Recipe: Lemon Crinkle Cookies
This is one of my favorite recipes, so I wanted to share it. It's not perfect, but they taste good. With this recipe, you can make around 24 cookies.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lemon
- 80 gr of granulated sugar
- 240 gr of flour
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of yeast or baking powder (approximately 7 gr)
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 80 gr of butter (room temperature)
- 1 egg
- granulated sugar and powdered sugar as needed (they'll be used at the end)
PROCEDURE:
1. Sieve the flour and the baking powder in another bowl. Add the salt.
2. Mix the granulated sugar and the zest of a whole lemon in a bowl.
3. Put the butter in the bowl (the one with the sugar and lemon zest) and blend until it's soft. It'll take about 3 minutes.
4. Add the egg and two tablespoons of lemon juice. Blend until they are well integrated.
5. Add the dry ingredients from the other bowl little by little. Blend until combined. The dough should be a bit sticky.
6. Take it out of the bowl and wrap it plastic wrap. Store in the fridge for at least an hour. It can also be stored until the next day.
7. Passed that time, preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) with heat from above and beneath.
8. Take the dough out of the fridge and make balls of the size of a nut. Then, roll them one by one in a little bowl with granulated sugar and do the same in another bowl with powdered sugar. Place them in a baking sheet and bake them for 12-14 minutes. If you don't have baking sheets, you can put butter or a little bit of oil and sprinkle flour in your baking pan.
9. Once cooked, let them cool.

The first one is Lotus, by Susumu Hirasawa.
This song is one of my favourites because it is powerful and mysterious, with a maternal and enveloping tenderness.
The second song is "Sunao" by Noriyuki Makihara.
When I was little, my mother liked Noriyuki Makihara's songs and often played his songs while we were riding in the car.

El dilema del tranvía
Hay dos vías. Hay una persona atada de una de esas vías , y en la otra hay cinco. Como el conductor de un tren, tienes que elegir; ¿hacia cuál de ellas vas a conducir?
Lo más razonable sería la vía con menos personas. Pero existen muchas personas que dicen que elegirían la otra.
Como seres humanos, si matas solamente a una persona, tendrías esa carga por el resto de tu vida, porque esa muerte va a afectarte personalmente. Siempre vas a pensar sobre esa persona, su familia y su vida. Pero si matas a cinco personas, el impacto de cada uno de ellas es menos, porque las verías como un grupo, y no como individuales.
Como Joseph Stalin dijo: "La muerte de uno es una tragedia, pero la muerte de millones es una estática."
Con eso, podemos entender porque los esbirros de Hitler hicieron lo que hicieron. No veían a los judíos como individuales, sino grupos de bultos, meras sombras y nada más.
Estoy seguro de que si un teniente nazi tuviera que matar solamente a un judío y no en grupos como hacían en las duchas, no tendría el coraje de hacerlo, porque lo vería a él, frente a frente, ojo a ojo, y se diría cuenta de que eso no estaba bien, porque hubiera matado a un ser humano en sangre fría si lo hiciera.

σπουδάζω ελληνικά
Είμαι η Ιωάννα και είμαι η Πολωνή, μένο στην Βαρσοβία. Μιλώ πολύ καλά αγγλικά, καλά γερμανικά και κινέχικα. Ο πατέρας μου και εγω τώρα μαζί σπουδάζουμε ελληνικά. Είμαι φοιτήτρια και σπουδάζω στο πανεπιστήμιο. Ο μπαμπάς μου είναι μηχανικός και δουλεύει στο γραφείο. Εμαίς μιλάμε ελληνικά όχι και τόσο καλά. Εχώ ένα αδερφός. Αυτός δεν μιλάει ελληνικά.

Warum Leute die Reichen fürchten
Ich glaube ich weiß warum die Leute Angst von den Reichen haben. Wenn du wirklich reich bist, am anfang alles sehr aufgerend sein müsste. Du wirfst verschwenderische Partys und so weiter, aber was passiert wenn du all das satt hat und bist völlig gelangweilt? Eine Suche nach neuen Emotionen beginnt, was zu dunklen Pfaden führen kann. Den meisten Menschen ist es gesetzlich verboten, etwas Unmoralisches zu tun. Du jedoch bist reich und das gibt dir alle Privilegien der Welt, mehr Möglichkeiten damit durchzukommen. Je mehr reich, desto mehr Möglichkeiten es gibt. Über dem Gesetz und fast ohne Grenzen, dass ist was beängstigend ist.

Was soll ich tun, ob ich endlos Geld hätte?
Endlos Geld.. stellt euch sich das vor! Was macht man damit? Also, ich habe daran gedanken und habe ein paar Idee gebildet.
Sczenario Eins: Zuerst, würde ich viel Geld wird zu die Entwicklung der Umweltfreundlich Technologien investieren. Danach würde ich eine Firma gebaut, die Ärmefamilien Sonnenstrom kostenlos bedienen können. (warum? weil ich doch viel Geld habe!). Das wird nicht noch alles. Ich würde viel mehr machen, um die Umwelt zu verbessern.
Szenario Zwei: Eine große Autofirma, deren Autos schneller als die Autos der Ferrari fahren können!
Szenario Drei: Eine große Land in der Antarctic bauen, die alle Kriege verstoppen will.
Szenario Vier: Kauf ein schönes Haus in einen ruhigen Ort und bleib mit meinem Hund und meiner Frau. Wir werden auch ein kleines Geschäft öffnen, das leckere Gebäcke verkaufen.

I don’t know why, but I feel depressed today. In English, is there any different word to express the same meaning? Unhappy, break down, are there right? When I am in a bad mood, I often don’t know how to deal with it. I only stay in silence and keep in this situation until the time passes. Everyone would encounter this kind of mood and without any clear reason. Life is wonderful and fills out many unknown mysteries. I don’t know what I should say now. I am a little sad, a little depressed. It seems there is not much hope for me and I live just to pass the rest of my lives.

Aujourd'hui c'est la première fois que j'écris une entrée de journal. Je n'écris pas beaucoup, parce que je trouve que c'est très difficile pour moi et donc j'abandonne vite ! Je sais lire mieux qu'écrire.
Aussi, aujourd'hui je suis censée travailler... Mais en ce moment je suis chez moi à cause de la COVID-19, et il n'y a plus de travail à faire car c'est bientôt Noël. Je dois envoyer quelques e-mails, mais c'est tout. L'année prochaine, j'espère que je pourrai écrire plus couramment.

Crows
I like crows even though some people hate them. People say that crows root through and scatter trash, and they are so ominous that witches have them. However, I think crows are clever, cute. It's said crows are intelligent as much as 7-years old children, which is incredible considering they are birds. Besides, their walking style and eyes are pretty. Personally, when I was struggling for the university entrance exam, I often listened to a song that title is ”Karasu", which means crows in Japanese, so I have an attachment for crows.

An speech on Pharmacy
Hi, everyone. I’m very glad to stand here and give you a short speech. Well, it’s really excited but a little nervous for me. Let me just introduce myself briefly. My name is xxx and I’m from class x, an ordinary among thousands of undergraduates. Maybe I have not talked with someone of you, but in the different classrooms, some places of the school, I must have seen you. And I believe, we’ll become more familiar with each other. We have almost two years and a half time, after all.
Alright, now I’m going to give you an introduction of Pharmacy based on what I’ve learned during this time and some information from Internet.
Pharmacy is a healthcare industry that connects the health sciences with the chemical sciences and is responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines. Its main task is to continuously provide more effective drugs and improve the quality of drugs, ensure the safety of drugs, so that patients can treat or cure diseases with the least harm and benefit. Some of the main courses are: pharmacology, pharmaceutics, pharmacognosy, analytical chemistry and so on. I will briefly introduce some of them.
The first is pharmacology. Pharmacology is the science of medicine and biology that deals with the interactions between drugs and living organisms and their laws and principles. Pharmacology and pharmacy are different concepts and are often confused. Pharmacology is mainly about the scientific research of biomedicine, while pharmacy is mainly about the use of pharmacological knowledge to provide patients with higher quality medical treatment and services. The former is scientific, while the latter is clinical.
Then I would like to talk about pharmaceutics. It is a comprehensive applied technical subject that studies the theory of drug formulation, production technology and reasonable utilization of quality control. The basic task of pharmaceutics is to research and make drugs into appropriate dosage forms, so as to ensure that high-quality preparations can meet the needs of medical and health work.
And then finally I'm going to talk about analytical chemistry, which is something that I'm interested in. And why? I think you may have been influenced by some of the movies and TV series, have a hero dream to become a medical examiner, I do the same. Chemical analysis is a classical analysis method based on the chemical reaction of substances, and many chemical analysis methods are used in forensic toxicological analysis. So analytical chemistry might be applied to forensic medicine.
As to say what I’ve learned in this course, there are really so many. Such as the information that analytical chemistry can be applied to forensic medicine, other pharmacy related knowledges and the skills of powerpoint-making and what I’m standing here doing now. So it’s really lucky for me to have such chance, and this is all for today, thank you!

Hacer ejercicio
Mientras espero hasta que el libro que quiero esté listo para prestar de la biblioteca, estoy escuchando un audiolibro sobre ejercicio.
Habla de como el ejercicio hace crecer las neuronas en la cabeza y ayuda a combatir algunos trastornos mentales. Entonces, intento hacer un poco de ejercicio cada día.
Hoy hice un yoga por la tarde. Tengo las piernas doloridas porque he corrido mucho durante mi partido de tenis y estoy contenta de haber usado mis músculos.

Yesterday, I didn’t go to my mom’s house. According to superior department policy, when a project is finished, the total project funds should be spent. Otherwise, points will be deducted in the project evaluation. In order not to be deducted, we decided to organize some outstanding students to go out for training again. I met a teacher in the Provincial teacher training class. He is a professor at Yangzhou polytechnic university and has been responsible for training professional farmers in Jiangsu Province for many years. I would like to ask him to help me contact and arrange the itinerary and contents of this training. I sent him a message and he said he was teaching in Chongching right then, and he would give me a reply after class. So even after work, I couldn’t go home, but waited for him in the office. So this is the reason why I didn’t go to my mom’s home, because it was too late to go.

These 2 days, I was busy. I did the First Aid and CPR Taining course. It was a little bit hard during this time, you know, the pandemic time. There were only 6 students in the class room. Before the pandemic, there were usually 18 students. Every one had own space and materials to keep distance. We didn't allowed to change position and doing any team work. Of course we had to wear mask all the time.
The teacher was very nice. But his speaking was a little bit fast, and there were many words that I don't know, especially the names of diseases and medicines. Some times I had to ask him to spelling them, then translated them. Fortunately, I passed the exam.

Что для большинства людей самое важное в работе?
Большинство людей ценят три вещи в работе. Во-первых, человек должен получить за работу справедливую зарплату – прожиточный минимум, по крайней мере. Работодателям обязательно относиться к сотрудникам с уважениям и признать их вклад в компанию. Если сотрудники всё время бездельничают и не заканчивают задачи вовремя, то справедливо будет понизить им зарплаты. В другой стороны, если сотрудники трудятся и получают хорошие результаты, то начальник должен повысить им зарплаты, чтобы мотивировать и наградить их.
Вот вторая вещь, которую все ценят в работе – это возможность выполнять значимую работу. Когда человек получает удовольствие от работы и чувствует, что у него возможность расцветать, он вкладывает больше усилий в них обязанности, который приносит пользу всем. Если у него, напротив, низкая зарплата, скучная работа и фиксированный рабочий день, то он не получают удовольствия от работы и у него нет мотивации продолжать. Работадатели должны давать сотрудникам как можно большего возможностей для профессионального роста, чтобы избегать эту ситуацию.
Во-третьих, атмосфера работы оказывает значительное влияние на сотрудников. Среди порядочными, энергичными, инициативными людьми, человек сильно работает и стараются выполнять свои обязанности вовремя. Среди ленивыми, немотивированными людьми у него будет меньше мотивации и станет трудно получать удовольствия от работы.

Est-ce que vous avez entendu parler des chifles ?
Qu'est-ce que c'est un chifle ? C'est une collation équatorienne faite avec des fines tranches de plantain qu'on frit à l'huile. C'est similar à un "patacón", un plat du Caribe et du nord de l'Amérique du Sud, y compris l'Équateur. Le patacón est aussi frit à l'huile, ainsi que le chifle, mais les chifles sont bien plus petits et minces. C'est une collation très populaire ici. mon premier temps ici
Bon après midi (il est quinze heures et demi ici). Honnêtement, je préfère parler du temps avec le système horaire sur 12 heures mais je crois que c'est seulement parce que je suis Américaine.
Quand j'étais à l'école secondaire (il y a dix ans), j'ai pris un cours de français pendant trois ans. J'aimais beaucoup la langue français, et j'étais l'étudiante meilleure dans mon cours (pas si impressionnante parce que les autres détestaient le cours et donc, ils n'ont pas essayé). Un été, quand j'avais seize ans, j'ai voyagé à Paris, et j'ai habité avec une famille française. La famille était une mère qui ne travaille pas, une père qui étaient avocate, et trois filles (environ mon âge). J'étais très malheureuse pendant mon séjour. Les états unis me manquaient. Je n'aimais pas la nourriture française. Je me souviens que la mere m'a donné l'aspic au poulet. Je déteste le goût et maintenant je suis vegan. Quand la mère ne me regardait pas, j'ai jeté l'aspic par la fenêtre. Malheureusement, la famille française et moi, nous ne nous entendions pas. Je sais que je semble ingrate. Mais cette famille était très méchant contre moi. La mère a lu mon journal intime. Les filles m'appelaient grosse.
Quand je suis retourné aux états unis, j'ai arrêté d'étudier plus le langue français. Le septembre dernier, j'ai commencé à pratiquer mon français en utilisant Duolingo.
