Le miel
J’ai déjà évoqué des aliments qui ne périment jamais. Aujourd’hui, je veux concentrer sur un de ces aliments. C’est l’aliment qui est en tête de ma liste : le miel. D’après les scientifiques, le miel contient des antibiotiques naturels qui empêchent la formation de bactéries. Apparemment, le miel est un aliment avec une durée de vie illimitée.
Je m’intéresse à l’alimentation saine et plus généralement, la santé. J’ai fait des recherches sur internet et j’en ai trouvé la suivante. Le miel contient de nombreux nutriments bénéfiques pour la santé. Il est riche en antioxydants. Je connais de nombreux diabètes qui l’utilisent au lieu du sucre. Mon médecin m’a dit que le miel contribue à améliorer le taux de cholestérol. Mon mari a un taux de cholestérol vraiment élevé et je l’encourage à boire son thé avec du miel à la place du sucre. Le miel est également un remède maison pour la toux et les maux de gorge : cela, j’ai déjà connu.
Un fait nouveau que j’ai appris grâce à mes recherches, c’est que le miel est aussi un remède pour les brûlures, les coupures et les blessures. Oui, c’est vrai : il est vraiment polyvalent.

Pharmacologists study for pharmacology. These people is important. They invent different drugs for different illness. They work in the lab and test drugs. Some pharmacologists work for Food and Drug Administration. They write a report for the people who have their drugs. They give suggestions to the drug user. Their work lead to rules and bans. If we don’t have them, we might not know if the drugs that we use are safe.

I was looking out of the library's window when I saw my friend Sofía. I talked to her and we decided to go to a cafe. I felt very sleepy before I selected what to eat, so I ordered a coffee and a small cake. It was late when we stopped talking and eating, so we said goodbye to each other and then decided to go home. She felt delighted until we needed to go. We'd have liked to talk for more time! Suddenly, she came back fast a bit ashamed and she told me "I forgot to pay." "Don't worry, I had already done it by the time you head off the coffee shop." "Thank you! But I'll be the one who pays the next time." Before I gave her a hug, I remembered something really important. I had been waiting for this moment to tell her how grateful I am to be her friend and that I missed her a lot. Until that moment, I realised she felt the same way. When she told me that she was happy to meet me as well, I couldn't help but smile. Finally, when we had finished talking, we took a picture of us in order to remember that special day.

The Carpenters
The other day, I discovered The Carpenters on Spotify. Since then, I’ve been listening to them a lot. Though I’d heard of them and known that there was a lot of hype around them, I’d never listened to any of their songs.
When I first listened to them, they blew my mind! I didn’t expect them to be so good. My favorites are (They Long to be) Close to You, Yesterday Once More and Superstar. The music is magical and soothing. It makes me mildly sad and feel nostalgic for a time I never lived in. It’s unfortunate that Karen Carpenter died so young. I wish I traveled back to the 1970s and went to the concert.

Phim
Hôm qua, mình coi phim tên là “One Day” hoặc “Một Hôm” trong tiếng Việt. Nó bao gồm diễn viên Anne Hathaway. Chị rất xinh đẹp! Nhưng phim làm mình cảm thấy buồn. Nó là phim về một cặp đôi. Họ gặp ở đại học, những mà họ chỉ bắt đầu hẹn hò hơn mười năm sau đó. Họ không muốn chia sẻ cảm xúc với nhau bởi vì họ cảm thấy sợ bị thương. Nên họ chỉ kết hôn khi họ hơn ba mươi tuổi. Sau hai năm kết hôn, vợ bất ngờ qua đời. Một chiếc xe tông vào chỉ khi chỉ đi xe đạp. Mình khóc rất nhiều khi coi phim!

Mia figlia ha raffreddato, starà a casa oggi e domani. Oggi nevicava molto, è la peggiore neve degli ultimi 10 anni. Nevicava nella nostra città, a Matsumoto e anche a Tokyo. L'autostrada è stata chiusa per quasi un giorno. Sono felice di non dover andare a Tokyo!

Funny New Packaging
I bought a box of Think! Delight Protein Bar (Chocolate Mousse Pie). But the package is structured as though they don't want the consumers to take the inside out. You have to screw your finger inside through the narrow opening, deforming the box a little, to pull out a wrapped bar.
I closely looked at it further and figured the top most flap is normal and easily unsealed, but the second flap is structured and its tags are locked into the sides, plus, the side flaps are glued onto the tags of the second top flap. So, in order to easily get the inside, you have to tear down the box very much.

マカロニ・アンド・チーズ（MC) を食べたことありますか？今日は久しぶりに食べたから、色々な思い出がよみがえて来ました。MCはアメリカの子供に人気な料理なので、ほとんどのアメリカの子供は一週間に最低一回は食べると思います。でも、今日食べたときに何かを気づいてきました。この料理は本当に体に悪いです。多分この考えは日本人に完全に当たり前です。MCを一見して、体に悪いのがすぐ分かりそうです。
おかげさまで、僕は平均的なアメリカ人の食事をほとんど食べないです。その代わりに、アジア料理が一番好きです。アジア料理の材料のほうが明らかに健康にいいです。例えば、いっぱいの加工食品や揚げ物などを食べる代わりに僕は青物や魚や白ごはんなどを食べます。こんな多様性は健康に重要らしいです。

Oggi non ho tempo per scrivere molto. Ad ora è stata una giornata impegnata.
Ho fatto le pulizie e la spesa. Fortunatamente mancano pochi giorni a quando inizia il weekend per me ( i miei giorni liberi questo mese sono i lunedì e i martedi ). Domani mattina vado da papà per un bel po'.

Un viaggio piacevole
Sono tornato da un viaggio in Italia, e come tutti i viaggi precendenti lì, questo mi sono molto piacuto. Ho visto cose magnifiche (soprattutto opere di arte e monumenti), ho mangiato molto bene e incontrato a persone simpatiche, con cui ho potuto discutere, visto che parlo adesso un po' italiano. Di fatto, rimpiango di non aver imparato questa lingua più presto nella vita, perché quando stavo studiando in Germani, molti degli amici miei erano italiani e non potevo communicare con loro nella madre lingua (solo in francese e tedesco).
Sono andato a Bergamo, Brescia, Sirmione e Verona, e ho anche incontrato un amico a Milano. Avevo 7 anni quando sono andato a Milano per la prima volta, e mi ricordavo di due cose: il Duomo e i negozi di vestiti!
Sono felice di aver visitato questi quattro luoghi perché ognuno ha il proprio estile. Bergamo è una città calma circondata dalle montagne dei Prealpi, ma ospira tresori inaspettati, come la bellissima Accademia Carrara. Brescia è una città operaia, molto industriale, ma anche con un centro ricco di storia. Le epoche anziane mi interessano molto, quindi sono stato lietissimo di visitare il Duomo Vecchio e i ruini dell'antica città, Brixia. È un peccato che non abbia potuto visitare il museo Santa Giulia. Sarà per una prossima volta! Tuttavia, Verona è una città di maestà e lusso, con un'atmosfera molto raffinata. Ritengo che Verona sia nota nel mondo entero per la famosa coppia di Romeo & Giulietta, ma ho scoperto altre tradizioni meno conosciute della città, come la carne di cavallo (non l'ha provata!) o il soggiorno che Dante ci ha trascorso. Onestamente, penso che il più grande amante lì è l'Adige, che abbraccia Verona con i propri meandri, dandole un fascino estraordinario.
Non posso terminare senza dire qualche parola su Sirmione. La situazione particolare di Sirmione (fortificazioni alla punta di una penisola sul lago di Garda) e la storia originale (specialmente con Maria Callas) ne fa un luogo unico, casi magico. Lì si può sentire perfumi locali, lavanda, caminando nelle strade acciottolate del centro, meditare sulla terrazza di un buon ristorante, o vedere gli amorosi nel parco dietro, come se questa perlina di eleganza protetta tra mare e montagna (o piuttosto, lago!) fosse fuori del tempo e della brutezza del mondo. A dire un vero, Sirmione corresponde abbastanza bene alla mia idea del paradiso (so che non sono originale!), perciò mi ha così tanto commosso...
Ogni volta che va in Italia, vedo le grandi similarità con il proprio paese, però anche le differenze profunde tra le nostre culture, e credo che non smetterò mai di amare questa ambivalenza.

Heureuse
Aujourd'hui je n'ai pas beaucoup de cours, donc j'ai été avec très amis. C'était très amusant. Je suis allé au parc avec un ami qui s'appelle Diego et puis j'ai étudié le français avec Carlos et David. Ça m'fait très heureuse. Aujourd'hui j'ai un cours avec un amie d'Australie, donc je suis très excité.

Grateful
The last couple of days I'm feeling a heartache so often that I don't know if f a need to see a psychologist. Many things are happening lately and I'm not sure if I can do what I want to do. I've met so many people that can help me to achieve my dreams and goals. Sometimes I don't know if I realised how lucky I am to find these people. I'm trying to encourage myself to keep going towards what I proposed myself to do. Always remembering that the person whom I doing this in the first place is myself and the people that loves me.

Roma è riccissima di edifici imporanti e notevoli, di molti musei, e insomma una città visitata da tantissimi turisti. Il centro storico di Roma, il Duomo di Sanpietro e lo Stato della Città del Vaticano nel 1980, dall'UNESCO, sono stati dichierati Patrimonio dell'Umanita.

To See an Exhibition
Tomorrow is our last day of the Chinese New Year Holiday. I'm going to visit an exhibition with my friend.
It's in Hangzhou City, so I need to get up early tomorrow morning and take an hour by subway to the high-speed train station, then spend another hour on the train, and then another hour to the exhibition.
Yes, it will take me six hours to travel there and back tomorrow.
It's a long time. I will bring a book.
