Una actividad del fin de semana
El fin de semana, normalmente limpio mi casa y me relajo en casa. No trabajo los fines de semana y entonces me gusta pasar tiempo con mi familia. En la noches, encantó ver los cines y como palomitas de maíz.
A veces saca mis perros y salimos a caminar en el bosque. Ahora, en el verano la clima es muy agradable. Ceno con mi familia afuera cuando podemos. Pero está año ha estado lloviendo mucho que es bueno para los flores.

''Severance'' Review Without Spoilers
Yesterday I watched the final episode of the TV show called Severance. It is a conspiracy thriller series with elements of psychological drama, detective, and dystopian Sci-Fi. It has struck me how superb it was! Hence, I decided to write an essay about it. Soon after it's first release, more than three years ago, the series gained popularity among the critics and fellow viewers. A few months ago the second season came out, gaining praises of fans, and soon it was prolonged again. This show has surpassed my expectations! I greatly enjoyed the magnificent camera work, the appropriate music, the riveting plot and, of course, the outstanding actors' play.
The storyline covers the story of Mark Scout, an unremarkable 9-to-5 office worker. His distinctive feature is, however, that he has committed the so-called severance procedure. It means that he has installed a chip in his brain that has divided his memories into work and life parts. In other words, he has created a very copy of his personality just for work. When Mark Scout enters the "severed" floor, he turns his working personality, also known as Mark S.. Everything that Mark S. has are three colleagues, lunch breaks, and "melon parties" at the end of each quota. He lives in a never-ending loop of mundane work, which comprises moving numbers into various folders on his computer. Mark S. has neither clue of the purpose of his monotone work nor why would his "outie"(Mark Scout) agree to the procedure. After several years of employment and a sequence of certain events, both Mark S. ans Mark Scout decide to rebel...
Although almost every episode ends with a cliffhanger, there are a plenty of actions occurring in the middle of each episode that have a significant influence on the storyline.
Despite of it's entertainment origin, I have found Severance to be pretty deep and sometimes even thought-provocing. I wish there were more shows like that!

Sobre algunas dietas.
Yo era una deportista por eso tenía que cuidar a mi peso para mantener un buen rendimiento de mi cuerpo.
Cuando era estudiante de universidad, he hecho dos dietas que se llaman "la dieta de soya" y "la dieta de repollo".
Sobre "la dieta de soya", tenía que comer el Tofu en toda la cena .
El tofu es un comida japonesa pero ahora hay todo el mundo.
Sobre "la dieta de repollo" tambien, tenía que comer el repollo en la cena.
Los más eficaces fueron "la dieta de soya" porque la soya tiene muy buena proteína para crecer y mantener su músculo. El tofu también tiene mucha proteína. Cuando lo seguía comiendo, reducía a mi grasa pero mantener a mi músculo.
"La dieta de repollo" de eficaces era reducir la grasa pero los músculos también. Mi amigo de universidad, ha hecho esa dieta, era seguro que reducir su peso pero él no podía mantener sus músculos ni su rendimiento.
Actualmente, estoy pensando que empezar ejercicio para hacer deportes. Es que voy a empezar la dieta de soya otra vez.

C’est le surnom donné à la Skyline GT-R.
Hier, c’était mon deuxième jour de travail. Mon formateur avait mis de côté ce moteur spécialement pour moi. Ce moteur-là, c’est celui de ma voiture préférée au monde, la R34 GT-R. Bien sûr, il ne le savait pas. Il l’a choisi simplement parce que ce moteur représente l’excellence dans le monde des voitures de sport motorisé.
Hier, nous avons effectué une mesure et un ajustement très précis de la culasse. L’outil que nous avons utilisé s’appelle un jeu de cales (feeler gauge), qui permet de mesurer l’infime espace de 0,001 à 0,019 mm entre l’arbre à cames et les soupapes, et de le régler avec exactitude.
Une fois encore, mon formateur m’a transmis son savoir sans compter. Et il m’a aussi fait une proposition : devenir spécialiste des culasses. Il m’a expliqué qu’aujourd’hui, dans le métier de mécanicien, qui est très vaste, il est parfois plus pertinent de se spécialiser dans un domaine plutôt que d’essayer de tout faire. Et parmi les différentes parties du moteur, la culasse est la plus complexe, mais aussi celle qui influence le plus directement les performances du moteur. C’est ce qui la rend si fascinante.

Ich denke, dass die meisten...
Ich denke, dass die meisten Leute den Sommer die besten Jahreszeit finden. Wenn jemand das Wort "Sommer" hört, denken sie an helle Farbe und die Sonne. Das hat ein gutes Gefühl.
Nach meiner Meinung ist der Winter besser als der Sommer. Ich habe mehr Lust draußen winters als die anderen Jahreszeiten zu gehen. Ich finde den Schnee wunderschön and baue gerne Schneemänner. Ich glaube auch, dass die Dekorationen für die Festivals im Winter am schönsten ist. Nachts sieht sich man die hellen Lichter an und die Aussicht ist ausgezeichnet. Außerdem sind die Essen warmes und das macht mir Spaß, wenn es schneit und ich kann etwas Warmes essen, zum Bespiel heiße Schokolade.
Ich kann mir auch die gute Aspekte auf Sommer vorstellen. Die Sonne scheint und man kann hübsche Röcke und Kleider tragen. Viele Leute schwimmen gerne und fahren zum Strand jede Woche. Wegen der Erderwärmung ist es in vielen Ländern zu heiß und es wird schwierig für die Leute dort zu leben. Daher denke ich der Winter ist besser als der Sommer.

Não tenho nenhuma ideia
É meio difícil escrever algo novo todo dia. Às vezes visito o página inicial para me inspirar, mas nem sempre funciona 😂 Ultimamente tenho bebido muito chá com leite porque passo por uma loja todos os dias durante minha caminhada. Vou reduzir para uma vez por semana, talvez até menos (acho que vou enjoar). Só que, agora tenho um trabalho, então não me sinto culpada por gastar dinheiro com o chá 👌

Mon DELF B2
Aujourd'hui, je me suis inscrite au DELF B2 pour novembre.
C'est peut-être un peu trop tôt, mais j'ai le courage et la motivation de l'apprendre jusqu'à la fin de l'année.
Maintenant il faut que je travaille sur les points de grammaire qui me manquent.
J'ai déjà commencé par faire un examen DELF B2 de l'Institut Français et au moins dans la compréhension oral j'ai obtenu 7,5 de 9 points.
Je vais faire les autres exercices (comprendre un texte et en un écrire) les prochains jours.
Je suis un peu nerveuse, mais j'ai hâte de réussir ce défi.

Pur avendo fame, non ho ancora mangiato niente a causa dello stress. Però, ho ricevuto un'ottima notizia riguardo alla mia candidatura.
Domani ho l'ultimo colloquio, con una persona a cui tengo molto. Ovviamente mi comporterò in modo professioniale, ma spero che vada tutto bene.
Tutti gli amici stretti con cui ne ho parlato non rosicano. Anzì, sono felici per me e mi vogliono bene.

Ich mag...
Ich mag keinen Sommer, weil es sehr heiß ist. wo ich lebe. Es ist schwierig draußen zu gehen. Man hat Lust zu Hause oder in Innenräumen zu belieben und die Klimaanlage benutzen. Ich gehe gerne nicht Raus und wenn Sommer ist, dann will ich nie Raus gehen. Man braucht jeden Tag kaltes Wasser mit Eis. Ich mag Winter, weil ich gerne Winterkleider träge, zum Beispiel große Jacken und bequeme Pullover. Ich finde den Regen am besten, weil ich Suppe gerne trinke, wenn regnet es. Ich fühle mich ruhig.

Regen
Viele Menschen hassen Regen. Ich kann nicht behaupten, dass ich sie nicht nachvollziehe. Allerdings liebe ich es, falls Regen nicht zu stark ist, unter einem Regenschirm draußen zu spazieren. Außerdem finde ich die Luft nach einem Regen sehr angenehm. Ich glaube, dass der Laut von Regen auch sehr kuschelig ist.

Gerichten für beschäftigte Tage.
Heute werde ich zu Abend Curry essen, das ich früher zubereitet habe und einfriert habe. Gewöhnlich halte ich im Gefrierschrank für beschäftigte Tage einiges Gerichten, aber dieses Curry ist das letzten. Ich wollte Takikomigohan zubereitet, aber habe keinen genugen Reis.

Musique que J’ai Écouté
J’ai écouté à beaucoup d’albums nouveaux (pour moi) récemment . Je vais écrire sur deux. Le premier était « What’s Your Pleasure » de Jessie Ware. L’album combine du pop, electronic, et « dance » musique. Mon chansons/titres préférés sont « Soul Control », le « title track What’s Your Pleasure » et Ooh La La. À moi m’ai kiffé grave et j’vais à écouter à le plus d’albums d’elle. L’autre album que j’ai écouté était « Louder, Please » de Rose Gray. Comme le dernier, c’est aussi electronic avec « house » musique. C’est un album pour danser. Mon titres préférés sont « Damn », « Switch » et « Everything Changes (But I Won’t) »

“Last Mile”
The other day, I watched a Japanese film called “Last Mile” on U-Next. It’s a suspense film about a logistics service company that could be modeled after Amazon. In the film, a threatening advert is published online ahead of Black Friday, claiming that 12 bombs have been planted inside products for sale. At the same time, a series of explosions occur across the city. The center director and her colleague try to track down the culprit without stopping the conveyer belts inside the warehouse and finally find out the last bomb that has already delivered but stocked in the delivery box at a customer. In the end, it turns out that the culprit is one of the warehouse staff, who committed suicide with one of the bombs at the beginning of the film. She wanted to take revenge on the company that ignored the death of her fiancé, who also committed suicide 5 years ago during work due to overwork. The film is very fast paced, highly thrilling and presents many problems to be solved.

Learning to ride a bicycle changes me a lot.

Today, I wanna share with you what I learned from the experience of learning to ride a bicycle. It all began in the summer of 2012, before the start of second grade.
My dad came home with a shiny new bicycle.The moment I saw it, a mix of eagerness and anxiety washed over me.As I first tried to mount it, my hands were sweaty with nervousness, and my leg felt wobbly.I took a few tumbles, and there were times I wanted to give up, but my dad encouraged me, saying:" you should overcome the difficulties ."With his support, I kept going on.
With his help, I practice every day first, I learn ed to balance by pushing the bike with my feet on the ground, then ,I slowly started pedadling while my dad beside me ,still holding on .One day, he let go without me noticing, and I rode all by myself for the first time! I was so proud.
Learning to ride a bicycle, change me a lot, it taught me the importance of perseverance, every fall was a lesson, not a failure, it made me understand that in life, we must dare to try new things and never back down when faced with challenges, this experience has shaped me into a more tough and confident person.
So here I am ,stand on the stage.Give my speech to you, tell you about my story.

What famous person of the past would you like to meet?
I would like to meet Michael Schumacher (is not dead, but it's supposed that he can't do anything by himself), because I love F1 and motorsport in general. I would like to ask him what does he think made him one of the best drivers in history. Also I would like to ask him about funny stories he lived, and I'd ask him about some technical aspects in F1 about the car and telemetry, because I'm interested into.

Ver Programas
No veo mucho la tele, pero durante la semana pasada, decidí averiguar como aumentar mi régimen del aprendizaje de español. Había leído una recomendación de ver un programa que se llama "Caso Cerrado." Cuando hice una búzqueda para un episodio en YouTube, me asombré con los títulos que vi, por ejemplo, algo como "Su ex-esposa lo atacó con un machete!" No me gustó ver ese programa, pero el mismo canal tenía una serie con el título "La Jefa." Me dio curiosidad, así que vi el principio del primero episodio. Me interesó y pensé ver más con "Language Reactor" en Google Chrome. Pensé que había visto los primeros ocho episodios, pero me di cuenta de que los episodios en el canal Telemundo solo eran versiones acortadas y no completos. Tonto yo. Entonces, reempecé ver esta serie desde el primero episodio completo.
