Venerdì 18 ottobre
Finalmente è arrivato il mio giorno preferito della settimana - il venerdì! Non c'è niente di meglio della sensazione di aver portato a termine tutte le faccende.
Sono stanca morta, ma felice. Concluderò la giornata con un'altra lezione d'italiano. Spero di parlare in italiano ancora di più questa volta.
Mia mamma verrà a trovarci questo pomeriggio. È difficile provare a dividermi fra lei e le mansioni, comunque ci riuscirò.
Fra poco mangerò qualcosa di buono per il pranzo e poi ritornerò a lavorare. Ieri sera ho fatto un meraviglioso cavolo al vapore e anche il suo profumo mi basta.

Cher Monsieur le Rédacteur,
Je tiens à vous exprimer combien de plus vos articles parlant des faits divers me plaisent. Je suis tout à fait heurese à lire chaque edition, particulièrement puisque je travaille aussi avec les gens. Donc, en tant que personne que connais beaucoup environ le progrés marqué de chaque génération, je suis sûre que j`ai une opinion ciblée en ce sujet.
Étant donné que la génération d`aujourd`hui a été grandie dans le même temps avec la croissance technologique, je ne crois pas que nous pouvions cacher le fait qu’est une grande difference entre ce génération et la derniére.
Par conséquent je dirais qu`il n`est pas par hasard que ces gens ont une capacité marveilleuse à comprendre mieux comment ils doivent prioritiser leur bien-être dans tel manière qui est en concordance avec la hausse climatiqué et des nombreuses problèmes politiques.
Notamment, je trouve assez importante d`etablir comment chaque génération nous aidait à arriver où nous sommes aujourd`hui. La génération des mes parents, par example, a mis en lumière l`importance d`avoir un travail assuré dans n`importe quel moment dans ma vie, tant que la génération de ma soeur m`a rappellé combien de important il est de prioritiser ma santé méntale.
En fin, je ne crois pas que nous devions jamais oublier que chaque génération a fait, en réalité, tout ce qu`il était possiblé dans ce moment-là. Nous le devons respécter et remercier dans la même manière.

Elon Musk appears to support Trump to be the next president of the US. In a recent public speech, he suggested that his rocket to Mars would come to reality by the end of Trump's next presidential term. I cannot imagine what amazing things will his companies bring to us in the future.

L’actrice Maggie Smith
Qui d’entre nous ne connaît pas l’actrice Maggie Smith. Dame Maggie Smith née en 1934 en Angleterre est décédée récemment. Elle avait 89 ans. Elle est considérée comme l’une des plus grandes actrices britanniques du XXe siècle. Je l’adore et j’ai vu plusieurs de ses films. Je me souviens d’elle surtout dans son rôle de professeur McGonagall dans les films de Harry Potter. Également, j’ai bien apprécié son personage comme la Comtesse douairière de Grantham dans la série Downtown Abbey.
Elle travaillait comme l’actrice pour plus de 60 ans. Elle a commencé sa carrière dans un petit théâtre à Oxford en Angleterre. Au fur et à mesure, elle attirait l’attention des réalisateurs américains et elle jouait sur Broadway. En 1956, elle a gagné un petit rôle dans un film. Deux ans plus tard, elle a été nominée pour un Bafta. Bafta est l’équivalent britannique des Oscars où des César français. Après cette nomination, rien ne pouvait l’arrêter. Durant sa longue et prestigieuse carrière, elle remportait de nombreux prix y compris six BAFTA, trois Golden Globes et deux Oscars.
On se souviendra d’elle comme une véritable légende de la scène et de l’écran. Je cite roi Charles III qui l’a décrit comme « un trésor national ».

Ha pasado un rato sin escribir
¡Hola! Durante el año pasado, disfruté de escribir aquí. Pero después un rato, me olvidé este sitio y no estuve escribiendo cada semana. Pero ahora, quiero mejorar mis habilidades de español otra vez. He estado mirando videos en español y es útil, pero tengo practicar mis habilidades de output también, como escribir y hablar.
Quiero reunirme con un tutor de español en italki dos veces cada semana. ¡Ya tuve una lección con un tutor y fue bien! Estuvo nervioso, pero tenemos una conversación completamente en español. Después de solo diez minutos más o menos de hablar en español, la mente se cansa. Todavía puse comunicarme, pero estuvo un poco más difícil. Creo que con la práctica, definitivamente podré hablar con fluidez y por más tiempo.
Quiero viajar a México y Colombia en el futuro, así que ya quiero mejorar mis habilidades. Disfruto la experiencia de viajar en un país extranjero mucho más cuando puedo comunicarme en su idioma.

Some strategies for improve my skills
As I am looking for a new job, I need to improve my speaking and listening in English. English is not my native language, so I decided to apply some strategies for improve me.
My first step is writing every day in this plattform.
My second step is save my voice with my phone, for example every night i must save everything I did in the day.
My third step is chating with my friends Rene and Julian.
The fourd step is listening every day or watch series with subtitles, however watching series with subtitles seems to me a few strange, because my tendence is reading rather than listening.
The last step is practice speaking with another people, but currently in my country the electrical service is out when I get home. By this situation, I will practice speaking only the weekend.

Mein typischer Morgen
Ich stehe um 7:30 Uhr auf, dann putze mich die Zähne und wasche mich meine Gesichte.
Danach trinke ich zwei Glas Wasser.
Dann mache ich 10-15 Minuten Yoga weil ich meine Körper strecke muss.
Dann mache ich meine Skincare und kämme meine Haare.
Danach ich ziehe mich an, dann bereite ich mich einen Tee vor.
Endlich beginnt ich mit der Arbeit, weil ich zu Hause arbeite.

Im On Diet
I want to lose weight, for once I was at the ideal body figurations. In all my lives, I dream off being that skinny white boy, asain good looking dude, type of a guy, that you look at, you would fall in love. Their body is tanted, skinny fat, slim I guess. Being one is not easy. Im now overweight. I can do anything now for that. Look at my boobs, the pac is gone. It look like women's boobs, it drowned down the head. I have to lose the fat, I'm embarrassed. I'll do anything to lose weight. I'm on my journey now. Cross my fingers.

Je viens de commencer la fac !
Salut - je viens de commencer la fac et j'étudie le français au niveau intermédiaire. Je disais que je gérais en français mais récemment, depuis le début de fac, j'avais du mal à comprendre beaucoup de choses, comme la grammaire et les compréhensions orales.
J’étais Au Pair cet été pendant trois semaines en France et j’ai beaucoup appris, et cette expérience m’avait aidé avec certaines choses mais à la fac, le rythme de travail est plus rapide et la difficulté a augmenté.
Je me rappelle sans arrêt que le français n’est pas une langue très facile à apprendre, mas c’est plus dur maintenant de rester positive et motivée à faire des devoirs ou étudier parce que tout le monde semble aller bien, et ils comprennent les choses sans beaucoup de problèmes. Simplement, je pense que j’ai perdu un peu de confiance en moi-même et je dois arrêter de me comparer aux autres.
Je vais essayer d’écrire en français sur ce site pour pratiquer plus mais, a part de ça, est-ce quelqu’un a des conseils pour la fac ? Est-ce les choses vont s’améliorer ?

Cooking(Lmao)
I love Gorden Ramsay, He s the best chef I know until I stumble upon Jaquin Pepin. Because today I find out that he's quite wit of an old man, cooking in over many places. I would love to watch their cooking tutorials. Today I just watched, Gorden way of stir fried chicken. I learn that, Gorden show me the correct way to balanced heat to perfection. First thing first, he add the chicken with salt pepper and olive oil. Secondly when the chicken all stir up, he add garlics, and stir them until they are all yellow. Now that's all informations I needed, the colors of the garlic tell him when to put off the oven, when it turn yellow it's when you can do that timing. Today I also watched, how to cook pork kidney, as I watched Jaquin Pepin videos, scroll through the comments I saw, people say him being a professional cook for france president. Not to oversharing, but he seemed quite old man, I dont know he's composure. I bet. That's the only proof I can find for my backup tutorials. So I prepared the meal with pork kidneys. With beer, garlic,... Then I just made the best sauces of all, thanks to him. I love him from now on. He seem legit.

Les effets de la publicité sur les comportements des cons...
Les publicité font une grande partie de la société moderne. On les trouve partout. Durant les séries, sur les murs à la métro, ou bien dans les annonces. Les publiciteurs ont intégré les publicités dans la vie quotidienne. Cela pose un nouvel problème. À cause de l'intégration des publicités, il est plus difficile que jamais de différencier entre les avis véritables et les avis sponsorisés. Maintenant, on se demande si l'on peut faire confiance à ce qu'une personne se conseille à faire ou s'il y a une intention cachée, payée par un gros entreprise. En gros, les publicités ont contribué à une manque de confiance entre chacun durant une période déjà rempli d'une esprit de « à chacun son propre ».

J'espère que tu vas bien. Je suis vraiment contente d'avoir rejoint un centre de langues très renommé au Canada, appelé EF. L’ambiance de travail est à la fois chaleureuse et professionnelle, et j'ai la chance de rencontrer des collègues venant de plusieurs pays, comme les États-Unis, l'Australie, ou encore l’Inde. Chaque jour, nous échangeons différentes méthodes d'enseignement et nous nous soutenons mutuellement dans nos tâches. Je me sens épanouie, car tout le monde est très accueillant et bienveillant. De plus, comme l’école est située près du centre-ville, il me suffit de 15 minutes pour m’y rendre en transport en commun. Franchement, je suis ravie de faire partie de cette équipe et j'espère pouvoir m'y engager à long terme.
Et toi, quoi de neuf de ton côté ?

On Playing "Ni No Kuni - Wrath of the White Witch"
After completing *Dark Souls Enhanced Edition*, I left my Nintendo Switch on the shelf for a while. But God how much I love playing on the little Nintendo console. I can play on my bed during my lunchbreak, and don't have to use the same device I use for work (my PC).
I originally wanted to play *Breath of the Wild*. Unfortunately, I don't have the cartridge with me. I actually have, however, an unplayed game which has been waiting for my attention for a while.
I'm talking about Level 5's *Ni no kuni: Wrath of the White Witch* (for short, NNK). I bought the game almost five years ago, started it thrice, left it without even reaching the fantasy world the game takes place in. Short attention span at the time. Let's try again.
Here are the first notes I took after one hour and a half of playing. I feel the necessity to point out that I'm not a keen JRPG player. The only game of the genre I've ever finished is *Persona 4: Golden* on the PSVita. However, I'm interested in the genre as a whole and studied it a little. I'll probably say things which may sound naive to an avid JRPG player, though.
As usual, there will be SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS.
- Opening sequence in Motorville
- The game plays the Studio Ghibli feel card right from the opening. I read that Level 5 had most of the story and the worldbuilding finished before Studio Ghibli joined them to animate the cutscenes. Still, it feels like the game was conceived as "a Ghibli movie made game" from the start.
- Like P4G, it takes its time to start the actual game. The first 20 minutes are made up of basic interactions with NPCs and objects, while a pletora of cutscenes play for us. LET ME PLAYYYYYY.
- The death of Oliver's mother and the start of his journey hit hard, even though the tone is childish, akin to a fairy tale (as we intend them nowadays; in the XIX those stories were quite cruder than *Ni no kuni*). I may have shed a tear.
- From the beginning, I feel that the character of Oliver, his growth, and the acceptance of his mother's death will play an important role.
- In the fantasy world diorama
- After the long exposition, we find ourself in the world of Ni no kuni and in the middle of our first battle. Wow. Gameplay!
- Very simple gameplay, actually. As I was expecting from the genre, the game unfolds its systems one by one, very slowly. The first battle is nothing more than choosing the same option in the battle menu three times.
- The diorama where the player travels from a location to another is wonderful. Finding interesting way to represent travel is something I wish more games did; NNK chooses to make travelling pretty and evocative, while very simple from a mechanical perspective.
- Talking about mechanics. Moving to avoid enemies results most of the time in the enemy bumping into us anyway, but from behind. Having to fight multiple times without being able to avoid a fight is a little annoying.
- At the gates of Din Don Dell
- We have to get into the city of Din Don Dell, so we get to the gate, but the guard responsible for letting us in had his heart stolen by the Big Evil Guy (Shazar's the name). If we want to enter, we need to get the heart of the guard back. But to do so we need to make a stop at the Deep Dark Wood first.
- Classic obstacle to force us on a different path.
- I have to admit I hadn't seen one example of this plot device in a while. The fact that a developer feels confident enough to use it is kinda refreshing.
- NNK is a special example, though, for how strongly it evokes the feeling of a classic children fairytale.
- I don't know if contemporary JRPGs rely so much on this kind of plot devices anymore.
- The Deep Dark Wood
- It's a dungeon.
- It's a long liner corridor which splits into two equally linear corridors. On the first, we find the NPC which grants us our first familiar and a couple of new spells. On the second, the actual scary dungeon littered with monsters and the boss at the end.
- The third person camera takes its time to move while exploring, and is very close to Oliver. A little to close to get a good feeling of the environment, I feel.
- The music is unexpectedly epic for such a small, calm dungeon themed after a forest. I was expecting something one or two tones down. Joe Hisaishi is roaring here.
- Enemies respawn in mere seconds after you took them down. You can never clear the dungeon.
- I died once. And I wasn't expecting to.
- Also, I lose all my money if I want to go back to the game and not reload my last save. That's brutal, in a way.
- Need to use consumables a lot if I want to get out of the dungeon.
- A checkpoint right before the boss takes away some pressure. Level 5 doesn't want me to cry in front of my Switch/PS3/DS.
- By the way, I discovered today the first iteration of the game was for DS. *Wrath of the White Witch* was developed as an enhanced edition for the PS3. WOW. VIDEO GAME HISTORY IS SO COOL!
That's it. I may add more stuff if I play it again or find myself excited at the idea of sharing my silly notes.
