a listening material
I came across a video on YouTube today. it's about a mean schoolgirl, in a cheesy shallow story. It has some clickbait-ish vibe in a way.
However, the narrator's voice is just as awesome as an English material! It has a quite clear pronunciation with this whole daily life description, in a casual, colloquial way. And the context was very clear. this is something I was looking for.
The funny thing is, I would never be into this type of video unless this is in English.
I downloaded its audio and transcript straight away. haha! I fell for the trick.

My first entry
Hey guys, this is the first time I use this website and also the first text entry I submit on this website. I know that just by writing that first sentence there's gonna be a lot of stuff wrong, I'm not trying to correct myself that much yet since I guess that the main point of using this website is exactly getting feedback so we can improve our language skills. That's what I'm going to do from now on, just letting my brain work with its own freedom.
I mean, sooner or later I'll improve my output (at least I wish) and when i get back to this specific message I'll be able to realize how much I've evolved on this language. I wish you guys who are get starting right now along with me not do be afraid of doing mistakes, after all we're here to get corrected and this is a good thing :D

Les objets connectés : pour ou contre ?
De nos jours, le débat sur les objets connectés divise l'opinion publique. Certains estiment qu'il existe de nombreux avantages lorsque les humains utilisent ces dispositifs. D'autres, cependant, considèrent ces gadgets comme une menace pour la sécurité et la vie privée des gens.
À ce sujet, il est évident que notre qualité de vie a été considérablement améliorée grâce à l'aide des objets connectés.
Premièrement, ces gadgets rendent la vie plus organisée. En effet, avec la multitude de tâches que les gens doivent accomplir, il est judicieux d'utiliser le smartphone, car il peut leur rappeler de manière efficace sans rien oublier.
Deuxièmement, dans une société où le rythme de vie est stressant, la santé est souvent négligée. Dans ce cas, les montres connectées, par exemple, nous incitent à surveiller notre santé et à intégrer davantage d'exercice dans notre quotidien.
Enfin, les accidents imprévus peuvent être évités si l'on sait comment contrôler les installations de la maison à distance en utilisant ces appareils portables. Ainsi, la sécurité des gens pourrait également être renforcée.
En conclusion, malgré quelques risques associés à l'utilisation de ces objets, je suis convaincu que les avantages priment sur les inconvénients.

Thoughts on Respect for the Aged Day
Tomorrow is the national holiday called "Respect for the Aged Day" in Japan. As a senior citizen, I cannot help but think about my future. Dementia is the last disease that I want to suffer from. If I had, I would not know who my loved ones are or where I am...it's so tragic. In Japan, which is a country with an aging population, it is said that more than 15 % elderly people of my age suffer from dementia. How can I prevent it? I had better take a good sleep, do exercise moderately, and communicate well with others. More than anything, I think it's important to keep my brain stimulated. For me, learning foreign languages is the best way to do this. I can't thank my friends on Langcorrect enough.

Heute schreibe ich einen Texte auf Deutsch im Auto. Zuvor habe ich ein Buch auf Französisch, "Une vie française," gelesen. Das war interessant und lustig, aber ein bisschen bizarr. Ich weiß nicht warum, aber ich mag das Buch bis jetzt.
Im Moment sehe ich wunderschön draußen. Die Aussicht ist schön und atemberaubende.

Mä alan kirjoittaa päiväkirjaa suomeksi opiskelemaan suomea. Mä haluan kirjoittaa joka päivä. Tänään mä jäin kotiin koko päivän ja mä tein muutaman tehtävän ja olin vähän töissä etänä. During this afternoon I was boring and I was scrolling on youtube.
Until I discovered the youtube chanel of https://www.youtube.com/@veronika_languagediaries and she made a video about how to learn english like an adult (or something like this).
Next in her video she mentioned this website.
So just after I will go check this website out .
I think that website is really great because I can improve my english level to later because I really would like to move in USA.By the way during this summer I went in Houston for 1 month in family and it was amazing.
For the moment I'm a teenager and I'm from France. What we learn in English subject at school is really bad.
So I hope my english is not too bad.

Mi mente es mi peor enemiga
Mi esposo estaba hablando contigo esta mañana en espanol pero estaba nerviosa por practicar porque creo que necesito ser perfecto. Creo que necesito practicar con él porque la razón la que no sé mucho espanol es no practico mucho hablar. Sin embargo, permito que mis pensamientos me detengan.
Por qué está es tan difícil hablar para mi? Mi mente es mi peor enemiga.

[B2] Onlinekauf - das Sterben der Innenstadt
Hallo, liebe Leute,
Die Frage, die sich derzeit stellt, ist - Stirbt die Innenstadt aufgrund des Onlinekaufs schneller denn je? Ich möchte deswegen meine Meinung dazu darlegen.
Dinge online zu kaufen ist inzwischen an der Tagesordnung und ich mache das auch. Da dies viele Vorteile mit sich bringt, besonders für die Verbraucher, ist Onlinekauf im Lauf der Zeit ein Teil des Leben von einer Einzelperson geworden. Dessen ungeachtet engagiere ich mich im Moment für den Umweltschutz und es steht natürlich schlecht um die Umwelt. Denn der Versand eines Pakets stößt viele schädliche Abgase aus und man vergrößert nur seinen Fußabdruck. Daraus ergibt sich, dass die frische Luft früher oder später durch CO2 und Treibhausgase ersetzt wird. Somit bin ich mir immer über dieses Handeln uneins.
Nach der COVID19-Pandemie hat der Onlinehandel besonders stark an Zuspruch gewonnen, weil Menschen zu dieser Zeit nicht mehr in die Lage waren, sich frei zu bewegen. Dementsprechend haben sie zu dieser Art des Kaufens gegriffen. Zudem befähigt das Menschen dazu, Preise zwischen Läden zu vergleichen. Danach können sie die besten Deals finden, im Vergleich zu einem Geschäft in einem Einkaufszentrum. Hinzu kommt noch, dass es eine Fülle von Produkten mit verschiedenen Preisen auf diesen digitalen Plattformen gibt, geschweige denn Vouchers oder Sonderangebote, die nicht in einem Laden immer präsent sind. Das ist wirklich meiner Meinung nach für wählerische Kunden geeignet, wenn sie beispielsweise schon stundenlang um die Innenstadt gelaufen sind, um ein adäquates Kleid für die Party zu finden, dennoch ist alles in die Hose gegangen, denn ihnen passen alle Kleider dort nicht. Nicht zuletzt hat diese Herangehensweise mit Annehmlichkeit zu tun, der sich moderne Leute zugeneigt fühlen. Jederzeit und überall kann man schon sein gewünschtes Ding kaufen.
Ein Grund, weshalb die Innenstadt in Zukunft sterben würde, liegt in der Tatsache, dass die Mietkosten zu hoch sind, dafür nicht alle Einzelhändler aufkommen können. Um diesen Problemen entgegenzuwirken, sollte die Behörde ihnen eine Stütze geben, indem sie die Steuern reduziert. Es wäre hilfreich aus meiner Sicht. Doch mehr als das, dass es zu wenig Plätze gibt, damit Kunden sich nach dem Shopping verweilen können. Aus diesem Aspekt sollten mehr Flächen und Spielplätze für Kinder errichtet werden, um Kunden oder manchmal sogar Touristen anzusprechen. Grüne Flächen sind meines Erachtens eine Mangelware in einer Großstadt, trotzdem liegen vielen Menschen sie am Herzen, weil Natur ein echtes Heilungsmittel ist, wenn man turbulente Tage hat. Infolgedessen ist es ratsam, mehr Bäume dort zu pflanzen. Dank dieser Ideen könnte die Innenstadt einen Platz im Herzen des Bürgers zurückgewinnen.
Alles in allem kann gesagt werden, dass man den Kauf in einem Einkaufszentrum nicht beseitigen sollte, sonst wird sich die Anzahl an leerstehenden Geschäften steigern. Hinterher löst das eine negative Auswirkung auf das ganze Stadtbild aus. Dies taugt nicht für die Ökonomie eines Landes.

Verlorene Arbeit
Vorgestern hatte ich einen langen Arbeitstag, und habe dazwischen ein wichtiges USB-Laufwerk verlegt. Daß habe ich erstens gestern Morgen herausgefunden, und hatte gedacht daß ich nicht für den Arbeitstag bereit wäre. Glücklicherweise, sichere ich die Dateien in die Cloud, also hatte ich was ich gebraucht hatte. Aber, das war die letze daß ich gesichert hatte. Die Dateien für die nächste zwei Wochen sind verloren gegangen.
Heutemorgen habe ich auch die wiedergestellt. Fortan werde ich auch eine physische Sicherung halten.

先日長いバスの旅で鬼滅の刃初めてみました。
ネフリで少し話のダウンロード しました。
【I downloaded a few episodes off Netflix to try it out】は日本語で何と言いますか。
各話は短いですから複数のエピソードを一気に観るのは簡単。
剣士になる少年の物語です。彼は鬼の嗅ぐですと簡単に友達を作れる。彼は妹を箱に入れて持ち歩いています。
私の好きなキャラクターは「嘴平伊之助」。彼は豬頭面具着ます*。とても変人です！数回彼をさせる笑える。
残念ながらもう一人のキャラクターはものすごく腰抜けです。彼を我慢 ならない。
全体的には楽しいです。【It's not worth all the hype**】は日本語で何と言いますか。
日本語音声と英語字幕で見ています。「DEMON」は「鬼滅」ではなく「鬼」と呼ばれていることに気づきました。また、「SLAYER」は「刃」ではなく「剣士」と呼ばれていることに気づきました。このアニメの名前は「鬼の剣士」にするべきだ！ あるいは「鬼を嗅ぐの剣士」！

「ものとする」と「こととする」
最近はCATTI試験の過去の問題をやっています。中にはこういう問題がありました。
政府は、この法律の施行後三年以内に、この法律の施行状況について検討を加え、必要があると認めるときは、その結果について所要の措置を講ずる______とする。
A.もの
B.こと
C.ところ
D.だけ
最初に躊躇しましたが、結局B「こととする」を選びました。正解はA「ものとする」です。
その違いについてネットで色々と調べたり、聞いたりしましたが、
説明自体が難解の言葉ばかり使っているか、「とくに違いはないよ」と答えるか、
今のところ、自分の日本語レベルに合うわかりやすく、ピンとくる説明が見つかっていません。
なんとなくわかったのは、
「ものとする」は「しなければならない」の曖昧な言い方で、法律や公式の文章によく使われているらしいことと、
「こととする」は「ことにする」と似ていて、やや主観的なニュアンスがあることです。
とはいえ、自分の理解が正しいかどうかもまったく見当がつきません。まさに「五里霧中(ごりむちゅう)」です。
こういうやさしい単語の組み合わせでできた文法は、ときには次元が違うほど分かりづらくなります。たとえそれを中国語に訳しても、場合によって翻訳がまた変わっていくので、日本語・日本人の考え方で考える、理解するしかないと思います。
あまりにも時間がかかったので、そろそろ「原理はいいからとりあえず暗記しろ」という初めて日本語を学ぶときの勉強法、もう一度取り入れるべきかな？と思い始めました。

Sta piovendo, proprio come piace a me. Credo che farò una passeggiata solo per un po' di tempo. Devo anche riciclare molte bottiglie d'acqua, quindi non voglio perdere troppo tempo.
Mi sono riposata, sebbene sia andata a letto tardi. Aspetto che la pioggia si fermi perché possa uscire.
Nel frattempo studio un po'. Così farò la passeggiata dopo aver finito con tutto ciò che ho da fare.
