Partire in vacanza
Para andare in vacanza, io preferisco totalmente andare in campagna, perché la campagna offre molti plus possibilità legate alla tranquillità e al dolce fare niente.
Per cominciare, la campagna è sempre più tranquilla che la città e anche offre un ambiente più rilassante. Inoltre, non ha tanto rumore e, con un po´ di fortuna, nessuno ci disturbi, perché non ci sono molte persone.

L'oncle de Christian De Sica
Christian De Sica est un acteur comique italien. Avec son ami Massimo Boldi, il a joué dans beaucoup de "cinepanettoni" (des films comiques italiens qui sors pendant la période de Noël).
Son père était Vittorio De Sica, qui a été un acteur et réalisateur très apprécié. Les films les plus connus sont Sciuscià, Le Voleur de bicyclette, La ciociara et Mariage à l'italienne.
La mère de Christian De Sica était Maria Marcader, elle était une actrice espagnole. Elle a connu Vittorio pendant la réalisation d'un film, où il était metteur en scène. Il se sont mariés au Mexique, mais l'État italien n'avait pas reconnu leur union, parce qu’il avait divorcé de sa première femme, ainsi ils ont obtenu la citoyenneté française et ils se sont remarié à Paris.
La famille Marcader avait des origines aristocrates, mais Ramón Marcader, le frère de Maria, a été convaincu par les idées communistes, il est devenu un agent du NKVD (qui aujourd'hui nous connait comme KGB) et pour eux il a tué Lev Trotski.

Essere malato
Credo che stia diventando malato. Una delle mie amiche è stata malata la scorsa settimana e adesso, mi sento un po' stanco e ho mal di gola. Non so se potrò andar alla scuola domani. È la prima volta in mesi che sono malato. Sarebbe dovuto passare nella primavera? Avrebbe valso di più se fossi stato malato nel inverno quando ancora sarei rimasto in casa. Ma, non c'è niente che puoi fare per decidere quando cadi malato. Bisogna di accettare la situazione e aspettare migliori giorni.

この世には、異なる種類の人間は水と油のように、平和共存はできない、という過酷な信念がわたしに教わった。幼い頃、授業でこう実験を行わせられた。まず、コップに水を入れる、それから油を加える。よくかき混ぜて、一番早く水と油を上手く混ぜ合える子はお菓子をもらう。だが、どんなに勢いよく混ぜようとしても、誰一人も水と油を混合させることはできない。
「混ぜられないなら混ぜられないで、大切な飲み水だから元のままに戻せ」
むろん、監督員の強烈な命令に果たしようがなかった。その飲むべきである清水はもはや油で汚濁された。眩しい太陽の下で遥かに陽炎(かげろう)が揺れている。慌てている、喉が渇いた子供はきっと、油を入れるんじゃなかった、と考えていただろう。
あの苦しみからは、重要な教訓を二つ覚えたはずだ。まず、余りにも異なる、お互いに混ぜ合えない物があること。それより、純粋な物を汚してしまうと、取り返しがつかないことだ。
平和時代であれ、戦争時代であれ、いざとなったら人間は自分を守るという本能がある。だからなるべく、自分や自分の周りが油で濁ってしまわないようにしなければならない。

Ieri ho avuto una giornata splendida e piena di gioia, ho ricevuto molti regali dalla mia famiglia e dagli amici. Abbiamo ancora dei biscotti che ho comprato per l'occasione.
Non mi ricordo l'ultima volta quando ho avuto una tale celebrazione. Sono un po' più vecchia, ma non mi sento così. La vita è troppo corta per essere tristi e per pensare a cose negative. Quest'anno sono davvero una persona migliore di com'ero l'anno scorso, mi aspetto che per l'anno prossimo sarò addirittura migliore.
Non vedo l'ora di godermi questi giorni. Stanno dicendo alla TV che pioverà. Per le altre persone sarebbe male ( se piove durante le vacanze o le ferie ) ma per me sarebbe perfetto.
Mi sono alzata presto per abitudine e poi mi sono esercitata su Duolingo. Dopo qualche ora abbiamo fatto la spesa e una corta passeggiata.
Adesso ci prepariamo a pranzare e guardare un film e poi farò un pisolino. Prima di fare un pisolino, leggerò un po' - mi ho fatto un regalo, come mi faccio ogni anno.

Today, I learned that Saturday and Sunday originated from Judaism and Christianity, referring to the Sabbath. The days are set aside for people to rest from their professional duties, worship, meditate, and stay with family members.
Over time, started from the late 19th century, the labor movements struck, pushed for a shorter workweek, and eventually led to a two-day off once a week as we know it today.
It appears that in some developed countries, working individuals are seeking for a three-day weekend. Therefore, I believe if the day arrive, commoners could enjoy three days off consistently, which would likely lead to a significant boost in tourism.

J’estime que de nos jours, la plupart de maisons ou de appartements sont vendus par les agents immobiliers. Même s’il y a des avantages à traiter avec un agent (dealing with an agent), il existe aussi des désavantages. Bien que la majorité des agents soit professionnels, il y en a certains qui sont sans scrupules. Mon conseil est de ne jamais oublier qu’un agent représente le vendeur : l’agent cherche toujours un bon prix pour le propriétaire.
Alors, considérer les photos de la propriété qui sont toujours attrayantes : la maison semble spacieuse et lumineuse, donnant une belle vue. En plus, le mobilier est bien disposé avec des tapis et des fleurs. En parlant avec les agents, ils donnent l’impression d’être bien informés ayant une bonne connaissance du marché immobilier, de la banlieue et des souhaites du vendeur. Ils vantent les avantages du bien immobilier.
Ceci étant dit, en parlant avec eux, ils ont la tendance de sous-évaluer la vente pour la rendre plus attirante et pour accroître l’intérêt. Actuellement, je remarque que la plupart des biens sont vendus aux enchères. Je suppose que les propriétaires espèrent obtenir un prix pour élevé grâce à la procédure d’appel d’offres. Ils espèrent que les acheteurs seront impulsifs et enchériront davantage : ce que j’ai vu à nombreuses fois. Mes conseils sont de rechercher le marché immobilier, inspecter le bien et avant l’enchère décider de prix maximum.

Mis planes para el fin de semana
Este viernes, voy con un grupo de amigos a hacer camping en las pequeñas montañas que rodean mi ciudad. Tenemos casi todo preparado menos la comida. Hemos preparados nuestras tentas, sacos de dormir, esteras, hamacas, sillas y luz (lanternas y lámparas de cabeza). Estamos buscando un poco de paz y silencioso fuera de la ciudad mientras charlamos y jugamos a las cartas. Desafortunadamente, han pronosticado un 30% de probabilidad de lluvia y tormentas pero no nos desmoralizamos. Iremos y esperemos que tengamos suerte.
Si todo sale bien, queremos hacer un poco de kayaking y ir en bici porque cerca del camping, hay una vía verde de 23 km de largo siguiendo el río que dicen que es espectacular. Deséame suerte con el tiempo!
