Der Podcast unserer Fakultät

Obwohl das neue Schuljahr während des Coronavirus in Havanna noch nicht angefangen hat, haben wir die Studenten der Fremdschprachenfakultät schon an einem paar Schulaktivitäten, zu arbeiten begonnen. Eine davon ist der offizielle Podcast unserer Faku, in dem über vielfältige Themen diskutiert wird, die mit unserer Schule und Studium zu tun haben.
Ich arbeite dabei als Ton Herausgeber mit einem Freund von mir. Wir zwei sind, mit der Hilfe einem anderen Dozent, für die Aufnahme und Herausgeben des Podcasts verantwortlich.
Jede Episode dauert ungefähr 30 Minuten und wird monatlich präsentiert.

Effective communication in the workplace

Listening is more than hearing. Active listening should include these five parts:

Focus fully on the speaker
Tactics to avoid interrupting. Some interruptions can be helpful. If you are not clear about something then you need to let the speaker know. You should do this as soon as possible because the longer the situation goes on, the longer it will take to put it right.
Showing interest
Avoiding seeming judgemental. Try to avoid stereotyping and making assumptions about people based on their difference from you.
Providing feedback. The key skills required in giving effective feedback are paraphrasing, summarising, and reflecting.

Asking effective questions are very practical parts that include these question types: open questions, probing questions, hypothetical questions, reflective questions, leading questions, deflective questions, closing questions.

Except for actively listening and asking effective questions, we still need to pay attention to four useful communication skills:

Increasing your self-awareness allows you to communicate more honestly, with greater openness to the feedback you might receive.
Learning empathy is crucial.
Being able to adapt your communication style to suit the situation or environment.
Building trust and relationships.

Through these methods, you will communicate more effectively with those around you.

Geben

Was würden wir als Gesellschaft für die Freiheit unseres Volkes geben? Wir würden alles dafür geben.

Was gäben wir denn? Ich glaube, dass wir für unsere Freiheit alles gäben.

Ich denke, dass unsere Lehrerin heute die Testergebnisse nicht geben wird... Ach, das ist ja schade, ich hatte vor, mein Ergebnis zu meiner Mama zu zeigen.

Photography

The Instagram has changed the communication between people. Now people can communicate with each other using photos. It's much more emotional than just words. It's much better to see it once in a shot than describe it in 100 words.
Most of the photos I snap in a good mood or whan I I hang out. This is crystal-clear, I try to keep the memory of remarkable moments and share it with my friends.
My last memorable photo was taken a month ago. I climbed the top of a mountain in the Urals and stood looking at the forest, lake and surroundings from the top.
I really like night photography, but I don't have a tripod. Without it, the photos are blurry. In the future, I'd like to buy it and improve my creations.

The Photo Essay I Would Like to Make

I have to admit that I didn't about essays in a photo format. This was a discovery I made today.

So, what kind of photo essay would I like to make?

Preferably, I would like to capture my walks in the neighborhood I live. These past years I have started to notice how green is the city I live in. When I go out for a walk or a jog I started noticing all the flowers and trees and private houses that integrate with nature so well. I wish I could captured it all, however, right now I don't have the camera that I desire.

Hopefully, in the future I will have a phone with a good quality camera that will help me capture this majestic beauty. I would prefer a phone camera as it is more convenient to bring it around and snap some photos on the fly.

I believe it is possible now to take crystal-clear photos with your phone. A friend of mine recently had shown me his brand-new phone and what kind of photos he takes. I was flabbergasted.

Bánh mì

Bánh mì là một số những thực phẩm quan trọng của Đưc. Bánh mì cũng là một bộ phần của văn hóa Đưc. Nhiều người có tự hào bằng loại bánh mì của miền của họ. Khi đi du lịch, người Đức thường thường nhớ bánh mì Đức.

Nhưng hôm nay bánh mì là một sản phầm công nghiệp hóa. Rất ít nhà tiệm bánh mì sử dụng phương pháp truyền thống, nhưng dùng những hỗn hợp bột với hóa chất (dụng cụ kỹ thuật). Vì vậy, năng xuất của nhà tiệm bánh mì cao và bánh mì luôn luôn trông hoàn hảo.

Cũng có người mà tận tay làm bánh mì. Họ nghĩ rằng bánh mì không thể bao gồm hóa chất. Vài tháng trước, mẹ tôi tiến cử thử tận tay làm bánh mì. Trước đó tôi nhĩ rằng làm bánh mì rất khó và công phu. Trong thực tể, làm bánh mì đễ và ít việc nhưng phải đặt kế hoạch một chút.

Hôm nay tôi đã làm một ổ bánh mì chỉ bao gồm bột lúa mì, bột lúa mạch đen, nước, muối, hạt hoá hướng đương, hạt bí ngô, hạt lanh và quả óc chó chặt. Tôi nghĩ rằng bánh mì của hiệu bánh mì đẹp hơn bánh mì của tôi, nhưng bánh mì của tôi ngon hơn. Tôi cho bột nhào cơ hội lên men rất nhiều thời gian. Nhà tiệm bánh mì không thể làm như vậy.

Các bạn của tôi thỉnh thoảnh nói rằng tôi là thợ nướng bánh, mà đó không đúng. Tôi không có kinh nghiêm. Nếu tôi làm bánh mì như nhau hai lần, kết quả không giống nhau.

Bewerbung und Bewerbungsgespräch

Um einen Job zu finden, muss man sich um viele Stellen online bewerben. Mit jeder Bewerbung benötigt die Firma einen Lebenslauf, ein Anschreiben und eine komplette online-Bewerbung.

Das nervt mich, als alle meine Berufserfahrungen auf meinem Lebenslauf sind, und dann muss ich noch einmal meine Berufserfahrungen auf die Webseite tippen. Ganz toll für mich, dass ich die Information wiederholen muss.

Wenn man glücklich ist, dass die Firma ihn zurückgerufen hat, hat man mit einem/einer Personalchef/in eine Vorstellungsgespräch. Dort werde man allgemeine Fragen antworten: Warum sollen wir Sie einstellen? Wie sind Ihre Stärke und Schwäche?

Nach der Vorstellungs- und Bewerbungsgespräch, am meistens erreicht die Firma man nicht, wenn man den Job nicht bekommt. Nach zwei Wochen kann man vermuten, dass die Firma ihn nicht ausgewählt hat.

Ich habe gefunden, dass man erfolgreicher ist, einen Job durch Freunde und Kollegen zu finden.

Unfamiliar place

It is horrible to get lost in an unfamiliar place, especially where you cannot make yourself understood in your native language. The feeling of the uncertainties like I got into a completely different world and I cannot go back to the normal one comes to my mind. Though not all the people have not had a experience like that, I think many people have suffered such a nightmare.

Embrace

I feel kind of ashamed to write these words because I have shown the contrary points. Long story short, some applications have a very small font on the iPhone and you can’t set it bigger. Although it has a zoom function, it is still not ideal as android. I used an Oppo cellphone for about a week, and my eyes got uncomfortable. I have to compare it with the iPhone, Samsung and Huawei by showing some TV shows at the same time. The final conclusion is that the iPhone has the best display quality. The result made me very embarrassed. Even at such an age, I am still easy to draw conclusions. This is not supposed to be.

8月末ユジンーサハリンスクには映画祭ON THE EADGE. EASTを開いています。一周間いろいろな面白い映画が見せます。そして映画が終わった、俳優とかディレクターとかに質問を聞けます。時々、映画について公開講座もあります。その世界的映画祭です。さまさまな国からのグストがここに来ます。中国とかインディアとか日本から来ます。町は美しく装飾されています。
映画祭は伝統なっていました。しかし、今年にコロナウイルスだって、ゲストが行けないから、新しい映画がみせませんでした。過去の最高の映画を見せた。これにもかかわらず、すべてが大丈夫だった。

Video Games

Un pícnic

Hoy estaba pensando en una memoria buena del invierno pasado.

En enero, decidí ir de pícnic con mis compañeras de piso y algunos amigos. Había comprado una bolsa enorme de perlas de tapioca y quería hacerles té de burbujas. La noche anterior, preparé tres sabores de té: uno de melocotón, otro de cereza y otro de mora.

El día siguiente, nos reunimos en un parque después de las clases. Cada persona trajo una merienda diferente. Por ejemplo, una de mis compañeras de piso hizo gofres de canela con glaseado. Las otras trajeron pequeñitas tartas de queso y fruta. Otro amigo trajo palomitas y patatas fritas con humus.

Pasamos horas en el parque, y cuando vino el atardecer, me enseñaron cómo hacer una voltereta lateral. Escuchamos música hasta que era demasiado frío para quedarnos afuera y volvimos a casa. Todavía pienso en los gofres y este día tan bueno.

Ein Besserer Tag

Heute war ein besserer Tag als Gestern. Ich hatte mehr Energie, und eine bessere Laune. Ich habe immer noch nicht viel gemacht, weil ich mich ausruhen soll. Heute Abend plane ich eine neue Sendung zu schauen. Sie heißt "Dark" auf Englisch (vielleicht auch auf Deutsch--Ich weiß es nicht genau) und sie ist ein Science-Fiction. Ich weiß kein anderes über sie, jedoch viele Leute die ich kenne habe sie mir empfohlen. Ich glaube, es wird gute Übung für mein Deutsch machen. Ich werde Heute nacht früh einschlafen. Ich hoffe Morgen wird noch besser.

My hope

From my point of view, if a country is developed and civilization enough, they should allow their citizens to retire in their fifties. A person’s life has too many limits. During one’s first three years, they are free and happy, but they are too young to enjoy it. Afterwards, they go to kindergarten until they graduate from university to work, then until they retire in their sixties. In this long period, they can’t do things as they want. But when they are free after retirement, they probably don’t have a good condition in their body and even worse, they can’t live to their sixties. If people can retire when they are at the age of fifty, they would have ten good years to spend. They can travel, and can do what they love to. I think only this way is a perfect life for everyone.

日本語日記　第１２話

今日は、「パーフェクトブルー」を観ました。アニメの映画です。私にとって日本語でこの映画を説明するのは難しいです。ジャンルは心理的ホラーです。主人公はアイドルと名前は霧越（きりごえ）未麻（みま）です。未麻はアイドルから女優になりますので、ファンが怒れちゃいます。未麻は女優になるを認めないストーカーがあります。未麻は女優を続けるためエロ役をやらなければならないです。この状況で彼女は次第に頭がおかしいになります。映画を観るのは怖くて、刺激的で、夢幻的な経験でした。もっと理解出来たいから、もう一度観ると思います。
