besonders mit meinen Gefühlen und Gedanken.

Ayer, obtuve mi carné de biblioteca con mi madre en la biblioteca de West Haven. Me sentí muy feliz porque ahora puedo pedir prestados libros en todo Connecticut. Por ejemplo, saqué un libro de crimen de Jo Nesbø, un escritor noruego, y una autobiografía de Bretman Rock, un artista filipino.

２つ目の文化で、客さんは全部の食べ物を食べなきゃいけません。客さんが全部の食べ物を食べなかったら、食べ物の問題はずがあります。そのため、客さんが食べ物を取り残したら、ちょっと失礼です。
私の世代はこんなに寂しくないと思うけど、老人が時々ストレスになります。たとえば、私の祖母は一つの文化の人です。ガイドブックなどはそんなことをよく話します。旅行者を怖くなれます。
時々喜劇がこんなトピックを使います。たとえば、シーンでホストが大きなご飯を作って、客さんが全部を食べて、ホストが台所に持ったて、他のご飯を使って、客さんがご飯を隠します。

Pedir información sobre clase
Hola,
Vi su anuncio sobre la clase de nadar. Vine al gimnasio muchas veces pero no se donde está la piscina. ¿Ya hice la registraron para el gimnasio pero necesito hacer algo para la clase? Nunca jugué un deporte de agua antes así que no sé nada de nadar.
Estoy muy interesado, nunca tomé una clase de nadar antes. Siento un poco miedo porque no sé cómo nadar muy bien. Oí que muchas personas usan gafas de natación, dígame si necesito. Mi amigo me explicó que es una actividad que no necesita mucho equipamiento.
¿Me puede decir qué días y a qué horas es la clase? ¿Y cuánto cuesta?
