Writing Challenge, Day 106
Today is day 106 of my daily English challenge. In the afternoon, I spoke with a friend over Skype. We haven't seen for three weeks ago. I spoke with her in English and Spanish. She was delighted because I didn't make a lot mistakes. She had corrected me and explained some of mistakes.

Me dice he hablado muy bien en dos idiomas. aunque me corrige algunas errores. Gracias para elle, he aprendido alugnas palabras en el día. Me hace feliz de hablar más con ella.

Janvier 8 journal intime
Une chose dont je suis reconnaissante est de vivre à côté de la patinoire, cela me donne une occasion à faire quelquechose actif en hiver.
Une victoire que j’ai eue est de s’être inscriter une conversation cours française après avoir réfléchir pendant un long temps à comment de m’entraîner le français courant.
Un facteur de stresse que j’ai subi est de m’être lever tôt pour que je puisse commencer un nouveau projet mais les matériels de projet n’était pas prête.

Sous le soleil exactement
J’ai récemment accroché la chanson de Serge Gainsbourg « Sous le soleil exactement », qui est tellement entraînant que je n’arrive pas à me la sortir de la tête. Les paroles sont plutôt rêveuses, dont le narrateur parle d’un temps oublié où il était quelque part sous les tropiques avec le soleil directement au-dessus de la tête. Le phénomène est bien réel : entre le tropique du Capricorne et du Cancer, le soleil se trouve précisément au milieu du ciel deux fois par an, à des dates différentes selon le point. Quand ça se passe à Hawaï, ça s’appelle le « Midi de Lahaina », de l’hawaïenne pour « soleil cruel ». Là, ça arrive un jour en mai et encore en juillet. C’est vrai, selon les photos, que ça a l’air très étrange et rêveuse, parce que tous les choses ne font pas d’ombre à cette heure précise. Hawaï est le seul endroit aux États-Unis où ça peut arriver, parce qu’il est le seul d’être sous les tropiques. Donc, c’est drôle que Gainsbourg ait écrit dans la chanson que ça aurait pu être au Nouveau-Mexique, puisque là, ce n’est pas possible.

Un professeur qui a changé ma vie
En lycée, j’avais un professeur, M. G., qui a changé ma vie. Il n’y a pas eu de grand moment dramatique où il m’a inspiré de devenir la personne que je suis aujourd’hui, mais ce sont les choses subtils qui m’a marqué. En plus d’être professeur de plusieurs de mes classes, il était le coach de l’équipe de jeu de culture générale, c’est-à-dire, l’équipe de lycéens qui s’affrontaient des équipes des autres lycées pour répondre le plus vite aux questions de culture générale, et remporter le titre de plus savants. Un peu comme « Jeopardy », mais en équipe. N’étant pas très sportif, mais plutôt bon dans la culture générale, il m’a invité à rejoindre l’équipe, et j’y ai participé pendant tout lycée. Bon, ça peut avoir l’air un peu ringard, mais on s’amusait bien et notre équipe était vraiment pas mal ; on voyageait à droit à gauche dans notre État avec M.G. pour des compétitions, et remportait nombreux titres. Je devenais ami avec plusieurs de mes coéquipiers, qui reste aujourd’hui parmi mes meilleurs amis. Ça m’a vraiment aidé à m’accepter tel que je suis. En tant que professeur tout neuf et plutôt jeune, je pense qu’il se souvenait avoir eu notre âge, et il était un des premiers adultes qui me faisait sentir vraiment compris. Alors, merci pour tout ce que vous avez fait pour moi, M. G. !

A regular horror story
Today, I'm recreating this story completely from my mind, so it is going to be very basic.
Down in Alaska, there was a bunker which contained a lot of people and supplies. Why? Because the leader decided to tackle one experiment. He obviously did not say what this experiment is about to his employees, if they would had know what this experiment is about, they would not had accept the job. The experiment was about trying to connect the real world with the meta-physic world.
Everything went wrong, and none of these people could survive to the outcome of the experiment. During the evaluation, many strange and horrifying beings appeared from nowhere and begun to kill everyone they bump into.
As I said before, no one could survive, and rumor has it that the bunker still contains these horrifying monsters down in Alaska.

entschuldigung, dass ich lange nicht gemeldet habe. Wie lauft es bei dir, wie du weisst, besuche ich jetzt einen Deutschkurs, deshalb habe ich wenig Zeit .Aber ich mochte dir etwas erzahlen. Ich habe gestern eine schone Frau kennengelernt. Wir waren in einem Cafe und sie hat allein gesessen. Was am besten gefallt mir, ist ihres Lachen und sie liebt auch das fussballteam aus Barcelona wie ich. Ich weiss nicht, was ich tun soll ? Soll ich sie anrufen ? Oder warten ?

Une situation difficile que vous avez vécue et la solution.
Apprendre à travailler avec mes élèves démotivés d'un group en particulier: 7°
Dans ma dernière année à l'université je suis allée au mes pratiques professionnelles comme profe d’anglais, mon travail était de donner un soutien au prof d’anglais à l'école Dr Nicolas Aguilar. Tout marchait bien quand le prof chargé était là. Mais les jours qu’il était absent ce quand les problèmes arrivent. Donc ce groupe de 7° il y avait quelques étudiants ne prendraient pas en compte mon aide et ma présence. Je me rappelle d’arriver et disait bonjour a tous et seulement cinq ou sept étudiants de vingt cinq répondaient à ma salutation. Je me sentais misérable au début. Mais je me suis rendu compte qu’ils la plupart du temps sont comme ça. Il y avait quelques profs qui leur faisaient attention et ce parce ces profs étaient très énervés au point de crier bien fort a eux, alors je savais que ça ne serait pas une bonne solution pour moi . Ma manière de résoudre le problème a été: pour commencer ne prends rien personnel, je n'avais rien fait a eux, et réfléchir de moi même, si je ne parle avec le ton de voix correcte, comme je marche peut être n’exprime pas la sécurité assez. Aussi organiser très bien le cours, de penser en activités attirants pour eux, et a été tellement difficil mais petit à petit ils commencent à travailler et remplir les tâches attribuées et j’ai finalement été capable de compléter mon travail d’enseigner.

ich freue mich, von dir zu hören! Ich hoffe, du hast deinen Urlaub genossen. Was für eine gute Idee, mich zu besuchen! Ich freue mich darauf. Normalerweise ist im Herbst in Andalusien das Wetter am besten, weil es weder kalt noch heiß ist. Ich denke dass wir auf die Bergen gehen können. Im Herbst, kann man Pilzen sammeln, Wildtiere beobachten und saisonales Essen entdecken.
Deswegen solltest du in deinem Koffer Bergschuhe und bequeme Kleidung tragen. Ich habe das Reste, du musst nicht etwas anderes vorbereiten.

Rental Car
My car contract is going to end on 23 January. If we renew the contract, its new price will be 690 EUR (Current price is 330 EUR monthly)
On the other hand, the car which Sabrina used to drive is available and its contract will expiry at the end of the July. I can return this car to fleet company (ARVAL) with a small fine. Its monthly rent is 412 EUR and its price will be around 900 EUR in the contract extension. If you make sure that you will not hire a business developer for our office, I will return it to the fleet company.
For the record, the price of the same car in 2023 is around 1400 EUR-1500 EUR In my opinion, we should keep the car and renew the contract in July if you think of hiring a business developer.

Today my family had spring cleaning. According to the weather forecast, it will become cold and wet on weekends, so today is the best day to wash the comforters and blankets. Although our home is not big, it still took us lots of times to clean. The main reason is that there are six people in my family, so we need to declutter the home. As a result, it will not have more and more stuffs. I really like the new look of home environment after cleaning. Even though, we are all exhausted, it is a good custom to force us tiding up.

The TOEFL OG arrived yesterday, so I arranged studying it today. Before I studied, my impression of TOEFL was that it has four parts and is difficult because of using academic papers as test contents. I didn't realize how difficult it is until I studied. Luckily, I have started preparing early and thus I have enough time digesting these complex contents. I can do it!

L’hiver au nord de l’Europe
C’est l’hiver. Au nord de la Suède, où j’habite, il fait déjà nuit à deux heures de l’après-midi. Tout ce que l’on peut voir par la fenêtre est des mètres sur mètres de neige. Essayer de se déplacer quelque part à pied n’est pas possible et sera quasiment impossible jusqu’en avril. La température ici peut se varier entre 0 et -30 degrés. Néanmoins, que ce soit la température, il faudrait porter beaucoup des vêtements si l’on voulait sortir, moins on retourne couvert par la neige. Et à ceux qui viennent des pays plus chauds, si vous pensez que la neige serait votre plus grande préoccupation vivant ici, sachez que sous la neige se trouve toujours une couche de glace prête à vous envoyer aux urgences. Mais, bien que une vie à la toundra puisse sembler indésirable, je l’aime. Peut-être que l’on peut dire qu’il s’agit du syndrome de Stockholm mais je ne pourrais jamais m’imaginer déménager de la neige, du froid ou du nord.

The Power of Words
Today I was listening a podcast and podcasters were talking about words and wishes. They said if you truly want something, you can mark it down and repeat it in the heart again and again. Eventually, the universe will be recived and will give a feedback. Then, the wishes will be come true. It's not the first time i heard those kind of theories. However, I don't really believe that saying some words will make things done. Wishes like goals, figuring out and destructing steps to reach that goal. But I believe that the power of words. I am not a persistent person. This hit me that all the time. Everytime I try to do something, the voice in my brain will keep telling me I can't. Now I know every word has their own energy. Negative words cause negative emotions, positive words cause positive outcomes. It's a long impact, like a butterfly effect. The major barrier to skill acquisition isn't intelectual. It's emotional.

Last night was the first time it snowed where I live. On the way I drove back from another county in my city, I saw a car pileup - about six to eight cars bumped together.
It took a long time for me to get through. The reason for the car accident is that the road on the bridge was frozen. But on the normal road, it's not frozen.

Viajar en tren
La semana pasada fui en un curso. Por que tendría lugar en el sur del país y vivo en el norte, tuve que viajar allí. Y no estaba contento con los boletos que habían sido reservado para mí. Dijeron que tenía que ir para un tren de la noche y que levantarme a las cuatro de la mañana para cambiar de tren. Y cuando estaba en el tren y me había levantado a las cuatro, me di cuenta que había perdido mi otro tren. Compré nuevas boletos pero no estaba contento levantarme por nada.

ich bin davon überzeugt, dass der regelmäßige Konzertbesuch positiv Einfluss auf unsere Gesundheit haben.
In der Forschung wird gezeigt, dass diese Menschen glücklicher als andere.
Wenn man viel Unter druck und Stress steht, kann ein Konzertbesuch die gute Therapie sein. Wärend sie mit Freunde mitsingen und tanzen können, bleiben diese Einzigartige Erinnerung Ihnen ein Leben lang.
In diesem Zusammenhang sieht die Live Konzert der besten Option.
Aber leider Freiluftveranstaltungen hanging von dem Wetter ab. Es dürfte nicht außer Acht gelassen werden, dass im Konzert sie auf einen Menschenmenge stoßen können, bei der sie sich unwohl fühlen.
Auf diesem Grund sind sind die online Konzert vorteilhaft. Ein Großteil aufwändiger Tätigkeiten fällt bei einem online Konzert weg und können Zeit und Kosten sparen.
Nach der Zeit der Pandemie begannen die Menschen, sich in diese Methode zu integrieren.
Diese Vorteile bringen eine reiche von Nachteile mit sich z.b. Die Aura ist nicht so deutlich zu spüren, wie bei Live konzert.

Life at the Ports (10)
On a sunny day, a large cruise ship arrived at the port with over a thousand guests in it. It was the first time for most of us to see such a huge cruise ship including me, even the local newspaper had reported it. They had arranged some excellent English tour guides from Beijing and Shanghai only for this one-day tour in SZ, I believe all the guests would enjoy a wonderful time in this city.
I didn't know the precise figure of guests on this ship, whereas there were about 50 travel buses awaiting them at the port. The newspaper reported that it was the first time for such an international standard luxury cruise ship visited this city. This symbolized that SZ had already developed into another high level, their next destination was Singapore. We chattered about this huge ship curiously, excited.
I really want to get on the ship to broaden my vision, then describe it to my girlfriend. She often complained to me about how boring she was because so many kids surrounded her all day, she wanted to see the interesting world outside of her kindergarten. She always focused on my every story with opening eyes when I spoke with her.

Was ist Ihnen wichtig? Welche Werte vertreten Sie?
Freiheit oder Sicherheit, worauf könntest du eher verzichten?
Ich denke, dass ich mich selbst als ziemlich konservativ fühle und versuche, sowohl für meine Familie als auch für mich Sicherheit zu suchen und zu finden. Ich glaube, dass ich schon immer so war, und mit dem Alter riskiere ich noch weniger. Ich könnte auf ein wenig Freiheit verzichten, wenn ich dadurch sicherer bin. So steht Sicherheit für mich im Mittelpunkt.
Welche drei Dinge würdest du auf eine einsame Insel mitnehmen?
Ich bin mir nicht sicher. Außer meiner Familie würde ich natürlich Wasser mitbringen und etwas, das uns schützt.
Schließlich würde ich etwas, mit dem wir nach draußen kommunizieren könnten, mitbringen.
Was sagen oder denken andere Menschen über dich?
Ich möchte glauben, dass andere Menschen darüber mich denken, dass ich einen guten Menschen bin und dass ich versuche, mit allen auszukommen und jedem zu helfen, der mich braucht. Und dass ich mich normalerweise um die anderen kümmere.
Meine Freunde finden es gut, dass ich auch nicht so materialistisch bin und immer für sie da bin.
Was würdest du mit 10.000 Euro machen?
Ich würde mit dem Geld auch anderen etwas Gutes tun aber es hängt auch davon ab, ob ich glaube, dass jemand es mehr als jeder andere braucht. Ich bin mir auch nicht sicher, wofür ich es verwenden würde.
Was ist deine Lebensphilosophie?
Ich habe die Werte meiner eigenen Eltern übernommen und ich bin sehr stolz darauf. Sie haben mich wichtige Werte gelehrt und ich kann ohne zu viele materielle Dinge leben und das Leben mit wem sie mich lieben, genießen. Außerdem plane ich immer meine Zukunft und meine Families. Deshalb versuche ich immer zu tun, was ich mich für wichtig und notwendig halte. Ich halte auch für die Unterstützung der Familie sehr wichtig.
Ich würde mich als konservativ bezeichen.

Mes buts pour cette année
Pour moi, 2022 était une bonne année. J'ai fini mon premier an du lycée, c'est triste parce que je l'adore mais c'était une bonne réalisation. J'étais choisi pour aller au Canada avec Cadets en juillet-août 2023 aussi.
J'ai des examens en été et j'espère d'obtenir des bonnes notes. Je vais commencer à l'université en septembre (à Birmingham j'espère) et je quitterai la maison familiale, enfin! J'ai hâte d'aller au Canada parce que je n'ai jamais voyagé si loin d'Angleterre. Peut-être que je vais visiter France encore cette année, j'espère bien...

2: Te gustaría hacer el ejercicio? Por qué?
Por este año, una de mes resoluciones es de hacer el ejercicio regularmente porque creo que no lo hacía suficientemente. Hay una vez que cuando monté la montaña con mi amiga, lamentablemente no pude la seguir. Entonces, tengo ganas de fortalecer mi cuerpo.
Ahora hago el yoga todas las mañanas porque me ayuda a despejar la mente y que me gusta esta manera de empezar el día con alegría. Me levanto temprano para hacerlo. Pero creo que solo el yoga no puede hacer mis músculos. Entonces, voy a trotar tres veces cada semana en 2023. Cuando troto, me gusta escuchar el podcast o la musica, y eso es una buena ocasión para practicar las lenguas en mismo tiempo.

Les bienfaits de la marche à pieds
Pour moi, une marche à pieds est un plaisir. Quand j’étais petite, marcher était une nécessité mais maintenant je l’aime bien. C’est un loisir. Chaque semaine, je me promène au moins deux ou trois fois. Heureusement, j’habite près d’un lac et autour, il y a de nombreux sentiers de marche. Je suis une lève tôt et aime promener le matin. Souvent il n’y a personne autour mais parfois, je croise des autres sur le chemin.
Il existe nombreuses études qui démontrent l’impact de sports sur notre concentration, notre mémoire et notre capacité d’apprentissage. Je suis consciente d’une étude qui compare l’humeur actuel des participants avec leur humeur après une activité physique. Les conclusions : on observe un impact positif après une activité modéré et régulière. Selon les scientifiques, l’exercice libère des hormones de bonheur qui créent un sentiment de bonne humeur.
Je voudrais partager mes expériences personnelles. Surtout, en marchant, je laisse tomber les pensées négatives, je vois des choses plus clairement et je vide mon esprit. Je me sens moins stressée et je remarque également d’avoir plus énergie au travail. Ce passe-temps me donne beaucoup de plaisir mais j’admets qu’on a besoin de temps. Malheureusement tout le monde n’a pas ce luxe.
