Xixi wetland
There is a great travel spot named Xixi Wetland in HangZhou, China. It is also an ecological protection area. Compared to other nunja, it’s most important characteristic is the ceremony between country yards and nature. There are several Chinese style gardens located in Xixi wetland, the most famous one is GuoZhuang, a large villa of a gentleman named Guo. This place had reception for the empire of Qing Dynasty, who had copy that place in his own garden in Beijing lately. And it is also the prototype of Da Guan Yuan, the background scene of the famous book named “The Dream of Red Mansion.”
Surrounded by several rivers, hundred and thousand kinds of birds are flying freely in there. Wild flowers are booming everywhere, several farmers carrying a hoe walk and loose the soil sometimes.
It is exactly the image that drawn by the Tao Yuan Ming, a ancient famous poet, who had written went like this: “Picking chrysanthemums under the eastern fence, leisurely seeing the southern mountains.”

Can you make something because I'm hungry? (32)
I read an interesting entry on this website, so I'd like to try to write about my view of the difference between "...から" and "...ので"
For example, if my child tells me "ねえ、おなかすいたので何か作って", I will be surprised.
He usually says "ねえ、おなかすいたから何か作って"
Basically, if someone who is close to you like family says "。。。ので" I would feel a little bit of distant.
Of course, the sentence isn't wrong.
I feel like "。。。ので" is used in an essay or Journal.
I used it in the first sentence of my this entry as well.
However, it's nothing wrong to sue it in a conversation with your coworkers, boss or teachers.

Australia 3
I'm going to talk about the continuation of my trip in Australia.
The last day of my travel Australia, I went to Manly beach by ferry boat.
I've been the beach ones so the scenery is looked familiar.
We got on a ferry boat from a wharf.
We could see Opera house and harbor bridge. A view from a ferry boat was amazing. So I love Sydney.
It was superb view!
It took around 30minutes from the wharf to Manly wharf by ferry boat.
We walked along the beach and we ate fish and chips. That was soooo delicious. I couldn't eat all so I feed it sea gull.

Warum die Katze unzufrieden ist, Teil eins
Liebe Freunde,
mein heutiger Beitrag ist wieder mit einer Postkarte inspiriert. Ich liebe Postkarten und habe ein paar Freunde, die meine Leidenschaft teilen. Deshalb tauschen wir oft Postkarten aus und manchmal versuchen wir, es lustig zu machen.
Diese Postkarte zeigt ein Ukiyo-e Bild und zeigt einen leeren Zimmer mit ein paar Sachen auf dem Boden und einer Katze. Eine Katze sitzt auf einer Fensterbank und blickt auf den Sonnenuntergang und den Berg Fuji. Die Katze ist sehr unzufrieden. Auf der anderen Seite der Postkarte es gibt meine Adresse und eine Frage. Warum ist die Katze so unzufrieden?
Um es nicht zu lang zu machen, werde ich meine Erkenntnisse später mitteilen (das Internet hat alle Antworten). Aber jetzt muss ich rennen.

日本の女性管理職の割合

この記事のテーマは日本の厚生労働省が去年発表した女性管理職の割合です。厚生労働省によると、その割合は12.7%です。記事は他の国と日本の割合を比べて、日本の割合が非常に低いことを示しました。しかし、私はそれに驚きませんでした。一番驚いたのは、フィリピンの割合が5割以上で、アメリカの割合より高いことです。私は社会の状態の文化的な原因に興味があるから、誰かがフィリピンの割合がそんなに高い理由を知っていたら、ぜひ教えてください。
アメリカでも女性管理職の割合が話題になっているけれど、アメリカの割合は日本の割合ほど低くありません。しかし、ある日本の会社はアメリカの会社と同じ指導プログラムや交流会といった取り組みを進めていて、アメリカの会社が進めていない役立ちそうな取り組みも進めています。それで、こんな取り組みが色々な日本の会社に取り入れられたら、きっと女性の割合を高くするのではないでしょうか。
アメリカの会社と同じ取り組みの例として、記事が述べたアフラックのマンツーマンでのサポートをあげたいと思います。私は銀行でソフトウェアエンジニアとして働いています。銀行は「Women in Tech」というbusiness resource group（同じような差別を受けやすいグループに属する人の集団で、略して「BRG」という）があって、そのBRGはアフラックと同じようなプログラムを行っています。指導者のおかげで、女性のソフトウェアエンジニアは昇進のためのスキルを習ったり、自信を持つようになったりします。
一方、私が知っている限り、銀行は記事が述べたコープデリの育休から復職後にキャリアアップする研修のような取り組みを進めていません。銀行はコープデリの研修を見習ったら、子供を産んだ社員が仕事に早く慣れなおしたり、子育てと仕事をバランスしたりすることをもっとよく支えられるのではないかと思います。
では、皆さんはどう思いますか。働いている会社の社員の女性の割合を高くする取り組みに満足していますか。

Fähigkeiten lernen
Man will oft für die kürzeste Zeit eine Fähigkeit erlernen und mühelos sie meistern. Es gibt für jemanden kein einzigen Weg zum Lernen, auf dem man immer dazu gelangt, aber einige Fehler kann man in dem Prozess vermeiden. Einen davon habe ich schon mal gemacht, dass ich zu viel Zeit verschwendet habe, um zu recherchieren, mit welchen Methoden ich am besten ein gewisses Thema begreife, statt mich mit der Hauptsache selbst zu beschäftigen. Das heißt, womit man lernt ist nicht so bedeutend im Vergleich zu, was man eigentlich gelernt hat, weil es meistens nur eine Frage der Zeit ist, ob man seine Ziele erreicht. Ein gute Lernende sollte auch häufig versuchen, die gelernte Kenntnisse zu verwirklichen und sich zuzulassen, zahlreiche Fehler zu machen, denn wer nur die Theorie im Kopf und niemals etwas in die Praxis umgesetzt hat leistet in Realität nichts. Die Fehler dienen als eine Lupe, mit der man die Schwäche seiner Erkenntnis wahrnehmen kann, um sich darin zu verbessern.

Manga: A Sign of Affection, résumé
A Sign of Affection, intitulé le pareil dans la traduction française, raconte l’histoire d’une universitaire sourde, Yuki, qui tombe amoureux pour la première fois. Voici Itsuomi, un polyglotte posé et plein de charisme qui voyage le monde. Par conséquent, on observe comment le monde de Yuki ouvre à travers son amitié poussant avec Itsuomi et même plus un conte d’amour.
L’autrice suu Morishita crée une histoire accompagnée par les dessins brillants et purs qui touchent le cœur de tous ceux qui le lisent.

Alkohol
Alkoholismus ist ein sehr sehr schwer zu bewältigendes Problem in vielen Ländern. Oft haben Leute Schwierigkeiten damit, ihren Alkoholkonsum auf einem "normalen" oder "gesunden" Niveau zu halten. Es kommt manchmal auch dazu, dass alkoholisierte Menschen sehr große Gefahr für anderen darstellen, und durch unangebrachtes Verhältnis große Schaden in der Gesellschaft verursachen können. Nicht umsonst ist der Alkoholkonsum während oder vor der Teilnahme am Straßenverkehr stark bestraft und komplett verboten. Die Menschen, die mit einem an Alkoholismus leidenden Mensch zusammenleben oder ihm sehr nahestehen, haben auch kein ruhiges Leben. Sie müssen immer damit rechnen, dass ihr betrunkener Freund oder Mann heute noch einmal nach Hause zurückkommt und einen Aufstand macht, oder was schlechter ist, einem körperlich und psychisch belastet. (meistens sind das Männer, die eine höhere Wahrscheinlichkeit haben, im Laufe des Lebens einen Alkoholsucht zu entwickeln). Das ist ein schreckliches Erlebnis, mit einem Betrunkenen zu streiten, oder sich gegen einem zu wehren. Laut einigen Studien gibt es einige Gründe dafür, warum einige Leute eher leichter von Alkohol abhängig werden können und andere sich rechtzeitig davon distanzieren und von einem genügenden Maß am Trinken immer bewusst sein können. Zu einem unkontrollierten Alkoholkonsum tragen sehr zahlreiche gesellschaftliche und persönliche Faktoren bei. Leicht zu bemerken sind die gesellschaftlichen Anlässen, bei denen unbedingt Alkohol konsumiert werden soll, da die Voraussetzung für den obligatorischen Konsum bereits in Bezeichnungen stehen. Oft werden wir zum "Feierabendsbier", zum "Anstoß" oder zur Pub-party eingeladen, und werden da gemütlich den ganzen Abend mit alkoholischen Getränken versorgt. Dadurch, dass der Konsum alkoholischer Getränke so normalisiert ist, fällt es einigen unheimlich schwer, sich davon abzuwenden und nichts davon bei solchen Anlässen zu trinken. Da man schnell vor anderen Trinkenden als schwarze Schaf ausfallen kann, und dumme Sprüche auf seinen eigenen Personalität und Charakter gerichtet bekommt, trinkt man nur so nicht aus Genuss sondern aus Not, was sich auch sehr beleidigend und unangenehm anfühlen kann. Da das Bier und Alkohol insgesamt als Volksdroge gilt, sind die Menschen nicht so sehr stark davon bewusst, ob sie überhaupt trinken sollen, um Spaß mit den Freunden zu haben und gute Laune während des Feier aufrechtzuerhalten. Außerdem gibt es kein gesundes Maß am Alkohol, da es immer ungesund ist, Alkohol zu trinken, selbst in kleinen Mengen. Die ständige Verharmlosung und Normalisierung von Alkoholkonsum trägt sehr stark dazu bei, dass einige Menschen sich an Grenze stoßen und von einem sogenannten "moderaten" Alkoholkonsum zum einem krankhaften Konsumverhältnis übergehen.

Should sport be political ?
Nowadays media enable us to access more content through TV channels, radio and social media. Among those contents, sport is one of the most famous. That popularity may result in political consequences. Should sport be related to politics ?
To start with, I think that sport was meant to let people have fun and to forget the problems of life. So, sport should not be political. Indeed, sports mostly consist in a game, that many or few will watch as a hobby. So, sport is not to be political, because it would require sport players and sport managers to focus on that rather than being fully focused on the game.
In addition to that, sports should not be political, nor expected to be so, because neither sport players nor sport managers are fully prepared to handle those political issues. True, more and more players have courses about how to deal with that, but there still is a tremendous amount of player, who had not benefited from that.
However, players should not be allowed to act the way they want if this is inappropriate. Why ? Because they are like models for children and teenagers in the world. So, players have to behave in order to show example, but sports should not be used as tools in politics. Nevertheless, I still admit that sport happen to become political when a specific sport become popular enough to get publicity all over the world. Those kind of sport will be used as tools in politics and will convey a political message. For example, in the English football Premier League, Zaha, a football player, had not knelt at the beginning of a game. Players usually knee at the beginning of games to oppose racism. Zaha wanted to say that kneeing is useless without actions and mostly useful actions. How would that not be political? So, sport conveys a political message, even if it had not been meant to be used this way, on condition that that sport is famous.
I agree with the fact that useless affirmative actions should be singled out by any way to improve society. But I don’t think sports should be used as tools of soft powers, even if I know most countries use sport this way.
However, if sport should be apolitical to my mind, sport can still be a way to convey a major message for society and so to be political. Indeed when sport players use their fame in order to talk about political issuers. It means that they are aware of the responsibility and the clout they can have through sport. For example, Didier Drogba succeeded in putting an end to a civil war in Ivory Coast with a speech at the end of match he won with the Ivorian team.
All in all, I think that sport should not be meant to be political, but it has to be political when sport players realize how important that is to make the world a greater place.

「that」と「the」
（すごく長かったですよね。文法に失敗してしまうことだらけになったら、せめて役に立つ知らせがあればいいと思います。）
外国話者にとって、多分英語の冠詞の正しい使い方を掴むことはとても難しいかもしれませんけれど、特に難しい方が「that」だと思います。それで「that」と「the」の違いや、「that」の英語感覚を話したいと思います。
「the book」とは、「この本」を意味しており、本が一つだけあることや、聞き手のご存知の本であることがわかります。「that book」では、ほとんど同じ意味ですけど、聞き手に近い本や持っている本という意味も可能です。
なお、「the feeling when X happens」という例を考えていきましょう。「Xが起こるときの気持ち」と翻訳するのは間違いないと思います。「that feeling when X happens」でもほとんど同じ意味ですけど、聞き手もこの気持ち・状態をよく知っているというニュアンスを持っている文になります。聞き手に多分同じようなことがあったという感じです。「the」と「that」がどっちでもいい場合で、聞き手を共感させたい場合、「that」のほうが良いと思います。
この「よく知っている」ニュアンスが見える例文として、
I’m going to the store. ー＞ 店に行くよ。
I’m going to that store. ー＞ 前に話した店に行くよ。（または、互いに知っている特別の店に行くよ。）
自分ははっきりと覚えていないが相手なら覚えるかもしれないものを示すこともできます。
日常会話
A: Do you remember that scene in the movie where the guy jumped out of the plane?
B: What guy?
A: You know, that guy who does all those films.
B: What films?
A: Ugh…

Un reporte sobre una boda que no se celebró
Esta mañana mientras revisaba los videos que aparecían en el feed de mi cuenta de Youtube, me topé con uno que contaba una historia inusual. Reportaba el drama que ha vivido un hombre después de que su novia lamentablemente muriera en un accidente automovilístico. Después del fatídico incidente, el hombre intentó recuperar los gastos de su boda que nunca pudo celebrarse debido a la tragedia que le golpeó. La mayoría de las compañías que él contrató demostraron señales de comprensión por el luto que estaba atravesando. Entonces, le reembolsaron los gastos como acto de solidaridad, menos una. El fotógrafo se negó a reembolsarle el dinero al hombre citando que el contrato que firmó era legalmente vinculante y estipulaba que no había reembolso. Para presionarlo, el hombre compartió la situación con los medios de comunicación locales y esto es cuando la situación se turnó aberrante. En vez de ceder ante la presión mediática, el fotógrafo decidió burlarse publicamente del viudo refiriendo al fallecimiento de su novia en las redes y hasta bromeando de la cancelación de su boda. El reporte mencionó que el fotógrafo ya tenía antecedentes por otros casos en los que incumplió con la entrega de fotos a decenas de otras parejas.

Je suis devenu infermière pour aider les malades. Les malades voient et apprécient mes efforts. Mais, vous, les médecins, ne les voient pas. Vous faites erreurs comme tous le monde, mais vous criez quand j’en fais une. Cet environnement a un impact négatif sur nos santé mentale. Domenica
Sono già stanca di lavorare. Ho ricevuto il mio orario di lavoro di febbraio. Lavoro dalle 3 e mezza fino a mezzanotte. Non mi piace particolarmente, ma così non dovrai andare in ufficio. Le piccole cose fanno la differenza nella mia vita.
Ho iniziato ad ascoltare molto la radio, specialmente qualche stazione italiana. Mi occorre più tempo per capire di più. So che il mio obiettivo di imparare di più e parlare meglio è possibile solo se provo con tutte le mie forze.
Sto per allenarmi un po'. A domani!

Renewing my Driving License : Part 2
After the traffic accident I went to a shrine to take a lucky charm. We call it "Omamori". Then made a wish to god of the shrine traffic safety. When I looked up which shrines' god has the highest power for driving safety, Google indicated me " Kanda Myojin".
The shrine is known as good fortun for the business. That's why many business persons who want to get success at their work would come but same time it's good for drivers' safety.
The accident happened in November. New years holiday would come soon. The first day of January, I invited two my friends to go "Hatsumode". We usually visit a shrine or a temple in January. Then I prayed for no more traffic accident and bought a lucky charm.
For now, five years passed. But I still have been putting it on with me. Since I have it all the time. I never get any serious car accident. I'm not sure it because of the power of the lucky charm.
Do you think it's a superstition?
It's up to you whether you believe or not.

Lina ist der Meinung,dass man für einen Vegetarischen Ernährung entschieden sollte.Ich bin der gleiche Meinung. Wenn man Vegetarisch ist , bleibe er schlank und fit .Bei uns in Kamerun ein paar Menschen entschieden sich ,weil sie Tiere das Recht zu leben denken.Ich finde ,das ist eine gute Lebensentscheidung deshalb esse ich sehr oft Obst und Gemüse.Es ist Sinnvoll Vegetarisch zu sein denn es ist Gesund und Natürlich schützen vor gefährlichen Krankheiten wie Krebs und Diabetes .Zusammenfassend bin ich der Ansicht man sollte einen Vegetarische Ernährung haben.
