Vocabulario deportivo
Aprendí un poco de vocabulario deportivo con Duolingo. Entonces, quiero practicar con unas oraciones sencillas. Creo que es el vocabulario de Latinoamérica, y no sé si se usan las mismas palabras en España.
Un futbolista patea un balón hacia el arco para marcar, mientras el portero está intentando atajarla. Si, al final del partido, los puntos de los equipos son iguales, se dice que empatan.
Un tenista lleva puestas zapatillas, juega en una cancha y golpea la pelota con su raqueta encima de la red. (¿Sería mejor decir “pegar la pelota”?)
Un jugador de baloncesto también usa una cancha. Puede driblar la pelota, tirarla hacia el cesto para marcar, o pasársela a otro miembro de su equipo.
El entrenador ayuda al equipo con ejercicios físicos antes del partido, y dando estrategias para ganar durante.

Tourism and the environment
Spain has been chosen as a tourist destination for years. Thanks to that, our country received too much money from foreign tourists. Spain is a match for its landscapes, its good climate (although depending on the area it varies).
In the first place, tourism is the first source of income for our country. It is fundamental to acknowledge that Spain base all their taxes on receiving money from visiting tourists. We have a diverse country, in which you can look for beach, or mountains, or city tourism. No longer just for the landscapes (that is evidently also) rather for gastronomy and the native people.
By contrast this huge cash receipt has his own disadvantages. As a result of this avalanche of people, it makes overcrowding in some places that never has this numbers. For instance, at Christmas time in Madrid some of the streets that are the most famous ones had become impossible to transit for Spanish inhabitants. And not to mention the small villages that receive massive numbers of tourists even when they don't have space for all of this. Due to this many inhabitants are against this type of tourism because of the masses of people.
Finally, I'd like to highlight one final key issue. Spain survives thanks to tourism. We had already seen it during COVID-19. Our country suffer a crisis because of the minimums numbers of tourism. Years later, we continue being one of the most selected destinations for the tourist.

Don’t make excuses
I want fulfilling days.
So I decided to study English.
But I can’t going well.
First, I’m very sleepy everyday and I sleep long time.
Second, I don’t use English ordinary day so it’s difficult to keep a motivation .
Finally, I make excuses like the two I mentioned before.
I’ll start working hard again from today.

Day 1 - On motivation
How do you motivate yourself to complete tasks?
Firstly, I try to romanticize the task. If I have homeworks to do for instance, I would pour myself a cup of tea, listen to some chill music, set a library background on youtube, and then do the work. I think the surrounding really helps to engage with the task.
Secondly, I'm either setting a timer or trying to reach a certain goal. it would go as such : work for 45 minutes and then have a 10 minutes break, or read until this page/complete X amount of work.
Ultimately, I don't think motivation should be what we are looking for to complete tasks. Some days the motivation simply isn't there, and there is nothing one can do about it. I believe what matters the most is consistency and discipline. I usually go to the gym out of motivation, I just force myself to set foot at the gym, and that's when the motivation kicks in.

L’activité humaine permet la destruction de la nature, et de l’environnement. En effet, les animaux sauvages, les biodiversités font baisser ou diminuer. Par exemple, l’humanité consomme beaucoup de plastiques et nous savons que la plastique soit les matériels non biodégradables, elle reste dans le monde pour éternité.

Devo andare in ufficio anche oggi, però non devo andarci fino al prossimo mese. Ieri ero stanchissima quando sono arrivata a casa. Ho lavorato e ho passato del tempo con una collega, però è stancante quando si cambia ambiente.
Ho saputo che altri colleghi si sono licenziati. Mi chiedo quanti ne rimangano finché i capi non facciano qualcosa.

ما هي الشيء الأصعب في الدراسة لغة اجنبية؟
هذه السؤال أسألي نفسي لأني أحول أكثر من قبل أن أتعلم وأتحدث بلغات أكثر. أعرف إن هذا صعب ولكن لماذا؟
إسمي فيفي ودرساتي بدأت في طفولتي. نشأت مع التحدث الانجليزية والأسبانية لكن أستعمل أكثر الانجليزية في هذا البلد فيه يتحدث الناس بها. لكن كل أهلي تتكلم الأسبانية وبعض منهم يتكلمون الألمانية ايضا لأنهم يعيشوا في ألمانيا. لذلك في عمر 14 حتى عمري 18 درست اللغة الألمانية

Mi Dia
Hoy, me desperté y estudié español por una hora y media. Hoy estaba la segunda vez hablé con un maestro por iTalki. Fue muy difícil porque cuando hablo, hablo muy lento y pauso mucho. Después trabajé por un rato y fui al hospital por una reunión con el jefe del departamento. Después me voy y fui al gimnasio para levantar pesas. Cociné espaguetis y planeé mi viaje por Colombia en Abril. Estaba un día bastante bien.

Parte trece.
Con la segunda prueba terminada, era hora de volver a Hogsmeade. Los niños trajeron comida extra, porque planeaban encontrarse con Sirius y Buckbeak. Sirius seguía huyendo y Harry se había enterado de que se alojaba en una cueva cerca de Hogsmeade. Buckbeak y él apenas tenían comida porque Sirius tenía que transformarse en animago cada vez que iba a la ciudad, durante lo cual intentaba robar restos de comida para sobrevivir y periódicos para mantenerse al día con los acontecimientos. Durante la última prueba, Crouch nunca apareció y Percy, el hermano mayor de Ron, tuvo que sustituirlo como juez suplente. Mientras Sirius engullía la comida y le arrojaba algunos trozos a Buckbeak, les explicó que Crouch se había hecho su nombre por ser un adicto al trabajo y que últimamente su comportamiento estaba muy fuera de lugar. La ausencia de Crouch del torneo y del ministerio preocupó a Sirius debido a su historial de lucha contra los mortífagos.
Poco después de su regreso, salió otro artículo de Rita Skeeter, esta vez detallando cómo Hermione jugaba con los sentimientos de Harry y Krum, después de lo cual Hermione empezó a recibir cartas de odio. Il pane a lievito madre
Non c'è niente di meglio del pane fresco. Il mio preferito è pane a lievito madre. È più facile cuocere il pane a lievito madre di quel che sembra. Hai bisogno solo di tre ingredienti: l'acqua, la farina, e il sale. Il pane lievita con il lievito naturale fatto dalla farina. È passato molto tempo a lievitare, ma ne vale la pena. Il pane è morbido all'interno e croccante fuori. Il sapore è aspro. Il pane a lievito madre: ecco, è perfetto.

Ich verlege ständig meine Brille.
Die Regierung veranlasst, die Hauptstadt von Berlin nach München zu verlegen.
Die Aktivisten legen nahe, den Flusslauf um ein paar Meter zu verlegen, um der Region einen frischen Impuls zu verleihen.
Ich habe meinen Wohnsitz von Zürich nach München verlegt.
Neuerdings wurde der Firmensitz verlegt.
Du musst noch bedenken, dass der Beratungstermin jederzeit verlegt werden könnte.

Ich habe ihren Geburtstag vergessen, jetzt bin ich um eine Ausrede verlegen.
Die Uhr war teurer als erwartet, ich musste noch 20 Euro zulegen.
Die Stadt gefällt mir sehr und ich will nicht morgen abreisen. Was hältst du davon, wenn wir noch zwei Wochen zulegen.

¿Es verde el color del futuro?
Ya que sea una botella de agua, una cantidad excesiva de embalaje o una bolsa de plástico, nuestra huella ambiental está en auge cada día más. Desde el derretimiento de los glaciares hasta la desaparición de los flores y la fauna silvestre, los efectos duraderos nos llevan a un punto sin regreso. Como consecuencia, nuestros ecosistemas se ven afectados por la escorrentía de los fertilizantes y el flujo de agua de los glaciares, lo cual desencadenan un efecto dominó hacia nuestros suministros alimentarios y nuestra salud. El efecto mariposa de cada acción individual tiene un efecto secundario de gran alcance, aunque inesperado, destacando la importancia de cuidar el medioambiente.
Al nivel personal, deberíamos darnos cuenta de los efectos resultantes de nuestros hábitos perjudiciales. Por ejemplo, cada uno debería desenchufar los electrodomésticos y apagar la luz para ahorrar el suministro eléctrico. Además, el reemplazo de los autos de petróleo con los autos eléctricos e híbridos será un gran paso adelante para disminuir las emisiones de los gases de efecto invernadero. Las empresas pueden invertir en la tecnología renovable, emplear la inteligencia artificial para mejorar la producción en masa y buscar para proveedores que estén más cercanas para ahorrar los combustibles. Sin embargo, no solamente es la responsabilidad de los individuales de cuidar nuestro entorno; los gobiernos deben cambiar las leyes para incentivar la disminución de nuestra huella de carbono y usar los impuestos para desincentivar el uso irresponsible de los combustibles fósiles.
En un abrir y cérea de ojos, nuestro descuidado ya ha deteriorado nuestro planeta. Antes de que sea demasiado tarde, deberíamos trabajar juntos para contrarrestar los efectos medioambientales para fomentar un mejor futuro. ¿Cual sería un pequeño cambio que puedes hacer hoy para garantizarnos un futuro más verde?

Yo hablo portugués y puedo entender español,pero es un poco difícil de hablar e escribir en español .
Solía hablar español con fluidez, pero pasé mucho tiempo sin hablar ni escuchar español, y lo olvidé todo...
Espero que puedan me ayudar en esa jornada.
