Vor ein paar Tagen...
Vor ein paar Tagen fuhr ich mit der Absicht zu fotografieren ins Zentrum der Stadt. Ich bin dort mit der U-Bahn gelangen, was fast eine Stunde gedauert ist. Ich verbrachte annähernd zwei Stunden mit den Versuchungen, verschiedene Ereignise mit meiner Kamera einzufangen. Danach war ich total erschöpft. Es gab eine Hitze, deswegen gönnte ich mir ein Eis. Während meiner Rückfahrt mit der U-Bahn hörte ich mir einen Podcast auf English an. Als ich zu Hause gekommen bin, habe ich ein Fünftel Wassermelone gegessen und einen Freund mit Discord angerufen. Nach dem Gespräch räumte ich die Wohnung teilweise auf.

Umwelt schützen: was kann ich tun?
Ich finde, dass Umweltschutz sehr wichtig ist. Wir alle müssen die Natur und unsere Erde schützen, damit sie auch für die nächsten Generationen lebenswert bleibt.
Ich versuche, weniger Plastik zu benutzen. Ich nehme zum Beispiel meine eigene Tasche mit, wenn ich einkaufen gehe. Außerdem trenne ich Müll zu Hause Papier, Plastik und Bio Müll kommen in verschiedene Tonnen.
Ich spare auch Energie. Ich mache das list aus, wenn ich den Raum verlasse, und ich benutze Energiesparlampen. Beim Duschen versuche ich, Wasser nicht zu verschwenden.
Ich fahre oft mit dem Fahrrad oder gehe zu Fuß, statt mit dem Auto zu fahren. Das ist gut für die Umwelt und auch für meine Gesundheit.
Ich glaube, wenn jeder kleine dinge macht, können wir zusammen viel erreichen.

One Night Without Sleep
About 2 days ago, due to the extremely hot weather, I couldn't sleep that night.
And also by struggling in bed for hours, it's been a long time.
Yeah I was decided to do my work until 6-7pm, then I sleep until 1pm.
That was one of my most productivity night, even though I was so tired but unable to sleep.
I got many issues with my health recently, but because I'm poor. Nothing I can do about that.

This Summer’s Goal この夏の目標
I love setting a goal every summer.
I know I don’t have to anymore since I’m not a student, but somehow, I still do it every single year.
It’s always a relief to finish the day’s goal.
This summer, I’m focusing on reading English textbooks out loud.
I hope that by the end of the summer, my vocabulary will have grown and my pronunciation will be more natural.

A Chinese Proverb
There's a Chinese proverb saying: " Read ten thousand books, travel ten thousand miles." Of course, it's not asking you to read and travel exactly ten thousand times, but to do them as much as you can.
Recently, I came to realize the power of this proverb.
I have liked the ancient poet Su Dongpo very much since I was a kid at school. For nearly a thousand years, he has been widely loved by the Chinese people.
At first, I thought it was because of his beautiful poetry. The ones chosen by our textbooks are really outstanding. Then I read some stories about his life, and I realized that he was a great person.
During my travels in Hainan province, where he had been exiled by the emperor, I discovered he was a resilient and optimistic person.
Two weeks ago, when I came across heavy rain while hiking, I suddenly remembered a poem by Su Dongpo and caught the same feeling in the poem.
Back to the proverb, only after reading and travelling, can I fully be aware of the spirit in some words written by a person who lived a thousand years ago.

Sto imparando ogni giorno nuove cose al lavoro, ma devo ancora cambiare alcuni aspetti della mia mentalità e del mio approccio.
Non presto spesso attenzione perché sono stanchissima e il trainer, anche se è un esperto, non è molto bravo a spiegare.
Mi impegno e faccio fatica a capire alcune nozioni, ma spero che vada tutto bene.
Sento di aver perso del tempo libero prezioso, tuttavia adesso è importante concentrarmi sul training.

Embarrassing moment today
Today is a usual and ordinary day. I head to the gym to work out my chest and abs today after I walked my dog in the morning. I wanted to use the chest adduction machine that can build up the middle part of my chest muscle, but unfortunately there were too many gentlemen waiting for the machine, so I left. I felt like I did not finish my workout.
After the exercise, I went to the supermarket just next to the gym that I would walk by on the way back to home, and I bought a bunch of fruits like blueberries, strawberries, and even grape tomatoes, since I started my healthy diet to make my tummy smaller.
I cooked spicy instant noodles and fried eggs after I went back home. I did not want to cook the instant noodles, because they make me fat. I was just too lazy to make other food for lunch.
Then I went out for work after taking a nap. I am a coach, and I have three lessons today. The second class is for tiny tossers, so the parents would stay with the kids during the class. There was a kid who used to do very well with his dad, but he behaved bad today with a woman. The woman said the kid did not do well; maybe his father was absent today. I mixed up this kid with another kid, so I asked the woman, "You're his nanny?" Then, she replied to me that she is his mom. What an embarrassing moment I had today. I am so sorry to mix the kids up. Honestly, I am very bad at remembering the names.

المأكلات الامريكية
من العادية أن يفكر المأكلات المريكية محصورة في الهمبرجرات والبيتزا ومع أنّه هناك مأكلات كثيرة اقليمية وهي الذ واصح. لنستكشفها!
١. كلام شودا
ليت قادرة أن اجد كلمة صحيحة ل"كلام" ويصعب هذا الموقع اضعها في رموز رومانية ولذلك مستخدمةً "كلا". في حقيقة الامر، اشمأزّ من هذا الطعم رغم أنّه محلي في اقليمي. هو حساء من الاحسياء فيه خضروات، سمك، حليب، بطاطات و "كلام".
٢. الخبز الارلاندي
هذا الخبز جاء بها الى امريكا المهاجرون الارلانديون في اوائل القرن العشرين ومميّزا بسبب وصفة سهيلة. في بادئ الامر هو طعم للقراء، ولكن الآن هو موجود في بيوت كثيرة.
انسى الذكر أنّ هذه الطعمان هي محلية في اقليم شمال شرق امريكا. ربما ساتكلم عن اقاليم اخرى في مقالة مستقبلة!

Mia cugina mi spiega la sua giornata
A proposito, c'è una differenza se dico il giorno o la giornata? Giorno solo si usa per dire "buongiorno" o qualcosa del genere?
Lei dice che si è svegliata presto, ma non sono sicura se svegliare alle 9 è “presto”, ma va bene, non è tardi. Ha studiato anche oggi inglese, mentre lei studia inglese io studio italiano. Oggi ha mangiato bavetta e dopo una mela con tajín (è una marca di peperoncino da Messico) e pane tostato con miele. Dopo di mangiare ha fatto niente. Addesso ha detto che ha guardato TV.

About writing
Is very common to have the sense that one had unterstood the topic but when it comes to explain it to anyone else, those ideas often come out unorganized or without sense. Congratulations! You are learning something new.
Writing is a good way to organize concepts and provides the opportunity to EXPLAIN in concret words what you have in mind.
That's why essays, for example, are a very powerful tool for learning, and also why it's crucial to make them with your own words as much as possible. There is no universal technique for writing or studyng itself so its a personal task to find out the way that fits better.
Also, there is the possibility to get ideas wrong and its tricky to tell because those are genuinelly making sense for you. Its important to be open for feedback. Often pretty painful but you learn more from mistakes than from succeds.

Der letzte Tag dieses Semesters
Heute ist der letzte Tag dieses Semesters und ich halte in zwei Klasses die Prüfung ab. Gerstern Nacht habe ich Angst gehabt, ob ich das Morgen aufstehen können würde, weil ich Kopfschmerzen gehabt.
Wenn ich absent ist, wird das ein großen Problem werden.
Zum Glück konnte ich heute denn doch ohne Problem aufstehen.

Descripción de La Libertad guiando al pueblo
"La Libertad guiando al pueblo" es una pintura del artista francés Eugène Delacroix. Representa la Revolución Francesa de 1830, cuando los revolucionarios derrocaron al rey Carlos X. La obra, en gran parte alegórica, combina elementos tanto reales como simbólicos.
El foco de atención de la pintura es una mujer: la mismísima señora Libertad. Con el pecho descubierto, lleva un fusil con bayoneta en la mano izquierda y la bandera francesa en alto en la derecha, guiando a los combatientes hacia adelante. Sin embargo, no se trata de soldados militares, sino de ciudadanos de todas las clases sociales: estudiantes, obreros y comerciantes, tanto ricos como pobres. Junto a la Libertad, hay un niño liderando la carga, blandiendo una pistola en cada mano. Ante ellos yacen los cuerpos de soldados y civiles caídos. Uno de ellos, aún con vida, se arrastra frente a la Libertad y la contempla con asombro.
Al fondo, se alzan las majestuosas torres de la catedral de Notre Dame, envueltas en humo, mientras un ejército marcha cerca de su base. En lo más alto, se distingue otra bandera francesa ondeando en el aire.

Mer Kort historier
På repets toppen, Sally hittande ett litet rum.
"Mörkt" tänkte hon. Hon skulle vilja undvika såna saker men, ju mer hon gick omkring platsen, desto mer hemska saker hittande hon. Om hon någonsin gick hem, skulle hon vila ordentligt. Det kände om hon hade sprung hela dagen - hon kände sig jättetrött.
En del av henne ville sitta på golvet men hon kunde inte. Det var för farlig. Hon skulle gå borta. Hon skulle vara trygg. Snart. Hon var säker. Till slutet.
Hon hört en röst igen.
"Vad gör du här?" Hon visste den här rösten. Det var pojkens. En "gammal bekant".
"Uhh, chefen ville mig vara här" Hon visste inte den här rösten.
"Jaså?"
"Mhm" "Han låter skrämmande", tänker hon.
"Åh verkligen intressant. Verkligt. Väldigt intressant" Han hade andrade sig. Hon visste inte honom några längre. "Eftersom, jag ihåg inte den där"
Det finns en stund av tysta. Sally hölls andningen.
"Inte alls" Hon hört en skiva och kvävd ett skrik.
Nej. Det var inte den samma pojken. Det kunde vara honom. Eller hur?
