Dear Team Sunshine Poetry Magazine,

I am writing because of the problem I experienced when I submitted my poems for your magazine.
As I submitted my poems online, I had a problem using the online submission form. Because of that problem, I am not sure if I was able to sucessfully send my poems.
It would be very sad if they were not sent, as I really love your magazine. For me, your magazine your explanations of the poems including backgrounds of them hepls a lot enjoying them.

I would be very greatful if you could check the status of my poems, and please let me know if you received my poems correctly.

Diary

I'm now watching the Green Book. Since it's the last class before test, our teacher shows a movie to us. I've watched this movie before and I love this movie so much. What impresses me most is that Christmas eve and the warm light on the streets, I think I can remember that scenery forever.

Additionally, I got some positive feedback today so I'm happy.

暇なとき、好きなことは何ですか？

私の暇な時間

暇なときに、言語を勉強していますが、最近はYoutubeとかXとかを過ごしてしまいました。時々面白い動画を見ています。でも、大半はお笑い動画しか見ません。その動画を見る後で、「なにやってるの、私」だと考えてしまいます。
もちろん、休む時間を大切にするのは大事なことですけど、ずっとその動画を見たら、無駄な時間になると思います。
勉強が大好きなので、毎日少しでも新しいことを学びたいんです。厳しいかもしれませんけど、そんな感じです。

日記ー3

昨日の日記ではプロムについて書いた。もしかして北米の文化だと思うけど卒業パーティだ　ね。ドレスとスーツを着て夕食を食べる高校3年生の皆とパーティだよ。付き合ってる人や誘いたい人は「一緒にプロムに行きませんか」というポスターを作って誘うことpromposalと言うんだ。(Promposal = プロム(prom) + プロポーズ (proposal). まるでプロポーズみたいだから。) それから、男の高校生は誘いた人にコサージュという小さい花のブレスレットをあげる。ちょっと日本語で説明するのが難しいけど…日本にもこのような伝統があるの?

Les sorts des animaux mâles

Aujourd’hui, je retourne à ma programmation régulière : la nature. J’aime beaucoup regarder les documentaires sur la nature. C’est toujours amusant d'apprendre tout sur notre beau monde. Mais parfois les documentaires abordent le sujet de la reproduction, et je me retrouve à la fois émerveillé et perturbé par les sorts des animaux mâles. Il semble qu’ils tirent souvent la courte paille. Alors, je pensais que je pourrais donner un aperçu de certaines de ces situations très étranges aujourd’hui. D’abord, le pire du pire : les poissons-pêcheurs. L’image populaire de ces poissons (c’est-a-dire, un poisson avec un leurre embrasé) est en fait une femelle. Les mâles sont beaucoup plus petits que les femelles. Ils cherchent toutes leurs vies pour une femelle. Quand ils en trouvent une, ils la mordent et « fusionnent » avec elle. Puis, leur corps s'atrophie. C’est vraiment horrible ! Un peu moins horrible (comparativement), c’est les abeilles. Techniquement, les abeilles ont trois genres : la reine, les ouvrières et les faux bourdons. Les reines sont les femelles fertiles. Les ouvrières sont les femelles infertiles (alors on peut dire qu’elles sont en quelque sorte sans sexe biologique, parce qu’elles n’ont pas de rôle dans la reproduction). Les faux bourdons sont les mâles. Le seul rôle des mâles est de s'accoupler avec la reine. Puis, ils meurent immédiatement. Ils vivent 30 jours, tandis que les reines vivent 2 ou 3 années. En parlant de bestioles, on peut aussi parler des araignées et des mantes religieuses. Dans ces deux espèces, les femelles mangent les mâles après la reproduction, pour se nourrir afin de produire les progénitures. Ensuite, les poissons-clowns. Chaque poisson-clown naît homme. Quand la femelle dominante meurt, le mâle dominant devient la nouvelle femelle dominante et il y a un nouveau mâle dominant. C’est une stratégie un peu différente des humains ! Enfin, j’aimerais terminer par les hippocampes. Cet exemple n’est pas si mal. Dans cette espèce, c’est les mâles qui deviennent enceintes et donnent naissance ! Et ce n’est pas seulement un bébé, mais 2 000 en une seule fois ! La nature est folle.

К открытию рябин домашних

Вчера утром я принял участие в маленькой прогулке (6 км) с достаточно большой группой ходков. Прогулку вокруг недалекой деревни организовала ассосиация, которая занимается распространением и защитой рябины домашней (Sorbus domestica) во всей Франции. Наш гид знал многое о природе. Он умел называть каждое растение, которое мы видели! Хотя я живу в сельское местности, я бы не умел. Вероятное есть горожане, которые не умели бы называть ни одного растения. В некотом смысле, это логично: мы отделили себя от природы. Я интересуюсь естественными науками, поэтому объяснения гида были интересны для меня. Я многое узнал!

После прогулки, мы пили напиток со закусками вместе. Я знаю, что слово «аперитив» существует на русском, но я не знаю, могу ли использовать его здесь, потому что на французском мы говорим булкьвально «принять аперитив» («prendre l’apéritif») в таких контекстах. К тому же я попробовал варение от плодов рябыны. Рябина дает какие-то яблочка. На вкус приятно, но очень странно. Это напомнило мне о вкусе «бургундского марка» («marc de Bourgogne»), типичная местная водка произведенная от виноградских выжимок.

Девревня сама была очень красива, с большие количеством цветов и отремонтированных домов. Я очень рад, что такие деревни всё ещё живут и ассосияции заботятся о них! А какое отношение между рябинами и этой особенной деревней? Ну, там находится самая большая рябина Франции, и вторая (по величине) в Европе.

В целом я привёл прекрасное утро.

Ende des Urlaubs und anstehende Ziele

Übrigens, ich bin neuerdings auf ein sehr gutes YouTube-Playlist für Französischlernende bzw. totale Anfänger gestoßen. Ich wollte schon immer diese Sprache erlernen, und bald sollte ich dafür endlich genug Zeit haben. Das Problem ist aber, ich lerne bereits Deutsch! Ich denke, ich sollte zuerst das C1-Deutschniveau erreichen und es noch mit irgendeiner Prüfung bestätigen. Erst dann wäre es vernünftig, mein Fokus auf Französisch zu wechseln.
Meiner Vorstellung nach geht es beim C1-Niveau hauptsächlich darum, einen immensen (passiven) Wortschatz zu haben, sich mit den subtilen Feinheiten der jeweiligen Sprache gut auszukennen und natürlich fließend sprechen zu können. Das Letztere habe ich schon ziemlich eng angenährt, doch um die anderen zwei Kriterien abzuhaken, sollte ich in erster Linie deutlich mehr lesen. Man könnte sagen, das ist mein Hauptziel für den kommenden Sommer.
P.S. Wow, ich bin vom ursprünglichen Thema ziemlich weit abgekommen 😀

Life of a orphan (SMALL ONE)

옛날 옛적에, 하늘이라는 소녀와 그녀의 언니 민서가 공원에 갔습니다. 두 자매는 고아였습니다. 부모님은 자매가 어렸을 때 돌아가셨습니다. 하늘이는 8살이고 민서는 16살입니다. 하늘이가 생후 6개월, 민서가 8살이었을 때 부모님이 세상을 떠나셨던 것입니다. 자매는 그동안 이루 말할 수 없는 고생을 겪었습니다. 민서가 학교에 갈 때면 이웃 주민이 하늘이를 돌봐주곤 했습니다. 최근 자매는 한국에 있는 '안동 하회마을'이라는 곳으로 이사를 했습니다.

Our Family Travel Blog #24

Before coming to the Czech Republic, I told M that we would be staying at the Hilton Hotel in Prague, and she told me that there was a monument on the premises that her grandfather had created. It seemed to be a memorial dedicated to Czech people who died during World War II.

I had tried to find the monument the morning before, but couldn’t locate it. So she kindly showed me where it was.
When I asked, “Why did your grandfather create this memorial?” she replied, “I was still child at the time, so I don’t really know.” We took a commemorative photo in front of the monument.
Although it was only a short time—about an hour—I was glad that we were able to deepen our friendship.

嵐の事が知りたい

最近では、嵐の番組を見て、この5人は凄く面白いですねと思います。残念なのは彼達は間も無く活動休止になります。その原因で、嵐の二十年の間、楽しい事か、懐かしい事か、いろいろのことを全部しりたいですから、教えてください。
ちなみに、大野くんと二宮くんのドラマも見た、例えば魔王、何回でも涙が出た事が分からなかた、素晴らしドラマですね。
他のメンバーのドラマも見いたいですから、何かあれば教えてください。

CLIL: 言語のアプローチ

今の学期、バイリンガル教育の科目を修めています。今週の話題は「CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning)」で、日本語で「内容言語統合型学習」と言います。

CLILは学んでいる言語で学校の内容も教えてもらいます。言語は家に両親か家族と話す言語じゃないけど、大体の生徒は知らない言語です。例えば、オーストラリアの大半の人口は英語が話せます。学校では、先生は英語で文学か社会学を教えてあげて、同人か他の先生は同じ生徒達に日本語で理科を教えてあげます。

オーストラリアの小学校と高校にはCLILプログラムがあまりありません。ヨーロッパの方が多く行われています。アジアと近いから、オーストラリアの政府はアジアの言語を勉強してほしいです。最近、アジア言語を学んでいる生徒は減っています。私自身は、高校のごろに英語で日本語を学びましたけど、大学で上級日本語を専門したときそんな教育をもらいました。

(文化ノート：オーストラリアでは、小・中・高校はありません。小学校と高校（中学校と高恋混ぜられた）だけあります。)

紹興（しょうこう）一日観光

先週末（まつ）、紹興に妻（つま）を案内しました。私たちは、博物館（はくぶつかん）と八字橋（はちじきょう）に訪（おとず）れました。紹興は、古称（こしょう）を会稽（かいけい）といい、かつては於越（オエツ）の国都（こくと）でした。博物館の一階では、於越の歴史（れきし）を紹介（しょうかい）されています。現在（げんざい）は、お年寄りたちが呉語（ごご）を話しています。呉語が普通話（ふつうわ）の方言（ほうげん）ではなく、独立（どくりつ）した言語（げんご）だと思っています。

I Need Your Help！

Do you guys remember I mentioned that 10-year dream of buying a mountain house with a garden to host friends and work? Well, I've finally taken the first step: I got my English tour guide license!

I plan to spend the next 5 years in Shanghai building an inbound travel studio, then use the following 5 years to find and build that ideal mountain retreat.

3、From Market to Table: A 3-hour culinary journey through Shanghai. We’ll explore local markets, uncover the secrets of seasonal ingredients based on the 24 Solar Terms, and cook authentic Shanghainese home-style dishes with a modern twist.

カフェ

今朝、大学時代の友達と一緒にカフェに行きました。今日は祝日だけど、友達は医者だから午後から仕事があります。貴重な暇をかけて私と会うことに嬉しいです。

友達はカメラも好きだから、複雑な相談をしました。特にフィルムカメラ好きらしい。

私の食事はチキン・アンド・ワッフルということです。唐揚げとワッフルと卵とオランデーズソースの料理です、とても美味しかったが、ちょっと重い（こってり？）と思う。友達は特別なコーヒーも注文したけど、私は飲まなかった。友達もコーヒー趣味があります。

Эша — это моё имя для интернета. У меня есть более длинное имя, и в реальной жизни, все такое меня зовут. Но в школе, я хотела иметь короткое имя, потому что я думала что люди не могли произносить моё имя. Некоторое время, я использовала «Аш» когда мне было надо писать моё имя где-то неважно (поэтому не нужно писать целое имя). Например: на чашке в кафе, или в каком сайте. Но мне казалось, что то имя мне не подходило. Мне не нравилось, но моё реальное имя начинается с «А», и я не могла найти лучше образ сокращать эго. Тогда, один день, я была в Старбаксе, и я дала имя «Аш» баристе. Когда я получила мой напиток, я видела что бариста по ошибке написал «Эш». Почему-то, мне очень больше понравилось «Эш», чем «Аш». Нет большой разницы, но я думаю что «Эш» звучит лучше. Более того, мои родители меня звали «Эша» в детстве. С того дня в Старбаксе, себя зову «Эш» в кафе или на интернете. Я «Эша» в местах, в которых я говорю по-русски, потому что я думала что грамматика будет проще если у меня будет имя которое закончает с «а». Но это не имело большое значение, потому что я не часто говорю своё имя.

Иногда, я хотела бы, чтобы я выбрала другое имя, потому что много людей думают что, моё имя звучит как «Иша». Я понимаю, потому что «Иша» более популярное имя, но я не люблю это имя (извините если это ваше имя, лол). Как «Аш», «Иша» мне не подходит. Поэтому, если кто-нибудь зачитает моё имя как «Иша», я его исправлю.

I gave M gifts such as Japanese tea, matcha, tea candies, and various other sweets. Since she has a small child, I chose sweets with as few additives as possible. Japanese sweets are full of additives, which always leaves me feeling conflicted.
In return, M gave us gifts that were even more generous than what I had given. My two daughters also received a notebook featuring a painting of Prague.

When I was a fifth grader in school, I came across a band from the UK, called "Bay City Rollers". I don't remember exactly which TV show featured them. Probably, one possibility is
a variety program called "Ginza Now" which was popular at that time.
I was really into their songs like "Bye Bye Baby" or "Saturday Night".
I clearly remember the moment that I had stood in front of an electronics store and had gazed at the screen with my heart beating fast. There was the live show recorded by the shop owner. Back then, video decks weren't common around typical Japanese households.

Through the glass of the storefront, I saw them on the screen wearing those lovely rea tartan check costumes.
I have loved the pattern of tartan check ever since. And that was also the moment when the UK became a dream country for me.
