The Environmental Impact of Plastic
plastic is among the most important of environmental materials in today's world. At the same time, plastic is used in several areas such as kitchen and industry. therefore, it has many benefits. But, in addition the benefits, it has many damages. For instance, if it used food, it leads some helaty problems. Especially, a growing body of research are supports these. For example, jelly beans. It seems like a very nice food for children but it is very harmful.
to sum up, plastic has both harmfull and harmless aspects of environmental. Therefore, we must use it in the right place and in the right way.

But everyone didn't become success in life or achieve their dream .Most of people quit before achieve their dream or give excuses ,The few people who are left they keep struggle after fall lots of time , These people are achieve their goal and they live their dream life . My Reading Progress
It has been almost 5 months since I have embarked on reading books in English. So far I have made a lot of progress and read five full books. I have started with two contemporary thrillers: ''Hotel'' by Arthur Hailey and ''The Firm'' by John Grisham. I noticed that in this kind of books the beginning is always riveting, but as the plot unfolds it gets less and less engaging. I learned a lot of words from the former, but the latter was even too easy. The third book was a short novella, ''Anthem'' by Ayn Rand. It is set in a dystopian world where the word ''I'' is unknown and forbidden, and where individuality is renounced: people gainsay sexes and everyone calls themselves ''we''. They work for their ''mutual future'', for their brothers and sisters. I understood approximately 90 percent of words, and it was a helpful experience!
The fourth book was called ''The Picture of Dorian Gray''. It is a renowned philosophical novel by Oscar Wilde that delves into the themes of narcissism, beauty, aging, and youth. There, I found the vocabulary to be quite complicated and sometimes outdated. Nevertheless this book has brought me a ton of joy, and I have learned myriad of new words and expressions.
The last book I have finished was written by one of my favorite authors of all time — John Steinbeck. It is called ''Of Mice and Men''. I found it to be the most riveting and engaging so far. It inspired me to read other works by this author. Hence, I am currently reading another his novel called ''Cannery Row''.

Mis llaves!
Cuando salgo de la casa, nunca me olvido de mis llaves. Soy un poco raro por qué no necesito mi celular para salir. Normalmente si yo salgo, tengo otras metas que de hablar y enviar mensajes en mi celular, y me gusta la tranquilidad de no tener notificaciones durante un tiempo del día. Tampoco necesito mis gafas de sol por qué en el verano salgo generalmente por la noche para evitar el calor y el brillo extremos. Pero mis llaves, sí, las necesito por qué siempre cierro mi puerta con llave. Vivo en una área bastante segura pero cerrar la puerta con llave es una habitud de la infancia que continúo hasta el día de hoy.

Books
Hi, i don' know by or beginning. I just want to tell about Books. I began read ( loves began read instead) since three years. I love books, it's a loophole of the reality. I like the feeling we had where we reading, whatever if it's sad or not. I prefer when I can feel the feeling of the person inside the book, my favorite type of book is psychological romance. One of my favorite duology is "Troublemaker" by laura swan, a french author. Her feather made me addict. This talk about June and Shayn, 2 people with a lot of struggles, problems. They meeting eachothers at one burglary.... June is one of my favorite protagonist, she remainds me autumn, my favorite season. I feel a lot of feeling about this book. (This is my first text sorry)

Le club de marche
Je fais partie d’un club de marche. Nous nous rencontrons tous les vendredis. Comme nous sommes vendredi, nous nous rencontrerons aujoud’hui. Quelque fois nous nous promenons dans le quartier. Parfois nous prenons l’autobus ou le train pour aller dans une autre partie de la ville ou la forêt. La chef de marche veut organiser un voyage à l’étranger. Il veut amener une groupe au Japon pour parcourir le sentier Nakasendo. Il veut aussi amener une groupe en Espagne pour parcourir El Camino. J’amerais aller !

Day 13: Life Like an Elevator
Sometimes life is like an elevator. It gets tight, until you have to open your mouth and say something before the silence becomes unbearable. We feel that we have to talk, even if we don't want to or don't know what to talk about. It's a solution for awkward silence. Just like in an elevator. When we get too close to each other, the silence intensifies, and there's a breaking point, where the awkwardness becomes greater than our inhibitions. Then we start talking, but it's often counterproductive because we end up being more awkward than the silence we were trying to escape.
But why is it?
In a world full of noise, silence is suspicious, so we start talking about weather, neighbors, or another boring things. It's a situational influence. We act differently than we usually do. It happens so many other situations, like when we driving near a police car, or walking in front of a guard. However these are examples of authority-driven pressure.
No one forces us to act differently. No one tells us to speak, smile, or behave a certain way in those moments.
And yet, we do. Maybe it's because the pressure doesn't have to come from outside. Sometimes, the idea that someone might judge us is enough. And so we perform not for them, but to reassure ourselves that we still fit.
That's how we get to one of the society's craziest mechanism: social conformity. But more on that tomorrow!

One semester finished
One semester finished today. Summer vacation starts tomorrow, but I’m an exam student, so I must study hard every day. I’m going to study for more than ten hours per day. Also, I’ll wake up at six a.m. and go to bed at ten p.m., to keep my health life. I want to spend the time usefully for my future without regression.

Evemden ayrıldığımda, anahtarlarımı, mühim belgeler (kimlik belgesi gibi) bulunduran cüzdanımı alırım. Genellikle telefonumu da alırım. Her şeyi bir bel çantasına koyarım. Bel çantasımı çok seviyorum. Çok kullanışlı! Maalesef, biraz eski. Çantayı satın aldığım dükkân onu muhtemelen tamir edibilir.

Mon sac à main
Mercredi, j'ai pris un cours pour faire son propre sac à main.
L'atelier s'appellait MiniMeLand. La propriétaire travaillait auparavant pour Coco Chanel.
Dans son atelier on peut participer dans des cours différents comme faire un chapeau, une veste en jean, des sneakers ou un sac à main, ce que j'ai fait.
Tout d'abord nous avons choisi le genre de sac que nous aimerions faire. Pour moi, c'était un petit sac de soirée.
Après nous avons décidé entre un sac souple et un sac rigide. Ici, j'ai choisi rigide.
Puis, le meilleur moment, chercher un tissu.
Il y avait différents tissus avec différents prix. Il faut payer attention, le rique de devenir pauvre est grand !
J'ai trouvé un superbe tissu avec le peinture d'une femme dessus mais dans une version plutôt moderne et avec des colores différents.
Pour le reste de sac à main, j'ai choisi un tissu en noir avec un peu de brilliance.
Nous avons commencé par coupé les tissus. Ensuite, nous avons repassé un modèle dessus. Suivant nous avons cousu de certains border.
Parce que j'avais un sac j'ai dû enduire quelques pièces de colle et les coller sur le tissu.
Un couturier a aidé à coudre l'ensemble du sac.
J'ai encore poinçonné les pieds et choisi une chaîne.
Je suis très heurese avec mon sac à main !

Vivere in città o in campagna: cosa preferisci?
Vivere in città o in campagna? È una domanda difficile rispondere perché tutti hanno i suoi propri desideri. Per esempio, mi piacciano entrambi la città e i suoi servizi. Però, allo stesso tempo, mi piace la campagna — il silenzio, il verde, gli spazi aperti. Per più di venti anni, abitavo nella campagna. La nostra casa era situato nel mezzo di sei ettari. Era molto bello — senza vicini vicini. Tuttavia, per fare qualunque cosa, avevamo prendere la macchina. Adesso, abitiamo in una città di circa 120,000 abitanti. Abitiamo in centro con tutte le comodità che si potrebbero desiderare. Ci sono al meno tre supermercati grandi solo 15” a piedi e molti altri supermercati piccoli. Ci sono molti ristoranti qui vicino — molti negozi, musei, ecc. Però, qualche volta mi manca il silenzio della campagna. In un mondo perfetto, e se avessi un sacco di soldi, avrei una casa in centro e anche una casa nella campagna.

Diary — July 18 — Day nine.
Today has been a beatiful day, I traveled to an eco park close to my city, it is around 1 hour from my house, it is named 'Parque Arví'.
I come here with my friend Felipe (I am writing this here) we went to a river and we swimed in there. We also ate here, in the natural. I should love if I can put some photos on the page, but I might that I cannot. My day doesn't finished yet, I will go to the gym and do my chest routine and maybe some of cardio.
Yesterday wasn't a very interestful day, just it be like the other ones, I did my routine as normal, I ate in my house and the only interestful thing was the plan that we made to travel today.

L’argent
Il m’arrive souvent d’exprimer une certaine critique à l’égard de la société capitaliste, mais en ce qui concerne l’argent, je ressens quelque chose de profondément positif. Car, à mes yeux, l’argent est avant tout un signe de reconnaissance.
Il revient vers nous accompagné de la gratitude de ceux que notre travail a aidés. Et cela, c’est une immense source de joie. C’est pourquoi, même lorsqu’une dépense importante et soudaine se présente, je ne ressens pas de rejet ou de frustration. Par exemple, si l’on me dit qu’il faut remplacer les toilettes et que cela coûte 3000 dollars, je me dis que cela a été une belle opportunité de travail pour un artisan. Dans sa nature profonde, l’argent est magnifique, lorsqu’il circule dans un cercle vertueux de gratitude.
Mais dans le monde capitaliste d’aujourd’hui, il me semble que cette gratitude s’est un peu perdue en chemin. Tant que l’on pense que seul notre enrichissement personnel compte, peu importe combien l’on possède : le cœur, lui, risque de rester pauvre.

Un momento indimenticabile
Un momento che non dimenticherò mai è stato quando mio marito ed io (però lui era in questo momento mio marito ma mio fidanzato) eravamo in viaggio nella Repubblica Ceca. Stavamo scendendo una scala mobile e al fondo era una barriera di corda posizionata su due pali. Eravamo in pericolo di cadere! Senza parlare, entrambi abbiamo capito subito il pericolo e senza parlare o pensare, mentre raggiungevamo il fondo delle scale mobile, ognuno di noi ha sollevato un palo, rimuovendo la barriera. E siamo scesi dalle scale mobile tenendo i pali con la corda tra di loro! Era un momento speciale perché entrambi pensavamo allo stesso modo senza che ci dicessimo una parola. Entrambi abbiamo visto il pericolo e abbiamo deciso cosa doveva essere fatto senza parole tra noi. È successo tutto in una frazione di secondo — con niente tempo a parlarne. Semplicemente — due menti che pensano la stessa cosa.

Le dîner en famille hier
Nous sommes allés chez mon beau-père qui habite au centre-ville hier pour un dîner en famille. C'était la première fois que je voyais lui et ma belle-mère ensemble ; ils ont divorcés il y a sept ans. Mais s'il y a d'animosité entre eux, je ne le sens pas. On avait aussi un de nos neveux qui a neuf ans. Et comme il est très sociable, le beau-père a invité aussi deux de ses vieux amis, dont un que j'avais déjà rencontré.
Le père a préparé son fameux couscous, j'ai apporté ma tarte au citron vert, la mère et le neveu ont fait un fondant au chocolat, et l'un des amis a apporté du vin de pêche fait maison. On avait aussi plein d'autre vins (rouge et blanc) et de champagne. Tout était très bon, mais je ne pouvais pas finir mon assiette.
Le neveu passe ses vacances avec sa grand-mère. On a planifié d'aller voir Jurassic World au cinéma la semaine prochaine, avant qu'il parte. Ce film n'est pas ma tasse de thé, mais j'aimerais passer du temps avec eux.

Online oder Offline Einkaufen?
Nach der Corona-Pandemie kaufe ich mein Lebensmittel online ein. Zuerst hat die Quarantäne mich dazu gezwungen, aber dann habe ich herausgefunden, wie bequem es ist, und habe es fortgesetzt. Es gibt viele Vorteile für das Einkaufen im Internet. Erstens ist die Zeit. Jede Woche mache ich fast dieselbe Bestellung, die ich vor einer Woche gemacht habe. Ich verschwende keine Zeit dafür, in einen Supermarkt zu gehen und dort Produkte manuel zu finden. Stattdessen kommt der Lieferant und gibt mir alles, was ich brauche.
Ich liebe es, heraus zu gehen. Allerdings kann ich meine Zeit draußen besser verwenden als in einem Supermarkt.
Zweitens ist der Preis. Wenn man in einem Laden einkauft, zahlt man auch für die Produktplatzierung und so weiter. Nichtsdestotrotz online einkaufend vermeidet man solche Ausgaben und schließlich ist es güngstiger.

Baking the modern cook attracting all of us. We all want to cook new dishes and also we want to make them better than other's dishes. Due to that desire, we should pay attention to submission of famous chefs. Because some of them can gives us useful advices about cooking certain dishes which can make their taste better. We also should make practice for many times until we decided to make it nearly perfect .I know these things easy to say than done .But still, if we work hard and practice a lot we can success it.

One step to a fulfill life
I've just finished reading the book "Feel-Good Productivity" by Ali Abdaal.
Because I've tried so hard to work on my career but then burned out, exhausted, and get scared every time I try to sit at my desk, do what I have to do.
The book was a blow-minded to me (I try to say that book was completely change how I approach to productivity, to feel enjoyable, fun of what I do, instead of relying on discipline.
After finished the book, I opened Notion, was summarizing the chapter 9: Align, which is one of my biggest obstacle.
It's just a short entry. I will write more in the future.

I have nothing to buy in particular every week. Prices have been high these days and salary doesn't increase, so I think I should save money. However, I love to drink an espresso, I need to buy coffee beans regularly. What have you been doing to save your money?
