My Recent Challenge
I think that challenges what they are hard to do or finish for me are necessary for my life.
I guess that I should exceed the high wall what I encounter in my life.
To do this, I need to do challenges!
Anyway, recently, I challenged one thing.
Actually, this was not a big thing, but it was difficult for me.
I cleaned up my house throughly for two days.
In this background, I couldn’t do cleaning in my house because my work was exhausted for me this week.
Therefore my house was congested.
Honestly, I have ever seen this situation.
However, my room got the original condition to make my efforts.
I think I should clean my room regularly and will do big challenges next time.

Fitness- und Muskelvokabular
Seit einigen Wochen entschied ich mich, beständig Sport zu treiben. Mit Hilfe von ChatGPT und manchen Internetressourcen habe ich einen Trainingsplan erstellt, den ich jetzt verfolge. Viermal pro Woche habe ich Krafttraining und die übrigen Tage entwickele ich meine Ausdauer durch verschiedene Kardio-Übungen. Am Montag und Samstag übe ich diverse Arten von Klimmzügen und hebe Gewichte. Damit trainiere ich Rücken und Arme. Am Dienstag und am Donnerstag fahre ich mit dem Fahrrad und spiele zusätzlich anderthalb Stunden Volleyball. Am Mittwoch übe ich Liegestütze und Bankdrücken, um meine Schultern zu stärken. Am Freitag ist bei mir der berüchtigter Beintag; er umfasst Kniebeugen und Beinpresse. Am Sonntag, dem Ruhetag, fahre ich ein bisschen mit dem Fahrrad und entspanne mich. Dann wiederholt sich die Routine wieder.
Um starken Muskelkater zu vermeiden und um am nächsten Tag sich gut zu fühlen fokussiere ich mich darauf, mit den Übungen nicht zu übertreiben.

Motivazioni dubbiose
Recentemente ho incontrato una ragazza per uno scambio linguistico. Voleva imparare il francese per "impressionare gli altri" perché è una lingua "chic". Le ho risposto che il francese richiedeva molta motivazione e molta devozione, perché non era la lingua più facile del mondo. Prima o poi, volere impressionare gli altri (senza nessun interesse reale per la lingua) forse non sarà una motivazione sufficiente... Non credi che mi abbia capito. Di fatto, credo che l'ho offesa. Ma ho preferito avvertirla onestamente. La lusinga non aiuta nessuno!

Como Obtener El Equilibrio
Un de mis objectivos este año es tener un buen equilibrio entre mi vida profesional and personal. Soy un profesor en un colegio y me encanta mi trabajo, pero a veces es agotador. Por eso, falta energía para disfrutar todo lo que quería hacer en mi vida personal. Además los sueldos para los profesores no son altos así que tengo que dar clases particulares en mi tiempo libre. Me di cuenta el año pasado de que cuando trabajo de forma muy duro falta un buen equilibrio en mi vida. No tengo tiempo para hablar español, para leer, para hacer ejercicio o para estar completamente enfocado cuando estoy pasando tiempo con mi esposa. Como resultado, para este año voy a dar menos clases particulares para que tenga más tiempo para mi vida personal. Un buen equilbrio es esencial para reducir el estrés. Además, tiempo es más importante que dinero.

Li um artigo sobre uma capitalista de risco que está processando sua barriga de aluguel porque o bebê faleceu. Isso é muito chocante, o egoísmo da mulher e falta de cuidado com a gestante. Acho que essa é a natureza predatória do capitalismo. Ele vai até mesmo mercantilizar a gravidez e o parto, e vai alienar você desses aspectos básicos da vida.

È una giornata di meritato riposo. Iniziando con un buon caffè, ho avuto del tempo per svegliarmi senza fretta.
La passeggiata quotidiana è stata breve, ma piena di tranquillità. Ho voluto conservare tutte le mie forze per domani.
La vita può essere migliore grazie alla semplicità e voglio inseguire questa sensazione d'ora in poi.

Actually as I mentioned in title, it depends the person I'm taking with , for example when I'm talking with my friends and the people I knew them well I prefer to share my ideas with them but I when I'm talking to people who I don't know them I prefer to listen to them more.

Coffee : Bitter and Heavenly コーヒーは苦くておいしい

Ich fange das Tagebuch auf Deutsch zu schreiben an!
Hallo! Ich bin eine Studentin im erste Semester. Ich studiere soziologie, weil ich es lustig finde, dass ich an die soziale Probleme logisch denken. Außerdem spiele ich gern Klavier. Ich mag Chopin und Liszt, natürlich auch Beethoven. Jetzt lerne ich Deutsch, um nächstes Jahr in Deutschland studieren. Ich schreibe jeden Tag möglichst mein Tagebuch, und ich würde gern, dass mein Tagebuch von Ihnen verbessert wird.

Aprendiendo ajedrez con Gambito de dama
Hoy decidí aprender ajedrez porque me gustaría jugar a este juego, especialmente porque he visto “Gambito de dama”, una miniserie dramática, muchas veces en inglés y francés. Desafortunadamente, no la he terminado de ver en alemán, pero me encantaría verla en ese idioma. Sin embargo, voy a verla en alemán y español en Netflix para aprender nuevo vocabulario específico de ajedrez. Quiero sentirme entusiasmada cuando vuelva a ver esta miniserie dentro de un tiempo.

Reisen und kulturelle Erfahrungen
Meiner Meinung nach ist Reisen essenziell, weil man andere Kulturen kennenlernen kann. Als ich allein nach Estland gereist bin, habe ich gelernt, dass Jay-Walker häufig in Tallinn unterwegs sind. Vor meiner Reise nach Estland hatte ich keine Ahnung, ob Jay-Walker dort bestraft werden.
Außerdem habe ich einen sozialen Fauxpas begangen. Als ich in einem verbotenen Buchmuseum spazieren ging, habe ich Smalltalk mit einer Mitarbeiterin gemacht. Unglücklicherweise war sie überrascht, dass ich sie nach ihren Statistik-Hausaufgaben gefragt habe. Nach diesem Gespräch habe ich in Estland kaum Smalltalk gemacht, zumal es mir unangenehm war, mit Fremden zu reden.
