Meine Reise nach München
In vier Tage werde ich nach München reisen. Es wird mein erstes Mal in der Stadt und in Deutschland als Ganzes sein. Das Ziel von der Reise ist eine IT-Konferenz in meiner Firma. Ich werde zwei Tage in München verbringen, und danach drei Tage in einer alterer Stadt, wo liegt der Firmensitz und wo die Konferenz passieren wird. Während ich bin in Deutschland, ich will so viel wie möglich mein Deutsch üben. Es ist eine nützliche Sprache, nicht nur wegen meiner Arbeit, sondern auch wegen der Kultur, der Geschichte, der Kunst, der Musik, und der Literatur. Einige meiner Lieblingsautoren sind deutschsprachig, wie Franz Kafka, Karl Marx, und Friedrich Nietzsche. Eines Tages möchte ich diese Autoren in der Originalsprache lesen, aber heute, mein Ziel ist nur mit den Leute auf der Straße und in den Barren und Biergärten ins Gespräch zu kommen, und ebenfalls mit meiner Kollegen und Kolleginnen in der Firma zu kommunizieren, ohne Englisch zu verwenden.

僕の新しい学校に転校して彼氏が見つかったら僕の人生が変わった！
ハタチのマヌ
この物語は学校にあります。この男の子の名前は「ハタチ」。ハタチくんはいつも一人でいます。友達がいないからです。ランドム日にハタチくんは数学の授業にいます。授業を始めたばかり時に新しい学生はクラスに行きました。
先生は「こんにちはみんな！」問いました。「新しい学生です！マヌト、事項紹介してください。」
「みんなさん！こんにちは！俺の名前はマヌトです！俺は本当に男の子を見たいでしょ？へへ、まーそうです。そして、ゲイです。実は、このクラスでほとんど彼氏を見つけた！時計をパスをするなら、みんなは俺の彼氏を知ってるよ！とにかく、すまります。」
マヌトくんはデスクに歩いたってすまりました。
ハタチはマヌトのことにファックをしませんでした。ケヤをしませんでした。
浄行を終わりました。数学はラストクラスでした。ハタチくんはハルウェイで歩いてる時に、ランドム男の子はハタチのパンツをフロアーに持っていた。
「はははは！もうパンツが廃いてないよ！」男の子は言いた。ハタチは泣いて始めた。そして、マヌトくんはシェシュエショーンに行きました。ハタチはマヌトくんが手伝ってと思ったけど、マヌトくんの言葉を聞いました。
「面白い！ハタチくんは本当に良くない！」 マヌトくん言いました。でも、ノテセングをしたばっか。「ああ！ウンダウェェーア本当に大好き！ハタチくんはもう俺の新しい彼氏だよ！全部違う人が死ねるよ！」
それで、デモヌになりました、とみんなさん、でもハタチくんにない、殺しました。それでハタチと本当にいいセックスしました。ハタチくんとマヌトくんはいしょうに本当に嬉しいです。この嬉しいのは終わらないフォアーエバー。

Mi sento a mio agio quando piove; quasi tutti nella famiglia di mia madre preferivano il sole da piccoli, invece a me è sempre piaciuta la pioggia.
Altri colleghi sono stati licenziati dal management. Non so cosa succederà, però continuo a svolgere le mansioni come prima e a farmi i fatti miei.
Non è davvero il caso di farmi prendere dal panico; credo che se il progetto finisse, potrei cominciare a fare altre cose.
Qualche giorno fa scrivevo qui che ho iniziato a leggere un nuovo libro di auto-aiuto. Mi ha colpita subito quanto mi mancasse una lettura così.
Sto imparando a pensare in modo più saggio e a dare valore solo alle cose che contano.

私が紹介したいのは、ロンアン省タンチュウ県のヴァムコードン川とニュットー運河の合流地点に位置する「ヴァムニュットー史跡」です。
ここは、1861年に国民的英雄グエンチュンチュックと義勇軍がフランス植民地主義者の軍艦を焼き討ちした、輝かしい戦功が刻まれた地です。ですから、ここは、単に地図上の地名に留まらず、ベトナム民族の輝かしい歴史の一ページを飾る場所と言えるでしょう。史跡の敷地内には、グエンチュンチュックを祀る厳かな「グエンチュンチュック寺院」があって、多くの人々がここに英雄を偲んで、参拝に訪れます。寺院の周囲は広々とした敷地で、展示室や記念碑などが整備されています。ですから、この史跡に訪れた時、昔のベトナム文化の美しさや歴史の重みを感じられます。
ここはとても美しく、歴史的にも価値がある場所です。私にとって、この場所は誇りに思う場所だと感じています。

Staying home in 2025
These days, I sometimes stay home all day and don’t even get out to the balcony.
I don’t feel uncomfortable about it at the moment, but I am vaguely aware of the risk of this lifestyle. Every book and article I read says that lack of exercise and sunlight eventually deteriorates your physical and mental health. Of course the risk really depends on individual factors such as characters, traits or environments.
But I feel that maybe I need to take a kind of precaution measure. I have at least one risk factor; the past history of postpartum depression. So I started to go straight to the window after waking up, and expose myself to the sunlight. It sounds too easy, but for me, getting started with the easiest thing is a tip for consistency.

Studying Phonetics (2/2)
I do not have an intention to completely erase my accent; instead, I just wish to pronounce all words in the right way, using intonation and stress correctly. My objective is to make my accent unobtrusive, mastering my pronunciation to the level where native speakers know that I am a foreigner, but not quite sure where I am from. Actually, I believe that B2 level proficiency is the best starting point for determined accent learning. When one's level is lower, it would be quite overwhelming to combine studying pronunciation with learning basic vocabulary and grammar. And vice versa, when one has C1 level proficiency, the entrenched speaking habits would demand much more time and effort to be changed. Hence, I do not regret about not delving into this topic earlier. However, now, I am exceedingly motivated to do it; I aim for at least an hour of daily practice. Today I spent a several hours practicing the ''th'' sound, and I can already feel the progress. I am sure, of course, that there might be plethora of other confusing sounds. I am planning to delve deeper into them later.
Additionally, I want to obtain more knowledge about different mimicking techniques, for instance shadowing. I am cognizant, nevertheless, that for now I mainly need to focus on learning IPA sounds. It could open me a lot of doors, and make my learning way much easier.

Studying Phonetics (1/2)
Recently, I got interested in working on my English pronunciation and accent. The primary cause of that was the feedback on my pronunciation, which I recieved from the native speaker of English. Since I usually communicate with non-native speakers, it is pretty challenging for me to get a constructive feedback on my pronunciation. Whenever I ask people to guess my descent, they never guess. Most of them say that I am from South Asia; some even assume Middle East. Therefore, I unintentionally created myself the illusion of my accent being adequate enough to not work on it at all.
However, a few days ago, I made an acquaintance with a person from the UK. It took him less than a minute to spot my Russian origin! Without any doubt, he has burst my bubble! Later, he told me that the decisive factor for him was my incorrect pronunciation of the sound "th''. It turned out that I was substituting the voiced sound with the "z", and voiceless sound with ''f'. I find it quite embarrassing, because I remember learning about it in the secondary school. After this reality check has occurred, I decided to approach the phonetics with seriousness.

Arriver à Toulouse
Le premier jour de notre visit en France, notre vol a atterri à midi et demi. Après avoir loué une voiture, nous sommes allés à l'hôtel, qui se trouvait en centre ville. Les rues dans Toulouse sont très étroits. Donc, j'ai conduit lentement. Nous avons suivi les panneaus de parking, et nous avons trouvé un garage de stationnement sous terre près de l'hôtel. Nous avions reservé trois chambres--deux chambres pour une personne, et une chambre pour deux personnes à un lit. Après avoir mettre nos bagages dans les chambres, nous sommes allés au restaurant, ou j'ai eu un entrecôte. Parce qu'ils étaient très fatigues (comment est-ce qu'on dit "jet lag"?), ma famille, ils sont retournés à l'hôtel, mais moi, j'ai fait une prommenade. Il y avait beaucoup des gens, et j'ai appris que ce jour était un jour férié. J'ai vu une vieille cathédrale, beaucoup de magasins, et même des gens qui jouaient boules. J'ai acheté du chocolat, et ensuite, je suis retourné à l'hôtel à huit heures et je me suis couché.

„Stargate Kommando SG-1“
„Stargate Kommando SG-1“ ist eine meiner Lieblingsserien. Sie wurde vom 1994 herausgekommenen „Stargate“ inspiriert, dessen Regisseur Roland Emerich war. In dieser Sci-Fi-Serie handelt sich um Soldaten einer Geheimlilitärbasis der Amerikanischen Luftwaffe (USAF), die verschiedene Planeten erkunden. Damit benutzen sie ein „Sternentor“ („stargates“ in der originalen Version). Man braucht es einfach, durch das Tor durchzugehen, und man wird sofort auf Planeten transportiert, die sich hunderte Lichtjahre von der Erde entfernt befinden.
Als ich jung war, mochte ich sehr Geschichte und Physik/Chemie, also ist es nicht überraschend, dass „Stargate Kommando SG-1“ mir gefallen ist. Da sie eine Sci-Fi-Serie ist, handelt es sich natürlich auf Technologie und Astrophysik, aber auch von antiken Zivilisatonen. Das spiegelt sich durch zwei der Hauptfiguren (Samantha Carter und Dr. Daniel Jackson) wider. Die großen Bösewichte der Serie, die Goa'ulds, gaben sich früher als Gotte aus, und Jacksons große Kenntnisse über antike Kulturen retten oft das Kommando!
Was ich wirklich beeindruckend finde, ist dass die Serie ein sehr geringes Budget hatte, aber trotzdem zu einem ausgezeichneten Ergebniss gekommen ist: Sie ist gut inszeniert und wirklich mit Talent gespielt, die Szenerien sind zusammenhängen, und sie findet immer das Gleichgewicht zwischen Intelligenz und Humor, Actionszenen und dramatischere Momente. Ich betone es, dass „SG-1“ für mich die Intelligenz der Zuschauer respektiert. Man lernt auch sehr viel, über zahlreiche Themen.
Zwei Fernsehfilme („Die Quelle der Wahrheit“ und „Continuum“) und ein paar Spin-Offs wurden von der Hauptserie abgeleitet, wie „Stargate Universe“ oder „Stargate Atlantis“. Ich habe mir einige Episoden von „Atlantis“ angeschaut, aber sie sind mir nicht so gut gefallen. „Die Quelle der Wahrheit“ ist wirklich schön und eine guter Schluss für die Serie, meiner Meinung nach, obwohl ich „Continuum“ furchtbar gefunden habe.

Food D1: Food Texture
Texture refers to a very complicated sensory process related to food. The mouth is a basic organ that helps us perceive texture. We can say that "the mouth not only taste food but also 'see' it." When food enters the mouth, it activates nerve endings and receptors that are sensitive to temperature, pressure, and pain. All of these contribute to what we call "mouthfeel." Our body has millions of sensory receptors that help us understand the world around us. In the mouth, there are some special receptors that helps us detect texture and firmness of food. These receptors can be found in other parts of the body, but they are found in much higher density in the mouth. Mouthfeel and food texture are two important indicators that allow people to accurately identify different foods. For example, if we grind food into the paste, it becomes much harder to tell exactly what type of food we just ate.

A Real Ninja Clan Explained
The Fuma clan was a ninja organization serving the Hojo family—the most powerful Sengoku daimyo in the Kanto region—around the 16th century. Rather than operating chiefly as undercover intelligence agents, the Fuma functioned more like an armed unit skilled at slipping through the night to launch surprise raids on enemy camps and throw their foes into disarray. Some historians even argue that its members were closer to lawless brigands, repeatedly pillaging and stealing.
On one occasion during a battle, after the Fuma’s night attack had run its course, a small band of enemy soldiers tried to slip into the Fuma ranks to launch a counterstrike. But the Fuma had a prearranged recognition system—at their leader’s signal, every man would either sit or stand—and the infiltrators were immediately spotted and beheaded. This episode shows that the Fuma were not mere ruffian bandits but a highly disciplined, professional fighting force.
The Hojo family itself had prospered for five generations over roughly a century before being destroyed by Toyotomi’s Siege of Odawara. With the fall of the Hojo, the Fuma descended into banditry and, it is said, were eventually captured and executed by the Tokugawa shogunate.

A Return Gift
I don't know if the title is grammatically right or not. Anyway, here is the thing: in the past year, I've received a lot of free gifts from local people while hiking, such as freshly picked fruits just from the trees, young plants, bamboo sticks used to support plants, and so on. Most of them are not expensive, but they are all the owners' kindness.
The owners don't want to take my money, so I want to give them some gifts in return when something like this happens again next time.
Once a time, when I passed by a lake, and a guy was fishing. The lake was pretty clean and beautiful, so I asked the guy if I could buy his fish. He generously gave me all his fish without taking any money. So I gave all the snacks I had to him.
However, snacks were not very popular, especially among the elderly locals.
I enjoy interacting with locals, but I don't want to take advantage of them. Therefore, I want to bring some return gifts every time I go hiking.
I'm still trying to figure out what it could be.

Gestern habe ich mir...
Gestern habe ich mir viele Youtube Videos auf Deutsch angeschaut. Ich habe vor einige Tagen die Känale gefunden. Ein Kanal, dass ich gestern gesehen habe, heißt Vanessa Berg. Sie ist eine junge Frau und macht Challenges. Sie muss zum Beispiel eine Woche nur essen, die hat sie noch nicht gegessen. Das bedeutet isst sie in dieser Woche etwas Neues. Sie lebt mit ihrem Freund und er kommt auch in den Videos. Sie probieren das Essen gemeinsam. Ich finde ihrem Kanal spannend. Ich habe ähnlichen Känale gefunden, wie ich gerne auf Englisch gucke.

Wenn ich Lehrerin wäre...
Wenn ich Lehrerin wäre, würde ich um 6 Uhr aufwachen, wie normalerweise. Danach werde ich ich mein Lunchpaket zubereiten und frühstücken. Dann gehe ich mit einem Auto zur Schule. Wenn ich Lehrerin wäre, will ich junge Kinder unterrichten. Der Alter soll zwischen 7-9 sein. Die Kinder, die sind jünger als das, können ein biscchen schwierig sein, zu handhaben. Die Jungendliche können gemein sein. Ich bin eine sensible Person, wenn ein Schüler oder eine Schülerin etwas gemein zu mir sagt, könnte ich weinen und das ist nicht gut. Als war ich 13 Jahre alt, hat einmal mein Lehrer die Klasse verlassen, weil die Schüler*innen war zu laut und ihn nicht zu hören. In einer anderen Schule hat eine Lehrerin in der Klasse geweint. Ich weiß nicht den Grund dafür. Deshalb hat sie gekündigt. Sie hat Englisch unterricht. Ich möchte English unterrichten. Ich bin nicht gut in den anderen Fächern und ich finde sie langweilig. Wenn man etwas unterrichten muss, kann man nicht es langweilig finden. Ich würde verschiedene Arten von Lerhmethode verwenden. Jeder findet verschiedene Lerhmethode nützlich. Ich würde natürlich Grammatik unterrichten und dann könnte ich meine Schüler*innen einen Film zeigen. Die Schüler*innen mussen auch etwas auf Englisch schreiben und sprechen. Ich muss sie Hausaufgaben geben. Danach muss ich sie auch prüfen. Die Schüler*innen würden auch Prüfungen haben.

Le sourire
Quand je pense à mon père, ce sont son sourire et son rire tonitruant qui me reviennent en mémoire.
Ses passe-temps étaient le karaoké, la pêche, et surtout discuter avec les gens autour d’un verre. Il rentrait toujours à la maison à cinq heures du soir, et pendant le dîner et l’apéritif, il nous racontait toutes sortes d’histoires. Nous avions un chat noir à la maison, qui était toujours sur ses genoux. Enfant, je trouvais très amusant de voir mon père, joyeux après avoir bu un peu, éclater de rire à gorge déployée, et moi aussi, je riais de bon cœur avec lui.
En grandissant, on me dit souvent que j’ai un joli sourire. Peut-être est-ce parce que, depuis toute petite, j’ai tant ri que mon visage s’est formé autour du sourire.
Je pense que ce n’est pas le bonheur qui crée le sourire, mais bien le sourire qui fait naître le bonheur. À l’âge adulte, les responsabilités, les obligations, les échecs et les peines peuvent nous ôter l’envie de sourire. Mais c’est justement dans ces moments-là que le sourire peut nous sauver.
Le corps humain est à la fois complexe et très simple : quand on sourit, on donne au cerveau l’illusion d’être heureux.
Les muscles du visage envoient le message que tout va bien, que c’est agréable, et le cerveau les croit.
Alors, aujourd’hui encore, pars avec le sourire.

I have been to Jyujyutsukaisen museum in Osaka at this Friday. Because of I had finished work early . The museum was very good! The museum has original mangas and how to make Jyujyutsukaisen by Akutami. Especially Jyujyutsukaisen made me exciting . It was origin of Jyujyutsukaisen. I spend 2 hours. But I felt 30 minutes.

Eine Reise mit Freunde
Letzte Woche habe ich mit meinen Freunde gereist. Wir sind nach São José dos Campos gegangen. Wir haben ein Freund, der da wohnt. Deshalb haben wir ihn besucht.
São José dos Campos ist eine sehr organisiert Stadt. Es gibt auch viele Bäume und die Menschen sind so sympatisch. Deswegen denke ich, dass Menchen die da wohnen, eine gute Lebensqualität haben.
In die letzte Tag von die Reise sind wir die halbmarathon von São José dos Campos geläuft. Das war wunderschön! Nach das Laufen haben wir ein tolle Mittagsessen gegessen: Poke Bowl. Wir haben auch ein Eis als Nachtisch gegessen.
Diese Reise war kurz, aber sehr gut!

Adoのライブに行ったこと！！（3）
Adoが出場していたスタジアムは3階建てであり、私の席が3階にあって、ステージから遠い半分にあった。大きなビルだったけど、レディー・ガガも出場していた近くのスタジアムより小さかった。もちろん、ステージに近く座れば座るほど、チケットが高かった。私はまだ学生だし、お金があまり持っていなくちゃうから、最も安い選択の一つを選んだけど、それでもかなり高かった。まあ、多分予想通りだね。実は、貯金があったので、より高いチケットを買えた。でも、私の最初のこんなライブだったし、何を期待すべきか分からなかったので、お金を費やしすぎない方がいいだろうと思った。
私は前回の投稿でAdoが自分の顔を出すことがないと言った。それなら彼女はどうやって直接出場しているの？ライブ中に、ステージの上に大きな箱があり、彼女は影だけを見えるように箱の中で歌った。私はステージからちょっと遠くに座っていたし、その箱の端に向いていたように角度がちょっと悪かったから、Adoの影が時々はっきり見えなかった。だけど、やっぱり主に彼女が歌うのを聴きに行ったから、大丈夫だった。やっぱり、彼女の歌いがすごかった。また、照明がすごく明るかったよ！ライブは絶対にてんかんのある方に適していなくちゃった。
そのライブは、私がAdoが歌うのが上手だか忘れたことに気づかせて、私に新しい歌も紹介した。そのために、私はまたAdoを聞き始めた。もし彼女がもう一度出場するために来たら、絶対にまたチケットを買う。もう一枚チケットを買う。
