Vorteile von Bewegung
Bestimmt ist es, dass Bewegung für Gesundheit gut ist. Es ist nicht nur gut für den Körper, sondern auch für die Emotionen und den Geist. Für die Emotionen ist es gut, wenn mann Sport als Mittel zum Stressabbau benutzen kann. Es it bekannt, dass die negativ Emotionen in den Körper gescheichert ist und es Erkrankung ursachen kann. Oft Sport machen order bewegen kann mann die unerwünschte Emotionen abbauen und besser Konzentration haben. Darum ist Bewegung auch gut für den Geist. Wenn mann Sport macht oder bewegt, konzentriert mann sich nur auf den Atem. Und mit besserer Atmung kann mann klarer Geist haben. Darum empfehle ich Ihnen, Sport zu machen oder sich oft zu bewegen, um gesund zu bleiben.

Die heutige Orcherterprobe
Ich hatte heute eine Orchesterprobe. Wir hatten nach unserem Konzert drei Woche Pause, deshalb heute nach dem Konzert das Erste Mal war.
Wir spielten unsere neuen Stücke. Sie sind zwei Symphonien Nr. 3, die Beethovens und die Brahms. Ich liebe mehr welche Brahms.
Auf jeden Fall machte mir die heutige Probe viel Spaß.

Methode für Deutschlernen
Ich denke, dass der einzige Weg, gut Deutsch zu lernen, viel Übung ist. Natürlich ist es die beste Methode, wenn man mit Muttersprachlern üben kann. Aber ist es auch schwer für mich, um mit Ausländer zu oft lernen. Deshalb habe ich nach vielen Lernapp im Netz gesucht, Deutsch zu üben. Ich benutze 'Langcorrect' Website für Deutschschreiben. Für Sprechen benutze ich das 'Shadowing' Methode. Ich gebe das meinste meines Gelds für einen Deutschkurs aus, um Grammatik zu lernen. Und ich hore oft auf Youtube oder benutze 'Slow German' Website. Ich hoffe, das ist hilfreich für Sie.

The review of the Book “Gulliver’s Travels” by Jonathan Swif
I never red this book in my native language, but of course hear about it. So after i began to learn English again, that was my chance!
I have to say that the book caught my attention after a few pages. Main events are taking place in the 17th-18th age. The main hero is from England. One day he wanted to start a sea journey and see the world. Spoilers - something always going wrong - ship’s crashed, attacks of pirates, storm, even a rebel on a ship. At last he somehow finding a new country, that nobody saw. The first country - Liliput. There live a little people a fifty centimetres tall. They have the same country as England, but everything is small. But they don’t develop a guns and gunpowder, they fighting with bow and arrows. I won’t describe everything in details. To cut a long story short, Gulliver prevented a war between liliputians, but the king and lords want to blind him because he don’t obey the King’s decision of starting war. After that he returned to England and take with him a little cow. And he earned a lot of money to show it local people.
The second country - Brobdingnag. It is reverse country to Liliput. It is a country of giants. They are forty metres tall. Gulliver was a little liliputian. There he was in cell. The farmer who find him show him for money. After that he get to King’s castle and live there. But it was everyday fighting. He fight with rats, monkey, dwarf and with bird. Because of the bird that take the tiny wooden house with Gulliver to the sea he escape the country. After that he returned to England and after a while start a new journey.
The third country - the Laputa island. The Laputa island is levitating on the other island. Laputians is very strange looking creatures. The main interests of people is music and mathematic. They are very clever but scattered. After a short time he left Laputa and go to the beneath island which is call Barnibarbi. He visited local university there.
After that he visited the fourth country - Glubbdubdrib. It is a island of magicians. The King can talk with any spirit of death’s human. Gullaver talked with Alexander the first and with Cesar.
After was the fifth country - Stuldbrug. There are had people which get older but can’t dye. So they are lived forever, but after eighty years they lost own memory, health and want to dye.
And the last country is Houyhnhnms. It is the country of horses. They are the main in the country. They can speak, discuss, think and manage the country. They have servants - the humanoid people. They can’t think, live in dirty hole and walk like monkeys. Gulliver like this country very much. He want to stay here. Because there is no lie and war. The horses are sensible and kind. But at last he is being force to leave the country. And for the rest of his life he will regret about that.

Mein typischer Morgen
Normalerweise beginnt ich meinen Morgen um 7 Uhr. Ersten stehe ich auf und mache mein Bett. Dann trage ich etwas Make-up und ziehe mich um. In der Regel gehe ich um 7.40 Uhr aus dem Haus, um zur Schule zu gehen, und dann kaufe ich unterwegs Frühstück. Heutzutage sind die Essenpreise höher, dass ich versuche, zu früher aufstehen, damit ich zu Haus frühstücken kann und so viel Geld wie möglich aufspare. Ein Ding tun ich oft vorher ausgehen, dass ich Parfüm auftrage. Also darfte es ein gut Tip für jemand, wer sich selbst etwas Versicherung braucht.

T2-Mon voyage à Perth en Australie
Bonjour à tous,
Avez-vous déjà voyagé dans un pays étranger qui vous a laissé une impression inoubliable ? Pour moi, mon séjour en Australie était une expérience incomparable.
Dès mon arrivée à Perth, j’ai été fascinée par les paysages à couper le souffle. Cela m’a permis de m’immerger dans la nature et de me détendre après des journées de travail intenses. Les habitants étaient extrêmement chaleureux et accueillants, ce qui m’a permis de découvrir les trésors cachés de la ville, ainsi que les stations locales. Grâce à eux, j’ai découvert de nombreux endroits intéressants.
De plus, les Australiens aiment la faune sauvage, et voir les kangourous se balader librement dans les parcs était un spectacle unique. En tant qu’amateur d’animaux, j’ai eu la chance rare de les observer de près.
Enfin, la cuisine locale était variée et savoureuse, mais le plat que j’aimais le plus était le bœuf australien grillé dans un restaurant près du centre-ville. Perth, avec son ambiance paisible, restera toujours dans mes souvenirs.
Si vous avez l’opportunité de visiter l’Australie, je vous recommande vivement de ne pas manquer cette ville captivante.

Sabato 12 ottobre
Finalmente mi sono riposata sebbene sia andata a letto più tardi del solito. Mi sono già allenata (mi alleno 3 volte alla settimana) dopo aver fatto colazione. Di solito mangio poco a colazione.
Fra poco farò una passeggiata e andrò al mercato per fare la spesa. Nulla batte la sensazione di poter sbrigare tutte le faccende senza preoccupazioni. Di solito cerco di farle prima di lavorare.
Cucinerò diversi piatti la settimana prossima. Mi sento più adulta da quando ho iniziato a cucinare di più. Non è che non sapessi come farlo, è che non ne avevo tempo.
Per me quest'anno è stato meglio dell'anno scorso e spero di migliorarmi ancora di più entro la fine dell'anno.

後ろめたくなった件
今週、大好きなAtlusさんが新作のゲーム、「Metaphor Re:Fantazio」を発売しました。すごく楽しそうでめっちゃプレイしたいです。でもこの週末に、彼女といろんな用事があってゲームする時間がつくれなさそうです。しかも、Atlusさんの前の発売、「P3R」をまだクリアしてません。
昨日、友達が「Metaphorすげえぞ、ペルソナ5よりすげえ」と私にメッセージして、めっちゃ羨ましかった。「おまえ、独身でいいな」と思ってしまいました。彼女にちょっと後ろめたくなりました。彼女が大好きで（Atlusさんより百倍で）あんなことを思っちゃって謝りたかった。でも結局何も言いませんでした。言うと、彼女がきっと「あ、私のせいでパオロがゲームする時間がないの？」と勘違いします。絶対そういうことではないです。私はただ”time management”が悪いです。（「時間管理」で訳せばいいですか？）
独身の頃を思い出すと、一日をゲームに注いだことが多かったので１，２時間だけでプレイすると満足しづらい。でもそれで慣れたらいいかもね。最初からゲームはほどほどにプレイするべきだからね。でもRPGはほどほどじゃ楽しくないですよ！（笑）

Do you once visit a stranger's house?
I am a kind of person a bit introverted. So, most of my friends who knew me well could not believe that I could visit a stranger's house.
It's interesting that a few months ago. I met an old man from Indonesia who is really a social butterfly. He invited me to visit strangers' houses, and just talk with them. He is so energetic and write down many stranger's phone numbers, most of them met in church. First, he asks for their address and phone number politely. One or two times later, he would suggest visiting their house and asking for free talking, some of the strangers would agree with him. After that, he would ask me go with him if the stranger permits. Finally, we talked about everything freely at their house. Generally, we will bring some small gifts with us, and the host will prepare a small plate of cookies and tea on the table.
It's fantastic to group a quiet and outgoing individual.

I Love Autumn
Finally, Shanghai welcomed this autumn, and my favorite flower in Autumn, osmanthus has been blooming.
I can smell it when I open my window in the morning, and when I walk on the road.
I love the sweet and joyful fragrance of osmanthus. I often bought some perfume that claimed to smell like osmanthus. But unfortunately, they were not somehow, even those I thought it was the first time.
Anyway, I really enjoy these autumn days.

Oggi è il 79ene anniversario della fine della Guerra del
Pacifico. Avevo dimenticato. C'era uno spettacolo in TV: "Anne Frank di Saipan". Una bambina sull'isola giapponese di Saipan teneva un diario. L'isola fu invaso dagli USA in 1944. Scrisse dell'orrore, della paura e di tutto il resto. Non morì in guerra, però, comme Anne Frank. Sopravvisse alla guerre, tornò in Giappone, e morì all'età di 90 anni. Il produttore ha intervisto sua figlia, oggi una nonna.

Siamo andati alla città di Nagano, perché mia figlia di 16 anni voleva visitare l'università lì. Mia moglie e mia figlia ci sono andate, invece mio figlio e io siamo andati a giocare a bowling. Abbiamo giocato quattro partite.

Por que quiero aprender el español
Mi plan es convertirme una abogada en los Estados Unidos, así que se le ayuda más mucha gente si hablo bien español.
Leí que es útil a empezar aprender las palabras y frases que son necesarias en las situaciones relevantes.
En este caso, es necesario a saber cuales palabras se usan en una oficina de ley de inmigración. Trato de recordar lo que estaban hablado cuando trabajé voluntario a FLIC, donde ayudamos a los clientes a llenar la documentacion para aplicar para naturalización.
Mi Primera vez se fue tan mal 😭. La cliente no tenía toda la informacion necesaria para continuar y me siento que perdí el tiempo.

Today I almost woke up late for work because the alarm didn't ring for some reason. I only had time to get myself a mug of coffee with milk which I basically drink every morning along with some crackers or something else. Please, don't judge my poor morning diet. A lot of unknown phone numbers started calling me during work, almost non-stop. This has been happening for about two months and it makes me so angry and annoyed since the phone calls stop the music I'm listening. They're just spam.
Also, it rained this afternoon. I wasn't at home when the rain started so after a couple of minutes I could return and close all the windows. It was a heavy rain but it didn't last for so long. I'll hang out with a friend at McDonald's soon. We both are not into alcoholic drinks so we usually go out only for eating or playing volleyball, avoiding parties like "weird nerds". Maybe I'll listen to some City pop on the way back. For those who don't know what City Pop is, it's basically japanese 80's music. I suggest giving it a try if you have some free time. The atmosphere from those songs is amazing.

Mi experiencia aprendiendo español despues de 2 años
Ultimamente estudiando español ha sido dificil. Creo que estoy perdiendo motivacíon para progresar con el idioma. Desde mi punto de vista, tengo un nivel adecuado para entender mucho de lo que leo y escucho. El problema en este momento es mi hablidad de hablar, es mucho mas bajo de mis otras habilidades con el idioma. No tengo mucha oportunidad para placticar en español y por esta razon es dificil progresar esta area. Me encantaría tener hispanohablantes alrededor de mi para practicar pero este no es la verdad. Yo vivo en Canada y por supuesto soy nativo de ingles and muchas veces escucho Frances y tengo un monton de amigos que hablan Frances. Pero, no tengo ganas para aprender Frances como Español al menos en el principio. En cambio, viajaré a Mexico en Diciembre con mi novia y debido a eso tengo un reto para alcanzar - quiero tener un nivel adecuado para hablar con los nativos.

The Question At Forum
Hello! I solve the stationary non-compressible task so I use simpleFoam and compare with data of experiment. The number of Reynolds in my problems shows that a flow is a laminar. But, my pressure values different on average at 65%. So, I want to try turbulence model. I have a question: is this corect to use turbulence model, if a viscosity show that flow is a laminar?
And can you please to advise where I can read about RAS and LES model on not difficult way?

La maniére de parler
L'eloquence est une très cool compétence à avoir. Savoir bien parler paraît peut-être pas si impressionant au premier coup néanmoins c'est une pouvoir vachement utilé. Les gens ne se rendent pas compte à quel point la manière de s'adresser à quelqu'un est important. Parler est aussi naturel pour l'homme comme réspirer et pourtant qu'un petit groupe arrive à le faire eloquemment. Ces ne sont pas que les beaux paroles ces sont des techniques pour partarger ses pensées comprehensible et facile à retenir pour tout le monde, des techniques utilé pour convaincre les masses, utilé à le negociation, utilé à mettre les gens à l'aise et encore plus. Il s'agit d'une grande domaine maitriser par que quelques personnes.

Venerdì 11 ottobre
Finalmente è arrivato il mio giorno preferito - venerdì! La settimana è passata più velocemente di quanto pensassi.
Sono esausta, ma felice di aver avuto un'altra settimana produttiva. Per me niente è comparabile alla sensazione di fare del mio meglio e riuscirci.
Farò parte di un training la settimana prossima. Lo scopo è svolgere nuove mansioni, però non ne sono contenta. Sarei più felice se lo stipendio mi aumentasse.
Tuttavia, non me ne lamenterò troppo; almeno cambio un po' la routine. Cerco di vedere le cose da un altro punto di vista ed essere grata per ciò che ho adesso.
Non vedo l'ora che arrivi la sera e di rilassarmi. Qualunque cosa faccia questo weekend, sarò sicura di riposarmi e approfittarne al massimo.
