Che settimana, sono stanca morta! Ho fatto troppe cose al lavoro, mi hanno stancato. Ho mal di testa e voglio dormire fino alle ferie.
Purtroppo non è ancora il tempo per rilassarmi quanto e come voglio.
Non vedo l'ora di andare in vacanza e fare tutto ciò che voglio. Ho aiutato un collega oggi ( che lavora per la squadra tedesca ), la quale madrelingua è il russo. Mi sono accorta che so ancora leggere in russo, ma non capisco molto.
Non posso credere che domani sarà già giovedì. Mi merito tranquilità, ma i capi pretendono così da noi e non mi sento rinfrescata neanche dopo che dormo di notte. Devo rilassarmi di più durante il weekend.

NF : mais parce que cherches-tu à comprendre, à saisir quelque chose qui est à moi et que je fort garde. Quand je dis de comprendre ce que tu ressens, je trouve et comprends seulement ce que je vois et peux voir. N'est-ce pas drôle que si je pense que tu es heureux, je décide que pour moi tu es heureux, c'est tout ! Ressentir le bonheur d'un autre est bien difficile, et si je semble la ressentir, c'est qui, en revanche, remplit mon cœur est le bonheur que j'ai décidé de voir, pas le tien... Celle-ci est seulement à toi et la décrire est bien futile, donc...
ST : pour la énième fois tu as dit ce qui est évident, mais si bien que tu sembles avoir dit quelque chose de merveilleux. Parfois tu sembles vivre la vie comme dans un film, comme si tu voulais vivre dans un livre
NF : parce que ceux sont l'élévation de la vie, je pense.
ST : et en s'éloignant de la vie, tu as y trouvé un monde très doux, n'est-ce pas ?
NF : tu le dis chaque fois, et chaque fois de la même manière ! C'est ennuyeux ! Au moins je change les mots en cherchant les plus doux !

Digital Detox Zone
When crossing a street and waiting for the traffic lights, it's common that many people would look down while swiping their smartphones. Is it possible to create a special zone in a metropolitan where the use of digital devices are not allowed and the internet would also be cut off?
I guess this can be an attractive project to invest in. People who stay in this special area which I name Digital Detox Zone only allowed to watch TV, listen to the radio and chat with each other. Probably, only rich people who would like to pay, or people with digital additions who got a doctor's prescription can be able to enter the zone to relax.

Der Weg nach der Schule
Gott sei Dank, als ich ein Schüler war, war mein Weg nach der Schule klar, ich möchte Ingenieur werden. Jetzt studiere ich Maschinenbau an der Uni und möchte in Deutschland weiterstudieren.
Bei uns in Syrien sind die Leute in den letzten Jahren getrennt, manche studieren an der Uni, weil sie von dem Militär laufen und manche arbeiten, weil sie kein Geld für die Uni haben, besonders seit dem Anfang des Krieges.
Nach der Schule sowohl die Arbeit als auch das Studium haben, wie alles im Leben, Vor- und Nachteile.
Einerseits ist die Arbeit eine gute Gelegenheit, um eine Karriere zu anfangen und um Geld schneller zu verdienen. Natürlich hat es auch Nachteile, zum Beispiel in Syrien muss man, dass kein Studium gemacht habe, Militär. Außerdem ist der Lohn immer tief.
Andererseits kann man an der Uni Arzt, Ingenieur und Anwalt werden und der Lohn wird steigen, für Nachteile hat es nicht so viel, aber man wird seine Karriere spät anfangen und das Studium kostet viel Geld.
Meiner Meinung nach ist das Studium an der Uni oder die Ausbildung sehr wichtig und sie sollte kostenlos oder sehr billig sein, damit kann alle Leute weiterstudieren.

Fuyang west high speed train station started running in 2019, and Fuyang is the prefecture level city in Anhui Province, which last had a high speed train station.
The high speed railway that passes through Fuyang is called Shanghehang high speed railway. It starts from Shangqiu, a prefecture level city in the eastern part of Henan Province, passing through Hefei, the capital of Anhui Province, and ends at the capital of Zhejiang Province, Hangzhou.
Fuyang is a prefecture level city in the northwestern part of Anhui Province and is to the south of Shangqiu. Hefei is to the southeast of Fuyang and the northwest of Hangzhou.
It's 190 kilometers from Shangqiu to Fuyang and 220 kilometers from Fuyang to Hefei. From Hefei to Hangzhou it is 420 kilometers.
In the near future, this high speed railway will connect to Beijing in the north. From Shangqiu to Beijing, a few sections of high-speed railways have already been built. Things that need to be done are only to connect these railways together.
Today, I took a high speed train at the Fuyang west high speed train station to Suzhou. The route goes through Fuyang, Huainan, Hefei, Nanking, Wuxi and Suzhou. It's a 560 kilometers trip and it took me only 3 hours.
I came to Suzhou to attend a train meeting, which was held at Suzhou university. I will stay at Suzhou university before the 26 th of this month.

Déjeuner avec nos chers amis
Dimanche, nous avons rendu visite à nos chers amis qui habitent à la campagne. Ça fait trois ans que nous les avons vus. D’abord, il y avait la pandémie, ensuite, ils rénovaient leur maison et ils étaient très occupés. Désormais, la construction est terminée et ils nous ont invités chez eux.
Ils ont une grande maison avec 4 chambres, un salon et une salle à manger. Toutes les chambres se situent en haut et le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine se trouvent en bas. Grâce à la rénovation, ils ont changé la disposition du rez-de-chaussée et maintenant le salon donne sur un jardin magnifique. Mes amis ont les mains vertes et le jardin était pleine de fleurs de toutes couleurs. Nous avons mangé sur la terrasse en profitant de la vue. En raison des fleurs, il y avait beaucoup d’oiseaux et de papillons. C’était tranquil et nous avons passé un bon moment.
Mon amie m’a fait visiter la maison. Ils ont modernisé la cuisine où de nouveaux appareils ont été installés : un nouveau four, un frigo, un micro et une cuisinière à induction. En haut, toutes les chambres ont été fraîchement repeintes et les salles de bains ont été refaites. Tout était très chic. C’était une journée parfaite et on s’est bien amusé.

Gewalt in der Familie
Gott sei Dank, habe ich nie das erlebt, als ich ein Kind war, waren meine Eltern sehr nett mit uns. Sie haben mir nie in meinem Leben geschadet, weder körperlich noch geistig. Darum haben wir immer noch sehr starke Beziehung.
Bei uns in Syrien leider ist die Gewalt in der Familie in den letzten Jahren weit verbreitet. Die Gewalt nicht nur auf die Kinder, sondern auch auf die Frau. Es passiert wegen schlechten Noten und schlechten Benehmens und am meisten wegen einer geistigen Krankheit.
Alles im Leben hat Vor- und Nachteile, aber die Gewalt in der Familie hat nur Nachteile.
Die Gewalt führen zu geistige und körperliche Schäden nicht nur in der Gegenwart, sondern auch in der Zukunft, zum Beispiel Schlafstörungen, extreme Angst, Müdigkeit, Depression und erhöhtes Risiko für Selbstmordtendenzen.
Meiner Meinung nach sollte die Regierung strenge Gesetze festlegen, die die Gewalt in der Familie beenden.

Benotung von Hausaufgaben
Die Diskussion über Benotung von Hausaufgaben ist in vollem Gange.
Ich bin der Meinung, dass diese Methode effektiv aber nicht ausreichend ist.
Die Gründe, Warum die Benotung von Hausaufgaben so verbreitet ist, sind vielfältig.
Hauptsächlich ist es, dass Lehrer durch Benotung sehr schnell das Niveau der Schüler feststellen kann. Außerdem ist es offensichtlich, die Fortschritt der Lernenden durch Benotung zu erkennen.
Darüberhinaus wird die Atmosphäre der Konkurrenz zwischen Studenten durch Benotung leichter entwickelt, was gleichzeitig auch die Lehrbarkeit erhöht werden kann.
Aber ich möchte darauf hinweisen, dass solche Methode auch Kehrseite hat.
Viele Eigenschaften, z,B. Teamfähigkeit, Selbstverständlichkeit, Anpassungsfähigkeit, Ehrlichkeit können durch Benotung nicht widerspiegeln.
Um solche Beschränkung zu lösen, sollen Lehrer aus meiner persönlichen Erfahrung Kommentar und die Benotung zusammen verwenden.
Außerdem ist es hilfreich, dass Studenten gegenseitig kommentieren, was nicht nur die Interesse der Schüler erregen kann, sondern dabei helfen kann, dass die Schüler sich besser entfalten.

Hoy yo tengo clase de filósfia y clase de AI (come se dice artificial intelligence en español?). No voy a clase de AI porque necesita completar laboratoria para la clase de AI en lugar de. Yo no creo habitúlo de este. Después Completar mi laboratoria yo programa como se proyecta para mí. En noche, llamar mi madre y acostarse.

My Second part of Live Journal "How I learning the English"
First of all I want to say thank for your correction in my first part live journal (It's correct to say - part journal? I understand note isn't journal. Note is reminder. So funny.)
I'm Bair and learning the English language. At the moment I learned modal verb - can, constraction - there is/there are, questions words (who, what, how, where, when, how mach, how long), imperatives (this theme is little bit don't understand), sentenses like and dislike (I love "verb+ing", or I love "noun"), past simple (I strated learning this tense) and I began learning irregular verbs.
I learn the English language three or four hours every day. I began read (it's correct write began - irregular form, read - base form?) the book "Antoine Saint-Exupery: The Little Prince." I read (in this place "read" is irregular form. It's correct?) this book on Russian language and watched movie (or cartoon or animation film). I like watching this film. I understand most part book when I read (irregular form) this book. It's so motivates to learn the English language.

Currency Rate
I am going to purchase US$ 1000 this morning, so I checked the currency exchange rate of US$ to CNY (Chinese Money) just now. It remains high as 7.30 from the Dollar to CNY.
I am not surprised at the rate. The rate from CNY to the US Dollar has fluctuated in the past few years. At the first dropping, we were afraid CNY would devalue to 7, 8, and even to 10. Later, as I discussed with my friends and made a consensus that CNY wouldn't fall below 7.35.
I made a screenshot of the line graph, in which can be seen that beginning from February this year, the US$ has been on an upward trend. While I believe the CNY rate can be controlled by the government. However, I also deem it's impossible that CNY will have the capability to challenge US$ in the next 20 years.

Retrouvailles
Samedi dernier, j’ai visité une exposition-vente à Yokohama pour voir un ami qui ouvrait une boutique foraine de thé. À côté, j’ai trouvé une autre boutique qui vendait le café de Yunnan, qui m’a beaucoup attiré. J’ai commandé un café et j’ai parlé avec les vendeurs un instant. Figurez-vous que l’une des vendeurs était mon aînée dans le club au lycée. On était dans le même orchestre d’harmonie en ce temps-là. Ça faisait déjà 17 ans qu’on s’était pas vu !!
Quelle coïncidence !! Je ne m’attendais pas du tout à la voir être patronne d’une cafétéria.

L’âge du président américain
L’âge d’un président ne semble pas être un sujet de débat pertinent toutefois après presque quatre ans de présidents au-dessus de l’âge de 70 ans, nous nous remettons en question. Déjà, il existe une limite d’âge minimale mais cela provoque la question: devrait-il avoir une limite d’âge maximale ?
Effectivement, nous avons eu des présidents soixantaines mais une nouvelle tendance commence à inquiéter le grand public américain et c’est les présidents soixante-dizaines et quatre-vingtaines. Historiquement, ils étaient considérés comme des seniors, mais aujourd’hui avec la hausse de l’espérance de vie, les idées changent. Donald Trump, élu en 2016, avait 70 ans et Joe Biden, élu en 2020, avait 78 ans. Le rôle d’un président est de protéger les citoyens du pays et de prendre des choix qui bénéficieront à la plupart des américains mais comment savoir ce qui serait bien quand on est loin de leur âge. De plus, il y a de nombreuses personnes qui s’inquiètent pour la santé des présidents de ces âges-là. Actuellement, M. Biden aura 81 ans en Novembre et il présente des comportements étranges qui provoquent simultanément des moqueries et des soucis. Beaucoup de citoyens américains soupçonnent qu’il souffre de démence. L’histoire est aussi triste que tragique mais surtout elle concerne.
Ensuite, si les américains acceptaient de créer une limite d’âge maximale pour leurs présidents, cela ressemblerait à quoi ? Je constate que l’âge maximale devrait être 65 ans, afin d’éviter un président soixante-dizaine. Néanmoins, ce débat peut prendre de nombreuses directions.
En conclusion, je crois qu’il faut effectuer une nouvelle limite d'âge maximale pour la sécurité du pays et ses citoyens.

Diary
I traveled to Bangkok last week. This was the first time. The city felt bigger than I imaged. Many hotels and offices were under construction and I found the urban area would extend in the near future.
I saw friends who had been to my college as an exchange student, and they took me around there. When I had trouble getting Thai language, they interpreted.
Thanks to them I enjoyed the trip well.

Pre-made Food
More and more people are arguing about pre-made food or pre-made dishes. It has been suggested that making all school canteens sell pre-made food could be a state strategy.
So what exactly is pre-made food? Dishes sold in restaurants are typically cooked by professional cookers. The chefs boil, fry fresh meat, vegetable mixed with some ingredients based on a specific recipe in the restaurant kitchen. This has been gradually changed in the past years, especially in some chain restaurants. The new style of restaurant company opened many branches in different regions, but only set up a central kitchen to produce and dispatch dishes to branches, and they may only buy pre-made dishes from food factories.
In reality, a growing number of dishes that we purchase online are pre-made dishes; they looked good, inexpensive, but with low nutrients. It's no doubt that there are many antiseptic and excessive amounts of salt in it.
Personally, I consider that this kind of dish can be a complementary option to sold in restaurants, however, I personally strongly oppose them to be sold in school canteens. Students require sufficient healthy food to support frowth.
