Der Garten in den Park
Es gibt einen kleinen Garten in den Park. Der hat von 9 Uhr morgens bis 7 Uhr abends geöffnet. Im Winter hat der um 6 Uhr am Abend geschlossen. Heute treffe ich einen Freud in den Garten. Er ist normalerweise pünktlich aber er ist heute zu spät. Ich warte auf ihn für Dreiviertelstunde. Danach essen wir in Restaurant. Ich nehme den Fisch und er hat die Suppe.

Zwei Vögeln und ein sonderbares Rezept
Ich schreibe ein Rezept in Form von einem Dialog zwischen Herr Wintergoldhähnchen (W.) und Frau Schwanzmeise (S.). Da LangCorrect keine Vogelsprache bietet, habe ich natürlich die “Tchip-Tchip” zu Deutsch übersetzt. Beachten Sie, dass das Wort “gehen” durch “fliegen” ersetzt wurde.
W.: Hallo, du!
S.: Hey, wie fliegt’s dir?
W.: Ah, du weißt wie es in Frühling ist! Mir fliegt es super gut, aber ich und meine Frau, wir sind wirklich überfordert. Zurzeit unser großes Projekt ist, ein neues, gemütliches Netz zu bauen.
S.: Ja, es gibt so viel zu tun und so wenig Zeit dafür!
W.: Jeder Abend fliege ich erschöpft nach Hause zurück und ich habe keine Lust, immer die gleiche schnell fertige Insekten zu essen. Hast du eine Idee, die Speisefolgen zu variieren?
S.: Beim Horus, ich hatte ein ähnliches Problem! Gestern Abend habe ich etwas zubereitet, das zufrieden war. Willst du, dass ich dir das Rezept gebe?
W.: Ja, bitte!
S: Gerne. Also, ich habe ein besonderes Hummus oder Pesto zubereitet. Dafür habe ich die Blätter und Stängel der Mairübe und des Kohlrabis benutzt. Ich musste sie eine kurze Zeit im kochenden Wasser tun, weil die Stängel hart und faserig waren. Ich habe sie mit mehrere Kirscherbsen mixen. Dazu habe ich eine Menge Pfefferminz Blätter hingegeben.
W.: Gut, dass du Pfefferminz zur Hand (zum Flügel) hatte, sonst wäre die Mischung zu fade.
S.: Vielleicht, ja…. Aber außerdem habe ich auch ein Rest vom Paprika, ein bisschen Salz, ein bisschen trockenen Chili, ein bisschen Aceto Balsamico…
W.: Echt? Das ist viel! Ist das wirklich deine Kochart? Sicher verlierst du jeder Geschmack von den Zutaten!
S.:Ja, ich weiß nicht, wie mich vernünftig aufhalten. Du hast mich abgeschnitten!
W.: Ups, sorry!
S.: Nicht Schlimm, aber da in Deutsch das Verb am Ende steht, habe ich den roten Faden verloren. Ich sagte...Ja...Du musst auch Tahini dazu hingegeben. Tahini ist ein Grund dafür, dass das Humus allgemein so gut schmeckt.
W.: OK, kein Problem, ich fliege morgen zum Asia-Shop.
S.: Wenn du da bist, nehme auch gerauchtes Tofu und Teriyaki-Soße. Mit den Rest der Kirscherbsen habe ich die Tofu-Sticks gebraten. Alles zusammen, das passt prima.
W.: Hast du das Rezept irgendwo gelesen?
S.: Nein, es ist meine Erfindung.
W.: OK, ich bin ein wenig misstrauisch.
S.: Ich bin zwar keine Kochchef, aber ich kann zumindest etwas Neues zubereiten. Und ich bin nicht wählerisch. Tu was du willst: du kannst auch jeden Tag das Gleiche essen…
W.: Nö, nö. Kränke dich nicht. Danke für das Rezept. Du bist einen lieben Vogel.
S.: Du auch, mein Hähnchen, du bist lieb. Du, ich muss jetzt fliegen! Tschü-Tschüssi!

Sorry Kim, I didn't know that Italki was a Chinese app before you told me.
Although it is a Chinese app, I don't think I am wrong by saying that, which is the truth.
I can see the disadvantages of China, but I don't oppose the Chinese government and I do believe that they are trying to make China a great country, but as you know, nothing in the world is perfect and everything has its two sides.
I didn't know that you were still in school and I thought you had already worked. Sorry for that.

What is your favourite novel?
My favourite novel is Jane Eyre by Charlotte Brontë. I like this story very much because I’m fascinated with Jane, the heroine. She is really strong and brave and therefore I admire her very much. Another thing I like is the romance story of her and Mr. Rochester.
Jane Eyre is about a girl who lives in an orphanage and when she grows up, she starts to work as a governess in Rochester’s house. She starts to teach and take care of Rochester’s little daughter. Meanwhile, Mr. Rochester is traveling.
I love the way Jane and Mr. Rochester meet each other. Jane is in the woods and suddenly appears Mr. Rochester in a horse, but the horse is afraid of something and Mr. Rochester falls on the ground and gets injured. Jane who doesn’t know who is that man, helps him to ride the horse and they say goodbye.
Then, when Jane comes back to the house, she discovers that the man is Mr. Rochester and they start to talk and know little by little. I love their conversations and the progressive approximation between the two characters. And my favourite part is when Mr. Rochester says to Jane that he feels a strong connection between their hearts.
But Mr. Rochester has a big problem and he doesn’t tell anything about it to Jane. When she discovers the truth, she escapes. But finally, she can’t forget Mr. Rochester and returns with him.
I think this novel is unique, not only because the story is brilliant, but also the style and the sensitivity of Charlotte Brontë, the writer. I think this is an extraordinary novel and I recommend all people to read it.

Mi diario después de un descanso largo
Ahora, estoy tumbándome en mi cama mientras escribo esto. No he estado escribiendo desde esa entrada aquí. Quizás sea un par de meses ya. Aprender español no es fácil and me cuesta mucho aprender de memoria el vocabulario y utilizar lo que he aprendido ya sea en escritos o hablar.
Escribir en los idiomas que estoy aprendiendo, no sólo un método para aprender, es también mi diario. Mi diario escrito en otro lenguaje aparte de mi lengua maternal. Quiero escribir poco cada día para aprender y notar lo que me sentía durante el día. Quiero escribir mis pensamientos por un libro que acabo de leer. Quiero escribir resúmenes de lo que he visto, he escuchado o he leer.
No quiero unirme a las clases grupales porque no puedo aprender mucho en esto. Ya he probado unas veces. Pero, no son útiles también las clases personalizadas. Siempre es el mismo problema. Se trata de mismo asunto.
Estoy buscando trabajo ahora y me molesta que no hay progreso. Quiero hacer lo normal justo como cualquiera en el mundo. El búsqueda tarda más que lo que esperaba.
Ya es suficiente por hoy. Voy a acostarme. ¿significa dormir el verbo acostarme?
¿Significa ‘esto es todo’ la frase ‘ya es suficiente’ ?

Letter about my two weeks in a language school in Germany
Hi Richard,
I have just come back to Spain after two amazing weeks in Ingolstadt (Germany). I have enroled to a German course in an interesting school in the city centre. They organise everything so you don’t need to worry about stuff like papers, looking for a renting,...
When you get to the airport, you find the typical picture of two people (assistant of the school) raising a sign with your surname and then they accompany you to your flat. In my way to the place, they informed me about some events and parties that took place during my stay. As you can see at this point, the school looks like a travel agency. I would recommend it to everyone interested in get to know Germany and doing a quick sightseeing about the country, especially if you are considering living here in the near future.
Regarding their main role as school, I’d rather an intensive course, since I have no chance to learn beyond the basics. You know, greets and give a little presentation about myself. Apart from that, the classes were a bit boring. We basically repeated the same phrases all the time. Besides, the school is expensive, it costs 1000 € (extra services I mentioned above are not included).
Well, despite the drawbacks highlighted earlier, I would highly recommend you to try it. It is an unforgettable experience and would help anyone to open their mind.
Take care, I hope to meet you soon to tell you some funny anecdotes about my stay here.

Ideas to be more environmentally friendly (essay)
Since the last two decades environmental problems has become a topic of which more and more people are concerned. Nonetheless, there is still a long way to go in order to make everybody to act properly in pro of our planet.
In this regard, there are two measures which could contribute significantly to this issue: regulation and education at schools.
Regulations are extraordinarily useful to protect different aspects of our life in society, and of course, the environment. However, due to global extent of this problematic, it is necessary a fair international cooperation between countries, and such idea only makes sense in case of companies, not at individual level. Furthermore, these laws would be especially difficult to implement by govenments, even at a local scale. For example, people already know the vital importance of not doing barbacues during the summer in natural areas in countries like Spain and Italy, yet news about fire are frequent every year in this season.
From my point of view, the most effective way to encourage people to protect their nature would be leading by example. Therefore, the role of parents and schools is crucial in this sense. Including habits to our daily life, such as not to waste water, recycling and so on, is by far the best measure to educate children, who are most likely to learn at this stage than growups. This process lead them, in a natural way, to be aware of the significance of protecting the environment. In other words, children will watch themselves so there will be no needs for an institution to do this labour.
All in all, prosecuting by laws and making people concerned through taxes has not proved to be the correct path „to proctect the Earth“, thereby there is no better choice than education in this respect. Generally speaking, more carrot, less stick.

How to Make People Angry - 外見・状態＋だし / Describing
I named this technique instead of translating the original name to make it more understandable.
In the skit, the victim visits a company to meet his client, but a guy at the company gives him a rude reception with aggressive use of the technique.
The technique involves describing a target.
The guy keeps describing the victim's movements, appearance, state, etc., until the victim gives up and leaves.
"His arm is now like this."
"He is looking for someone."
"He is angry."
"He seems annoyed."
Many techniques in this series are created for fun and are too chaotic to use in real life.
The skit demonstrates an unrealistic way of using the technique, but I believe it can be quite practical if used subtly and at the right moment.

The question is very difficult to answer. It depends.
As you know, China and the US have different social systems. China is a centralized country and the United States is a democratic country, so they have different characteristics.
In short, ordinary people properly cannot see the shortcomings of China and they love China for no reason. Only well educated and sharp people can realize the disadvantages of China, but they can do nothing, and they don't even dare speak out about it.
Yes, China has a strict sense system for public opinions and opposite opinions are not allowed. The filter is also true. The government doesn't want to see the opinions that they don't like, so they filter the negative comments.
Although China has developed a lot, there is still poverty in some remote areas. China is so big and has a huge population that it's too hard to eliminate poverty.
I don't know if you already know Google, Facebook, Twitter. Etc. are banned in China.
It's very common that some people love their country for no reason, while some people can see their country's disadvantages and hope to make it better. The case will happen in every country.
The US is a great country in the world, but it still can't satisfy all of its citizens. That is what it is.

Venerdì
Sono stanchissima, ma felice. Questa mattina mi sono svegliata abbastanza tardi ( non mi sono alzata presto come d'abitudine ), alle nove e mezzo. Ho avuto un'idea meravigliosa - ho avuto voglia di andare a un parco che si trova lontano da noi, quindi ci siamo andati in macchina.
Abbiamo fatto una breve passeggiata e poi siamo ritornati a casa. Alcune zone del parco sono stati restaurate recentamente e sembrano più belle di prima.
Fortunatamente anche mio marito ha i hiorni liberi ( fino a martedì ), cioè questa significa che possiamo passare il tempo insieme in modo meraviglioso e senza preoccupazioni.
Come dicevo ieri, mi sono fatto un regalo come ogni anno - due nuovi libri horror di John Saul. In realtà sono nuovi solo per me, perché sono stati usciti negli anni '90. Ne ho già finito da leggere uno, oggi mi piacerebbe leggere l'altro.
Fra un'ora preparerò il pranzo - una bistecca di maiale con patate al forno e panna. Ho l'acquolina in bocca solo pensarci!
Non ho studiato in italiano questi giorni, ho fatto una pausa dallo studio per godermi le ferie.

Ne pas faire de recherche
Desigual est une marque de vêtements née à Barcelone, en Espagne. Le style choisi par l'entreprise se caractérise par les couleurs et les tissus décoratifs, presque ethniques.
Je trouve leurs vêtements vraiment laids, un mélange des couleurs et des tissus sans goût. Pendant une certaine période Desigual a été connu en Italia comme « l'enseigne préféré par toutes les mères », parce que pour des raisons encore inconnues, les femmes après 40 ans aiment beaucoup le style.
Il y a au moins dix ans, Desigual a ouvert une boutique dans un centre commercial en Lombardie, il est important souligner la région.
Pendant la même période, le slogan de Desigual était : « la vida es chula », qu’en espagnol devrait signifier : « la vie est belle ».
L'entreprise n'a jamais contrôlé le dialecte local, parce que sinon ils auraient évité d'utiliser le slogan : « chula » est en fait prononcé comme « ciula », que dans les dialectes de l'Italie du Nord signifie « être un idiot, être naïf », il y a aussi le verbe "ciulare" que signifie "voler" ou (vulgairement) « avoir un rapport sexuel » !

Brandy : une chienne bien aimée
Brandy vit dans notre rue et appartient à ma voisine. Brandy, une chienne très aimée, est très mignonne. Je ne suis pas certaine de sa race. C’est une chienne de sauvetage que ma voisine a récupéré dans un refuge pour animaux. Quand je regarde Brandy, j’imagine qu’elle est un mélange de plusieurs races : de caniche, de beagle et bien d’autres encore.
Brandy est noir avec des taches blanches. Même si, elle a 12 ans, elle était active et espiègle, jouant toujours dans le jardin avec ses jouets. Elle remuait toujours la queue et il me semble qu’elle souriait tous le temps. L’année dernière, elle est tombée malade. Elle ne pouvait pas marcher ou dormir et était très agitée. Ma voisine l’a montrée au vétérinaire. D’abord, il a pensé que Brandy n’était que déshydratée. Ensuite, il a déclaré que peut-être elle avait une tumeur. Après avoir effectué plus de tests, il croyait qu’elle souffrait de démence. Honnêtement, je pensais que le vétérinaire n’en avait aucune idée. Finalement, les tests ont confirmé que Brandy avait un cancer et il a prescrit les médicaments.
Grâce aux médicaments, Brandy semblait aller mieux. Je la voyais dans le jardin avec ses jouets. Malheureusement, la semaine dernière, ma voisine m’a dit que Brandy est encore tombée malade et ma voisine avait peur que le cancer se soit propagé. Le vétérinaire en qui je n’ai aucune confiance, a affirmé que la fin est proche et ma voisine se prépare au pire.

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT: ENCODER/VIEWER
Sorting files from yesterday’s pictorial:
•I’d check the email if there are students that want to change their chosen pictures.
•I’d encode their chosen pictures from their J.O.’s into the pc.
-I’d add something at the end of the chosen picture filename to indicate that it’s the photo they chose.
-I’d create a folder and I’ll put only chosen photos from yesterday’s pictorial.
•After I encode the chosen pictures, I will now transfer it into our backup drives.
•I’d create a batch of only chosen pictures of a certain date and give it to the editors.
•If there is a pictorial like the Makati, SHS, or White Coat, Sir Abe will give me an Excel spreadsheet where I’ll put the chosen photos of the students.
Downloading/Viewing:
•The photographer will hand me the sd card along the J.O. of the students after their photoshoot is finished.
•I’d copy the contents of the sd card into the pc and create another folder named *student name* and that’s where I’ll put his/her pictures.
•I’d call the student if his/her pictures are ready for viewing.
•I’d tell the student that I called for viewing to fill-out on the pictorial sheet.
•I’d open the pictures for them and tell the student to choose one photo per set (e.g., 3 sets of pictures for Legacy, 5 Sets for Silver, and 6 Sets for Platinum) that they want to be printed out.
•After they choose, if they availed the free magazine promo, I’ll open the photos they chose (except white background toga) and among those, they’ll choose 1 picture that they want for their magazine cover.
•I’d ask whether they brought a flash drive or not. (I’ll give their raw pictures)
•I’d now transfer the photos to them; If they don’t have a flash drive, I’ll send the pictures to their email through Google Drive.
•I sometimes would cut/frame pictures if they’re all busy and there’s a student claiming a picture that is in studio but not ready.
•I sometimes assist students when they’re taking the printed copies of their graduation pictorial.
•I sometimes would set-up selfie booth and assist the students how to operate that thing.

Death in Western Movies
I have seen some Western movies which focus on the late 19th to early 20th century, generally in the far West of America.
It appears the kind cowboys and notorious criminals were easy to die due to fighting or shooting each other, even leading to a whole family was made to perish. They didn't show any sympathy for the deceased. Owning some doubts about the large amount of death from the films, I have searched on the internet want to discover some unknown reason. I found that's not an actual thing in real Western lands during the period.
In fact, regardless of whether they were ordinary citizens, cowboys, police, and even notorious criminals, all tried their best to avoid any conflicts with each other. Especially didn't use guns unless inevitable.
Human lives were respected and regarded as precious more than today in the barren western lands. The scenes we saw in the cinema were largely exaggerated.

¿Qué es lo que más te gusta y más detestas de tu país?
Soy francesa y vivo actualmente en Escocia.
Lo que mas me gusta con la Francia es su amor por los productos locales y artesanales. Echo de menos el queso fresco, o recoger los albaricoques salvajes. Viniendo desde el sur, cerca la frontera espanola tambien extrano partir en las montanas, ver paisajes diferentes en menos de una hora de distancia uno del otros. Puede elegir entre la frescura de los Pirineos, los castillos medievales en Carcasona o il mare Mediterraneo hacia la ciudad de Perpignan. Adoro el cine y me gustan el sarcasmo, la classe, la melancolia y el humor de los actores frances.
Lo que me disgusta mas es la presuncion de algunos. Los tiempos cambian pero lo recuerdo asi. No soporto el calor del sur. El servicios tambien es otra historia! El frances casi nunca esta de buen humor por trabajar y sabe defenderse.
Aqui esta mi opinion sobre la francia.

Our unaware thoughts can play acausal role in many issues in our lives, without we even figure it out. They are, many times, the invisible force that drives our motivation, or the lack of them.
When this thoughts get long enough maneging somebody's behaviour, the things can go from bat to worse leading the person towards a pit called depression.
This morning my wife hug me from my back, lifted me up and knocked me on the floor, falling down with me too.
Forget it, I'll not finish it overnigh, it really takes long. I think you going to spend about two years working on it.
