A Place Renowned for its Ginkgo Trees
I went to a scenic area on Saturday.
It's renowned for its ginkgo trees, which have a long history. The oldest was planted over 1500 years ago, even 100 years earlier than the famous Tang Dynasty. You can find it at the beginning of this video: https://youtu.be/KoiKUEfYeik
It was the third time I've been there.
The first time I visited there was with two friends' families many years ago. At that time, we went there specially to drink the fresh tea in the spring.
The second time was one year ago. It was just at the end of a hiking trail.
This time, I visited with a friend to see the ginkgo trees with their yellow leaves.

Die komplizierte Gebäude
Der Universität, in der ich seit dem letzten Montat arbeite, befindet sich auf einem Berg. Die Anordung der Gebäude ist sehr kompliziert. Die Gebäude haben Unterschiede von Höhe von Boden. Die Gebäude werden darin von Korridore gebunden, deshalb nennt man das Erdgeschloss in der Gebäude im Höhe erste Etage. Ich verwirrte mich anfangs.

Wie ich mich heute geliebt fühlte
Heute habe ich mich geliebt gefühlt, als mein Freund mich umarmte. In diesem Moment fühlte ich mich sicher, weil mein Freund mich beschützt hat. In der Zukunft möchte ich regelmäßig Tagebucheinträge schreiben. Ich plane, täglich Dankbarkeitseinträge auf meinem Handy zu verfassen. Außerdem möchte ich samstags und sonntags Frühstück für meinen Freund kochen. Er ist ein bisschen wählerisch, was den Geschmack des Essens angeht – aber ich mag die Herausforderung!

La motivation ou la discipline ?
En dehors du sujet dont nous parlons : Si vous voulez apprendre une langue, un nouvel hobbie ou être réussir à votre travail, il faut que vous avez de la motivation...ou plutôt la discipline ?
Je me demande souvent cette question : Quelle est la qualité la plus importante ?
Est-ce que nous pouvons atteindre un objectif juste par être discipliné ? Si c'est le cas, nous avons vraiment du plaisir à cette chose ?
Normalement, la discipline a la réputation d'être une bonne caractéristique. Nous pensons à qulequ'un qui est toujours en temps, très organisé et indépendamment de son humeur faire son travail.
Sur l'autre côté, quand nous pensons à quelqu'un qui est just motivé, peut-être nous imaginons un artiste qui est biensûr talenteux, mais ne travaille que s'il a la muse. Pour cela, il travaille avec passion.
Bien sûr, tous les deux qualités sont important.
Mais nous supposons que vous voulez réussir un objectif et vous ne pouvez que choisir être discipliné ou étre motivé. Que choisissez-vous ? Et pourquoi ?
Être discipliné et arriver vite au son objectif ou être motivé et passioné mais seulement selon l'envie?

カラオケ
長い間投稿していないですけど、今日久しぶりに書かせてもらいます。最近は研究の方に一生懸命努めています。今年2月から努めていたプロジェクトは、一緒に働いている先輩（院生）が提案してくれたプロジェクトでした。私が作業をする役割で、週に一回の会議でその週に得た結果とかを報告して教師と先輩にアドバイスをもらう形です。しかし、そのプロジェクトに努めていく過程で考えたのは、このプロジェクトはあまり見通しがつかないということで、プロジェクトを変えようと決心しました。その決心がつくまでは、自分で他の論文を色々読んで自分でアイデアを考え出しました。それで、教師と先輩に今のプロジェクトを辞めたくて次のを提案したいとプレゼンテーションしました。その場では不安な態度をされたんですけど、それからは話に乗っていたみたいで、今は私がプロジェクトに順調に努めています。春学期の日本留学が始まるまではこの論文を収めたいと思っています。
最近楽しいことといえば、カラオケです。研究に時間を注いでいると言ったけど、カラオケも楽しくやっています。カラオケ館には行かないけど（日本の歌もあまりありませんし）、家で練習することで楽しんでいます。あと、大学の友達と毎週土曜日、アニメの鑑賞会をしていて、数週間前からカラオケもし始めました！あとの投稿でもっと詳しく書きます。こうやって友達にパフォーマンスを披露する機会を得て、日本で本格的にカラオケに行くのもさらに楽しみになりました。

I cugini di mio cognato (dal Canada) sono ora in Giappone e avrebbero dovuto visitare a me a Matsumoto oggi. Però è impossibile. Ora sono a Osaka è il tifone ha blocatto tutti i treni. Che peccato. Non è la prima volta che un tifone ha rovinato i piani per la giornata. Mia moglie è felice. Ora posso aiutarla a prepararsi per domani. Domani sarà una giornata importante.

wie geht's bei dir? Ich habe gehört, dass du Probleme mit der Grammatik hast. Deshalb brauchst du jemanden mit dir zusammen zu üben. Also ich interessiere mich es auch.
Wir können am Wochenende ab 10 Uhr in der Bibliothek treffen. Ich kann auch meinen Freunden Elias mitbringen. Ich denke, wir werden eine gute Gruppe sein.

Este ano, os temas são a inclusão social e a combate contra fome, a transição de energia e seu desenvolvimento sustentável e reforma das instituições de governança global. A pesar dos sentimentos bem-intencionados, essa assembleia acontece todos os anos e o mundo está piorando, exeto pros ricos. Em momentos como isso, eu acho que é importante lembra-se que, em toda a historia, a verdadeira mudança veio das pessoas, não dos elites.

E-Mail über Studium
Liebe Renata,
danke für deine E-Mail. Ich werde antworten, so gut wie ich kann.
Ich mag mein Studium bei der Open University, obwohl ich keine Freizeit habe.
Da ich zurzeit Vollzeit arbeite, muss ich sehr organisiert sein. Außerdem muss man allein arbeiten können. Es ist nicht so leicht , trotzdem macht es mir viel Spaß. Was am besten ist, ist, dass ich noch arbeiten kann, weil ich die Kohle brauche. Leider fühle ich manchmal ein bisschen gestresst, denn ich arbeite jede Stunde.
Aber wenn ich absolviere, wird es sich alles lohnen.

Contre le sommeil
C'est dingue à quel point le sommeil peut être satisfait aprês une longue journée de la travaille ou dans mon cas si il se fait tard mais on a encore quelques choses a faire. Pour moi ce sentiment du sommeil est le plus intense quand j'éssaye de lire un livre quand il fait nuit et que j'avais ne que 6 heures de sommeil avant. Mon corps ne me laisse pas ou plutot mon volonté n'est pas assez fort parce que je sais si on ce moment une épisode de ma série préfére sortirait je me rendais même pas compte que j'ai du sommeil c'est une question mentale. Pour être claire bien sur il faut dormir pleinment et pas ignorer les signaux de son corps mais parfois il faut y forcer si on a trop à faire et on peut y arriver avec une mentalité et une volonté solide.

For the record, there is an income tax risks for Tuna Family, as their shares transferring to Marmaris does is within 2 years. These risks come from partnership and don't spread to the company.
Marmaris Shares
Mr Nasser seems owner in the chamber of commerce. Mr Nasser's name are not endorsed at the back of shares. As per phone conversation with Mr Rafet, Mr Nasser's name has to be endorsed at the back of shares which comply with date of October 24. Endorsing transaction has to be done by our instruction. Furthermore, a minute has to be written about who keeps paper shares and delivering the shares. Mr Nasser can hand over the shares to his father Mr Ali, after he keeps the share for 2 years. If he hands over the shares to his father before expiring 2 years, he may encounter very heavy tax liability. That's why he should not hand over the shares within 2 years.
Status Of Marmaris AŞ
The Capital of company is 50.000 TL which is very little by comparing with company's assets. Yalova Group AŞ must increase the capital at the end of the process. the account of Payable SHareholders looks very high in trial balance. This might lead us to tax inspections. As per conversation with Ms Derya, we will evaluate this matter before year-end.
Mr Rafet keep Yalova Group shares and share books. When Yalova Group AŞ shares are handed over Marmaris, this transaction will be recorded by Marmaris's accounting books. I warned and informed Ms Derya this matter.
Controlling Yalova Group AŞ Management
In order to for the company to be under our control completely, Managing Director, Finance and Accounting Directors has to be changed. In this respect, a job advertisement for role of accounting director has been released. Mr Gürkan and Mr Rafet will involve in interviews. This process will be administrated by me.
Alantar Manner of Work
When all process are completed, we can award consultancy contract with Yalova and Marmaris Firms starting from 2025 in case managers of companies approve. All accounting and tax audits will be done by our team. Furthermore, this contract will include all concultancy activities as well.

Être parent aujourd’hui
Hier, mon petit-fils a été chez nous pour l'après-midi et nous avons "cuisiné " ensemble, si on peut s'exprimer ainsi, car il a seulement 2 ans. Pendant ce temps avec lui, j'ai réfléchi aux parents d'aujourd'hui en comparant mon temps comme parent, il y a plus de 35 ans.
Beaucoup de choses ont changé, je crois. Cependant, je crois aussi, que l'importance de stimuler les sens de l'enfant pour lui permettre de se développer harmonieusement, est toujours aussi fondamentale. Je ne veux offenser ni mes belles-filles, ni les autres jeunes parents. Je voudrais seulement partager mes réflexions avec vous.
D'abord, l'importance de l'interaction pour exister au monde. Enfant, ma mamie cuisinait avec moi. C'est toujours un souvenir très précieux pour moi. Les enfants, à mon avis, ont besoin de jouer et de bouger dans le monde réel, en compagnie de leurs parents et grands-parents, si possible.
Cela dit, notre cerveau est fait pour se développer dans un monde tridimensionnel, c'est à dire pas avant l'écran de la télé ou d'ordinateur.
Ma dernière réflexion porte sur la bienveillance. Je vois les mères désemparées qui font tout selon la demande de leur enfant. L'enfant devient un "enfant-roi". Cependant, selon des rapports scientifiques sur la parentalité, les enfants ont besoin d'être guidés et encadrés afin de développer leur potentiel.
Être parent est-il une tâche impossible ? Je crois que les parents "imparfaits" font des enfants heureux.

Difference Regulation about Credit Card
I have credit cards from China and Canada. Interestingly, banks in China mostly issue Visa Cards, while Master Cards are more popular in Canada. Moreover, if we consume more than the maximum credits when using China credit cards, the transaction will fail; however, if we exceed the credits when using Canadian cards, we will probably succeed, but will be charged extra after.
