Daily routine
Every day, I enjoy waking up early. I start my day by eating my healthy breakfast, and I try not to watch my phone for 30-45 minutes. During my breakfast, I read psychology books.
After that, I go to my job, where I’m an educator. The goal of my job is to spend time with children who can’t stay with their families. The reasons why they can’t stay with their parents are that the parents don’t give good education, and sometimes because parents hit their children. I am trying to provide good education and improve their abilities by helping them with schoolwork or offering advice.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time at the gym to relax and improve my English. Before, I didn’t care about my English level. But I met a person who speaks four languages, and that’s just made me so impressed. Now, I aim to reach B2 level, and if I’m motivated (I am), I hope to reach C1.
To conclude, to improve my daily routine, what I want most is to sleep more, as I don’t really enjoy sleeping and often feel exhausted.

L'île
Je relève le pistolet vers lui. « Votre vie appartient à moi. Vous mentez, vous rejoindrez le diable en l'enfer » dis-je.
« Je vous assure que le chemin vous y mènerez » balbutia l'homme.
« Venez monsieur ! S'il vous plaît, vite ! » supplia la petite fille qui tire mon bras vers le chemin. La pitié que je ressens pour elle est coupé d'un coup alors que deux balles éclatent de mon pistolet et se logent dans la poitrine de l'homme. Il ne faut pas prendre des risques. En ce qui concerne le cadavre, il servira aux bêtes qui rodent cette île maudite.

Table Tennis
When I started senior high school in my hometown, there was a “table tennis table” outside my classroom. It was the first time I had seen a table tennis table.
It was built for students to play table tennis on, but it wasn’t a real table tennis table. It was actually made of bricks and cement, constructed to the same size as a standard table tennis table.
Back then, we students were poor and didn’t have money to buy table tennis rackets. So, we often used our textbooks to play.
One classmate’s family was slightly better off financially because his father worked at the supply and marketing cooperative. He owned a pair of table tennis rackets.
Sometimes, we had the opportunity to use his rackets to play table tennis, which felt much better than using our textbooks.
Well, that’s a short story about how I got to know and started playing table tennis.

Father's Love
It is the day, I came out from my mothers womb in the St Ann's hospital, Doctor handed over a little baby girl to babies father ,the little baby didn't even open her eyes. The little girl with small cute hands and legs moreover they are very delicate like rose flower petals and here comes the important part, the girl in not fair skinned, the skin color is mixed brown and black. We all have some doubt, and the doubt is "she said the girl is very cute and why ,why is she talking about skin color". In all our thoughts we thought that we don't care about looks of a person but, it is not the actual current society. Now in the hospital all the relatives are whispering like "The baby is not fair, she was born with her grandmother genes and so on". But the one who is holding the baby is standing still and filled his eyes with tears literally he is crying while seeing his daughter. After some time he opened his mouth and called her "AMMA AMMA" the little girl crying and opened her eyes and seeing her father with gentle smile.
That is the first time she smiled while seeing her father till now she smiles like the same and the reason behind her smile is always her father love ,affection, care and countless sacrifices.

Do you have a favorite fragrance?
I usually spray on a fragrance that my cousin gave it to me years ago, they are good scents but I don’t know their names. I’m still not sure how to spray on a fragrance correctly. I think there are a lot of people who add scent themselves with body soap instead of a fragrance in Japan.

The second formation of Chinese Characters is ideographic or self-explanatory.
This one has two perfect examples: 上 (up) and 下 (down). You can imagine a water level, something uper than the level is 上, and the things lower than the level are 下.
There are three more examples, which are the easiest characters: 一(one), 二(two), 三(three). I don't even need to explain them, right?
Compared to those pictographic characters, I think ideographic characters are more abstract. They are not natural objects, but some conceptions from our ancestors' minds.

Questo weekend voglio prendermi cura di me stessa. È stato un periodo lungo e difficile, ma per fortuna me la sono cavata.
Ieri sera ho chiacchierato con una mia amica, il cui ragazzo si è licenziato.
Lei lavora ancora al progetto precedente (da cui mi sono trasferita) e il suo contratto di lavoro terminerà presto.
Mi dispiace tanto per loro, perché non è un periodo in cui ci si può permettere di restare senza lavoro.
Spero che trovino una soluzione e anche un nuovo lavoro.

時間は１７時３０分。私たちは東入口から出るつもりでしたが、数百人以上は入口の内側と外側がいました。だれも動いていなかった。入口前で１時間くらい待ちました。最初、みんなは立ったままで待っていた、どんどん時間がたったら、みんな地面で座りました。ほぼ冷静でしたが、みんなの疲れた声と姿は明らかでした。
万博スタッフからあまり指示や情報出してなかった。最初、「しばらくお待ちください。」の指示。そして、「電車は止まっています。いつ直るのかわかりません。」（しかも、メガホンで、日本語のみの指示でした😅）ついに、アナウンスを流しました。「夢洲駅内の方の安全のため、公園内側へお戻りください。」
そのアナウンスを聞こえる後、姉妹と私は帰るの希望を捨てました。時間はもう２３時３０分。ポルトガル館のところで２時間ぐらい待機しました。ポルトガル館は電気をつけて、クラブ音楽も流しました。そして、ビールも売りました。パーティーみたいな感じでした。♪
よかったら、ちかくに携帯を電源に補給する場所を見つけました。ある男の人は電線なかったら、貸してあげました。（仲間ゲット！）私は塩分タブレットが余っていたので、近くのお客さんに配りました。

Caisse automatique bilingue
Lorsque je vais au supermarché, j’aime utiliser les cassis automatiques. Au Canada nous pouvons choisir des instructions en anglais ou français. Je choisis le français car je suis en train d’apprendre cette langue. Sur le premier écran il dit, « Bienvenue - Commencez à scanner vos articles » . Si un article n’a pas de code-barre, je peux cliquer le bouton qui dit, « Rechercher le nom de l’article » . Je l’ai essayé une fois, mais je ne connaissais pas le mot français pour « ail » . Donc j’ai dû cliquer le bouton que a dit, « Change to English « .

¿Qué idioma aprender?
Recomiendo a los hispanohablantes, que aprendan italiano o portugués. Los dos idiomas tienen la misma familia de lenguaje que el español, así que hay muchas palabras similares. Además la sintaxis y gramatica son muy similares! A mí, la mejor manera de estudiar una idioma es la immersión total.. recomiendo ver peliculas y memes en el lengua objeto, además les recomiendo que hablen con nativos o buscen professores en preply. Por otra parte me ha ayudado mucho escribir ensayos en la lengua objeto o un diario personal en lo que se escribe todos los días. Finalmente lo más importante es la consistencia, estudiar cada día o tal vez dos días en la semana va a ayudar mucho. Para hispanohablantes, tener fluidez en italiano duraré entre un y dos años y depende en la persona.

Riding the Wild Horse of My Curly Hair 暴れ馬ような私のくせ毛
My curly hair had been a source of concern since I was a schoolgirl. Nothing seemed to work: drying, brushing, or pinning it up didn’t help, and whenever it rained or I sweated, my hair would spring back into curls. I ended up hiding it by tying it in a ponytail or putting it in a bun. It felt like trying to manage a wild horse.
Everything changed when I came across an article online about caring for curly hair. The key was simply to stop fighting it. According to the article, everything I had been doing was wrong. I cut my hair short, ditched shampooing, and stopped blow-drying and brushing it. The next morning, my hair exploded in every direction. But after dampening it slightly and applying some styling gel, my curls looked amazing, as if they had been styled on purpose.
Now, my hair is easier to manage, costs less time and money, and looks more like me than ever before. I couldn’t be happier.

Der Einkaufswagenvorfall
Heute musste ich allein im Supermarkt. Da ich allein war, musste ich den Einkaufwagen zeitweise alleine lassen, insbesondere wenn ich beim Obs- und Gemüseabteilung war. Manchmal nehme ich mir Zeit beim Auswählen der Gemüse oder Obst, deswegen lasse ich der Einkaufwagen beiseite, um Menschen nicht zu stören. In meinem Einkaufswagen hatte ich schon ein paar Mangos, vier Avocados und eine rote Paprika. Außerdem war mein Handy und eine riesige schwarze Handtasche dort. Trotzdem hat ein Mann mein Einkaufswagen zufällig genommen und er trug bereits eine Gemüse (ich erkannte es nicht) in meine Einkaufswagen. Ich konnte ihm nur, gesagt, wegen der Scham: "das ist meine Einkaufswagen". Und er hat einen Blick auf dem Einkaufswagen ausgeworfen und hat mir gesagt: "bestimmt! wo ist dann mein Einkaufswagen? Es war komish, weil soweit ich sehen konnte, er konnte nicht ihren Einkaufswagen finden. Vielleicht hatte er viel im Kopf.

Essere soddisfatti non vuol dire essere felici (parte 2)
Per esempio, io faccio la spesa al supermercato Lidl.
Arrivano dei vari coupon con la scadenza per una settimana sull'applicazione "Lidl Plus".
Certo che non li uso tutto, ma quando uso il coupon, provo un senso di realizzazione.
In altre parole, è una soddisfazione.
Penso che ora io sia come avere il coupon che si chiama il parto con la scadenza tra le mani.
La medicina moderna non ha ancora fatto grandi progressi sulla maternità in età avanzata.
Proprio per questo, mi sembra che la società mi ha sempre raccomandato di usare il prima possibile questo coupon che ho tra le mie mani adesso.
Non bisogna usare tutti i coupon, ma se non lo uso, mi sento come se ci perdessi.

Being ready is not a feeling, is a decision
Today my psychologist told me this: "you can't say that you don't feel ready, because being prepared is a decision". This phrase moved me, because in the next week I have a business event in cinema and I stared to work in this area very recently. So I am insecure since I am new and the people in this area already know each others. After my talk with my psychologist, I become to ask myself what I need to do to being prepared for this event. I already know that I need to be more open and talk with others people. Also, I want to sell my film and my work. I stared prepared an elevator pitching, that means presented my work like in one minute and everywhere and with every person. Cozinhando
Eu não gosto de cozinhar, mas gosto de fazer bolos. Porque eu moro sozinho cozinhando é difícil, então eu cozinho um prato grande no fim de semana e como cada um hora de almoço. Eu cozinho muito com frango porque está mais barato.
Agora o inverno está chegando, eu deveria fazer muito pratos como curry e lasanha.
Eu gosto de fazer bolos e agora o tempo está ficando mais frio e a noites ficando mais escuras mais cedo, eu deveria fazer mais bolos de outono com canela e gengibre.
Eu preciso comprar ovos e leite, es eu quiser fazer. Meu bolo favorito de fazer está um pão de chá - um bolo de irlandês. Você faz por imersão frutas secas em chá e acrescentando açúcar, farinha, e ovos - está muito fácil fazer. Você poderia adicionar açúcar de confeiteiro decorar.
