Today I will tell you about what. I woke up 10.30 in the morning. I had breakfast . I eat honey, cheese, eggs and buttered bread for breakfast.
After I practiced English 2-3 hours. Then I went out meet my friends. We went to drink coffee. Then I returned home. İt good a day.

Summer season in childhood.
Summer season in childhood was the vacation time. In my country, schools gave us summer holidays. Many people visit their native places during this season . As the people can't go anywhere because of their kids don't have big vacation time other than this season. The days are hotter and the nights are not also cool. I really don't like summer that much. But after the summer, the rains arrives. During the first rain, pleasant smell comes from the wet mud. This smell feels so soothing. The only reason I enjoyed in summer is because of school holidays. Schools do gave us vacation time other than summer but its much smaller vacation. I usually visits my relatives home more often during these times. It's memorable experience which I miss very much. Me with my siblings and cousins used to go to swimming classes in summer. Swimming in summer was also a one of a kind experience for us.

今回はロバを含むイタリア語のことわざと慣用句を紹介したいと思います。
ロバは昔の農家生活に欠かせない動物で、イタリア語のたくさんの方言にも標準語にもよく出てきます。
まずは文字通りに翻訳して、後はその意味を説明してみます。
A lavare la testa all'asino, si sprecano acqua e sapone
これは標準語ですが、実際にカンパニア弁のバージョンのほうがよく聞いている気がします。
文字通りの翻訳は「ロバの頭を洗うのは水も石鹸もの無駄」と、意味は「頑固な人を説得するのは無理」ということです。
今でも、頑固な人はロバに例えられていることがあります。
Attacca l'asino dove vuole il padrone
翻訳は「 飼い主の言うところにロバを結び付けろ」と、意味は「無駄な議論を避けて、目上の人の言うことに従う」ということです。
Meglio un asino vivo che un dottore morto
翻訳は「死んだ医者より生きているロバ」と、意味は「学のある死んだ人より無知で生きている人のほうがまし」、つまり「勉強は大切だが、健康は何より大切だ」ということです。
この文章で、ロバは「勉強しなくて、成績がよくない子供」という意味です。

"Troublemaker" By L.S.
Hello. So today, i want to talk about my favorite book. It's "Troublemaker" writing by Laura swan, a french author bron on Italia. She is specialist in psychological romance, my favorite type of books. Troublemaker is the second thrillers, duology she posted and the first i read by her. Her first duology is "They Used to Call Him Dangerous", i thinck i'm going quickly buy this thriller. If I really love her second duology, why i can't love the first. She begin writen when she had sixteen. Her feather made me addict of book for my pleasure, by the way psychological and dark romance. Troublemaker talk about two peoples, June and Shayn, they meeting eachothers on a burglary. They never do leaving eachother. June is my favorite protagonist, she made me thincking about autumn. I love her. This duo has leave many struggles and problems but they always here for eachother. The first time I read this book, I really cry, it's probably stupid but I love feeling the same emotion by the protagonist, by the way is it's sad. I probably love psychological romance because this break my hear, and i'm thinck about that after a really long time ago. It's for that a love troublemaker and i love Laura swan.

Lawyer/ English
Later, i want worked in law. Since i was young, i wanted to be a lawyer. Now, i'm not sur if i want to be a lawyer, i'm just sur i'm born to worked in law. I love the legal world. I don't know why ? It's a good question, i don't know if I can answer this question. I want justice be done and created a better world. I know it's complicated and probably not possible but i want belive in my dream. My dream can true. It's for that, i pratice my english, for the school i want integrated, i must have a good english. I want to be bilingual.

Die Kurse an der Universität
An der Universität müsste ich schon das ganzes Lehnbuch fertig lehren. Weil es viel französischen Kurse gibt, wenn ich so mache nicht und meine Studenten einen zweiten Jahr Kurs teilnehmen, würden nur sie micht noch gelernt haben, was andere Studenten schon gelernt haben. Wir haben dann keine Zeit, Opervideos anzuschauen oder französische Lieder zu lernen.

アトランタ ジョージア州からアシュビル ノースカロライナ州まで引っ越しました。
アトランタは大きすぎる都市なので、全然好きじゃありませんでした。アトランタに住んでいる人も親切じゃないと思います。アシュビルに着いたとき、みんなですごく優しいと思いました。アトランタは木がありすぎて、それがいいんだけど、アシュビルはブルーリッジ山脈の中にあって、温帯雨林の中にもあります。でも、夏は雨がたくさん降ります。アシュビルは多様な野生生物がいて、アシュビルも黒熊にとって有名です。アシュビルの周りに歩きやさしいので、車が必要ないし。バスも良くて、便利と聞いたことがあります。アシュビルは面白い地元の店が多くあります。アシュビルも地元の美味しいレストランが多くあります。アシュビルも色んな良い地元の音楽があります。地元のライブもすごく安いです。顔の広いバンドのライブはもっと高いけど。アシュビルが大好きです！

Like fiction, it can become real life
I have been watching Nip Tuck series, and just the last week one his protagonists have passed away. Julian McMahon played the plastic sorgeon Cristian Troy for six seasons and his rol as a attractive, powerful, sex symbol and charismatic man. In the penultimate season his character suffered from cancer and real life happened the same. I was really shocked when I heard the news and just the next episode of the series Cristian Troy character is found out with the disease.

いくつかの理由で、今はあまり外出できません。自分らしさを失わないように、いくつかの目標を達成しようとしています。そのうちいくつかは、前の日記でも書きました。N2の文法を勉強することや、ヨガのポーズを覚えることなどです。
その上、読む本のジャンルもできるだけ広くするようにしています。もっと難しい本を読むことになると思っていましたが、あるリストには中学生向けの本が載っていました。タイトルは「Flights and Chimes and Mysterious Times」でした。（翻訳すれば、飛行と鐘と不思議な時）。

Zeit ist Hirn - Schlaganfall
In Österreich erleiden jedes Jahr circa 24.000 Menschen einen Schlaganfall. Wegen der erhöhte Lebenserwartung steigt heutzutage die Anzahl der Schlaganfälle. Frauen werden häufiger betroffen als Männer - weil sie viel länger leben. Risikofaktoren beziehen unter anderem das Rauchen, der Bewegungsmangel, der Bluthochdruck, die Pille, der Alkoholkonsum und Blutzuckerstoffwechselstörungen ein. Es gibt verschiedene Arten von Schlaganfälle: 80% sind Durchblutungsstörungen - auch bekannt als Ischemie - und 20% sind Hirnblutungen. Mithilfe des FAST-Tests kann ein Schlaganfall schnell erkannt werden. Beim "F" - Gesicht, kann z.B. Asymmetrie beim Lächeln aufgedeckt werden. Beim "A" - Arm, muss man nachschauen, ob beide Arme gleich funktionieren können. "S" steht für Sprache - die Betroffene haben Schwierigkeiten, eine einfache Satz nachzusprechen. "T" bedeutet Zeit - beim oben genannten Probleme muss den Rettungsdients sofort angerufen werden. Außerdem sind die Symptome bei Frauen und Männer unterschiedlich: beim Männer entstehen die sogenannte klassische Symptome wie z.B. Lähmungen, Sprachstörungen, Sehstörungen und starke Kopfschmerzen. Bei Frauen gibt es oft Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Kurzatmigkeit, Brust-oder Rückenschmerzen. Es ist auch wichtig, bei Symptomen keine Medikamente zu verabreichen und die Betroffene zu beruhigen. Glücklicherweise gibt es auch Präventivmaßnahmen, die man selbst ergreifen kann, um ein Schlaganfall zu vermeiden. Die bereits erwähnte Risikofaktoren sind fast alle modifizierbar. Außerdem solllte man an der kognitive Reserve arbeiten - wie z.B. etwas Neues zu lernen, oder ein neues Hobby zu finden. Darüber hinaus haben Wissenschaftler herausgefunden, dass zu viel Schlaf - mehr als 9 Stunden pro Nacht- das Risiko eines Schlaganfalls auch erhöht. Des Weiteren, das Schlafapnoe-Syndrom und zu viel Stress stellen auch ein Risiko. Trotzdem kann man für die Gesundheit meistens viel zu tun.

plastic is among the most important of environmental materials in today's world. At the same time, plastic is used in several areas such as kitchen and industry. therefore, it has many benefits. It seems like a very nice food for children but it is very harmful.

My Reading Progress
It has been almost 5 months since I have embarked on reading books in English. So far I have made a lot of progress and read five full books. I have started with two contemporary thrillers: ''Hotel'' by Arthur Hailey and ''The Firm'' by John Grisham. I noticed that in this kind of books the beginning is always riveting, but as the plot unfolds it gets less and less engaging. I learned a lot of words from the former, but the latter was even too easy. The third book was a short novella, ''Anthem'' by Ayn Rand. It is set in a dystopian world where the word ''I'' is unknown and forbidden, and where individuality is renounced: people gainsay sexes and everyone calls themselves ''we''. They work for their ''mutual future'', for their brothers and sisters. I understood approximately 90 percent of words, and it was a helpful experience!
The fourth book was called ''The Picture of Dorian Gray''. It is a renowned philosophical novel by Oscar Wilde that delves into the themes of narcissism, beauty, aging, and youth. There, I found the vocabulary to be quite complicated and sometimes outdated. Nevertheless this book has brought me a ton of joy, and I have learned myriad of new words and expressions.
The last book I have finished was written by one of my favorite authors of all time — John Steinbeck. It is called ''Of Mice and Men''. I found it to be the most riveting and engaging so far. It inspired me to read other works by this author. Hence, I am currently reading another his novel called ''Cannery Row''.

Mis llaves!
Cuando salgo de la casa, nunca me olvido de mis llaves. Soy un poco raro por qué no necesito mi celular para salir. Normalmente si yo salgo, tengo otras metas que de hablar y enviar mensajes en mi celular, y me gusta la tranquilidad de no tener notificaciones durante un tiempo del día. Tampoco necesito mis gafas de sol por qué en el verano salgo generalmente por la noche para evitar el calor y el brillo extremos. Pero mis llaves, sí, las necesito por qué siempre cierro mi puerta con llave. Vivo en una área bastante segura pero cerrar la puerta con llave es una habitud de la infancia que continúo hasta el día de hoy.

Hi, i don' know by or beginning. I just want to tell about Books. I began read ( loves began read instead) since three years. I love books, it's a loophole of the reality. I like the feeling we had where we reading, whatever if it's sad or not. I prefer when I can feel the feeling of the person inside the book, my favorite type of book is psychological romance. One of my favorite duology is "Troublemaker" by laura swan, a french author. Her feather made me addict. This talk about June and Shayn, 2 people with a lot of struggles, problems. Le club de marche
Je fais partie d’un club de marche. Nous nous rencontrons tous les vendredis. Comme nous sommes vendredi, nous nous rencontrerons aujoud’hui. Quelque fois nous nous promenons dans le quartier. Parfois nous prenons l’autobus ou le train pour aller dans une autre partie de la ville ou la forêt. La chef de marche veut organiser un voyage à l’étranger. Il veut amener une groupe au Japon pour parcourir le sentier Nakasendo. Il veut aussi amener une groupe en Espagne pour parcourir El Camino. J’amerais aller !

Day 13: Life Like an Elevator
Sometimes life is like an elevator. It gets tight, until you have to open your mouth and say something before the silence becomes unbearable. We feel that we have to talk, even if we don't want to or don't know what to talk about. It's a solution for awkward silence. Just like in an elevator. When we get too close to each other, the silence intensifies, and there's a breaking point, where the awkwardness becomes greater than our inhibitions. Then we start talking, but it's often counterproductive because we end up being more awkward than the silence we were trying to escape.
But why is it?
In a world full of noise, silence is suspicious, so we start talking about weather, neighbors, or another boring things. It's a situational influence. We act differently than we usually do. It happens so many other situations, like when we driving near a police car, or walking in front of a guard. However these are examples of authority-driven pressure.
No one forces us to act differently. No one tells us to speak, smile, or behave a certain way in those moments.
And yet, we do. Maybe it's because the pressure doesn't have to come from outside. Sometimes, the idea that someone might judge us is enough. And so we perform not for them, but to reassure ourselves that we still fit.
That's how we get to one of the society's craziest mechanism: social conformity. But more on that tomorrow!

One semester finished
One semester finished today. Summer vacation starts tomorrow, but I’m an exam student, so I must study hard every day. I’m going to study for more than ten hours per day. Also, I’ll wake up at six a.m. and go to bed at ten p.m., to keep my health life. I want to spend the time usefully for my future without regression.
