Cosmetic strategy
With the development of China's economy, the market of cosmetics in China continues to expand, and the status of cosmetics in China is gradually improved. More and more cosmetics enter the Chinese market and enhance their influence in order to make more profits, so that the competition in the cosmetics industry is intensifying. As a large consumer group, university students have a huge consumption potential. Although their consumption capacity can not be comparable to those who have already worked in the society now, when they start to work, they will gradually become a member of the main group of cosmetics consumption. Therefore, it is very necessary to expand the influence of our company's products for those university students, so as to expand our market. I will formulate our strategy from four aspects: product, price, place and promotion.
The first is the product. Whether online or physical stores, cosmetics have a variety of brands. If we want to attract more customers, we should pay more attention to the packaging of products. Because if we want to develop brand loyalty, first impressions are massively important. According to the survey, 48% of consumers say that their first purchase or experience is the most critical factor in deciding if they will develop loyalty to the brand. Attractive packaging triggered more intense activity in areas of the brain associated with impulse, which triggers reward responses in the brain, while unattractive packaging triggers areas associated with negative emotions. We can create visual impact by color contrast, improving the attractiveness of the product. And we can also show the core idea of our brand through packaging, closely combining the product with the brand itself, so as to gradually establish the brand image.
Secondly, if we want our products to get more attention among university students, we must have the appropriate price. In recent years, the consumption ability of university students is constantly improving, and we may neglect a key problem. University students are a special consumer group. On the one hand, their demand for cosmetics is increasing. On the other hand, because many of them are not economically independent and have no stable income, their purchasing power is generally weak. Therefore, in my opinion, our cosmetics pricing should tend to the middle and low grade. The price of cosmetics for university students should be below 100 yuan. Considering the family conditions and part-time situation of some students, we can also launch a small part of products from 100 yuan to 200 yuan. In my opinion, this can stimulate consumption and improve the competitiveness of our products.
For all brands, in store and online are options for purchasing. Due to the popularity of online shopping, I think we can open our own flagship store in Taobao, and increase the purchase place on our own brand official website. The main activity area of college students is small and relatively concentrated. If we want to get more attention to our products, I think it is a good choice to increase the purchase place on campus. For example, open a physical store on campus and recruit university students as salesmen. This way can not only make it convenient for students to buy our products, but also play a certain role in improving our influence.
The last aspect is the promotion of products. First, let them know about our beauty products through social media, weibo and appropriate blogs. Word of an interesting new cosmetic product travels fast, especially when people spread it through social media. In order to let people talk and share, we can publish our latest products on appropriate social networking sites, such as bilibili and wechat, to show our special packaging and improve brand awareness. We can also find bloggers who like cosmetics and cooperate with them, letting them try our products, and then publish articles on weibo, or promote them on some video websites. Of course, in my opinion, the most direct way is to carry out some discount activities on campus to attract more college students' attention. At the same time, we can also cooperate with some associations in the university. As some associations may use our cosmetics, or take our cosmetics as prizes for some activities, we can give them group buying discounts, which will makes our products promotion more effective.

The way to relieve from stress
The ways to get away from pressure are numerous. My approaches to relieving stress are as follows.
To begin with, sparing time with families is a good method to address this problem. Since family members are of great significance to individuals, no matter what happens, they will always be there for you. For example, if a person encounters difficulties which impose considerable burdens on them, they can resort to their families by staying with them and talking to them. In this case, people who suffer from stress may get spiritual consolation, as they know there is someone always back them.
What is more, to do something ones like is conducive to getting over nervousness and tiredness. No matter how much stress they have from work or study, everything will recede to temporary tranquility once they immerse themselves into something they really into, like hobbies and sports. A good example of this is that some people tend to do some extreme sports to give their exhausted nerves a break, such as bungee jumping, in which all senses are overwhelmed by excitement, thus helping them ease their nervousness, enjoying the beauty of nature and the feeling of agravity. After experience on the edge of death, something they can not handle before may not be as invincible as they thought.
In conclusion, I assert that spending time with family serves as a placebo, together with doing something they are fond of also helps to alleviate or eradicate pressure as they indulge themselves in it.

Break
I'm thinking about taking a little break from writing. I have been focusing in building the habit of writing instead of on the writing itself. I should start studying English again and revising my old notes. I'm also quite introverted and since I've been out three days in a row, I'm very tired.
My favorite thing about English is the way it sounds, especially the British accent. I love hearing people and then repeating what they've said the way they said it. As I don't have the need to speak in English and I have no one to talk to, I don't do it often, so I'm afraid of not speaking as well as I one did. I used to take pride in my pronunciation. However, I'd like to focus on improving my writing skills because I think I could do better and I truly believe that I can.
I haven't decided to take a break yet, as I like it here. If I decide to take a break from writing, I'll still be correcting. The corrections on my writings are twice as much as the corrections I've done on other people's, so I'd like to balance that out.

Cartas pendientes
1) Hace unas semanas, compré una tarjeta postal del mercado de aire libre. Quiero enviarla a una amiga que siempre fue al mercado de aire libre cuando estábamos en la universidad. Esta tarjeta de postal tiene un dibujo de las casetas más icónicas del mercado de mi ciudad.
2) Está amiga también me ha pedido que escriba una carta para una de sus amigas que vive en Escocia. Es una nueva doctora y está abrumada y triste porque tiene que hacer decisiones difíciles para salvar la vida de sus pacientes.
3) Quiero escribir dos cartas de agradecimiento para los profesores del programa de capacitación de la compañía.
4) Tengo que mandar la carta que escribí anoche para mi novio. Honestamente, la carta no dice mucho... conversamos por teléfono tan a menudo que inevitablemente le cuento todo antes de que el correo llega.

J'ai bien pu me reposer aujourd'hui
C'est un jour férié aujourd'hui, donc j'ai pu me reposer. Je me suis réveillé plus tard que d'habitude, mais c'est aussi parce que mon frère et moi nous sommes couchés tard parce qu'on regardait un film. Ma famille et moi sommes allés à un restaurant sympa pres de chez nous. C'est une "cevicheria", où l'on set des fruits de la mer, comme le célébré "encebollado", le plat national de l'Équateur. Cependant, je n'ai pas commandé un "encebollado". J'avais envie de quelque chose d'autre, donc j'ai commandé des crevettes frites. C'était délicieux. Puis, j'ai dû faire un petit devoir que notre prof de reinsegnement nous a donné (je ne suis pas sûr de comment traduire "investigación" ici).

Diario #4: Mi rutina diaria de martes y jueves
Primero me despierto y me cepillo mi pelo y mis dientes. Después me visto y como el desayuno. A veces como wafles o otros tiempos huevos. Tras esto, voy a clase para aprender japonés por una hora. Es divertido. Como mi almuerzo. A menudo es un sándwich. Entonces, hago mi tarea y estudio para mis otras clases por dos horas. Después voy a mi clase final el martes, la clase de poesía japonesa. Es muy interesante. De nuevo, estudio más para mis clases de otros días. Más tarde como cena con mi familia. A veces leo un libro o miro la tele por una hora o dos. Quiero ir de aventuras
Los últimos días he estado viendo mucho un canal de YouTube popular. Este canal tiene muchos videos sobre geografía - es el tema principal del canal. El chico del canal a menudo hace un juego de geografía particular en línea, donde intenta a rompar récordos relacionados con esto juego. Pero el video que me interesó más fue uno en el que intenta pasar un país en un línea recta. No puede moverse a ningún lado y tiene que quedarse en el línea no importa qué. Muchas veces tiene que pasar muchos lugares diferentes - bosques densos, montañas grandes, además de otros lugares que son muy dificiles o incluso peligrosos de pasar. A veces, tiene que pasar por patios de la gente tambíen, que puede seguir a situaciones raras. Hay dos o tres series de videos así, creo. En dos de las series está intentando de pasar su propio país de origen - Bales. Y la serie más reciente es en la que está pasando Noruega - también en un línea recta.
Me gusta mucho viendo todos los estos videos porque me gustan ir de aventuras así también. Bueno, nunca he pasado un país a pie y tampoco lo he hecho en un línea recta. Pero sí, quiero ir de aventuras mucho otra vez, ha sido mucho tiempo. Me gustaría intentar hacerlo en mi propio país (pasarlo en una línea recta). Creo que no sería extremadamente difícil: es muy plano, no hay montañas. Aunque, es verdad que hay muchos pantanos aquí, entonces eso podría ser un problema. Además, ahora es invierno. Hace demasiado frío aquí y no me gusta nada el frío, entonces supongo que no iré de ningunas aventuras reales en un futuro cercano, supongo. Pero puedo soñar, ¿no?

Dans l’après-midi, je suis allé au supermarché pour acheter les ingrédients que j'avais besoin. J’ai acheté des pâtes, du beurre, de l’ail, des oignions, des tomates, d’huile d’olive, et des piments. J’ai oublié le persil et les citrons, alors j'ai dû retourner au supermarché.
J’aime beaucoup d’ail et beaucoup de piments mais seulement un peu de persil. Quand j'ai fini de cuisiner, j'ai pressé de jus du citron sur mes pâtes.
Ce n'est pas aussi bon que les pâtes en Italie, mais c’est bon pour l'instant.

At that time, every family had some wooden buckets, and they were put together with two iron hoops. When the bucket was worn out, the iron hoops became our toys. We would find a piece of thick iron wire and make a groove on one end of the wire, then we could push the iron hoop forward with the iron wire. Because roads were not paved then, it was easy to fail to do this when you were a beginner, so you needed to do that more carefully. We would push the iron hoops forward for a long distance without failure until we got sweaty, and felt very excited. The other day when I visited Jinzhai County, I saw the toys at a souvenir store, but they weren’t the ancient ones. Во-первых, надо готовиться к университету сильно заранее, особенно если английский не ваш родной язык. Надо иметь очень очень хороший английский, чтобы поступить в американский колледж. К тому же, процесс заявлений бывает очень сложным. Надо сдать 2-3 экзамена, получить рекомендательные письма из двух учителей и написать вступительные эссе. У каждого колледжа есть свой список вопросов, которых надо ответить в эссе. Если вы подаёте заявления в 9 колледжи (это типично), то вам придётся написать 10 эссе по крайней мере.
Во-вторых, рассмотрите внимательно все варианты и узнайте о них всё, что сможете. Безусловно, американские колледжи сильно отличаются друг от друга. Некоторые находятся в маленьнких городах и у них очень маленькие классы. Другие находятся в больших городах и у вас будет более 600 человек в одной классе. У некоторых есть специальные программы для различных карьер. Также бывает религиозные колледжи и колледжи предназначенные только для женщин. Короче, есть широкий спектр и надо знать, какие варианты вам подходят.
Во-третьих, не переживайте слишком сильно. Многие ученики постоянно беспокоятся о поступлении в колледжи, но на самом деле, есть очень много хороших вариантов и не нужно поступить в топовый университет, чтобы достичь успеха в жизни. В любом колледже у вас будет возможность много научиться и получить полезный опыт.

Algo que me molesta es cuando estoy con otra persona y esta persona está usando su teléfono móvil cuando estoy intentando hablar o interactuar con él o ellal Creo que es una actividad muy maleducada. Usualmente no es un problema para mi porque no tengo muchos amigos o familia que lo hacen o si lo hacen, hacerlo por un tiempo corto y ellos siempre dan una disculpa. Sin embargo, de vez en cuando encuentro a las personas como así. En estas situaciones yo espero hasta que las persona termine sus actividades por su móvil antes de seguir la conversación. Si la persona repite sus acciones otra vez y otra vez, y si no necesito continuar la amistad con esta persona, evitaré él o ella porque esta maleducada.

It is critically important that we be clear and honest with anyone we want to deal with. No one can deny that either telling the truth or not has both positive and negative effects. Personally, I agree with the argument that telling is the most important consideration in any relationship. There are two reasons why I feel this way, both of which I will explore in the following essay.
To begin with, If we want successful relationships with anyone, we have to be honest and always telling them the truth part, rather than deny or lie to them. My opinion on this matter has been profoundly influenced by my own experience. Two years ago, I was in a relationship with a girl. We had been perfect in all ways, we had to spend all our day together after school, going to eat our favorite food and having fun. One day, I realized that she lied to me about her life, and she was not clear with me in the details. As a result, that took us to break up, because the main point that, if she from the beginning lied to me, what will happen in the future if we are planning to continue our life together. If she had never lied to me, I would never leave her.
Furthermore, telling the truth can save us from serious situations, my personal example is a compelling illustration of this. Last year, my friend went on a trip for several hours with his friends. For me, I couldn't go with them because I had many things to do with my family. He told me that if anyone from my family members asked about me, tell them that I'm with you in your house, and that's what I did. Meu dia 7/12
Hoje eu acordei cedinho, ás 6 da manhã, para treinar com a minha irmã. Como a gente ainda tem medo de ir para uma academia, ficamos treinando em casa.
Depois de uma hora e vente minutos preparamos os nossos shakes de proteína para que músculo cresça.
Hoje senti um pouco de ansiedade, acho que o fato de ficar o tempo todo em casa está me fazendo uma pessoa mais fechada, não quero sair com amigos e falar com outros cara a cara me põe um pouco nervoso.
Vou tentar sair um pouco para interagir com mais pessoas fora do meu circulo familiar.

再來練習
六年多以前我開始學習中文。那時候我定了一個有點高的目標：我中文跟英文一樣好才停學習。雖然當時連我的英文都沒有特別好，但是我還沒成功了。幾百小時我上中文課、一共我住在台灣幾乎十個月，也去中國旅行、我有跟幾個語伴練習講中文。儘管這種的努力，我中文非常慢得進步。為什麽呢？應該是因為滿努力練習中文的階段之前也有比較懶的階段。比如説今年我不但有點忙，而且因為 Corona 我沒有很多機會去台灣或者跟華人見面。最近我發現我很久沒有講、寫中文，就決定又開始了。我去上網找自學的教材。本網站看起來滿有趣的那種教材。我很喜歡想象超級多人都互相幫忙學習語言，我就想參加。所以我現在坐這裏寫文章。希望你們喜歡 😄
