Я иногда затруднаюсь со своим весом. Я худой и высокий. Мой рост сто девяносто шесть сентиметров, а вес семьдесят пять килограммов. Мой индекс массы тела ниже нормы. Я думаю, что быть худым не всегда вредно для здоровья. Но набрать вес было бы неплохой идеей. Я стараюсь есть больше, но мне трудно набирать вес. У меня быстрый метаболизм. Меня всегда тепло, я печь. Люди с быстрым метаболизмом могут есть всё, что им нравится, и не набирать вес.

De nos jours, le débat sur l’endroit pour acheter des produits divise l’opinion publique. Certains personnes trouvent que des produits locaux peuvent assurer la bonne qualité, malgré le prix élevé. Par contre, d’autres disent que le supermarché en ville offre produits divers avec les prix abordables.
À ce sujet, il est indéniable que l’achat de produits alimentaires à la campagne nous offre plus d’avantages que nous ne le pensons.
Premièrement, soutenir les nourriture locaux peuvent aider les agriculteurs à réaliser des bénéfices. En clair, en les consomant, les gens peuvent contribuer au développement de l’economie nationale.
Ensuite, la qualité des produits locaux est assurée grâce à leur frâicheur. En effet, il n’y a pas de conservateurs alimentaires, qui protège la santé des gens.
Puis, manger des produits locaux sur le long terme peut enrichir la qualité de la vie. Évidemment, les gens prêteront plus attention à l’origine des aliments qu’au prix.
Pour conclure, bien que le shopping au supermarché offre les produits adaptés avec les prix abordables, je suis convaincu que des aliments locaux soit bénefique dans une certaine mesure.

ロンドンの通勤
前回の投稿の通り、最近ロンドンからロンドン以外まで通勤しています。以下現在の日常通勤について書きます。
午前5:30時→ベッドから起きます。仕事に出る準備をします。時々電車の状況を確認しておきます。
午前7:15時→この時家を出るのを目指します。ロンドンは駅がいっぱいなので、3分くらいでいつもの駅につきます。
午前7:45時→地下鉄でリバプールストリート駅につきます。ロンドンを訪ねたら、この駅を利用するかもしれません。ロンドンを出る電車が多くて、僕のようにそんな電車が必要なら、便利です。
午前9:10時→ようやく、仕事する街につきます。5分後事務所につきます。契約によりますと午前9時出勤しなければならないですが、会社はかなり弾力性なので、遅れを許してくれます。
この予定は今月だけです。毎日これぐらい通うのがきついし、疲れやすいです。それに、イギリスは電車の料金が非常に高いです。来月仕事の近くに引っ越して、楽しみにしています。

Uniforms
When I was in high school, there was a period of public debate about whether the rule of wearing school uniforms should be abolished. However, it ultimately ended with no conclusion. In Taiwan, most students from elementary school to high school need to wear uniforms. The school uniforms come in two types: formal and sportswear. The formal uniform usually includes a tie, shirt, suit pants or skirt, depending on the gender. The sportswear typically consists of a cotton t-shirt and sports pants. Students also need to sew their names on the chest part of the uniform. There are also different appearance rules depending on the school. When I was a student, we were not allowed to dye our hair or have ear piercings. My middle school even forbade us from covering our eyebrows with bangs because students were supposed to look vigorous, and long bangs were thought to make us look listless, which is a bit of a ridiculous reason. Our hair was checked every Monday, so on Mondays, girls would bring small scissors and trim their hair to the length that just touched but did not cover the eyebrows completely. I believe the ban on hairstyles has been lifted now. The last time I passed by the school, about a quarter of the students had dyed hair. Society is slightly changing at its own pace.

La systeme education dans l'Australie
Je trouve que le systeme education dans l'Australie, et plus beucoup des nationals pourais etre mieux beaucoup qu'elles sont juste maintenant.
Le (Focus) en (Teaching) ensemble est tres mal, en particular pour apprendre les langes et des personnes qui a le comprendre difficile. Les Profs, l'ecoles, et les governments devrai change ca qui est leur facon de penser au bout les enfants dedans l'ecole. L'ecoles n'est pas dans une usine et les enfants n'ont plus maturee encore.
Plus loin, C'est tres bien d'avoir une systeme de l'ecole qui n'est pas lassais derniere des personnes, une systeme que est plus personelle. Avoir une systeme qui peux seurve tous les etudient fera ca que est retirer des source du discrimination pour etudients qui en particular a besoin de plus l'aide.
Je pense que la logistique de ca est tres dificile cependant, mais on dois encore quelque chose.
Qu'est que tout le monde pense de ce et est-ce on accepte moi?

日本にいる時、マッチングアプリを使ってみたいと思います。アメリカでは使ったことがないけど、面白い経験になりそうです。留学中、真面目に恋愛してみたいんですけど、たった4ヶ月いるのでなかなか対応してくれる人がいないかと不安です。真面目に恋愛したいという人は多分より長い付き合いを探しています。遊ぶ人は短期間でもオーケーかもしれないけど僕はそういう目的じゃないので釣り合わないです。
最近、マチアプの事情をめちゃくちゃ調べています。結構面白いんですよ。この投稿では書き切れないくらい情報がいっぱい出てきました。日本人は主に日本特有のマチアプを使っています。これらは日本国内でしか利用できません。マチアプは機能を大きく分けて2つあります。1つ目はティンダー（これは日本特有じゃない）やタップルのスワイプ機能です。右にスワイプすれば「いいかも」という意味で、左にスワイプすれば「イマイチ」という意味です。自分が送った「いいかも」に相手が「いいかも」を返したらマッチが成立します。2つ目はこのような「いいね」を送る機能もありますが、検索機能もあります。つまり、表示される相手だけじゃなくて、自分で条件を定めて相手を自由に探すことができます。このタイプではメジャーなのはペアーズとウィズです。ペアーズは日本一人気というのもあるので、まずはこれを使ってみようと思います。
日本のマチアプは基本的に男性は払わなくてはならないけど女性は無料です。これは、マチアプでは女性の方が需要が多いということを考慮すれば納得できると思います。でもそれにしても、アメリカではそんな仕組みはないと思うので文化の違いですね。
ペアーズが主に調べたアプリなのでその話を少ししていきたいと思います。入力できる情報は半端ないので、相手の条件を絞るのに理想なアプリだと言えます。会員は毎月30ポイントがもらえます（他にも毎日ログインしたりすることでもらえる）。「いいね」を送るには1ポイントがかかります。なので、やたらに「いいね」を送る訳にはいきません。しかし、相手が送ってきた「いいね」を返す場合はポイントがかかりません。この仕組みは興味深いと思います。例えば、気になる相手がいても敢えて「いいね」を送らないで相手からの「いいね」を待つという行動も考えられます。なぜそうするかというと、足跡という機能を「悪用」することができるからです。足跡というのは、誰が自分のプロフィールを見たかを見れる機能です。足跡をつけた相手は一応自分のメイン写真に興味を持ったので、平均よりは自分に興味がある可能性が高いです。だから足跡をつけた相手を確認して「いいね」を送るのが懸命です。そのため、沢山の相手のプロフィールを見て足跡をつけることで、自分が気に入った相手に「いいね」を送らせる良い方便です。さらに悪用したければ、自分の自己紹介に「気になる相手に足跡をつけてます」と書くことで、より高い確率で自分が足跡をつけた相手が「いいね」をくれます。
安全のために、本人確認が行われます。運転免許証などの公認の身分証が必要になります。それでも気を付けないといけないのは業者です。業者はマルチ商法などマチアプの本来の目的と関係ないことに誘おうとします。

10.07.24 - L'armonia e l'unità
Oggi ho letto il secondo capitolo del libro sul disegno floreale, intitolato “Disegno, armonia e unità”. L’obiettivo di un artista, di fiori o non di fiori, è esprimere un certo “stile”; è un termine abbastanza vago, ma lo stile è fatto dalle emozioni e dai pensieri che si rievocano quando si vede un’opera. Un artista esprime uno stile attraverso i vari componenti artistici, tra cui sono il colore, la forma e altri elementi spesso menzionati quando si parla dell’arte. Il capitolo è incentrato sull’armonia e sull’unità. Questi due principi sono strettamente collegati, ma c’è una sottile differenza tra loro. L’armonia si riferisce al modo in cui i diversi elementi—nel caso del disegno floreale, i colori, le forme, e le consistenze del vaso, dei fiori, del fogliame, e degli altri accessori—sono in sintonia uno con l’altro. L’unità invece si riferisce al modo in cui quegli elementi si combinano per fare una sola entità quando una composizione si guarda da lontano. L’unità viene realizzata dall’uso di altri principi come la prossimità, la ripetizione, e la transizione degli elementi.
Anche ho avuto abbastanza tempo per leggere il terzo capitolo sul colore, lo approfondirò in un altro testo.

Anhui Province
Anhui is a province located in the eastern central region of China. It borders Jiangsu Province to the east, Shandong Province to the northeast, Henan Province to the northwest, Hubei Province to the west, Jiangxi Province to the south, and Zhejiang Province to the southeast.
Anhui occupies an area resembling a rectangle from south to north and is divided into three parts by the Yangtze River and the Huaihe River.
The area south of the Yangtze River is mountainous, the area between the Yangtze River and the Huaihe River is hilly, and the area north of the Huaihe River is a vast plain.
The capital of Anhui Province is Hefei, which is situated in the center of Anhui between the Yangtze River and the Huaihe River.
The abbreviation of Anhui is 皖 (Wǎn). We often say south Wan, central Wan, and north Wan to refer to the aforementioned three parts.
The most beautiful tourist spots are concentrated in south Wan, such as the Huangshan Mountains, the Jiuhua Mountains, the Taiping Lake, and the ancient Hongcun Village.
Central Wan also has a few mountains, namely the Dabie Mountains, the Tianzhu Mountains, and the Langya Mountains. Langya Mountain is a 5A-level tourist spot, as well as Tiantangzhai in Dabie Mountain.
My city is in north Wan, where it is mostly farmland. The sole 5A-level tourist spot is Balihe Park in Yingshang County, near the Huaihe River.
The renowned university in Anhui Province is the University of Science and Technology of China, abbreviated as USTC. It is ranked seventh among Chinese universities this year.
Compared with developed provinces such as Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, and Shandong, Anhui is still in the process of development. Among all the provinces in China, it might occupy a position above the average. Its GDP last year was 4,705 billion, ranking 11th among 4 municipalities, 5 autonomous regions, and 23 provinces.

Yose(寄席)
Recently, I am interested in Yose(寄席), where various traditional Japanese entertainments are held. I regularly visit a vaudeville theater in Asakusa and enjoy listening to Rakugo, stand-up comedy as well as watching magic, paper cutting, acrobatics, and so on. The theater, built in 1907, is well-known as the comedy hall of fame in the downtown area and has been attracting a lot of fans.
Also yesterday, I visited Asakusa Engei Hall(浅草演芸ホール) and had the first experience of asking a paper cutting performer to make a piece of paperwork in accordance with my request. As I knew he usually accepts audience’s requests, I had decided what to ask him in advance, that is, a piece featuring a cat in anger. Luckily, he nominated me who had raised the hand quickly and started cutting deftly while jokingly saying, “Don’t consider me to be able to cut whatever you want!” However, in two or three minutes, he finished and showed a marvelous piece of work to the audience. It featured a cat in anger against her owner who was offering her the meal piling high up. It was very precise and humors. As I was really satisfied with it, I deeply appreciated him and handed over an envelope containing a 1000- yen note to him. He happily put it inside of the breast of the kimono. This piece of work has become a family heirloom.

2: Les adieux
Aujourd'hui c'était le dernier jour de l'un de mes groupes de niveau 1 à l'institut que je travaille. Même si ils sont tous adultes, comme toujours, les étudiants de ce niveau s'attachent beaucoup aux leur professeurs. Pour eux, débutants, il n'y a personne qui pourrait être si bien comme vous à leur apprendre la langue anglaise. Or, vous avez été le premier, la personne qui leur a appris comment donner ses premiers pas. C'est très mignon et ça montre comme l'affection marche toujours avec n'importe quel processus d'apprentissage.
Je les comprends bien. Moi aussi, quand j'ai fait le cours de français, j'aimais tant ma première professeure de français. Elle était super, très drôle. Je suis été heureux de la rencontrer dans autres niveaux, et c'était toujours une fête. Elle me manque beaucoup !

The Best Places to Stay Cool in China
During summer, most places in China are very hot. The highest temperature can be around forty degrees Celsius.
Therefore, many people seek places where it is cool to spend the summer.
China is so large, and it is several thousand kilometers from its southernmost point to the northernmost, so it is easy to find such places.
Inner Mongolia is an autonomous region in the northern part of China and borders Mongolia. Hulunbuir League is a vast expanse of grassland in Inner Mongolia and borders Russia. It is really cool there in summer.
Most cities in the northern part of Heilongjiang province are also cool, such as Heihe and Yichun. Since they are in an area with high latitudes.
Besides the places in the northern parts of China, there are places in southwest China where it is also cool in summer. They are Yunnan Province and Guizhou Province. These two provinces are situated on highlands and have an altitude of around two thousand meters, which causes the cool weather.
The third type of places where it is cool are in mountainous areas. For instance, the Lushan Mountains and the Moganshan Mountains are regarded as the best places to spend summer in the central part of China.
One place that I want to mention is the Shandong Peninsula, which is in the eastern part of China and borders the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea. It is also very cool there in summer.
Well, the above-mentioned places are the best ones where people can escape from the heat waves in China.

Adirondacks (01/03/2024)
Salut à tous,
Aujourd'hui, je reste à Adirondacks avec mon copain à l'auberge de jeunesse. On a vécu hier soir à 16 h 05 et on est arrivé à 22 h 05 hier soir. Quand on est arrivé à l'auberge de jeunesse, il y avait deux femmes qui ont parlé français avec l'accent parisien. C'était la première fois que j'ai entendu le français de Paris à l'auberge de jeunesse. Normalement, les francophones parlent avec l'accent québécois ici.
Par ailleurs, je travaille à l'auberge de jeunesse pendant huit heures. Les femmes françaises m'ont parlés en anglais quand elles sont parties ce matin à 8 h 30. Cependant, mon copain m'a fit que ces femmes n'ont pas un bon niveau en anglais. Il connaît un collègue belge qui parle couramment trois langues : le français, le hollandais et l'anglais. Il n'a pas compris beaucoup de l'anglais de ces femmes parce qu'il avait du mal à comprendre l'accent français. Il doit se concentrer quand une personne parle anglais avec un accent français. De plus, mon copain est bilingue en chinois et en anglais. Il apprenait l'anglais quand il avait cinq ans en Chine.
Ce matin, j'ai parlé anglais et philippin avec ma mère pendant vingt minutes où trente minutes.
J'ai hâte d'aller en Estonie pour la deuxième fois.
À ce moment, j'écris le sixième poste de blog pour le cours de communication scientifique.

Me llamo Fred Ford y soy el director del departamento de comercio internacional de la empresa Nestlé. Nuestra empresa produce alimentos regionales, lo cual ha crecido rápidamente durante los últimos dos años. Me gustaría invitarle para presentarnos sobre la gastronomía mexicana y los costumbres culturales de Mexico. Su fama por la sociología de hábitos culinarios es reconocida en la industria de producción de alimentos y sería un honor a recibirle en nuestra empresa.

leider war die Lieferung zu spät und der Strauß stark beschädigt. Ich habe vor einer Woche einen BlumenStrauß bestellt, der am Sonntag ankommen solltet. Aber die Blumen sind am Dienstag angekommen. Außerdem waren die halbe Blumen schon kaputt. Ich muss leider Sie bitten, dass Sie mir mein Geld zurückgeben.

J'ai dormi dans mon bureau hier soir, sous mon bureau parce qu'il fait trop chaud chez moi sans électricité. Il y a quelques autres de mes collèges qui l'ont aussi fait. Ils l'ont fait comme une expédition de camping ou une soirée pyjama, ce qui a rendu l'affaire entière amusante. J'espère encore que l'électricité reviendra aujourd'hui parce que je n'ai plus de nourriture.
