If you come to Shanghai (3)
The third thing I want to talk about is food.
There's a famous snack in Shanghai called fried dumplings. I know many foreigners are fond of Yang's Fry-dumpling, like a friend here. This brand has a lot of restaurants in Shanghai, and their food is not bad indeed. But if you can't find one of their restaurants, don't worry, you can follow the locals at mealtime. In my experience, any fried dumplings restaurants or stands with many locals are good enough to try.
In the meanwhile, Shanghai's food culture is very diverse. If you have any dietary preferences, all you need to do is ask people-- you can ask the taxi drivers, passers-by, or people who work nearby. Usually, I can get a nice restaurant after four asking in a strange city in China.
If you're a vegetarian, I highly recommend restaurants around the Jing'an Temple and the Longhua Temple. They are originally meant for Buddhists but are also open to the public. You can also have vegetarian dishes in most restaurants by asking the owner to make vegetables for you. Maybe this sentence will help you: 我要素油做蔬菜wǒ yào sù yóu zuò shū cài, which means “I want vegetables with vegetable oil”.

25.07.24 - La gestione del tempo
Recentemente ho guardato un Tedtalk in italiano sul tema della gestione del tempo. Il discorso è stato tenuto dal campione mondiale nella memoria (non sapevo che esistesse un tal campionato!) che raccontava le strategie che aveva usato per avere successo nelle competizioni di memoria. Secondo lui, il cuore della gestione del tempo è la concentrazione. Viviamo in un mondo pieno di distrazioni e quindi dedichiamo molto tempo nell’arco della giornata a riconcentrarci dopo ogni interruzione. Tra i consigli dati per il miglioramento della concentrazione sono di fare gli impegni importanti prima nel giorno, sottoporsi a piccole sfide intellettuali ogni giorno e costringersi a finire compiti entro un periodo di tempo più breve.

The Typhoon Meal
The typhoon has completely passed through. I went to work today, and there is no flooding outside, only a few border trees have broken down, but nothing was really damaged. My colleague said he ate at least four instant noodles during the holiday, and so did I. When I was a child, the power was always cut during typhoons, so we had to keep our fridge closed and use gas to cook instant noodles with canned foods. Nowadays, the power system is much more stable, so power outages are very rare, and we can still cook normal meals when a typhoon comes. But somehow, we still like to eat instant noodles during typhoons; it’s more of a cultural tradition than a necessity.

J'ai seulement lu 34 pages aujourd'hui, mais je vous recommande ce livre non-fiction parce qu'il explique bien la violence contre les femmes en ligne, notamment avec des communautés comme RedPill et d'autres similaires en France, aux États-Unis et d'autres pays à travers du monde. C'est accessible à lire même si vous n'êtes pas technologiste et vous souhaitez en apprendre plus des informations sur les algorithmes discriminatoires, la violence en ligne contre les personnes marginalisées et les franges radicales de nos espaces en ligne.

Évasion de Paris
Aujourd'hui, la cérémonie d'ouverture des Jeux Olympiques aura lieu, n'est-ce pas ?
L'autre jour, j'ai rencontré une connaissance dont la fille habite près de Paris. Je lui ai demandé des nouvelles de sa fille. Il semble que le métro de Paris fonctionnera deux fois plus souvent pendant la période des Jeux Olympiques. Pendant ce temps, sa famille se rendra dans le sud de la France, où vivent les parents de son mari, et y séjournera.

La discipline
🇫🇷 La discipline est le meilleur professeur. Je suis fatiguée et stressée, mais j’ai besoin étudier pour atteindre mis objectifs avec les langues. Je regarde YouTube, je écoute podcasts o la musique et lire les livres pour étudier les langues. Étudier pour 15 minutes m’aide apprendre très bien.

Me llamo Juan López y he sido su cliente para el seguro del coches de su empresa HGY por los últimos dos años. El 7 de julio de 2024 a las 9:15 de la mañana, tenía uña golpe con otro coche en la calle Méndez Valdez esquina Isaac Peral, cerca de número 123. Fue por culpa del otro conductor que no estaba prestando atención de la calle cuando manejaba su vehículo. La otro coche debería girar derecha en esta calle, pero el conductor giró al izquierda, lo cual impulsó el choque imprevisto.
Me gustaría pedirle la recompensa por el accidente para que pueda arreglar el daño a mi carro. Según tres ofertas para reparar el daño, el precio más rentable cuesta €600 euros con la empresa Coches Express. Tendré una reservación para una conferencia el 1 de agosto y necesitaré manejar 600km con mi coche para llegar a Barcelona. Es imperativo que me aconseje lo que necesito hacer para recibir la reembolsa para los servicios de reparación con un plazo de dos semanas. Muchas gracias antemano por el apoyo invaluable de resolver el asunto.

J'éssaye de lire plus et j'aime aussi regarder les animes mais j'ai que autant de temps pour le faire. Quand même je me dis qu'il faut lire au moins un livre par jours préférable j'aimerais lire 3 differentes une de fiction, une de non-fiction et le troisième pour améliorer mon francais. Faut que je grouille mes vacances sont bientôt fini.

A beautiful an hopefull day
Two days after give the results of my son´s medical exams, I think that the God´s time is perfect.
I don´t say the results was perfect, however I keep the hope and fe that the Sebastian´s doctor will find the adequate treatment for him.
48 hours after I feel that all road of my life was prepared for facing this challenge. I hope God stay with me always and he give me the wisdom and resilient for take the better decition.
Today is a new day, and today and tomorrow I will trust in God.
I have faith that betters days will come and my son will be well, always together and with God

Kernunnosz
Kernunnosz (Cernunnos) egy galliai isten volt. Néve az indo-europái gyökértől *kerh2 származik, ami „szarv“ jelent (ang. „horn“, fr. „corne“, gör. „kéras“, és így tovább). Mittelalter
Seit ich geboren wurde, habe ich das Mittelalter so sehr geliebt, einfach alles was damit zu tun hat.
Ich hasse moderne Waffen, sie sind einfach zu stark, jemand aus Fern mit nur einem Schuss zu töten? langweilig. Aber im Mittelalter muss man einen Bogen verwenden oder kämpfen aus der Nähe und das gefällt mir.
Spiele Serien wie 'Mount and Blade' sind mein Favorit, weil du beginnst als einen Bauer (oder etwas ähnliches) und musstest du dein eigne Armee Stück für Stück aufbauen.
Ich liebe auch gewaltlose Dinge über das Mittelalter, z.B Königreiche oder wie man im alten Zeiten spricht, aber am wichtigsten ist das Gefühl, es ist einfach etwas, dass ich nicht erklären kann.
Ich weiß, ich weiß. es ist nicht eigentlich schön, im Mittelalter Zeiten zu leben, aber man kann träumen, oder?

I start to use English at work
There was one happy thing today.
I sent e-mails to Indnesia in English.
I took over a new job from a retiree.
In that job,I sometimes get e-mails from Indnesia.
Mostly, I just receive fixed form text e-mails.
But,a few days ago,I got an email from Indonesia with a question.
Though I used a translation site
,I was able to send non-fixed form text.
I yearn to use English at work, but I am afraid of making mistakes and being rude.
I can work hard if I have to.

W moim salonie
W moim salonie są dwie kanapy. Pierwsza kanapy jest dla dwie osoby, a drugie dla trzy osoby. Na lewej od pierwszej kanapy jest stół. Na stole jest lampa. Na prawej od pierwszej kanapy jest komputer. Pod komputerem jest stół. Komputer i stół są między kanapami. Telewizja jest naprzeciwko pierwszej kanapy. Telewizja stoi na stole. W rogu mam pianinie. Obok pianinie jest kominek. Pianinie jest między kominkiem i telewizji. Kominek jest obok pierwszej kanapy. W weekend muszę sprzątać bo mam za dużo rzeczy na podłoga.

Giovedì 25 luglio
Oggi non è una giornata tranquilla. Come ogni giovedì, ho fatto le pulizie per rilassarmi durante il weekend e per non avere molta roba da fare dopo.
Mi piace ancora lavorare di mattina e sono grata di avere l'orario così ad agosto. Ovviamente vado a letto un po' piu tardi del solito, ma mi sveglio presto comunque.
Ho cercato di mantenere un equilibrio tra gli obiettivi e il relax finché non mi stanco davvero.
Ieri ho guardato un video in cui qualcuno parlava di produttività e diceva che non fa bene alla mente se fai le faccende una dopo l'altra.
Capisco bene quello che diceva, ma c'è qualcosa di rinfrescante quando le sbrighi. Provo sempre a non mescolare le faccende, però comunque temo di non riuscire a fare tutto ciò che ho da fare.
Ci sono altri giorni in cui posso fare le faccende, ma non sono quel tipo di persona.

Un pique-nique dans le parc
Aujourd'hui mes amis et moi voulons faire un pique-nique dans le parc de ma ville. Chacun apporte quelque chose.
Je vais faire des petites pizzas avec salami, champignons et beaucoup du fromage.
Mon amie Ella apportera des boissons et des snacks. J'éspere qu'elle portra aussi des chips.
Et mon autre amie Lena est responsable pour du dessert.
Elle adore faire de la pâtisserie, alors il y aura du gâteau ou des muffins.

Eine Verabredung
Ich gehe heute nicht zu den Mäcky. Ich gehe in eimen Saint-Marc Café in der Nähe von meinem Arbeitort, um mit eine Person über die Arbeit zu reden.
Sie wollte mich heute eilig treffen, weshalb sie sagt hat, dass sie bei mir kommen können. Wir haben eine Verabredung um 16 Uhr, und ich muss um 17 Uhr in meinem Arbeitort ankommen. Ich möchte davor etwas essen. Werde ich dazu Zeit haben?
