敬語か砕けた言い方
ここでははじめから敬語を使っています。理由は知らなければ敬語は安心の選択だと聞きます。それに、読み物はよく漫画やライトノベルです。その読み物に、現実に比べて砕けた言い方がよく使っています。そのため、砕けた言い方に比べて、敬語の練習は足りなかったと思います。
しかし、英語圏で、ネットはカジュアルのところと考えられます。時々、「ここは敬語が本当にいいですか？」と思います。このサイトで、英語の練習する人は時々状況のためにフォーマルすぎる英語を使います。時々、問題は言葉や文法の問題は間違わないけど、口調は科学論文みたいです。そんなところ以外、そんなフォーマルすぎる文章は、変に聞こえます。英語に比べて、日本語はフォーマルの言語だけど、時々「同じ間違いますか？」を心配します。

年功制か能力給か、どちらがいい？
各会社にとって効果的な給与仕組みが大切だ。社員のやり方や会社の成功に影響があるので、年功制か能力給か、どちらの制度が良いの計論がある。会社と社員の観点から後者の方が公平だ。なぜなら、社員が貢献によって報われる。
もちろん年功制も利点があるので、今まで多くの会社がその制度を取り入れている。社員が会社に長く勤め続けるようになり、経験を重ねて、分野と企業特有の知識も広がる。この制度によって、社員が安定感を得て仕事に集中できる。定着率も高まる。しかし、その安定感も多くの欠点をもたらす。良い成果がなくても、出世できてしまう、優秀な若手が気落ちしてしまうのもある。なので、斬新性と勤労意欲が減少する。そうなると、経済的に会社に悪い影響が現れる。特に、小さな会社にとって、年功制は適用ではない。
現代の厳しい経済環境の中、競争力と斬新性がさらに重要である。また、技術化とともに、必要な知識とスキルも急速に変わる。それを考えて、若手の意欲さも新しい考え方も欠かせないだ。もっと多くの企業が能力給に移行し、貢献に基づいて出世が決定することである。この制度が先に長く勤めている社員に不当じゃないかという反論もある。しかし、重ねた経験と知識があるからこそ、成果も期待できないだろうか。若手に反して、長年現れた成果は出世に大きなメリットである。結局、ベテラン社員も優秀な若手も、両方ともの努力が認められる。
結論として、適切な制度が各会社によって異なる。しかし、現実的には、より多くな企業が成果に重視をしているので、年功制の代わりに能力給の方が理想的ではないだろうか。

My Website
About a year ago, I came up with an idea to create my own website. I just wanted it to be convenient and user-friendly, and maybe using some of the best design patterns. It wasn't a super smart idea to design the whole interface on my own, especially since I had no experience with design patterns. I spent several months just to draw the first page. I asked LLMs for ideas or samples - it all left much to be desired. Then I started combining UI elements from the websites I already knew. Finding it quite impossible to finish this madness, I decided to take a break for a while.
12 days ago I remembered something called WordPress. I had a bit of experience with it from one of my previous jobs. On the same day, I installed WP on free hosting, found a good-enough theme for my website, and got it working. It's still working, and it looks nice to my eye overall. Still, many things to improve on the website, but it's a good start, I guess.

別言語の名前
私には二つの名前があります。一つはガイウス・ユリウス・カエサルの家から基づかれていて、「若々しい」と「ジュピター（木星）の血を引く」の意味を持つ「ジュリアナ」という英語の名前です。もう一つは「Tường-Vân （トゥンヴァン）」というベトナム語の名前です。このベトナム語の名前の発音をちゃんとカタカナに書いたのかは分からないので、これからただベトナム語の書き方を使います。「Tường」と「Vân」をてんでにただ「壁」と「雲」に翻訳できますが、確か覚えてみると、「Tường」はベトナムの王族からも取られていると思います。また、私が生まれた時、父はが「雲のように楽な人生を生きて」という願いを込めて、「Vân」を付けてこのベトナム語の名前にしました。両方の名前は恐らく独特な方だと思いますが、どっちでも好きです。

A Post in English
The weather last night was very nice. I could sleep without turning on my air conditioner.
Before that, I turned on my air conditioner every night. If I didn't, I couldn't fall asleep due to the hot weather.
Last night was the first night when I didn't need to turn on my air conditioner. At the beginning of last night, I closed the window and the door of my bedroom, and turned on my air conditioner.
After a while, my wife called me and told me that her bedroom felt really cool without turning on her air conditioner. She asked me to enter her room to feel it.
I then entered her bedroom. Yes, it felt really cool. She just opened her window and door. I could feel that the cool wind from the window blew directly onto my body.
Afterwards, I returned to my bedroom. I turned off the air - conditioner and opened my window and door. The cool wind outside immediately blew directly onto me.
I slept naked without any cover, but I didn't feel either hot or cold. It was the right temperature for people to sleep naked without any cover.
I especially checked the temperature on the weather forecast app on my phone last night and it was 27 degrees Celsius. I will remember it as it's the nice temperature for people to sleep without any cover.
Now it's 5:16 in the morning. I think it is time to end this entry.

Why I like Dogs?
I like dogs because they are animals very caring and cute, that over time will be your best friends. Sometime I question me, why and how some people don´t like they, because I can´t not like, everytime I see one I want to take to my house haha, but this went the opnion of each person. Urlaubstage und Arbeitzeiten in meinem Heimatland
Vor ein paar Tagen hatte ich einen einzelunterricht, den meine Lehrerin mir angeboten hat. Sie hat mich einige Sachen über mein Heimatland gefragt, die damals schwierig für mich zu erklären, war. Jetzt werde ich nochmal versuchen, eine dieser Fragen beantworten. Die anderen werde ich vielleicht in den nächsten Tagen beantworten.
Eine war in zusammenhang mit den Arbeitzeiten und Urlaubstagen. In meinem Heimatland arbeitet Menschen rund 48 Stunden, das heißt Montag bis Samstag.
Wir haben 30 Urlaubstage, aber das schließt nicht nur Werktage sondern auch Wochenende und sogar Feiertage ein. Zum Beispiel, ich möchte am Dezember Urlaub haben. Mein Urlaub beginnt am 1. Dezember und endet am 30. Dezember. Am 31. Dezember muss ich wieder arbeiten, also ich kein mehr Urlaubstage habe. Es ist egal, ob der 8., 20., 25. frei ist.

Fournitures d’art
J’aime dessiner, mais des fournitures d’art sont chères. C’est difficile de décider de la qualité à acheter. Comme une amateur, je ne pense pas qu’il soit nécessaire d’acheter le plus chères fournitures, mais si on utilise le moins chères des fournitures, c’est possible que on produise mauvais travail. Puis, on sera découragé et on abandonnera le hobby.

Good Day
Yesterday I did exercise with a jumping rope that I bought a few months ago.
The day passed fast but I felt glad, not because of doing lots of things but rather that I'm learning to enjoy more my life.
Last week I watched a video that explained why setting goals isn't the best idea when you're unsure about which is the best path to choose in your life, career e.t.c.
instead set constrains that can guide you better in complex decision-making situations.

Story of Ratnag Part 24
Rishu came back to his house.
The next day in the morning, he went to his school.
When he entered the school, everybody started bullying him by calling him a "ghost". Rishu felt uncomfortable in school.
Then a girl came to him and said,
"Don’t mind their words, they are bad students , you know that."
After hearing the girl’s words, a boy named Raghu got angry and said,
"What did you say? We are bad children? Okay, I will show you what bad student do."
With an angry expression, he came near to that girl and tried to give him a kick. But suddenly, Raghu's leg was stopped in the air because Rishu caught it with his hand.
Rishu also gave a powerful kick to Raghu’s chest. Raghu was not ready for this, so he got injured.

Einsamkeit.
Ich habe ein Freund der immer sagt, dass er sich Einsamkeit fühlt, Obwohl es so viele Freunde um ihn herum gibt.
Also jeden Tag versuche ich ihn zu erklären, dass wir Aktivitäten miteinander machen können. aber er immer wieder meine Vorschläge ablehne.
und dann sagt dass er lieber allein bleibt. das ist wirklich merkwürdig, dass man Einsamkeit fühlt und keine Soziale Aktivitäten zu tun würde.
Ich denke dass, er entweder kein Bock mehr rauszugehen hat oder es ihm todlangweilig geht. in beiden Fällen muss ich ja neben ihn vielleicht bleiben.
