Home Office is the Perfect Concept for Moms
Before I got pregnant with my daughter, I mostly worked in typical 9 to 5 office jobs. I wasn’t satisfied with the salary, but never had the motivation or desire to start a new job in another field. It changed, when I gave birth to my daughter. My mindset completely changed, I started to watch videos about productivity and found many value able resources, that helped me to changed and improve my daily life. I will be a stay at mom mum, until my daughter turns two, once she goes to the kindergarten, I will have to find a new job. I am still thinking, what I want to do and how I want to work, but one thing I know for sure: I will never work in a typical 9 to 5 office job again. In the best case, I work in home office, which is the perfect balance between being a mom and having a work life. If I could, I would love to work with clients to help them with developing productivity systems, that apply to their life and change their way of thinking. In my dream life, I would visit peoples homes and change their environment to a better place, where everything is well organised and structured.

Mi rutina de la mañana.
A menudo me levanto a las 7 y media, quedo en la cama 15 minutos para navegar por las redes sociales.
Yo sé que esta es una rutina que causa la pudrición cerebral, por lo que intento reducir la duración por las redes sociales de 2 horas a 1 hora y 30 minutos cada día.
A las 8 empiezo a hacer ejercicio por 45 minutos antes de bañarme.
A las 9 a 9 y media, desayuno y me preparo para trabajar.
Salgo de casa a las 9:45 y voy al despacho en la bicicleta pública, empiezo a trabajar a las 10 a 4 por la tarde.
Después de volverme a casa, descanso un rato, y aprendo español o hago manualidad.
Ceno a las 7:30, leo un libro antes de dormir a las 10:30
En fin de semana, levanto más tarde a las 8:30 o 9:00 y la rutina está random también.
Tengo una página del Excel para guardar las metas importantes de los días y mis rutinas, pero a veces pienso que es como robótica y aburrida.

今日は最後のインタビューテストを終わりました。安心しているけど、ちょっと悲しいです。本当に全生徒と話すことが楽しみました。そして、なにか気づいたことは今年二年生は一番英語が興味があるそうです。二年生と話す時、彼らも僕にたくさん質問をしました。三年生と一年生よりです。なぜかなー。もちろん、
一年生よりたくさん単語を知りますけど、三年生は一番多い単語を知っているはずです。二年生のインタビューのテーマは一番おもしろいんかもしれないです。一年生の質問は簡単すぎるかもしれないし三年生の質問は難しすぎるかもしれないです。でも、わからんけど。みんなは本当によく出来ましたけど、二年生のほうが興味があるそうでした。

One technology that makes life better and worse.
The first thing that comes to my mind is Smartphone with WiFI.
The great invention make shopping easily and more convenient than ever.
By using them, you can buy almost everything through internet in any place even if you are outside.
But on the other hand, the stores I used to go has disappeared one after another.
In my opinion, it definitely makes life better but also make some good parts of life disappear with the memories.

Is Inequality Natural?
Today, many thoughts cross my mind. I started my day in a meeting organized by an organization called “rethinking economics” and everything was in English. Although I interact in English at work, I am still not confident with my speaking. I felt bad afterward because I spoke with a very strong accent, and I didn’t say much. In the evening, I read some pages of a textbook of microeconomics and I found something interesting. In the chapter I was reading, the author explained some basic concepts about supply and demand. He wrote about the conditions that could cause a displacement in the curve of demand and supply. He proceeded later with an example that was very controversial, at least in my opinion. He mentioned that inequality was the result of the interaction of these forces in the market. While the richest 20% of the people in the USA saw an income increase of 50% (adjusted for inflation), the poorest 20% only experienced an increase of 6% in their income. He described that this is the result of a high supply of unskilled workers but a low demand for their job. While on the other hand, although the number of professionals increased gradually, the demand for their skills was higher . This means that because there were a lot of unskilled workers but not too many companies looking for their jobs, their income was lower compared with professionals. This made me think about many things. First, according to the author, inequality is a natural result in a world defined by the market (where these forces interact), and second, the market is seen as neutral without any external influence. In search of a different approach, I found that some economists believe that the market is not neutral and it is defined by the people who control it. That would make inequality less natural and more a conscious decision.

Singish
There is a special word in Singapore.
it's called "chope".
Chope is the practice of placing your item or a small packet of tissues on the table and leaving the seat to order your food at a hawker center or food court.
I don't know how this practice came about, but there are two reasons why many people "chope" tables.
First of ll, it's to secure a table.
It's difficult to secure a table at hawker centers and food courts, so if you order your food without securing a table, you can't have your meal.
The other reason is it is a way of showing other people how crowded the hawker center or food court is.
If many tables are "choped", others will be able to understand that the place is crowded, and they will be able to quickly decide whether to go to another place to eat or change to takeaway.
I believe that chope is a practice that only exists in Singapore.
By the way, although it's a Malay word, it's a Singlish word that Singaporeans are familiar with.

Ma egy kicsit fáradt vagyok, pedig az óra nem volt olyan megerőltető, mint általában. A résztvevők nagyon lelkesedtek az anyagért; őszintén beszélgettünk a németországi élettel kapcsolatos különböző nézőpontokról. Hexed
昨天，《Hexed》这部最新迪士尼动画电影的预告发布了。
被欺负的女孩进入魔法世界并发挥自己的魔力，这样的故事无处不在。
因此，《Hexed》很难从类似故事中脱颖而出。
我觉得主人公的刘海太短，有点奇怪。
这种发型在美国年轻人之间是不是流行？
另外，我没有看到可爱的动物角色。
作为迪士尼的粉丝，我对这部最新电影很期待。不过，我觉得这部电影可能不太好看。

在日本，《Wish》的票房收入相对来说比较好。
Magnifico的造型很吸引日本观众，而且由受欢迎的中年演员出演。

Hexed
Yesterday, the trailer for Disney’s latest animated film Hexed was released.
Stories where a bullied girl enters a magical world and discovers her powers are very common these days, so it may be difficult for this one to stand out.
Personally, I found the heroine’s bangs a bit too short—it looked a little odd to me. Is that kind of hairstyle popular among teens in the U.S.? Also, I wonder if there will be any cute mascot characters.
As a Disney fan, I was hoping for a completely original new film, so I’m a bit worried about the quality.
In the official trailer, they emphasize that the directors worked on Frozen and Zootopia. However, on social media in Japan, some people joke that they also worked on Wish, so maybe it won’t turn out well.
In Japan, Wish did relatively well at the box office, but that’s mainly because the character King Magnifico appealed to Japanese audiences (and he was voiced by a popular middle-aged actor). The heroine and the storyline, however, were heavily criticized.

Oggi io e mia moglie abbiamo avuto una riunione con la direttrice dell'asilo "K--" nella nostra città. Lei vorebbe che io insegni una classe di inglese laggiù una o due volta al mese. Naturalmente sono felice di farlo. Non è troppo di soldi, ma spero che questo lavoro part-time attiri più alunne e alunni alla mia scuola (sono un insegnante privato d'inglese.) I miei bambini hanno frequentato quell'asilo quando erano piccoli. Anche mia cognata vi lavora come insegnante. Oggi è stata la mia prima volta nel nuovo edifico. L'asilo è stato ricostruito circa 10 anni fa.

Hoy hablé con mis amigos por móvil porque quería hablar con ellos sobre ajedrez, la vida, otros amigos, el sexismo, la moda y otros temas. Por ejemplo, intercambié algunos mensajes con Steven sobre el ajedrez y el español porque vi un vídeo sobre Judit Polgár en español en YouTube.
Antes de hablar con Steven, hablé de muchas cosas con María en Instagram, especialmente sobre el sexismo entre los hombres en tecnología y en otros campos técnicos como la química y la física. Personalmente, pienso que los hombres en química son más sexistas que los hombres en tecnología.
Después de hablar con mis amigos, estuve solicitando trabajos como analista de datos en Oscar Health con ChatGPT y Overleaf. Antes de solicitar un puesto en Oscar Health, solicité uno en Protera. Es muy difícil solicitar tres trabajos todos los días, pero es más fácil con esas herramientas.

Trabajar y Ansiedad
Todos los días, me despierto y me cepillo los dientes. Mientras tanto, mi mente no para de pensar en cosas como los chicos, mi vida, y el futuro. Creo que tiene que ver con mi infancia. (jaja)
Entonces, regreso a la realidad y me siento enfrente de mi computadora para trabajar. Tengo suerte de poder trabjar desde casa la mayoría de los días. Estoy agradecido, puedo hacer ejercicio en el gimnasio, ir al supermercado y comprar comida, y aprender idiomas como español !como ahora mismo!

訳者のノート：計画の意味
2010年ぐらいまで、日本のアニメはあまりに公式の翻訳がありませんでした。そのため、ファンの字幕は多かったです。字幕を書いていた訳者は多かったなので、クオリティと基準がよく異なります。同じアニメの一つ以上の字幕があることが頻繁にありました。そのため、字幕の比較も多かったです。
字幕を書く人の中で、多い選択がありました。例えば、なんの言葉を使いますか？日本語と英語は直接な翻訳は良く無理です。例えば代名詞の使い方や敬称は全く違います。何をするのは訳者によって違います。ある訳者が「-san」、「-chan」などを英語で残ります。他の訳者がこの言葉を解除しました。
もっと難しい例文もあります。例えば、「将来」と「未来」の英語の翻訳はどちらも「future」です。「near future」や「far future」を使うことができますが、英語で詳しすぎる感じがよくあります。訳者は「この文章に、異なりは大事ですか？」を決めなきゃいけません。
それに、訳者は日本のファンなので、日本の文化をシェアしたがりました。例えば、公式の翻訳が「おにぎり」を「rice ball」に普通に翻訳しました。しかし、ファンの字幕はよく英語で「onigiri」を使います。「Translator note / TN」（翻訳のノート）がよく入られました。例えば訳者が「TN: Onigiri is a rice ball snack popular in Japan」（翻訳のノート：おにぎりは日本に人気なご飯からできたスナック）の字幕を入ります。
「rice ball」に比べて、そういう字幕はすごく長かったです。それに、日本の名別以外のことが時々説明されました。例えば、おにぎりの売上、物語の説明が入られました。しかし、同じ時に「ポケモン」の公式の翻訳がおにぎりを「jelly donut」（ジャムのドーナツ）に翻訳しました。おにぎりの売上は詳細すぎたと考えられても、その反面ジャムのドーナツは他の方に翻訳過ぎます。
この喧嘩を馬鹿にするために、ある訳者が「Death Note」の字幕に冗談を含めました。あるエピソードにライトが「計画通り」と言いました。訳者が字幕に「All according to keikaku. TN: keikaku means plan」を書きました。これは「plan通り。翻訳のノート：planの意味は計画」のような翻訳でした。そのあと、英語話者の日本のアニメのファンの中で、この翻訳が人気なミームになりました。今でも、アニメのコミュニティの中で「keikaku means plan」や「jelly donuts」の引き合いが多いです。
（ちなみに2010年に比べて、おにぎりは英和者に頻繁に知りました）

Social Media
I think Social Media made us more lonely, because it made us all stay in our rooms, scroll on TikTok or Instagram and text to eachother instead of meet in person. An argument against this could be that you are more connected to people even if they are far away. That‘s true but I think it also makes us think that we don‘t have to go out and meet people in real live anymore even though that‘s still very important.

Mi persona favorita y mas importanta mi mejor amiga. Ella es muy agradable y muy extrovertida. Ella tiene mucho pasatiempos y conoce a mucha gente a través de ellos. Nos vemos a menudo porque vivimos en ciudades diferentes pero me encanta queder con ella para tomar un café y ponernos al día.
