後、ヘアーさんは英語がほとんど覚えられないと文句を言った。僕は、「英語を覚えるために一生懸命勉強したりレッスンを復習したりしなけばなりません」と伝えた。ヘアーさんは、「でも、英語の勉強することはとても疲れさせる」と言った。
僕は適当な返事はなかったのだ。
その時代、僕の日本語はあまり上手じゃなかったので、ボスはヘアーさんが僕の授業の前に日本人の先生と一緒に少しプライベートの勉強をすればいいと提案した。僕が日本人の先生と準備を手伝ったのだ。
授業の後、先生に「ヘアーさんはどうだった」と尋ねた。
先生はため息をついて「最低だった！あいつは、さっぱりわからなかった。『頭』という言葉も『最初』という言葉も知らなかった。あたしは『家で単語リストを暗記した方がいい』と提案したが、ヘアーさんはとても怒って『単語リストを暗記する気はない、英語を話したい！』と言った。」
変な人だよね。

¿Ser aceptado o respectado?
La audiencia te aplaude, sus sonrisas mirándote como si fueran tus mejores amigos. De repente, te despiertas del ensueño, para enfrentarte con una realidad desconcertante: los inversores en la reunión no te conocen y te miran con la mirada de un tiburón acechando su presa. ¿En esta instancia, sería mejor ser aceptado o respetado?
Los políticos han luchado con el mismo dilema hasta siglos, abogando por la popularidad y al mismo tiempo protegiendo su dignidad. Por ejemplo, Javier Millei, el presidente actual de Argentina, ha participado en conciertos de rock y tiene un afán por las redes sociales, cambiando la cara del liderazgo. Asimismo, Bukele de El Salvador ha venido venerado por su agrado con la población joven, lo cual le ha permitido alcanzar una alta tasa de aprobación. Sin embargo, bajo la fachada de gentileza, se gobierna con un puño de hierro que se desafía el estatus quo. Podría decirse que para obtener respeto primero hay que ser aceptado; luego los constituyentes aceptan lo que venga.
Cabe destacar que el respecto y el agrado no son exclusivos. Por ejemplo, un alumno que osa las reglas del aula debería respectar la docente por su puesto de autoridad. Asimismo, un amigo puede ser aceptado en un grupo de estudiantes con el papel de payaso, siempre siendo el chiste y nunca riéndose con ellos. Si fuese poco, la aceptación no sería una garantía por un buen trato. Los problemas que surgen en una relación, ya sea de amistad o amor, cambian los sentimientos entre las personas; la relación nunca permanece estática. El amor que sentimos al inicio de un matrimonio cambia a lo largo de la vida, porque respeto y agrado se influyen mutuamente.
Por ende, ser aceptado o respetado es un engaño de la simplicidad. Como un apretón de manos, no se puede tener uno sin el otro para que haya estabilidad en una relación. No obstante, caer en la trampa de la aceptación sería solo un aperitivo; el plato principal sería tú, enfrentando el frío sabor de la venganza que venga.

El Pasado
Mi abuela charlaba de “los buenos tiempos” con las demás tías abuelas en la mesa. Hablaban de cómo fueron criadas en una comunidad pequeña del pueblo (lo que tal vez se haya vuelto un suburbio).
Por su estilo de vida autosuficiente y la economía estable de aquella época (los principios del siglo XXI), no es una sorpresa que hubieran podido tener tantos hijos.
De tantas historias contadas por ellas, hay una parte de mi alma que anhela vivir en sus tiempos. Me hace contemplar en qué hubiéramos tenido si no fuera por la avaricia de los gobiernos queriendo llenarse los bolsillos de la humanidad.

Riding a bicycle
I always enjoy riding a bicycle, because it's a great experience. Feeling the wind on your face, look at beautiful landscapes, discover new places. In my city, Bogotá there are many places to visit. For example: La Candelaria, Monserrate, the historic downtown area. My favorite place is Simon Bolivar Park. I like to visit it during the week since it's very busy on weekends, I prefer a more peaceful atmosphere. I also enjoy visiting the library across from the park where I read a little or simply contemplate nature. It's a good way to spend my free time.

Prefieres Café o Té?
Me prefiero café más que té. Me gusta los dos, pero cada día bebo café, es lo primero que hago por las mañanas. En comparación con el té lo cuál bebo una vez en cuando, especíalmente si me siento enfermo o algo así. Me gusta hacer el café por mi mismo. Uso un "Chemex" para hacerlo de filtro. Compro a los granos de café de una tienda de café cerca de mi. Generalmente bebo mi café negro, sin azucar o crema, pero una vez en cuando me lo tomo con leche, como un cortado.

ma journée
Aujourd'hui était un jour férié à France donc je ne travaillais pas. J'ai voulu faire une randonnée en seul mais ma famille d'accueil m'a invité faire du vélo autour d'une lac avec eux. Il faisait très beaux alors je n'avais pas une veste. Ma famille d'accueil était choqué parce que ils portaient trois couches des vêtements. Je trouve souvent que les autres gens francais portent plus vêtements que moi, quand je ne porte que un T-shirt ils portent une veste et une écharpe. Je ne suis pas sûr si c'est un truc francais (portant plus vêtements) ou un truc de moi (je suis pas froid souvent). Mais c'était drôle, tout la promenade à vèlo. Ils n'arrêtaient pas me demander: tu es froid? tu as besoin ma veste?. Mais non en fait j'étais très confortable et nous avons fini le tour de lac et tous étaient bien. Un beau jour férié

Aprender a sanar y confiar en mí misma
Recientemente, voy a terapia para recuperarme de una relación abusiva que tuve en el pasado. Al principio, fue muy difícil para hablar de mis relaciones abusivas que tuve en el pasado, especialmente porque rompí con mi anterior novio hace unos seis meses. Por ejemplo, luché mucho contra los recuerdos recurrentes en el pasado. Personalmente, utilizo algunas técnicas para centrarme. Cuando lucho contra un recuerdo recurrente, la mayor parte del tiempo respiro profundamente.
También, escribo mis pensamientos y mis sentimientos en algunos diarios físicos en francés, alemán y español. Además, utilizo algunos diarios en Notion en línea en inglés porque no me gustaría comprar otro diario físico para escribir solo en inglés. En mi opinión, Notion es un lugar fantástico para escribir algunos textos en cualquier momento porque hay muchas plantillas gratuitas para llevar un diario.
Estas técnicas me ayudan recuperar de una relación abusiva y a hacerme más fuerte. Esta experiencia me enseñó a no tener miedo de pedir ayuda y a aprender a confiar en mí misma de nuevo.

The Perfect Place for Me
Sometimes I imagine a place where you don't need to pretend to be someone else to fit in. A place where people is really willing to listen to you, without bad intentions or masks. I'd like to arrive there and feel at peace, to know that I can speak, laugh, and meet people who really want to be my friends. It isn't about interest, but about a real connection. In that place, conversations wouldn't be superficial, they'd be honest and gentle at the same time. It would be a space where you can be yourself, without being afraid of being judged, just sharing the joy of existing and being in good company.
Maybe, I'm talking about the sky... I don't know, hahaha.

Hi, I have a presentation in english, we have to talk about a use of technology in museum, this is my text :
Today I’m going to talk about a technological dispositive in The Museum of the Marine of Paris that we visited in March when we went to the capital. First of all, the collection of the museum belong to the Marine ministry since 1919. The Palais Chaillot welcomed the collection a few years later. Several maritime sites are attached to the Marine museum like Toulon, Cherbourg, Brest or Lorient. The topics are very diversified because we can see different aspects of the maritime world. In 2017, the museum closed to the public to conceive a new museography more modern and adapted to different publics. After six years of work the museum reopened its doors to the public with a brand new museography.
For this presentation I chose one element in the room called “storm and shipwrecks” which is an immersive room. Indeed, we are in the heart of a storm. The disposition of this room is composed so as to make the public feel in total immersion. It's a sound immersion with the waves sound but also a visual immersion because of the incurved walls. In these walls we have the water movement, it’s like we are in the ocean. The marine world is represented like a danger and the visitor can feel it. Before the entry in the room we can already see the theme with some artworks about shipwrecks. These artworks are like an introduction, but they are not the only ones. Some objects are also exposed like lifesavers, boat parts that are wrecked.
The wave represents the swell. Definitely, the purpose of this room is to sensitize the public about the dangers of the sea. The museography helps the public to feel this danger. The purpose is also to sensitize the visitors about a contemporary subject that is the migrants. For example, on the wave we can find a life jacket from the boat Aquarius. It was a ship established to help migrants in the Mediterranean sea that has failed (or wrecked). The sea is used like a tool for humans but it’s also a source of great danger because people can die. The subject of shipwreck of migrants ships is addressed because it is really actual and accurate. For this reason many objects reminiscent of shipwrecks are arranged in the room such as life rafts, rescue flares, survival rations, etc. The immersive side of the wave it’s possible thanks to the sound with speakers but also with videomapping that exposes the movement of the wave.

Each profession has its own dissadvantages,but currently being a teacher is really challenging.We(teachers) face so many problems.Especially if you are private school teacher you have to be aware of your responsibility.Regardless of the issue,all the responsibility is on your shoulders.No matter how good you are at teaching or how much experience you have if you not explain yourself clearly,and professionally all your efforts can mean nothing.You can lose everything in one moment.

Ryan Trahan tastes the 5 best restaurants in America
Few minutes ago, I have watched a video of Ryan Trahan, an American Youtuber. I really appreciate his videos and I find them useful to learn the English and improve my comprehension.
In the video I watched, he tasted the 5 best restaurants in America.
To begin, you must know that he hates vegetables. But it's not juste like someone who doesn't like but can eat it: Ryan Trahan literally hates it.
In a previous video, he got a tatoo with the sentence "I have to eat vegetables". The idea came from one of his friend who is a doctor. And, as vegetables are so important for his health, he said him to do a tatoo. However, I haven't the complete story but I think it must have been a pledge. Nevertheless, even with his tatoo, he didn't eat more vegetables than before. All that for saying that in the best restaurant in America he will eat in (the last), you can only eat vegetables. It will be a revelation for him: is the best restaurant in America able to make him love eating vegetables?
The first restaurant he went serves pizza. The restaurant won the price of the best pizza in the world. The atmosphere in the restaurant was really cool and the pizza as well as the other foods he eats looked delicious.
The third restaurant was a barbecue restaurant. He went there with his father who love barbecues. They ate meal which was really tender.
The fourth restaurant was a sushi restaurant. It was a quite restaurant so he was afraid to speak too loud. The cooker was cooking just in front of him so it was pretty impressing. There were many dishes and all looked yummy. As a matter of fact, I don't really love the sushi but I'm sure i would love sushis in this restaurant!
The fifth restaurant and the last was the restaurant which proposes only vegetables. He wasn't sure that heh would like the dishes but he did. He loved almost every dishes that he ate. He was proud of him because he ate vegetables for the first time since a long time. When he go out from the restaurant, he saw his doctor friend who asked him to do the tatoo. He was so happy, it was good to see that.

書くか書かないか
久しぶりです。そろそろクリスマスなので、普段通うDiscordサーバーのクリスマス活動が始めました。Advent Calendarという、日本語学習者が日本語で書き、英語学習者が英語で小作文を書く活動です。三日ほど迷ったが、やはりやろうと決めました。でも何を書くのがわかりません。
私普段、私小説ていうか、散文ていうか、そういう類いの物を趣味で書いています。もちろん英語や中国語で。鬱憤を吐き出すだけみたいなものなので、ほとんどの場合、もう一回読み返す気にはなったりしない。クリスマスなので流石にそういうのはちょっとまずいと思ったけど、ふと気づくと、ポジティブのものってどうやって書くだっけ？
私はその書き方はわからなかった。前向きの気分になる時はもちろんあるけれども、それを書き留めたい心情になったことはない。絶望や迷いを描くのは上手だけど、幸せと満足感はわからない。どうやってその気分になるだっけ？私にはよくわからなかった。
鬱なものを読むと自分も悲しくなる。だから悲しくない時は書きたくない。理屈としてはすごく納得できたけど、じゃ私は何を書いたらいいんだ、という迷路の中で彷徨う。
やはり答えが出ない。クリスマスまであと一ヶ月。

Un mal nuit
Hier, je me suis réveillée au milieu de la nuit. Je n’ai pu pas dormir parce que j'étais malade. C’etait 3 heures. J’ai dû me réveiller à 6 heures. J’ai pris un médicament, qui était un peu utile. Finalement, je me suis couchée à 3 heures et demi. Quand je me suis réveillée à 6 heures, j'étais fatigué. J’ai dû aller au travail, alors j’ai mangé mon petit déjeuner et je me suis habillée. Il faisait très froid ce matin. Maintenant, j’ai fini mon travail et je peux dormir un peu cette après-midi.

ChatGPT ne doit pas utiliser des paroles sans licence
Une sentence potentiellement étendue a été portée par le tribunal régional de Munich. L'utilisation des paroles par l'intellicence artficielle ChatGPT du groupe américain OpenAI enfreint selon les juges contre le copyright. Ce faisant, ils ont donné raison à une plainte de la société du gestion collective allemande Gema, qui s'était plainte à cause de neuf chansons. Les textes ont été utilisés pour le training de ChatGPT et de nouveau été distribué sur des demandes simples au système de manière exact ou au moins largement identique. Le tribunal a évalué cela comme preuve que les textes ont été enregistré dans les systèmes de Open AI. Il a condamné OpenAI entre autres, d'omettre d'enregistrer des textes et de distribuer dans ses modèles, d'indemnité et de publier des informations sur l'utilisation et les rapports y gagné. La sentence n'est pas encore définitive.

Találd ki a karaktert
Ezt a karaktert egy lány, amit egy szigeten él. A filmet elején nagyon szomorú volt miért elveszett az szülei. A lány tancolóra megérkezik később mert egy mogyoróvájos szendvicset főzött a hálnak, is harcolt egy másik lány és a tanára mérges volt vele. Utána a filmen a lány találkozik egy kék kutya. A kutya tört sok dolog, de a lány szereti. Végül a filmet a lány megtud, amit a kutya nem volt az hanem egy idegen de nem fontos mért „Ohana” jelenti család és a család soha nem elhagyni.

Toleranz
Die heutige Gesellschaft besteht aus Menschen mit unterschiedlichen Kulturen und Meinungen, weshalb Toleranz in der heutigen Zeit von großer Bedeutung ist. Unter Toleranz versteht man die Fähigkeit, die Perspektiven der Menschen unabhängig von ihrer Herkunft und Kultur zu respektieren, damit Demokratie entstehen kann. Jedoch wird sie aus zwei unterschiedlichen Positionen betrachtet. Im Folgenden gehe ich auf die beiden Aspekte ein und äußere zum Schluss meine persönliche Meinung.
Auf der einen Seite wird die Ansicht vertreten, dass nur eine uneingeschränkte Toleranz ein friedvolles Zusammenleben ermögliche. Uneingeschränkt bedeutet in diesem Fall, dass es keine Ausnahme geben sollte. Das heißt, man sollte die Sichtweisen anderer Menschen berücksichtigen und respektieren, auch wenn man eine andere Meinung vertritt, weil nur dadurch eine konfliktfreie Kommunikation möglich wäre. In der heutigen Zeit nimmt die Zahl der Migrationen kontinuierlich zu. Um in einer Gesellschaft mit Menschen aus unterschiedlichen Migrationshintergründen Harmonie zu schaffen, ist es vor allem erforderlich, Toleranz in die Interaktion mit Menschen einzubeziehen. Ein weiteres Argument dafür besteht darin, dass man durch den Respekt vor anderen Meinungen viel Neues lernen kann, weil man nur dann bereit ist, auch seine eigenen Gedanken und Perspektiven kritisch zu betrachten.
Auf der anderen Seite sind einige der Auffassung, dass auch Toleranz Grenzen benötige: Toleranz gegenüber den Intoleranzen führe dazu, dass Freiheit verloren gehe. Wie sollte man reagieren, wenn man andere Ansichten respektiert aber die eigene Meinung nicht respektiert wird? Kritiker argumentieren, dass Toleranz nur dann möglich ist, wenn sie gegenseitig ist. Wenn sie nur einseitig umgesetzt wird, kann dies besorgniserregende Konsequenzen haben. Als Beispiel lässt sich anführen, dass dadurch die Freiheit von einigen vernachlässigt wird. Dies kann dem Prinzip der Toleranz, nämlich Demokratie, entgegenwirken. Des Weiteren kann diese einseitige Umsetzung mehr Konflikte hervorrufen und Hass sowie Wut gegen andere Kulturen auslösen.
Aus dieser Argumentation lässt sich schließen, dass Toleranz in einer Gesellschaft notwendig ist, um eine Demokratie zu haben und Harmonie zu schaffen. Jedoch sind auch Grenzen zu setzen. Das heißt, man sollte sich tolerant verhalten, es sei denn, dass die eigene Freiheit und Meinungen vernachlässigt werden.
Abschließend möchte ich meine persönliche Meinung äußern. Ich persönlich stehe auf dem Standpunkt, dass mithilfe der Toleranz Harmonie und Demokratie in einer Gesellschaft herrschen können. Jedoch ist es ausschlaggebend, dass sie gegenseitig ist, sodass alle davon profitieren können.

J'essaye de changer mes habitudes dans le matin

Maintenant, je suis en train de modifier mes habitudes parce que je me sens très démotivée récemment. Je trouve que mon capacite d'attention a déterioré et je croix que un raison pour ça est mes temps d'ecran. Donc je veux changer mes journées pour avoir un bon commencement pour tous les jours. Donc je suis en train de commencer tous mes journées avec un leçon en français pour me forcer de se lêver et faire quelque chose productif. Aprés ça, j'écoute a quelque chose comme un podcast en mangeant le petit déjeuner. Je pense que c'est sont des habitudes qui peuvent me activer mon cerveau au lieu de rester en Instagram. J'imagine que si je commencerais d'avoir un matin productif, ça m'aidera d'ajouter, petit à petit, des bons habitudes pour la reste de ma journée.

La "faute historique" avec laquelle Stoltenberg doit vivre
C'était lors d'un dîner en 2013 quand Jens Stoltenberg avait eu son entretien d'embauche pour son lot du secrétaire général de l'OTAN. Sans le savoir soi-même. L'ancien président américain Barack Obama a rencontré le premier ministre autrefois norvégien en commun avec la ministre-présidente danoise et les autres homologues scandinaves à Stockholm. Il s'agissait de la réaction de l'utilisation d'armes chimiques du régime syrien contre la population civile. Obama voulait bombarder. Stoltenberg a pesé le pour et le contre de manière qu'il s'est propulsé à la pole position pour le candidat américain pour l'emploi de haut niveau de l'OTAN.
Stoltenberg décrit comme cela le moment qui devrait être le point de départ de son mandat de dix ans comme sécrétaire général de l'alliance militaire dans son livre "Auf meinem Posten" récemment apparu. Entretemps de nouveau rentré en Norvège comme ministre de Finances, il donne dans ses enregistrements une perspective dans les coulisses de l'OTAN.

Todays Lesson
Todays lesson was tedious as the other ones. My math teacher handed me out a piece of paper, which was revealed as an exam. I was truly furious, cause I hadn´t the concept of taking a non-well accurated exam, where I wasn´t prepared at all. I tried to figure the quwstions I were given to me out but I challenged me a lot, thus I attempted it as well. Otherwise; I´m not secure, if I had solved anything correct, but at least I tried my best and prosper to a good mark.
