Denken mit der Hand
Es gibt viele Gründe, warum Menschen digitale Tagebücher den ananlogen vorziehen. Erstens kann man auf die Notizen überall zugreifen, was es viel einfacher macht, nicht nur neue Tagebucheinträge zu erstellen, sondern auch sie später zu analysieren. Zweitens sind die Dateien im Vergleich zu analogen Tagebücher viel sicherer, weil sie davon unabhängig sind, was mit dem Papier passieren wird. Außerdem ist es einfach schneller, auf die Tastatur etwas zu tippen, als mit dem Stift etwas zu schreiben. Meine Handschrift kann manchmal nicht ganz leserlich sein, daher sind die Online-Dateien auch angenehmer.
Aus mehreren Gründen ist es besser, ein digitales Tagebuch zu führen. Nichtsdestotrotz bevorzuge ich infolge eines Faktores das Schreiben auf dem Papier. Dieser Faktor ist das Gefühl, das ich während des Schreibens habe: es macht mir einfach mehr Spaß, etwas sorgfältig mit der Hand zu äußern. Man denkt fleißiger darüber, was man schreibt.

Lunedì 28 luglio
Ho iniziato un'altra settimana alla grande. Sebbene non abbia dormito a sufficienza (a causa del caldo), mi sento riposata.
Ho un test al lavoro questa settimana e spero di cavarmela abbastanza bene. Se avessi avuto più tempo per studiare, sarei più contenta.
Tuttavia, faccio del mio meglio durante le lezioni di italiano. Mi dedico totalmente a parlare e credo di riuscire a esprimermi ancora meglio di prima.
Balbettavo spesso in passato, ma adesso riesco a collegare le frasi con coerenza.
Già non vedo l'ora di tornare a casa dall'ufficio. Non è stancante come la settimana scorsa, però sento di aver perso del tempo libero importante.
Devo trovare un equilibrio tra lavoro e vita, ma c’è ancora molta strada da fare prima di riuscire ad abituarmici.

Mein Schlaf Routine
Zuerst esse ich, normalerweise etwas leicht, wie Müsli oder ein Sandwich. Danach putze ich meine Zähne und wasche mein Gesicht. Danach schreibe hier, normalerweise auf Italienisch, weil ich am Nachmittag oder Morgen auf Deutsch hier schreibe, aber heute habe ich nicht Deutsch geübt. Ich habe auch Russisch angefangen zu lernen, und ich übe es am Abend. Danach mag ich Videos auf YouTube sehen oder in Substack lesen, um mich zu unterhalten. Schließlich lese ich ein Buch vor ich schlafe, es hilft mir zu schlafen, andernfalls kann ich nicht schlafen, wenn ich soziale Netzwerke sehe. Ob ich sehr müde bin, lese ich nicht.

Good platforms needs to be competitive in the market again
One can tell "good platforms" by the fact that they provide value that sometimes is difficult to recognize. Thats the reason why some of them have to recur to methods to "hack your brain" and keep you engaged. Streaks, as a good example, are a form of gamifying fidelity. Its like a explicit reward for being an active member of the community (e.g. Duolingo, Reddit, this site itself).
In the other hand, what I call "addictive platforms" don't need such tricks. Novelty and instant reward are their strength; they have no problem keeping people's attention for longs periods of time per day with endless (and often useless) pieces of content.
If you have time to spend, do it in good platforms where can find insightful and higher quality content. Just remember that putting in practice the information is what give results, which is the point of all.
For specific advice, I have a rule of thumb for consuming videos on Youtube. For each video I watch I'm gonna spend time writing in comments about the topic, avoiding mindless consuming. This reduces the content I consume per day and increases the value that I get from them.

رب الاطفال موصوع معقد لاسباب كثيرة: تتغير البية الاجتماعية دائما، يوفر نصائح لك كل اقرابك واصدقائك ويختلف اطفال بينهم. ولكن اعتقد انه هناك نقط قليلة تعتمد عنها الغالبية.
١. لرب الاطفال المؤدبون، من اللازم بداء تدريس التصرفات الحجية في سنة مباكرة. يتعلم احسن الاطفال الصغراء وتلك دروس يتذكرونها كل حياتهم. اذا لم يتعلم كيفية السلوك في المجتمع العادي حتى وصولهم لمدرسة، فمن الصعب تركيز على المدرسة والمدرس. ولذلك اظن انه من الضروري ان يدرّسهم الوالدون قبلا.
٢. بالرغم من سكوننا في عالم رقمي، فاننا نجب تحريم الالكترونيات على الاطفال وهناك ابحاث كثيرة تظهر تاثيراتها السلبية لهم. كنت مراهقة لما حصلت على هاتفي الاول ورضع لاعبونا معها الان قبل ان يتعلمو المشي.
ليس عندي الوقت الكافي لاستمرار في الكتابة الان، ولكن ساحاول ان افعله غلبا!

How did the money counting machine arrive to Turkiye?
Today, a lot of bank, company and jewellery store use the money counting machine. Many Turk people don’t know who brought it. He name is Dikran Masis.
One day, when Dikran Masis went to bank, saw the bank personal. Bank personal was trying to count lots of money. And, he asked him “ Isn’t there any machine for that job? “ and he called to his sister. He asked her to find a factory for improving a similar machine. He spent all money for this job.
Money counting machine was in Turkiye. He marketed to banks. He was making lots of money. He saw the opportunies and he had real entrepreneurship story…

À la salle de la Légion
Hier, j’ai rencontré mes amis Gloria, Wilson et Suzanne. Occasionnellement, nous nous réunissions le week-end dans une salle de la Légion. La Légion sert des repas le week-end et le prix est raisonnable. Mais je ne mange pas les repas. J’apporte mon propre repas ou je mange avant nous nous réunissons. Je n’essaie pas manger de nourriture extérieure. On peut jouer au billard ou aux fléchettes à la Légion. Nous ne jouons pas. Nous préférons discuter et nous détendre. J’ai connu Gloria et Suzanne au travail, et Wilson est le partenaire de Gloria.

Descripción de El jardín de las delicias: El infierno
El último panel es el que ya había visto antes. En concreto, recuerdo la partitura escrita en el trasero de uno de los condenados, porque alguien intentó reconstruirla (¡y no sonaba nada agradable!). De hecho, parece haber un tema musical a lo largo de esta escena, con varias personas siendo torturadas mediante instrumentos musicales gigantes.
En este panel, el papel de los animales se invierte: los humanos parecen impotentes, mientras los animales los agreden, torturan y devoran. El centro de atención es la parte superior de un cuerpo humano gigantesco, con varios demonios reunidos en su interior. Sobre la cabeza del gigante se encuentra la única estructura rosada de este panel, esta vez con forma de instrumento musical.
Más al fondo, se ven grandes escenas de guerra. Las montañas están envueltas en oscuridad, con fuegos que proyectan siluetas ominosas desde atrás.

Oú J'habite
J'habite à la campagne mais il y a beaucoup de magasins ici aussi. J'ai toujours habité à là mais je vais aller bientôt parce que j'ai besoin d'aller à université. Je voudrais étudier la musique parce que j'adore jouer du piano et j'adore jouer du guitare et chanter aussi. J'écrire chansons beaucoup aussi et c'est très amusant et intéressant pour moi. Waffeleisen
Mein Onkel hat mir es zu Weihnachten geschenken, und das musste ein unbedachtes Geschenk sein, weil wir einander kaum kennen. Ich habe Waffeln noch nie gekocht und auch keine Interesse daran. Er konnte das aber nicht gewusst haben. Es ist dennoch mein schlechtestes Geschenke, und es liegt ungeöffnet im Karton auf meinem Boden.

What is the biggest difference between Catholics and Evangelicals?
I'm not going to go into all the details, but there are actually a lot of similarities.
Both Catholics and Evangelicals are under the Christian religion that believe in Jesus, but within that there's different principles.
In the Catholic church, Mary plays an important role, but in the Evangelical church, Mary doesn't have as siginficant role as she does in the Catholic church.
In Catholic church, you will go to mass then you will have to confess your sins in a little cube and tell the priests what you did wrong and they will guide you through the process of asking for forgiveness.
In the Evangelical church there is still the concept of forgiveness but usually instead of having to go through priest you'll do that directly with God.

I have various versions of the Bible.
However, I haven't attended church activities for the past two years because of a crowded schedule.
I am too busy to go to church.
Sometimes I only read the new testament.
Pray before going to bed is more likely to get a good sleep.

Cambio climático
En general, el cambio climático no es algo provocado solamente por la gente, esto es cierto. Siempre había un cambio entre épocas más calientes y etapas más frías. Pero lo que pasa ahora es un aumento en la temperatura más de lo común y este aumento es hecho por la gente.
Por supuesto, uno pudiera preparar contra una catástrofe, pero a cual precio. No es posible preparar contra cualquier evento natural. Por ejemplo, no es posible guardar tantos alimentos para alimentar a todo el mundo sin crezcan nuevas frutas, sin lluvia, sin agua.
Ya están planeando medidas en caso de catástrofe en los países desarrollados. Pero en países en vías de desarrollo esto no será possible por falta de dinero o infraestructura. Y son justamente estos países que surfrirán más de los efectos del cambio climático.

Mein erster Tag im Tierheim
Als ich geplant habe, bin ich am Donnestag ins Tierheim gegangen. Ich bin um circa 9 Uhr angekommen und sofort hat jemanden mir zum Katzenbereich geführt, wo Hilfe würde gebraucht. Ich war natürlich aufgeregt. Ich liebe Katzen. Eigentlich mag ich Tiere, aber ich habe eine besondere Zuneigung für Katzen. Ich bin um eine Katze gewachsen, und deswegen...
Eine junge Frau hat mir empfangen und alles gezeigt und erklärt. Sie hat mir erzählt, dass zwölf Zimmer mit manchmal fünf Katzen im Durchschnitt gibt und sie sollen alle diese zwölf Zimmer jeden Tag aufräumen und putzen, sodass habe ich das genau gemacht. Putzen störe ich mich. Ich mache es gerne, und umgeben von Katzen, die mir schnurren, noch mehr. Ich habe sehr viel gemacht, dass als ich zu Hause bin, war ich total Kaputt. Ich musste mich viel bücken und laufen. Außerdem habe ich auch gerrant, weil die Bushaltstelle ein bisschen weit Weg vom Tierheim ist und ich habe nicht rechzeitig das Tierheim verlassen, also wollte ich das Bus nicht verpassen.
Ich war nicht gewohnt und deswegen hatte ich bis gestern immer noch Muskelkater.
Mein Hauptziel war mehr Kontakt mit Leute zu haben um mein Deutsch zu verbessern. War es möglich? Man konnte ja sagen. Ich konnte nicht der ganze Tag mit Leute unterhalten, aber ich konnte mit meheren Leute Wörter austauschen. Besser als nichts.

El final de Moby Dick
Hoy terminé de leer ese gran libro sobre la caza de la famosa ballena blanca. Sin duda, nunca he leído un libro más difícil. En mi opinión, es un libro difícil de leer por algunas razones. Primero, el nivel de español me parece bastante avanzado. Segundo, incluye muchas palabras técnicas relacionadas con la ballenera. Esta jerga ballenera era muy desconocida para mí. Tercero, hay mucho lenguaje figurado y alegórico. Ni siquiera en inglés podía entender muchas frases y alusiones fácilmente, jaja.
Necesito tiempo para procesar el libro en su totalidad. ¿Alguna vez has leído una novela que te dejó sin palabras?

Una canción especial
Mi canción favorita en español es “La Camisa Negra” de Juanez. Es una canción muy buena, pero eso no es el porqué de mi afecto. Tampoco es el video musical, aunque a mi me gusta este video también.
La Camisa Negra es mi canción favorita porque cuando empecé aprender español, la escuché en el radio. Y cuando escuché el primero verso, “tengo la camisa negra,” pensé “lo entiendo.” Fue la primera vez que entendí algo que dijo un hispanohablante (no considero textos y grabaciones específicamente para enseñar español). No entendí el resto de la letra, pero no me importó. Tenía una demostración de progreso.
Cada vez que escucho esta canción, recuerdo este sensación de éxito. Y por esta razón es una canción muy especial para mi.

The pros and cons of remote work.
大家好！我今天跟你们谈一谈远程办公的现象。从新冠疫情来，越来越多的人选择在家办公。起初，员工因为担心感染新冠病毒才选择远程办公，他们后来发现，在家工作其实更加方便。虽然许多员工觉得远程办公非常合适，但是有的人觉得远程办公是一把双剑。
在一个方面是，员工可能留在家跟家人一起好玩。许多公司有非常严格的工作文化，一般来说，推特公司办公室环境非常严格，员工一天十二个小时上班，以及一周七天上班。但其他公司有更放松的规定。因此，许多员工通过远程办公来放松。另外，许多员工显示倘若有远程办公，他们每天都陪孩子们玩。所以，员工不用害怕养孩子。
虽然员工在居家办公休息，但是许多老板害怕生产率降低。对我来说，许多老板之所以不要开远程办公地位，是因为他们觉得远程办公对公司利润产生负面影响。有的工作自新冠疫情以来一直未能完全恢复。杰米*戴蒙指出远程办公对合作有负面影响，员工跟同事未能认识其他或者参与度降低。因此，他不要开远程办公地位，想要员工到公司的办公室工作。
在我看来，远程办公不仅提高员工的工作效率，而且提高员工的士气。我理解每个公司想要很高的利润产生，但是我觉得非常开心的员工对利润产生有正面影响。如果员工对公司文化不高兴，他们不想到公司办公室工作。所以，老板应该举办一些活动，让员工有机会彼此了解。如果员工彼此了解，他们跟同事的合作提升！

Interest Rate and Inflation
Turkey has a long way to go for bouncing back its economy. Interest rate has been cut to 41,5% and inflation is 35%. It's too early to say that Turkey is returning postive cycle. Central Bank is still willing to keep the interest rate high despite President's demand for low rates in order to curb inflation. But on the other hand due to high interest rate, corporations and SME are started going bankrupcy. Noone know how long corporations/companies will be able to endure this interest rate.
