The world of the Shining Prince
I liked this books a lot, it's organized in a easy way and it's easy to understand. Heian Kyo was the capital of ancient Japan and a place of great sophistication and wealth, so much that they comunicated almost only using poems, as so a bad poem was meet with social shame. They were also obssesed with rank and style, so much that they had dictated by law which colors, tone and lenght on clothes could be used based on each person rank. This went so far that a woman, whose sleeves were the wrong tone (they used multi-layered ones), would have being subject to the court scorn, not directly of course, but through gossip and backhanded comments.

Describe A Film Character Played By An Actor Or Actress Whom You Admire
I'm not a movie buff, so my options for choosing a film character are somewhat limited. However, there is one character who has left a lasting impact on me, and that is Katniss Everdeen from "The Hunger Games" film series, brilliantly portrayed by Jennifer Lawrence.
I first encountered this film series during my final year of high school, and I was immediately captivated by its intense fight scenes and the suspense of the tributes trying to survive the cruel survival game. As the movies progressed, I found myself deeply rooting for Katniss. Her brave decision to volunteer as a tribute for her sister, despite knowing the hardships she would face, her refusal to conform to the opulent and sugar-coated life that the Capitol presented, and her unwavering commitment to joining the rebellion, even after witnessing her close stylist and confidant being executed for their involvement, all resonated deeply with me. I eagerly anticipated the downfall of the Capitol, and the scenes where Katniss took a stand were incredibly satisfying.
The main reason for my deep admiration for this character undoubtedly lies in the remarkable performance of Jennifer Lawrence. She flawlessly captures Katniss's internal struggles, vulnerability, doubt, and love, even in scenes where there isn't much dialogue to explicitly express the character's thoughts—her actions and expressions speak volumes. Jennifer Lawrence truly brought Katniss to life in a way that felt authentic and relatable.
To shed more light on Jennifer Lawrence, while I may not know much about her personal life, I greatly admire her journey from a humble background to becoming a global superstar, which, in many ways, mirrors Katniss's own journey. I've watched some of her short videos in which she comes across as down-to-earth, likable, and relatable. Many people adore her because they see aspects of her character in themselves.
In conclusion, Jennifer Lawrence's portrayal of Katniss Everdeen in "The Hunger Games" was critically acclaimed worldwide. The character, brought to life by her outstanding performance, left an indelible mark on me and many others, showcasing the power of cinema to create relatable and inspiring characters.

Reise nach Venedig
Letzte Woche haben wir Venedig besucht. Bevor war ich niemals in Venedig oder Italien. Deshalb war das eine spannende Reise für mich.
Zuerst haben wir das Stadtzentrum erkundet. Es gab viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in Venedig, sie waren sehr interessant. Nachdem wir ein wenig erkundet hatten, haben wir das leckere Essen probiert. Die Speise in Italien ist besonders köstlich!
Nach das Stadtzentrum sind wir zu anderen Inseln gereist. Murano war besonders interessant. Da kann man viele interessante Glasgeschäfte finden. Wir haben einen Teil der Produktion gesehen.
Im Allgemeinen war es eine schöne Reise. In die Zukunft würde ich gerne wieder dorthin gehen.

E-Mails
Bei meinem Vortrag geht es um das Versenden von E-Mails. Man darf nicht übersehen , dass elektronische Geräte wie zum Beispiel Computer, Handy usw. unersetzlicher Teil des Alltagsleben geworden sind. Es ist erwähnenswert , dass wir diese Geräte nutzen , um auf dem Laufenden bleiben zu können. Mit Hilfe von E-Mails können wir wichtige Informationen austauschen.
Für das Versenden von E-Mails spricht die Tatsache, dass somit sowohl mit Freunden als auch auf geschäftlicher Ebene mit Kollegen kommunizieren können. Außerdem senden wir anhand der E-Mails erforderliche Informationen, mit denen wir um eine Arbeitstelle bewerben.
Andererseits bringt das Versenden von E-Mails einige gefährliche Folgen mit sich. Beim Versenden von Informationen , die persönliche Daten enthalten ,bestet das risiko , dass sie von Dieben bzw. Hackern gestohlen werden können. Aus diesem Grund sollten wir Sicherheitssoftware auf unserem Pc hochladen , um nicht mit solchen Diebstählen zu konfrontieren.
Was die Situation in meinem Heimatland betrifft, möchte ich betonen, dass das Versenden E-Mails nicht so weit verbreitet ist. Die Menschen nutzen E-Mails hauptsächlich aus geschäftlichen Gründen.
Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass das Versenden von E-Mails einen wichtigen Teil des Arbeitslebens ausmacht.

Hello Tim, I hope you've been doing well recently. It is really nice to hear from you, and thank you for your reminders.
Now, I want to tell you more about my opinion on correcting others' essays. I have corrected foreigners' Chinese writings about 10,000 times. My principal in that is: as long as their sentences don't have grammar mistakes, I won't correct them. If I rewrite the sentences for improvement, I will let them know.
If I change their correct sentences based on my preferences or just for improvement and without any explanation left, they will be confused: is my sentence incorrect? Are they rewriting my sentences based on their preferences? Are they perfecting my writing? And so on.
Some people might say you need to make their writing perfect, but I don't think so. As long as their sentences don't have any grammar mistakes, over time they'll gradually improve their writing skills by themselves.
In Chinese, there is a proverb, 抜苗助长. The story is about a person who wants his crop to grow faster, so he pulls his crop seedlings up. Of course, he is doing a stupid thing and he ends up with his crop dying.
David (I don't know that his other name is Peter) does help many Chinese people on Hello talk. I also notice that he likes to make too many changes when he corrects other people's English writings. But I really don't know if he is doing the right correction. After all, English is not my mother tongue.
I see many Chinese people who correct foreigners' Chinese writings on HelloTalk, many times, they are over correcting. In my opinion, they are not helping foreigners, but doing the opposite. I know this because Chinese is my mother tongue.

At a station:
Two Indian-looking girls who spoke only broken words, were asking a station staff something.
The station staff was answering in Japanese, so it didn't seem like they understood what she was saying.
So I thought about how to say it in English.
Maybe the girls wanted to go to Nagoya station, but they bought wrong price tickets, so I thought they wanted them to change.

The staff was answering while calculating with a calculator, and showing them, "If you change the tickets, you will have to pay a handling fee, which will make it even more expensive. So you had better to use this ticket as is.”

L'alimentation bio
Bonjour à tous!
Je m’appelle XY et je trouve aujourd’hui qu’il y a un petit débat sur le forum au sujet des plats et des aliments issus de l’agriculture. En lisant chaque commentaire, je comprends les raisons pour lesquelles certaines personnes comme Anais ne s’intéressent plus à ces produits en tout niant leurs aspect positives. Personnellement, je crois qu’ils représentent beaucoup d’avantages qu’on doit réfléchir. C’est pourquoi, je décide de vous partager mes expériences en tant que consommateur des bios en souhaitant de changer votre point de vue.
Premièrement, la crédibilité des marques de production assure la consommation des produits bios. En d’autres mots, afin d’être vendu dans la grande surface, ils doivent répondre tout d’abord à plusieurs critères sanitaires dont la grille d’évaluation est très stricte. Par conséquent, on doit avoir l’autorité de certification sur l’hygiène des aliments avant de servir ces nourritures aux consommateurs. Donc, dans le cas où vous verriez des produits bios sur les rangs de la supermarché, ne doutez pas de sa qualité en mettant dans votre caddies!
Deuxièmement, dit produits bios, dit 100% des ingrédients sains. Théoriquement, les aliments que nous consommons tous les jours sont tous industriels qui contiennent des produits chimiques: les conservateurs, BPA,… mais à une petite quantité. Cependant, le point à noter est que plus on en absorbe, plus maladies qu’on souffre. C’est pourquoi, malgré le prix haut des aliments biologiques, on peut rassurer quand même la santé en évitant le cancer, l’allergie, etc…
Généralement, il me semble que je ne suis pas capable de changer votre stéréotype sur les produits biologiques. Mais, en tout cas, je voudrais que vous puissiez d’en consommer dans une courte période afin de non seulement vérifier mes affirmations mais aussi savoir la vraie qualité de ces aliments.

Military Training for New Students
Starting from September 1, local new students will begin their first studying term of this year, and will end by January next year.
As a new student in senior high school student, my daughter was asked to attend a mandatory military training for a week. Each of them will have to pay 510 Yuan (around $72), including three meals a day and clothes for training.
Additionally, anyone who is not able to join the training for physical issues also needs to pay the fees, or won't allowed to graduate.

Am Computer lesen
"Am Computer lesen" ist ein interessantes Thema, über welches heutzutage oft diskutiert wird. Ich stimme Kinans Meinung zu.
Wann wir über das Lesen sprechen, sprechen wir nicht nur über die Bücher, sondern auch über die Artikel usw.
Das Lesen am Computer ist billig und es ist einfacher, ein neues Buch oder Informationen zu bekommen.
Außerdem kann man irgendwo und irgendwann am Computer lesen. Ich gebe zu, dass zu langer Zeit vor dem Bildschirm Augenbeschwerden verursacht. Zusätzlich ist es ein gutes Gefühl, ein gedrucktes Buch zu lesen.
Meiner Meinung nach ist das Lesen am Computer praktischer und besser.

Néha jött a japán barátom, akivel a nyelviskolában megismerkedtem. Egy videót akartunk forgatni, japán tanulók számára. Ahhoz természetesen színészek kellettek. A svájci fiú és én vállalták a munkát. Először a stúdiófelvételeket készítettünk, aztán a városban különböző jeleneteket játszottunk el. Később visszajött, amikor az anyagot már összevágta. Most azzal az ötlettel állt be, hogy menjünk Bécsbe, folytatni az elkezdett munkát. Bécsben eltöltöttünk egy hétvégét, aztán a svájci fiú hazament. A japán fiúval még utaztunk tovább. Már megbarátkozunk és a további út nem is annyira szólt a munkáról. Berlinben volt egy háza, ahol pár napig maradtunk. Most láttam meg először azt a Berlint, amely már összenőtt a volt nyugati és keleti városrészekből. Itt is forgatunk, interjúkat készítettünk az utcákon az emberekkel. Bemutattam a különböző látnivalókat a japán nyelvtanulók részére. Egész nap utaztunk és forgattunk. Gyerekként is Berlinben tartózkodtam, mivel egy Berlin melletti tónál egy gyerektábor volt. Érdekes volt viszzalátni azokat a helyeket, amelyeket gyerekkoromból jól ismertem. A TV-tornyot, az Alexanderplatz-ot, az S-Bahnt és most Berlint, mint egészet.

Selon moi, rendre les transports en commun du centre-ville gratuits pourrait être une mesure efficace pour encourager les gens à abandonner la voiture. die Internationalisierung der Küche
Bei meinem Thema geht es um der Internationalisierung der Küche. Es gibt verschiedene, internationale Gerichte , die sich unter der Menschen großer Beliebtheit erfreuen. Ein praktisches Beispiel dafür ist italiansiche Küche beispielweise Pizza , Pasta usw. , die gerne man zu sich nimmt.
Für die Internationaliserung der Küche spricht die Tatsache , dass man die Küche anderer Tradition kennenlernen. Darüber hinaus bietet dies die Möglichkeit, geschmackvolle Gerichte probieren zu können.
Andererseits bringt dies auch einige Probleme mit sich. Es besteht die Gefahr, dass durch Internationalisierung der Küche einheimische traditionelle Gerichte verdrängt werden können. Es darf nicht außer Acht gelassen werden , dass dies der Umwelt schaden kann, indem große Mengen an Lebensmitteln importiert werden.
Ich bin der Meinung ,dass man dadurch über die Weltküche seinen Horizont erweitern , ohne man ins Ausland reisen zu müssen, um sie im eigenen Land in Frieden zu genießen.
Was die Situation in meinem Heimatland betrifft ,möchte ich zur Sprache bringen ,dass er über abwechslungsreiche Küche verfügen, die sowohl für die Veganer ,als auch für Nicht-Veganer geeignet sind.

I wanted to learn writing in english better, so I search on google how to improve my writing skill better and I came across this website. I hope I can start writing regularly and improve my writing. Feel free to correct me, I am here to learn.
Today is Sunday, a relaxing day for me. I woke up at 6 am and then went for a morning run about 3 km. After that there was zoom meeting for 2 hours. Then I open my calendar to schedule my weeks. Take a nap for 1 hours, than had lunch. While eating my lunch, I watched this youtube video. The video is about how we can stick to our schedule better, by making a environmental cue. Une série télévisée : Vera
J’adore les séries qui viennent d’Angleterre. Je trouve que l’histoire est plus profonde et intéressante. Les acteurs parlent très clairement et il n’y a pas beaucoup de cascades comme on trouve dans les séries américaines. Dans les séries américaines, il y a toujours une poursuite en voiture et une fusillade.
Je régulièrement cherche les séries policières et comédies sur internet, Netflix et la télévision. Au fil des années, j’en ai identifié plusieurs. Maintenant, j’ai une liste qui inclure «Midsommer Murders, Broadchurch et Lewis». Ces trois que j’ai mentionnées sont les policières. Le premier est mon préféré. Il s’agit d’un détective, qui vit dans un petit village dans la campagne anglaise. Ce détective est très intelligent et il résout des crimes compliqués. J’aime voir le paysage anglais, les maisons pittoresques et la vie quotidienne. En apparence, il me semble que la vie est très paisible. Mais non, un meurtrier se cache sous cette tranquillité.
L’autre jour, je suis tombée sur une autre série télévisée. Elle s’appelle Vera. Il s’agit d’une femme détective, un peu excentrique mais très douée dans son travail. Elle dirige une petite équipe d’officiers. La série se déroule au Nord de l’Angleterre dans la région de Northumberland et la station policière se situe à Newcastle. J’ai lu que cette série est adaptée d’un livre écrit par un auteur anglais. J’ai hâte de regarder le premier épisode.

Les livres audio
Les livres audio sont de plus en plus populaires. J’ai fait un petit sondage entres mes amis et il n’y avait que quelques personnes qui n’écoutaient pas des livres audio. J’admets que malgré sa popularité, il y a beaucoup de personnes qui préfèrent et insistent pour lire des livres en papier. Ils n’aiment ni les livres audio, ni les livres électroniques.
Quant à moi, j’adore les livres audio et je les écoute souvent. C’est très facile puisqu’on a besoin seulement d’un portable. Désormais, il est possible d’emprunter des livres audios dans les bibliothèques. Il est également possible de les télécharger gratuitement.
Lorsque j’ai commencé à apprendre le français, les conseils que j’ai reçus étaient d’écouter, de lire et d’écrire. En bref, il est mieux de faire un mélange d’apprentissage puisque chacun apprend d’une manière différente. L’autre jour, mon amie m’a donné un conseil pour lire et écouter en même temps. Alors, je vais expliquer plus clairement. En bref, elle m’a conseillée d’écouter le livre audio tout en lisant les mots. C’est intéressant non ? Alors, je vais bientôt essayer cette technique.

4. What do you find most interesting about your work/job?
The most exciting aspect is that I can contribute to promoting Vietnamese culture by selling our traditional paintings overseas. I didn't realize that many foreigners from different parts of the world appreciate our paintings. Every time I successfully sell a painting, I feel proud and satisfied.
5. What is the most important quality of a co-worker/colleague?
To me, accountability is the most essential attribute. I want my co-workers to finish their tasks on time and not take regular time off, leaving their duties for others to handle. This way, I can focus on my own work and get off work after finishing my task.
6. Which matters to you more, the job itself or the people you work with?
In my opinion, the job itself is more significant than the coworkers. If my colleagues have a bad personality and are unpleasant to talk to, I can ignore them. If they neglect their work, I can address it by informing our managers. However, if the job itself is problematic, such as demanding tasks or insufficient rewards, there is little I can do to address that. I would have to rely on the managers, but it is unlikely that they will change the salary or tasks solely based on my preferences.
7. Have you ever changed your work before?
Yes, I have. During my university years, I took a full-time job during my summer breaks of university, and I had a different job during each of the breaks since my school had different locations for students of different years, but I wanted a job nearby.
8. Do you think you will change your job in the future?
Yes, I think so. I am planning to become an English teacher, and I have informed my manager that I will quit this September.
9. What was your first day at work like?
My first day of work was unique and different from that of other people. I work from home for a small company owned by my uncle. On my first day, I woke up around half an hour before my time for work and had a meal with my family, and then my uncle came to my house. He guided me through each task and was very patient, making it comfortable for me to ask questions. As a result, it was relatively easy for me to take on the job.
10. What do you want your company to improve?
I wish that the company could use high-quality pictures or videos to display the paintings on the website instead of the current low-resolution images, which do not accurately reflect the quality and beauty of the paintings. I believe this lack of visual appeal fails to encourage people to place orders.
11. What kind of jobs are popular in Vietnam
I believe that for younger generations, professions in the IT industry are very attractive. They have grown up immersed in digital technologies, giving them better computer literacy skills than older generations. Also, in Vietnam, the IT industry is rapidly expanding as most companies integrate digital technologies into their operations and others are digitalizing their businesses. So there are numerous high-paying career opportunities in this industry.
For the older generation, jobs that provide security remain their top choices for their children. These include government sector jobs that offer lifelong employment, insurance, and pensions, for example, teachers, police officers, and doctors.
