What's your preference for spicy or non-spicy food?
I returned from my friend's house and had a nap for a while, I was really a bit tired. We made two types of hot pot soup, spicy and tomato soup. People who attended this birthday party originated from Canada, Indonesia, and my daughter and I who are from China. The exciting thing is they enjoyed the tomato soup so much, that they even drank the soup out in the end, the boneless sliced fish made the soup more natural delicious. Surprisingly, my daughter and I ate most of the spicy dishes. After the meal, we discussed how local climate influences local residents' tastes. I said people from the mountainous and humid areas might accustomed to spicy food like me, while other people from coastal, tropical regions and prairie places might prefer sweet ones.

Tears
It is so strange mood when you want to cry. At Wednesday, I am going to a interview at first time. But, it is not a reason why I want to cry, although I don't feel prepare a lot. I don't even feel upset, merely time is passes so fast and I want to learn so many things. In junior course, I don't want anything and now I feel how to be educational is cool. I can't say that I don't know anything, but want to understand more and more difficult and interesting things. So, I feel some tension on the lost, so there is slight sadness.
Today went a snowfall - it is so great and unusal to see yellow trees and snowflakes.

Geopolitica nelle "Guerre stellari" (terza parte)
Alla fine della guerra dei cloni, un grupo di senatori chiamato la Delegazione dei 2000 ha presentato una petizione al cancelliere Palpatine, preoccupati dal futuro della democrazia. Naturalmente, gli ha rassicurati, promettendo di rendere i poteri eccezionali non appena la guerra sarebbe stata finita. Tuttavia, cuando la Repubblica è stata trasformata in un Impero galattico, molti di questi senatori sono stati arrestati. Gli altri hanno creato l'Aleanza per la ristorazione della Repubblica, che è l'Aleanza ribelle dell'episodio quarto.
Alcuni davvero credevano alla propaganda imperiale, ma la maggior parte della popolazione era lucida. La violenza dell'attacco è stata tanto scioccante come la scelta del bersaglio.
I ribelli erano presentati dai media imperiali come "terroristi separatisti", un referimento obvio ai separatisti historici della guerra dei cloni. Alcuni pianeti hanno una più grande simpatia per la ribellione di altri, come Corellia o Mon Calamari, per raggioni culturale (perché non vedono regimi autoritari di buon occhio) o perché hanno sofferto sotto il giogo imperiale. Per esempio, le nave ribelli che si vedono nei film e l'ammiraglio Ackbar tutti provengono da Mon Calamari. Quanto a la famiglia Solo, ella è correliana.
Nonostante la politica securitaria dell'impero, i grandi criminali come Jabba il Hutt (che vidiamo nell'episodio sesto) erano ancora attivi, sebbene i propri attività siano ristretti. Per esempio, l'impero ha vietato le corse di podracer, e gli hutts guadagnavano molti soldi sulle scomessi di podracing. Ma possono ancora vivere come re nei palazi, continuando gli affari, purché non minacciassero l'autorità di Palpatine.

Museen
Das Wetter war am letzten Wochenenden ziemlich warm unn herrlich sonnig, deshalb gehe ich mit meinen Kinder in den Park zu spielen. Wenn das Wetter angenehm ist, ist es sinnvoll drausen etwas zu machen - spazieren gehen, wandern, am Spielplatz Zeit verbringen. Es gibt einige Parke in der nähe von meinem Wohnung, gegen 1 km entfernt. Also, jede gute Wochenende haben wir keinen Auswahl was wir machen möchte.
Außer Parke besuchen wir manhmal vershiedene Museen, weil ich eine Bundesmuseen Jahrekarte habe. Ich habe sie gekauft um bei schlechtes Wetter irgendwohin zu gehen. Es ist besonders angenehm im Museum sein, wenn es draußen regnet. Viellecht ich hätte nicht diese Karte gekauft, wenn es immer sonnig und trocken in der Stadt wäre. Aber der Winter kommt bald, und ich brauche nützlich Platz um meine Zeit zu überbrücken.
Obwohl meine Karte 8 Museen erlaubt zu besichtigen, sind nur ein paar Museen meine Favoriten. Ich empfinde das Kunstmuseen als sehr langweilich, aber das Naturhistorische Museum, das Kriegsmuseium mag ich am liebsten! Ich kenne viele kurze Geschichte für meine Kinder, wenn wir dort gehen. Besonders interessant Ausflüge haben wir, wenn wir zumindest ein bisschen über Ausstellungen lesen können.

My conversations with my friends
The last days I have been having conversations in English with 2 great friends. One of them is Rene, he is a great friend, I knew about 11 or 12 years ago, I have many memories with him, for example I remember lifting weights and swimming together in the Tenis Club. Also I remember when we was in many projects in the old company. In short, he is a good guy. Currently, he is very fluent, even when he reply my voice notes, I was surprised for his fluent.
Another great friend is Julian, he is a little bit lower than me, however is a great friend. He told me that he has a lot of problemas becasue he didnt find a new job since 5 years ago. I hope God bless him and he can find a new job for your situation change.
Both friends are system engineers, and I think that both are very skilled.

What critical thinking skills do I need to develop?
There is a tendency for students who come from foreign country with another academic culture to Europe to have a poor score for their essays. Probably, because of an arguing with authoritative opinion is inappropriate there. They do not grow up in an environment where the children are taught to form a critical thinking. However, it is the most important skill and students should know how to apply it. A critical thinking it is not just a listing of facts, or quotations; it is an ability to analyze and evaluate why and how something is happened. Firstly, a big challenge for student is learning how not to afraid having contravention position about majority’s opinion or some expert’s opinion. Even experts cannot be right always. Secondly, every time when students read the books they have to reflect about the topic and how does it correlate with their own opinion. Finally, analyzing all sources and evidence and combine them with own idea give a good outcome.

Les trois pilliers
Il faut soigner son corps comme un temple, on n'a qu'une et on a intêret à le bien traîter sauf si on désir de se sentir mal à l'aise tout le temps. Je suis de l'opinion que former son corps fait aussi partie de l'éxperience humain donc sachez qu'il y a trois pilliers à ériger pour qu'on puisse bien former notre son corps. Ils s'agissent du sommeil, de l'allimentaire et de l'entrainment corporel. Un bon balance entre les trois assurera une augmentation de notre force corporel. Dependant de l'entrainment qu'on suive cela peut dire qu'on devient plus fort, vite, confiant, agilé, souple et quoi encore.

It's about what I like
I like, when it snows or rains outside, when the weather is gloomy and I stay at home and just relax. I like thunderstorm.
I can’t live without any activities for a long time, but I don’t understand people, who work so hard without chilling.
I like reading books, but only with deep idea within. I like sport in any sides, let it be basketball or swimming. I like sculpting something, most of all different famous people with interesting life history, but I can’t sculpt, if I don’t know this person. I like playing soldiers, I have more, then one thousand soldiers from different periods: Ancient Rome and Greece, Middle Ages and Napoleonic Wars. I really like history of Japan, China, Korea and all other Orient countries. I like learning culture of my Fatherland and combine it with some other cultures in my mind. It helps to understand the difference in mindset between us and others.
I like charming, breath-taking nature views. It transforms my mind, deletes all waste thoughts and unclear things out of my head and shows, how is deep the beauty of our world.
I like writing some fantastic stories and historical articles. I like collect coins, postage stamps, books, minifigures, auto models and many other things. For all my hobbies I have no words, which I know on English.

La sieste au travail: Pour ou contre?
De nos jours, le débat sur la sieste au travail divise l'opinion publique. Certaines personnes estiment que la sieste peut aider les personnels à augmenter la productivité et l'activité. En revanche, d'autres croient que le sommeil n'est pas réalisable dans l'entreprise.
À ce sujet, il est indéniable que la sieste peut améliorer l'efficacité au travail.
Premièrement, les entreprises doivent construire un coin pour que le personnel puisse se reposer. En effet, il est nécessaire de donner la priorité à la santé des travailleurs, car cela leur permet de se consacrer à l'entreprise et augmente leur satisfaction au travail lorsque les patrons prennent soin de leur bien-être.
De plus, la manque du sommeil pourrait entraîner différents risques évitables dans le travail, notamment des travaux de nature chiffrée. Par conséquence, la sieste au travail devrait être encouragée afin de garantir la performance au travail, en particulier pour des métiers comme la comptabilité ou les employés de banque.
Pour conclure, bien que certaines personnes croient qu'il est difficile de permettre les personnels de prendre la sieste, je suis convaincue que les avantages l'emportent toujours sur ses inconvénients.

Hot pot is a popular cuisine in my hometown. In an hour, I will be going to one of my Indonesian friends' house to help him prepare hot pots for his birthday. My friend thought I was professional with it, however, I am not. Fortunately, my daughter likes cooking, so I will bring her with me. She won't disappoint us I believe.

La place du sport dans le développement personnel
Le sport a de nombreux avantages dans le développement personnel dans une variée d'aspect. Il n'aide pas seulement à développer le corps physique, mais aussi à améliorer la santé mentale.
D'abord, les avantages physique. Il est évident que le sport améliore le corps physique. Bouger tous les jours mène à une réduction de gras et une augmentation de muscle. Pour ceux qui s'impliquent dans le monde du développement personnel, avoir un corps aesthétique et « beau » selon la société est un but désirable. En plus, la force est directement lié à la musculation. Il est très utile d'être fort, pas seulement pour les impacts immédiats, mais aussi à la durée de la vie. La longévité est liée aux muscles dévéloppés.
Ensuite, les avantages mentales. Il y a une relation forte entre la santé physique et la santé mentale. Le sport régullier est constanent avec les personnes qui démontrent une bonne santé mentale. Une « bonne santé mentale » comprend du bonheur, de la flexibilité cognitive et de la capacité de compléter les tâches quotidiennes.
En résumé, le sport est important dans le développement personnel. Il y a deux grandes parties de cela : le physique et le mental. Toutes les parties bénéficent du sport.

Der Verkauf der gebrauchen Violinen
Ich habe zwei Bruchrechnung-Violinen, die ich seit lang denke, auf Merukari zu verkaufen. Ich habe heute angefangen, dafür vorzubereiten. Zunächst examinierte ich die Kondition der 1/16. Ich dachte, dass die Seiten übel wären, weil sie mehr als 20 Jahren gelassen wurden. Ich stimmte die Violine, und ich konnte sie gut spielen. Da brauche ich nicht, vor dem Verkauf die Saiten zu kaufen.

Lunedì 14 ottobre
Ho già iniziato la sessione di training. È per una cosa che non faccio da molto tempo. Non è che non sapessi farla, però negli ultimi anni ho fatto altre cose al lavoro.
Mi aspettano altri due giorni di training. Riesco davvero a vedere che non gli importi quanto sia difficile per noi affrontare tutti questi cambiamenti.
Sebbene abbia dormito poco (mi sono svegliata alle 6), mi sento abbastanza bene. Dopo aver finito il turno, potrò fare un breve pisolino. Ho moltissime cose da fare e ho anche la lezione d'italiano stasera.
Ieri sera ho guardato qualche episodio di una serie TV che avevo già guardato con dopiaggio e sottotitoli in italiano e mi è parso interessante. Cerco di guardare contenuti in italiano il più possibile.

スマホのカメラしかまだほかのカメラを使いますか？毎年、私は一、二回ぐらい外国の旅に出ます。旅行の準備をしている時、毎回「カメラを買おうか」と思って買うかどうか何週間困ってしまいます。毎回買わないけどね。「スマホのカメラでいい」「歩きながら重い」「金を旅行に使うほうがいい」とかの理由を思いつきます。でもやはりカメラが欲しいです。安いアナログカメラならいけると思います。お金があんまりかからないし、デジタルカメラほどの重さもないし、アナログで楽しく使えると思います。「安いアナログカメラ」を調べてみたら、「Kodak Ektar H35」その一つのです。おしゃれで面白そうで、次の旅の時、買おうかな。

die Ursprache
Ob Man ohne Sprache noch leben würde, bezweifele ich. Wir sind ja nur komische Tiere mit keine Krallen und stumpfen Zähne. Aber ob wir ohne Sprache noch als Menschen bezeichnet werden könnten? Ich glaube, nein. Wer soll uns dann als Menschen bezeichnen? Wer soll überhaupt was bezeichnen, oder erzählen, oder schaffen, oder fragen? Ohne Sprache geht dass alles nicht.
Viele glauben, dass gesprochene Sprache (im Vergleich mit Gebärdensprache) nur ein Mal erfindet wurde. Dass heißt, es gibt eine Ursprache, aus der alle moderne Sprachen sich entwickelt haben. Dementsprechend sind wir einen Mensch (zumindest, einen Volkstamm) unseren ganzen Wohlstand verschuldet.
Ich mag es, mir vorzustellen, wie diese Ursprache klang. Haben wir erstmal unseren Vorgänger nachgemacht? Die Vögel, oder die Frösche?
Man schreibt, spricht, und denkt so viel über die Natur, er vergisst, er ist ein Teil von sie. Folglich sind unsere Sprachen auch ein teil von sie, und—meine Meinung nach—so schön wie ein Tannenbaum, so vielfaltig wie das Meer, und so wichtig wie ein Fluss—alle Dörfer um ihn gesammelt.
Sprache hat und die Fähigkeit geschenkt, dass zu erörtern, worauf wir nicht mit dem Finger deuten können—Gerechtigkeit, Religion, Gefühle, Träume, Ansichten. Solche Sachen sind so gut wie alles, worüber wir noch reden. Und wir haben sie nicht nur Wörter gegeben, sondern auch teilweise geschafft. Damit sind wir Menschen.
Manche sind dagegen, dass Man Sprache als Entscheidender Eigenschaft des Menschen betrachtet. Es gibt auch Menschen die es nicht so gut oder gar nicht kann. Wenn man behauptet, dass man ohne Sprache kein Mensch ist, behauptet man auch, dass schwerbehinderte, Babys, und Tauben die ohne Gebärdensprache aufgewachsen sind, keine richtige Menschen sind.
Na, ja. Mit Sprache gibt es auch Schwierigkeiten. Viele Wörter haben mehrere Köpfe. Es ist schwer, dass zu sagen, was man meint, ohne auch etwas ganz anders—ganz ungewollt—auch zu sagen.
Wie die Sprache uns gehoben hat, vielleicht wird sie uns auch mal runterbringen. Dann muss ich mich fragen—würden jemals ein einziges Wort wieder gesprochen?

La nécessité de repenser notre rapport à la consommation
On habite dans un monde rapide. La société est bondée des tendances. Avec la pertinence des réseaux sociaux, le cycle se raccourci. La vie limitée des tendances contribue à un grand abuse de ressource. La mode est un exemple fondamental. On voit avec les entreprises de mode qu'il y a la pression de créer de nouvelles vêtements pendant une horaire préssée. Ce que l'agenda de manque est la fabrication des vetêments de haute qualité. Puisqu'on met l'accent sur la vitesse, on oublie la qualité. Cela signifie que les chemises et pantalons qu'on porte maintenant ne durent plus. Il faut qu'on en achète plus souvent qu'auparavant. Si l'on veut faire durer les ressources qui existent dans le monde, il faut qu'on prenne conscience d'où nos ressources viennent et voie d'où on peut réevaluer leurs utilisations.

Using anki to increase my vocabulary
this day, i completed an streak of fourty days, and while obviously this dont change almost anything about my active vocabulary, the one that is used to communication, speaking as well as writing,at least i can see a significantly increasing in the number of words that i can completely comprehend during my reading sessions. if ain't wrong, will be make one entire year that i'm just reading in english. i dont like much the native authors in terms of good literature(i just dont like much the most global "aesthetic" of their works while comparing to the germans, frenchs, Russians and portuguese(Brazilian and portugal) authors), just my preference, but obvious, english has some of the greaters and much famous writers in the last century, like Chesterton and etc...) but i normaly read some translations of goethe, Dostoevsky, thomas mann and many others, while too, some times, to just turn off the brain, i like to read some webnovel or modern romances like the type that is constantly adapted for the movie media, and specificaly for this type of reading(because in good literature terms, i literally stop my entire reading to find the meaning of some strange word every thirty seconds), but using the common modern book as a example, nowadays, i can after just a little more than a single month using the anki, stay more than five minutes reading as im reading in my native language, and this is pretty cool for someone that used google translator to read some books of royalroad for an entire year.

Schwimmen und Alltag
Ich bin heute Nachmittag 30 Minuten im Schwimmbad geschwommen. Ich hatte meine eigene spur und ich war wirklich aufgeregt, weil der Pool morgens meist überfüllt ist. Ich liebe schwimmen, weil es gesund ist. Ich möchte jeden Tag schwimmen, aber es ist unmöglich. Manchmal möchte ich ins Büro mit meiner Kollegen. Oft möchte ich von zu aus Hause arbeiten, weil es ist praktisch.
Ich werde später zu Abend essen. Ich weiß nicht, aber ich hoffe, es wird lecker und fantastisch.

Sono andato in palestra. Non pagavo da quattro mese! Mamma mia, che imbarazzo! Ovviamente ho pagato il conto oggi. La propretaria non mi ha riconosciuto perché lei ha la cataratta. Ma quando ho parlato ha riconosciuto il mio accento straniero. Cataratta o no, ha potuto videre i soldi abbastanza bene!
