Check Grammar, title is " Food"
Today, i will introduce about " Phở". It is a traditional food in Vietnam. This dish includes : rice noddles and sweet broths. It was boild with cow's bone in 30 minutes, with beaf or chicken. Spices included onions, vergetables, lemons, spicy sauces. " Phở" has a stong favor, good smell and so delious. I really like to eat " Phở" in the morning because it help me full and more energy. My mother often cooks it when we have a small family party.

私の好きな映画の一つ
私には何度観ても飽きない、大好きな映画があります。それは、クリストファー・ノーラン監督の『インターステラー』です。この映画を初めて観たとき、映像の美しさと壮大なストーリーに強い衝撃を受けたことを今でもよく覚えています。映像や音楽の迫力は、まるで映画の中に入り込んだかのような感覚を与えてくれました。
『インターステラー』は、地球の環境が悪化し、人類が新しい居住可能な惑星を探すというテーマのSF映画です。しかし、ただの宇宙冒険映画ではなく、家族の絆や時間の流れ、そして人間の選択の重さについて深く考えさせられる作品です。特に、主人公クーパーと娘マーフの関係はとても感動的で、観るたびに心が温かくなります。
この映画を繰り返し観る理由の一つは、毎回新しい発見があるからです。物理学の理論やブラックホールの描写など、少し難しい内容も含まれていますが、それがこの映画の魅力の一つだと思います。科学的な知識がなくても、物語の中の「愛」や「希望」といった普遍的なテーマに強く共感できます。
個人的には、お気に入りのシーンを一つに決めることができません。なぜなら、たくさんのシーンが繋がって映画全体の感動を作り出しているからです。ただ、一つ挙げるなら、主人公が「5次元空間」と呼ばれる異次元の空間に入り、本棚の本をモールス信号で揺らして過去の娘にメッセージを送ろうとする場面です。このシーンはとても不思議で、科学と感情が交差する瞬間で、何度観ても心に残ります。
また、映画の音楽も素晴らしく、ハンス・ジマーの壮大なスコアが映像と完璧に調和しています。音楽は物語の感情をより強く伝え、見る人の感動を一層深めます。
最近もまた『インターステラー』を観返しましたが、やはり何度観ても新しい感動があります。忙しい日々の中でこの映画を観ると、人生や時間、そして大切な人との関係について改めて考えさせられます。
まだ観たことがない方がいたら、ぜひ集中してじっくり観てほしいです。静かな場所で、できれば大きな画面や良い音響環境で観ることをおすすめします。
私にとって『インターステラー』は単なる娯楽ではなく、人生について深く考えるきっかけとなる大切な作品です。これからも、何度も繰り返し観続けたいと思います。

My biggest mistake in language learning (2/2)
If one were to achieve upper-intermediate or even higher proficiency level without knowing the correct way of spelling the unique sounds in one's target language, it would be excruciatingly effort-and-time-demanding to reestablish the speaking habits. Without deliberate pronunciation training it is almost impossible to avoid such mistakes. Although I learned a lot from immersion, it has not taught me how to pronounce and, most importantly, distinguish different sounds. If I were to give a piece of advice to somebody who did not deliberately study phonetics (except for the first few lessons) at all, I would highly recommend starting right now. Not everyone, including me, needs to have a native-like accent. However, I find it crucial, especially for someone who aims to be an advanced speaker, to master pronunciation so that it would be impossible to guess one's origin. I see it as a turning point because if one can pronounce all the sounds correctly, without substituting them with the sounds from one's native language, one has mastered the former sounds to a native-like level. However, it would take hundreds of hours of mimicking (through shadowing, for instance) to have an undistinguishable accent which, again, is not for everyone.

My biggest mistake in language learning (1/2)
Some people believe that for a language learner the objective for speaking should be to be understood. They think that one should not dwell on one's accent if it is adequate to be comprehended. At the same time, there are plenty of individuals who advocate for studying phonetics at the beginner stages of language learning. I made a huge mistake by underestimating the latter idea...
A week ago, for the first time, I received constructive feedback on my speech based on almost 2 hours of pure convesation from a native speaker of English. He told me that although I was 100% understandable, and both my vocabulary and grammar knowledge was almost excellent, my accent was more obvious than I thought. Hence, I decided that this would be a perfect moment for me to delve into phonetics.
First of all, I understood the difference between pronunciation and accent. While pronunciation refers to the way of spelling the sounds, the word accent describes the general way of speaking, including rhythm, intonation, and the word stress. One can have a magnificent pronunciation yet distinctive accent. However, it does not work vice versa: one can not reconcile the outstanding accent and a deplorable spelling.
This drew me to the conclusion that it is vital to start working on one's pronunciation as early as possible.

Mi día perfecto
En Sábado, me gusto jugar al golf con mis amigos. Después, nosotros a menudo vamos comer. Nos restaurantes favoritos es "Torchy's" o "Nando's". Torchy's tiene tacos y Nandos tiene pollo asado.
Después almuerzo, voy a mi casa limpiar, hacer la tarea, y mirar películas.
En Domingo, voy a la tienda por comida, y entonces, cocino por la semana.

L’endurance
Au collège et au lycée, j’étais une athlète spécialisée dans le demi-fond et le fond. N’ayant aucun talent particulier pour le sport, j’étais maladroite dans toutes les disciplines pendant mon enfance. Mais tout a changé le jour où j’ai remporté la première place à la course d’endurance de mon école primaire. C’est à ce moment-là que ma vie sportive a véritablement commencé.
De nature peu explosive, cette discipline me convenait parfaitement : même si je partais lentement, je pouvais gagner à condition de garder patience et de ne pas céder. Évidemment, courir n’était jamais facile. Mais lorsque je trouvais le bon rythme, j’avais la sensation que mon corps se mettait à courir tout seul.
Dans les moments difficiles, je m’efforçais de penser uniquement à des choses joyeuses : des souvenirs heureux, des plats délicieux, des personnes que j’aimais profondément… car je savais que penser à des choses sombres ne ferait qu’accentuer la souffrance.
Aujourd’hui encore, cette expérience m’aide dans tout ce que j’entreprends. Une fois que je trouve mon rythme, il est naturel pour moi de continuer jusqu’à la ligne d’arrivée.
Même à l’époque où j’étais athlète, je n’ai jamais abandonné une seule course en cours de route. Plus la douleur est intense, plus les choses agréables prennent de la valeur et réchauffent le cœur.
Si j’étais restée au Japon, j’aurais sans doute mené une vie stable. Mais pour moi, la stabilité n’a aucune valeur.
C’est à travers la souffrance que la vie prend tout son sens.

About Japanese Idol Culture
Johnny & Associates is a boy-pop idol agency that everyone in Japan knows, having produced countless nationally beloved male idols—SMAP, ARASHI and so on—who’ve captivated a great many women. From around 1970, it dominated Japan’s entertainment industry for over half a century, but its reign came to an end in 2023 when the BBC reported that the late founder, Johnny Kitagawa, had sexually abused male talents under his management. For Japanese women in their twenties through forties—who spent their youth watching Johnny’s idols on TV and attending their concerts—this revelation by the BBC was nothing short of an event that turned their, and indeed the entire Japanese public’s, perception of Johnny’s idols 180 degrees.
What was most striking was that Kitagawa’s sexual abuse had been concealed and never surfaced—only after the BBC first reported it did Japanese news outlets finally begin to cover it. In other words, the Japanese public learned the truth for the first time through the BBC’s reimported report. This is said to be because Johnny & Associates controlled the Japanese media, preventing any negative information about Kitagawa from being published.

The election in Japan
In Japan, two big elections are scheduled in June and July in 2025.
They are Tokyo Council Election and House of Councillors Election.
They will be held continuously, this timing is per 12 years!
On the other hand, I have a concern about Japanese election and young people.
Recently, Japanese younger isn’t interested in elections.
I guess that they think elections are not important for them.
It’s very risky because the consequence of election is affect their future!
I wish the younger go and participate in this two elections.

Les parents en Irlande
À votre avis, est-ce que les parents en Irlande aujourd’hui donnent trop de liberté à leurs enfants ?
J’ai des sentiments mixtes concernant cette question. Dès que je l’ai lue, j’ai pensé à ma propre vie de jeune et mes propres parents. Afin d’expliquer mes pensées, je vais parler du système éducatif et d’alcool.
Premièrement, je crois que beaucoup de parents sont stricts en relation à l'éducation. En Irlande, le système éducatif a des nombreux problèmes. Il y a trop de pression sur les élèves. Les parents contribuent à ce problème car ils veulent que leurs enfants étudient pendant trop d' heures chaque semaine. Dans ce pays, trop d'adolescents souffrent avec des problèmes mentaux comme la dépression et l’anxiété, à cause de cette pression. Donc, il est clair que les parents sont trop strictes avec leurs enfants concernant leurs études.
Deuxièmement, à mon avis, les parents sont trop détendus au sujet de l’alcool. En Irlande, on pense souvent que les jeunes boivent trop souvent et en excès. Il est bien connu que l’alcool a beaucoup d'effets néfastes sur la santé. L'alcool peut provoquer des maladies cardiaques et hépatiques. En plus, l’alcool peut mal toucher la santé mentale parce que il peut détruire l'équilibre chimique du cerveau. Ainsi, on ne peut pas nier que les parents doivent devenir plus strictes concernant l’alcool, pour la santé physique et mentale de leurs enfants.
Après avoir parlé du système éducatif et d'alcool, il est clair que c'est un sujet difficile. Beaucoup d’adolescents boivent d’alcool parce que la pression qui accompagne l'éducation. Donc, il est essentiel que les parents offrent plus de soutien et d'aide à leurs enfants pour améliorer leur bien-être mental.

Schreiben Sie einen kurzen Absatz (5–7 Sätze) über Ihr Woche
Am Wochenende habe ich meine Founde besucht, weil das Wetter schön war. Wir sind im Park spazieren gegangen und habe ich Picknick gemacht. Ich habe viel gelacht, weil wir über alte Geschichten gesprochen haben. Wenn die Sonne scheint, verbringe ich gerne Zeit draußen. Am Abend bin ich früh ins Bett gegangen, weil ich müde war. Es war ein entspannter und schöner Tag.

Французы и мода
Существует очень много неправильных стереотипов о французах. Например говорят, что мы всё одиваемся по последней моде и любим роскошь. Это совершенно не так.
Конечно некоторые придают значение элегантности, но меньше и меньше французов могут позволять себе тратить тысячи или даже сотни евро каждый месяц в бесполезную и дорогую одежду. Невозможно сказать, что экономическая ситуация стран улучшается. Все больше людей должны обращать внимание на свои расходы. Некоторые вкалывают за простую, достойную жизнь, поэтому они конечно не покупают обувь Бальман или сумочки Луи Вуиттон. В магазины Элисейских Полей ходит теперь меньшинство населения.
Мода не так важна, как раньше, и по культурным причинам. Сегодня многие выступают против «быстрой моды» (fast fashion), из-за её экологического воздействия и бессмысленного потребительства. К тому же критизируют вредное влияние индустрии моды на самооценку людей, особенно молодых девочек.

Un goûter
J’ai déjà parlé de ma bonne amie qui déménagera bientôt. Elle partira dans deux semaine et donc je l’ai invitée à prendre un thé chez moi. Elle me manquera. J’ai fait beaucoup d’efforts et j’ai préparé un délicieux goûter avec des mini-sandwichs et un gâteau à la banane.
Nous nous entendons bien et pendant le goûter, nous avons beaucoup bavardé, parlant de tout et de rien. Nous avons passé un bon l’après-midi en nous remémorant notre passé. Oui, nous avons beaucoup de bons souvenirs.
Elle a beaucoup aimé mon gâteau à la banane et je lui ai promis de partager la recette. C’est très facile à préparer et la chose la plus délicieuse est le glaçage sur le gâteau. Je l’ai préparée avec du fromage à la crème. J’ai aussi décoré le gâteau avec des noix.

Déménager après 35 ans
Après 35 ans à Canberra, ma bonne amie, Nicola a décidé de déménager. Elle va vivre à Melbourne où son fils et sa famille habitent. Mon amie veut habiter près de sa famille car actuellement, elle se sent un peu seule et elle cherche de la compagnie. Son mari est décédé, il fait 8 ans, et elle m’a dit que c’est le bon moment de partir et de refaire une nouvelle vie ailleurs. Elle a choisi Melbourne puisque ses petits enfant sont là. Elle en a quatre.
Son mari et elle ont construit leur maison en 1994 et ils y ont passé 30 années heureuses. Leurs enfants y ont grandi et elle garde des bons souvenirs.
Lorsque je suis arrivée à Canberra, Nicola qui je n’ai jamais rencontrée, a été très bienveillante. Elle et son mari, ils m’ont pris sous leur ailes et ils m’ont beaucoup aidée. Ils m’ont introduite à leurs amis et grâce à eux, maintenant j’ai de nombreux amis. Elle va me manquer.
