A Piece of Mystery In Myanmar
Dhammayangyi , the largest among 12th-century temples, is located in the heartland of Bagan. It looms over the landscape of Bagan with its massive and distinct red-brick structure. Despite being the largest and most magnificent, the mystery buried inside is profound, and an unsettling stillness hung in the air as you wandered into the summit-struck, colossal temple.
Each brick holds the most painful history and tales of a bloodthirsty king named Narathu. He smothered his father, the emperor, to death, poisoned his brother, the crown prince, and executed his wife, the Indian princess.
Rumors said during the construction of the Dhammayangyi temple, the king himself observed the building process and was brutally strict with each construction stage. If a needle could go through the gap between two bricks, the responsible craftsmen or architects were eliminated as punishment. However, after the gruesome death of Narathu, the Dhammayangyi temple was left unfinished. And For centuries, the structure remained intact even after several severe earthquakes.
Nevertheless, the real enigma lies inside the vaulted inner corridor and chambers: is something precious hidden inside, or is there something that people were never meant to see?

I hate heat
It´is funny because i was born in a city when in a normal day you are at 38 degree celsius. I like the beach and a sunny day, but I hate being sweaty all day. Now I live in one of the most cold citys in America and I love it. I can wear whatever I want, walk through the city with any problem and do a lot of things. The rainy days are a problem but I´m a home man, I love staying at home and watch a movie or playing a game with friends. Now I only travel to hot cities on vacations.

Douceur
Ce matin, le vent souffle fort. Mais ce n’est pas une force constante : par moments, de puissantes bourrasques font frémir les feuilles, puis tout s’apaise, et le silence revient un instant. Pourtant, la température est douce, et je savoure lentement mon café en écoutant le murmure apaisant du vent.
Le vent est un phénomène étrange : on ne peut pas le voir, et pourtant, il influence profondément tout ce qui l’entoure. Je pense que la douceur humaine agit de la même manière. Elle est invisible, mais son pouvoir est immense.
De quelle couleur est la douceur, selon vous ? Pour moi, elle est orange. Quand je vois quelqu’un prononcer un mot ou accomplir un geste plein de bienveillance envers une autre personne, j’aperçois une lumière orange, chaude et douce. Et ce qui est beau, c’est que celui qui reçoit cette douceur, celui qui la donne, et même moi qui observe la scène, nous en sommes tous touchés. Mais à force d’observer, j’ai aussi remarqué qu’il existe des personnes qui semblent ne rien percevoir de cette lumière.
Je pense que leurs fenêtres intérieures sont fermées depuis longtemps, empêchant l’air de circuler librement.
Quant à moi, je m’efforce de garder les miennes grandes ouvertes, pour ne jamais passer à côté d’une lumière orange que quelqu’un, un jour, pourrait m’envoyer.

Einige Gedanken
Kürzlich habe ich herausgefunden, dass wenn man seine Gedanken äußert, verliert man die Ängste, die jene Phantasien entwickelten. Zum Beispiel, wenn man glaubt, einen Anderen hasse ihn, ohne mit der Person zumindest einmal geredet zu haben. Diese "Geistern" verflogen jeder, der seine Gefühle immer für sich selbst behält. Und was passiert wenn man keiner hat, mit dem man ehrlich sein kann? Eine mögliche Lösung wäre das alles irgendwo anzuschreiben, zum Beispiel auf dem Internet.

祖父との再会と多文化の絆
母方の祖父は中国系スペイン人で、祖母はスペイン人です。子どもの頃から、そのルーツは確かに自分の一部でしたが、日常ではあまり意識していませんでした。
特に小さい頃は、祖父に会いに行くことがよくありました。祖父はとても優しく、お茶目で、いつも笑わせてくれました。スペイン語混じりの冗談を言ったり、家族の話を誇らしそうにしたりしていました。言葉がすべて分からなくても、そのあたたかさは伝わってきました。
最近はなかなか会う機会がありませんでしたが、6月の終わりに母が主催するベビーシャワーがあり、それに合わせて久しぶりに祖父に会いに行く予定です。
今回の訪問では、祖父だけでなく、スペインや中国、そして日本の親戚の皆さんに、自分がそのルーツを大切にしていることを伝えたいと思っています。
そのために、自分にあるチャレンジを課すことにしました。それは、「滞在中は英語を一切使わない」ということです。話すのも、メッセージを送るのも、全て英語以外で行うつもりです。
スペイン語、フランス語、中国語、そしてもちろん日本語だけを使う予定です。
正直に言うと、スペイン語と中国語はまだあまり上手ではなく、自信もあまりありません。それでも、言葉が完璧でなくても、「伝えたい」という気持ちや努力が大切だと思っています。
これから出発までの数週間は、スペイン語と中国語を中心に勉強していくつもりです。
難しいチャレンジですが、自分のルーツと向き合い、大切な家族とより深くつながるための一歩として、前向きに取り組んでいきたいです。

Mi dia hoy
Hoy es sábado, está lloviendo aquí y muy nublado. Esta mañana, saqué los perros a pasear muy temprano. Me gusta hacer tareas temprano en la mañana. Tarde, voy a acuario con mi hija. Ella tiene cuarto meses y eso es la primera vez en el acuario. Vamos con su primo y la novia de su primo.
Al lado de el acuario hay tiendas y restaurantes. He estado allí antes con mi esposa.
Estoy emocionante por esta viaje. Me gustan animales y el acuario tiene mucho. Mi favorito animal allí es los pingüinos.

Artificial Intelligence
Nowadays, more and more people employ artificial intelligence on a daily basis. While proponents commend usage convenience, opponents remark high amount of blunders and untrustworthy answers. Personally, I find AI to be an exceedingly beneficial tool for learning, albeit sometimes morally controversial. This essay will examine both the pros and cons of artificial intelligence and will draw a conclusion at the end.
There is an array of AI's advantages. First and foremost, it can be a powerful teacher. It is available 24 hours a day and 7 days per week, providing not only opportunity to create one's own study plan, but also independence from other people's schedules. Secondly, it can be a useful instrument for researches. By analyzing dozens of websites, it produces a general gist of a certain idea, saving hours of priceless time.
There are, however, plethora of controversial aspects too. Adversaries of AI argue that due to its incapability of distinguishing biased and independent sources, it can easily become a tool for political propaganda. Artificial intelligence can form a misconception with profound consequences without even realizing it! Hence, opponents of AI advocate double-checking and being vigilant about its mistakes.
As for me, I always pay ample attention to information that I receive from AI. Nevertheless, I find artificial intelligence to be an indispensable instrument for learning. For instance, it can analyze several dictionaries and provide a detail definition for a word in a foreign language, supplementing it with example sentences.

Corn Grits (125)
I found a shop that they sell baking products nearby town.
I was so curious that I walked in.
There were many kinds of flour, sugar and spices, so I was really excited.
I found corn grits there.
I actually, had never seen corn grits before, so I didn't know how to use it, or what I can bake using it.
Anyway, I bought a bag of grits.
It seems like there are two types-coarse and fine.
I looked up some recipes of grits on YouTube, and found a delicious-looking one.
I'd like to try to make it soon.

Über das Thema"Soll man verbieten,an Sonntagen oder an Feiertagen zu arbeiten?"wird viel diskutiert.Ich bin nur teilweise mit dieser Meinung einverstanden.Früher habe ich viel Zeit mit meiner Arbeit verbracht.Sogar habe ich am Wochenende gearbeitet,deswegen war ich oft fix und fertig .Heuzutage sind immer Leute sehr beschäftigt mit ihrer Arbeit,ohne mit ihrer Familie zu verbingen.Ich meine,dass man zu viel nicht arbeiten sollte.Aber man sollte allen Menschen die Beratung geben,anstatt zu verbieten,weil es für alle Menschen geeignet ist.Man könnte am Wochenende entweder mit der Familie in den Supermarkt gehen oder mit besten Freunde ins Café gehen,um Stress abzubauen.Ich bin davon überzeugt,dass man sich am Wochenende entspannen sollten,um voller Energie in die neue Woche zu starten

Im Jahr 2023 habe...
Im Jahr 2023 habe ich die Serie "Abott Elementary" angefangen. Ich habe sie sehr lustig gefunden und viel gelacht. Die Serie zeigt Lehrer und Lehrerinnen und die Probleme, die sie täglich haben. Die Folgen dauert etwa 20 Minuten. Eine Lehrerinnen ist ziemlich faul und sie hat keine Lust zu arbeiten. Sie finden verschiedene Wege damit sie nicht arbeiten kann. Man kann sagen, dass sie intelligent ist, aber auch in der gleichen Zeit faul.

Mon nom est Ehi, cela signifie "cadeau", ma mere a me donne cet nom. c'est vient de l'etat de Benùe; en le langue d'idoma. En Nigeria il y a beacoup de langues et tribus; les gens d'Idoma est une minorité, donc le nom Ehi n'est pas populaire; c'est unique est belle. 2. Las Cuatro Pilares de Estar en Forma
1. Una cosa importante: no soy profesional en alguna profesión: ni atlética, ni medicina, ni dietética. Esos ideas son completamente míos y forman parte de mi disciplina física
2. Creo que la forma física consiste en cuatro “pilares”:
1. La Fuerza: como la capacidad por levantar y llevar un peso de cuantos kilos
2. La Flexibilidad: como la capacidad a realizar varios posiciones de yoga
3. La Agilidad: como la capacidad a realizar various habilidades de equilibrio y danzas
4. La Aguante: como la capacidad a sustentar una actividad de cardio por treinta minutos
3. Creo que esos pilares son particularmente importante por personas de muchos años (como yo). Tengo 76 años. Esas cosas son critícales a mantener la “vida de útil” y también el “lapso de salud” por personas de muchos años, pero también por todas las personas.

Vale ancora la pena studiare le lingue straniere?
Ho scelto questo tema perché da bambina sono stata interessata alle lingue straniere.
Dal mio punto di vista imparare una nuova lingua apre la mente in modi che non avrei mai immaginato.
Ne vale davvero la pena perché non solo si mostra rispetto quando viaggi, ma anche ci si diverte imparandola.
In più, un nuovo mondo si apre: incontri nuove persone con cui puoi esercitare tutto ciò che impari, ti esprimi in modo elevato, ti diverti parlando in un'altra lingua.
A volte rimpiango di non aver imparato più lingue in passato, però si può farlo a qualsiasi età.
Iniziare ad imparare l'italiano mi ha fatto uscire dalla zona di comfort e un nuovo mondo mi si è aperto. Ho incontrato persone meravigliose che non avevo mai potuto incontrare, se non avessi iniziato ad impararla.
Imparare l'inglese da quando ero una bambina mi ha aiutato a trovare posti di lavoro.
Per tutti questi motivi credo che sia importante e utile espandere l'orizzonte.

Mein Name
Meine Name ist hebräischer Herkunft und bedeutet „Gott vergibt“, oder „Gott ist gnädig“. Einer der Apostel (der auch ein Evangelium geschrieben hätte) hieß wie ich. Mein Name ist häufig in christlichen Ländern, oder zumindest in Ländern christlicher Kultur. Obwohl ich ein Franzose bin, habe ich die deutsche Version dieses Namens, weil meine Mutter fand, dass er besser klingt.
Diesen Namen habe ich immer ein wenig seltsam gefunden - umso seltsamer, dass mein Vater niemals wollte, dass ich getauft worden bin, also manchmal fühle ich mich ziemlich komisch mit einem Apostelnamen, aber gut, das ist nur ein Name. Er gefällt mir nicht besonders, aber ich hasse ihn auch nicht. In einem gewissen Sinne spiegelt er die Liebe meiner Mutter für mich wider. Das war ihre Wahl, ihr ganz erstes Geschenk fûr mich, also würde ich ihn niemals ändern.

尋常性ざ瘡について
尋常性ざ瘡はしばしば思春期と関連付けられる皮膚疾患であり、毛包が死んだ皮膚細胞と皮脂で塞がった結果だ。このために、主に顔や胸上部、それに背といった比較的多くの皮脂腺がある皮膚に影響を及ぼしている。普段は十代に影響を及ぼしているものの、ざ瘡も大人に観察されている。例えば、私の母もその疾患がある。
ざ瘡は不思議と衛生と関連がない。それならその原因は何なのだろうか？第一に、多分予想通りだが、遺伝的要因が関与していそうだ。遺伝子は約80%の人口の相違を占め、双生児研究はざ瘡の遺伝率が高い性質を示していた。
第二に、ホルモン活動もざ瘡の形成を促進していそうだ。テストステロンといったアンドロゲンとインスリン様成長因子1（IGF-1）といった他のホルモンはその疾患と関連があるとされていた。実は、完全型アンドロゲン不応症かラロン症候群（低いIGF-1のレベル）のある人たちがざ瘡を発症しないので、それらはざ瘡の形成に必要そうだ。その他の疾患がない人たちについては、思春期の時、ホルモンの生成が増え、ざ瘡をもたらす。月経の時にもホルモン活動が増える。
他の原因もあるが、これらの二つは主だと思う。
