Da ich mich für das Thema ,,Am Feiertag arbeiten” interessiere, möchte ich meine eigene Meinung dazu äußern. Ich persönlich denke, dass man an Feiertagen nicht arbeiten soll. Heute müssen wir unter einem großen Druck arbeiten. Deswegen fühlen wir uns nicht nur müde, sondern auch stressig. Deshalb brauchen wir die Feiertage. Für die meisten Menschen bedeutet Feiertage den Arbeitsalltag vergessen und Zeit mit der Familie verbringen zu können. Außerdem können wir unsere Bekannten besuchen, die wir so lange nicht gesehen haben. Dazu können wir dabei Stress abbauen und dann werden wir effektiver arbeiten. Darüber hinaus werden Arbeitnehmer, die am Feiertag arbeiten, körperlich und geistig erschöpfter sein. Ich hatte einen Freund, wegen seiner Ohnmacht musste er in die Notaufnahme gehen, während er in den Ferien arbeitete. Abschließend arbeite ich am Feiertag , da kann ich viel Geld verdienen, aber nicht dafür tausche ich meine Gesundheit ein. Das ist meine ehrliche Meinung zu diesem Thema

Quoi qu'il arrive, ça va être incroyable!
Le titre de cette invite d’écriture m’a fait réfléchir : l’optimisme, est-ce inné ou peut-on l’apprendre ?
Un de mes écrivains françaises favoris est le psychiatre Christophe André. Il a écrit que la tristesse et le pessimisme peuvent devenir une sorte d’habitude. Il y a un confort étrange en l’idée que « oui, je me suis préparée pour le pire ». J’ai corrigé une composition sur LangCorrect ce matin, un narrative d’un voyage à voir des feuilles d’automne en Japon. Je me demande : c’est possible d’être là, dans ce moment, si on est pessimiste ? Comme pessimiste, c’est plus facile à critiquer, dénigrer et rejeter, non ? Comment on-peut être vulnérable et optimiste ? Et dit « oui, ce moment-là, avec des feuilles, du vent, le bruit des enfants qui jouent, je veux être ouvert et absorber chaque seconde ».
La vérité est que je suis pessimiste, et je veux être optimiste, ou au moins quelque part entre les deux extrêmes. Peut-être aujourd’hui, je irai en dehors, et regarder - vraiment regarder – exactement ce qu’il y a.

フエがだんだん変わってきました。以前と比べて、今はどのように変わりましたか。友達がわかるように説明してください。
私はフエに生まれ育っていました。今まで21年ぶりです。フエは深閑な歴史の都市でしたが、だんだんモダンで活気になります。変わったことがたくさんあります。でも、最も印象的な変化は都市の外観です。
以前は、フエに高い建物があまり多くないです。今は、高層ビルがどんどん建設されています。人の生活のために、ショッピングセンターとか、映画館とか、ホテルとか、色々なサービスのセンターができました。夜になると、灯りがついてもっときれいで明るくなります。以前と比べて、これはフエが成長している証拠ですね。
以前なら、木があまりたくさん植えられませんでしたが、今はフエがつつ緑都市になります。フエのどこへ行っても、緑の木に覆われます。そうだけでわない。ここの道はいつもきれいにします。これこそ、空気が新鮮になって、人の気分がだんだん快適になるかもしれないと思います。都市がいつも清潔を保つのは大切ことです。環境がきれいであれば、生活の質が向上します。現在、フエがそんな都市です。
フエはもともと古都で、今も昔も何も変わっていません。世界と一体化するように、外観が変わっているのが自然ことです。都市を発展させて、都市の本来の美しさを維持するのは全ての都市ができることではないと思います。でも、フエがとてもうまくやっています。
外観を変わってだけでなく、地方自治体は生活の質を改良しています。学校などの教育機関には、学習設備が完備されています。医療センターには、人々の健康のために、多くのモダン器具がつかわれています。人々が長生くかもしれませんね。これが一番意味のある変化だと思います。
フエは私の故郷です。故郷が少しずつ変わっていくのを見るのは嬉しいことです。その一方で、たくさんの不安を持っています。

Da ich mich für das Thema ,,autosfreies Stadtzentrum” interessiere, möchte ich meine eigene Meinung dazu äußern. Ich bin (nicht) derselben Meinung wie...(Name). Ich persönlich denke, dass das autofreie Stadtzentrum eine gute Idee ist, weil es heutzutage nötig und wichtig ist. Obwohl Autos lebensnotwendig sind, schädigen sie die Umwelt und die menschliche Gesundheit. Je mehr Autos es gibt, desto verschmutzter wird die Luft. Wenn es keine Autos in der Innenstadt gibt, gibt es weniger Stau und frische Luft, dann können wir zur Arbeit pünktlich ankommen. Darüber hinaus werden Verkehrsunfälle erheblich reduziert. Neben den Vorteilen gibt es auch Nachteile. Wir brauchen mehr Zeit, um zum Unternehmen zu fahren. Es ist auch unbequem, keine Autos zu benutzen, wenn das Wetter draußen schlecht ist. Ich hoffe darauf, die Regierung ruft ,,Autofrei in der Stadt” in unser Leben so bald wie möglich, um die Vorteile zu erringen. Das ist meine ehrliche Meinung zu diesem Thema

Da ich mich für das Thema ,,Vegetarische Ernährungen” interessiere, möchte ich meine eigene Meinung dazu äußern. Ich bin (nicht) derselben Meinung wie...(Name). Ich gebe zu, dass vegetarisches Essen unsere Gesundheit stärken könnte, aber das ist nicht genug. Fleisch und Fisch liefern Vitamine B12, Proteine, Jod, Eisen und Zink, um die Entwicklung des Körpers zu unterstützen. Daher wird der Vegetarismus nicht genug Energie für uns liefern, um lange Tage zu lernen und zu arbeiten. Außerdem gibt es ein großes Problem, dass die meisten Zutaten für die Herstellung vegetarischer Gerichte Pestizide verwenden, die nicht nur die Umwelt nachhaltig beeinträchtigen, sondern auch die menschliche Gesundheit schädigen. Darüber hinaus kostet eine nahrhafte vegetarische Ernährung viel Geld. Sie ist sogar teurer als Fleisch oder Fisch zu essen. Meiner Meinung nach sollte man sich nicht vegetarisches Essen ernähren. The Memory
Back in 1990, my wife and I were both in our twenties. We earned a small salary-monthly paid was only tens of RMB.
It was also the second year after we married and the year that we had our only son.
In the morning on the 19th of December in 1990, my wife told me that she had a pain in her belly and she felt like she was going to give birth.
She required me to cycle her to the women and children's hospital in the city we live in. Because of the bad roads, we had to stop for a little while a few times when she couldn’t withstand the pain.
Fortunately, she didn’t give birth on the way to the hospital. She gave birth in the afternoon in the hospital that day.

Decades ago, the weather was much colder than now, and people still used coal ball stoves to warm their wards. That was totally different from what you see nowadays in a hospital.

A Mosquito
It's in December already, and the winter solstice will be coming by the end of next month. I live together with my law-in-parents, my law-in-mother removed the mosquito net last Friday. The local temperature is around 15 degrees celsius(I don't know how to input the symbol celsius). But the mosquito never disappear, I didn't sleep well last night, and one or more of these kinds of disgusting insects hummed all night.
I prayed as usual hoping mosquitoes only suck blood but not hum around.

Une petite excursion à la campagne
Mon amie qui normalement habite à Darwin, nous a rendu visite. Elle restait avec nous pendant quelques jours. J’ai cherché des activités pour l’amuser et nous avons décidé de faire une petite excursion à la campagne.
Le pittoresque village de Bungendore se trouve à une trentaine de kilomètres de moi. J’ai vérifié le météo et selon les prévisions, ça allait faire bon. Nous avons pris mon voiture et dans environ 45 minutes, nous sommes arrivées. Le trajet était agréable: nous avons vu des petites fermes et des moutons et vaches dans les prairies. Nous sommes aussi passées devant une petite fille à cheval.
Le village était rempli de gens. Il me semble que désormais c’était devenu un peu touristique : ce qui était décevant. Je supposais qu’il y avait une foule parce que Noël s’approche et tout le monde recherche un cadeau parfait. Sur la route principale se trouvaient des cafés et des petites boutiques qui vendaient des choses faites à la main. Quand on tournait le coin, il y avait une galerie d’art indigène qui était très intéressante. Mon amie y a acheté une peinture.
Notre excursion nous a plu beaucoup et nous avons terminé la journée en beauté en prenant un verre sur la terrasse d’un café pittoresque d’où nous avons vu quelques kangourous.

Usando los medios sociales
Apenas usé los medios sociales. Había usado Youtube y Tumblr como los medios sociales populares. Y intenté usar Twitter y Reddit una vez, pero no me gusta y borré las cuentas poco después.
Antes borré todos mis cuentas a hace cincos años, solo mirá Reddit y Youtube para las noticias y Twitter para las noticias desde mis los creadores favoritos. No obstante, en los últimos tres años, apenas fui a el sitios webes.
Bueno, me pregunto si debería empiezo me apunto a Mastodon. Mastodon ver a una mezca de Twitter y Tumblr a mí. Justo quiero una lugar que puedo conseguir información desde. Y con Twitter está terminando rapidó, más gentes ha ido a Mastodon. A lo mejor es una buena idea.

Das Thema ,,Urlaub am Strand?” ist ein interessantes Thema, das heutzutage viel diskutiert wird. Meiner Meinung nach soll man Urlaub am Strand unternehmen. Heutzutage ist unser Lebensstandard immer besser, inzwischen ist die Arbeit körperlich und psychisch sehr anstrengend. Deshalb gilt ein Urlaub am Strand als eine gute Lösung, die uns hilft, Stress abzubauen. Außerdem kann man im Strandurlaub sowohl frische Luft genießen, als auch am Strand spazieren gehen. Darüber hinaus kann man zahlreiche wertvolle Fotos machen und unvergessliche Erinnerungen haben, wenn man gemeinsam mit seinen Freunden oder mit seiner Familie einen Urlaub am Strand unternimmt. Zum Schluss kann ich sagen, dass man jedes Jahr einmal einen Urlaub am Strand machen soll, um mehr Spaß und bedeutungsvolle Erinnerungen im Leben zu schaffen. Nowadays, each person has a single room, and each room has an electric entrance guard, which is connected to the phones of two policemen. When people open their doors, an alarm ring will be on the phones of the policemen.
People are only allowed to open their doors when they pick up their three meals and when medical staff take Covid tests or body temperatures for them. Otherwise, they will be warned by the policemen if they open their doors not for these reasons.
The rooms in the quarantine location that I worked in are divided into four floors. The rooms on the 26th and 27th floors have relatively good living conditions. Every room has a window no matter if the windows are to the south or north because the rooms on these two floors were used as a convenient hotel.
The rooms on the 5th and 6th floors are not that good. Rooms on these two floors were used as public baths, so half of the rooms don't have windows and those which have windows are all to the north.
The worst thing is the rooms on the 5th and 6th floors don't really have hot water. If people want to take a shower, they need to turn on the tap at least an hour in advance to get warm water (please note that it's not hot water but warm water). Sometimes they can't even get warm water.
So I guess the living conditions of the room that you were isolated in would be much better than the rooms in the quarantine location I worked in, and I bet the rooms while you were in quarantine wouldn't have electric door guards.

Les ustensiles jetables
Quelque chose que j'ai constaté depuis la pandémie c'est que quelques restaurants, surtout les restaurants avec une ambience plus détendue, a commencé d'utiliser seulement les couverts jetables, y compris pour les plats et les bols. Je pense que ça a probablement commencé comme mesure soi-disant sanitaire, mais je me demande si ce n'est pas devenu une habitude paresseuse pour ces restaurants. Sans aucune doute, les employés apprécient de ne pas avoir faire la vaisselle. Mais ce n'est pas très joli de manger des bols en plastique dans un restaurant. Sans parler de l'aspect environnementale. Quand j'étais à la fac, j'ai travaillé dans un tel restaurant qui a eu quand même tous les ustensiles en métal et les plats et bols en céramique. Faire tout la vaisselle à la main après le rush de déjeuner, c'était pas évident. Mais, je me demande s'ils n'utilise pas les couverts jetables maintenant.

Eintrag 18.11.2022 - Erster Schnee und andere Kleinigkeiten
Aufgrund meinen neuen Aufgaben für die Arbeit brauchte ich andere Mappen, um meine Dokumente zu ordnen. Ich bin in meinen Lieblingsladen gegangen, wo es so viele kreative Stoffe und Werkzeuge gibt. Normalerweise kaufe ich immer Kunstmaterial, aber ich war heute sehr vernünftig. Infolge habe ich jetzt zu Hause zehn neuen Mappen aus Pappe, zehn neuen Umschläge aus durchsichtigem Kunststoff, und keine neuen Pinsel oder Farben.
Als ich zurück nach Hause ging, startete es zu schneien. Es war so schön. Es ist mir eingefallen, dass der Wind plötzlich stoppen hatte. Die dicke Flocken sind schnell und direkt vertikal gefallen. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass alle meine Umgebung in einem bewegenden Aufzug war. Ich habe mich länger als geplant spazieren, weil ich mich wie in einer anderen Zeit und Raum fühlte. Auch wenn die Landschaft noch nicht total verändert wird, ist erster Schnee des Jahres für mich ein richtiges Ereignis.
Im moment versuche ich viel Deutsch zu anhören und zu lesen: ich bin wirklich motiviert. Ich singe sogar auf Deutsch, wenn ich zu irgendwohin gehe. Ich denke, dass Deutsche singen mögen, dass es in ihrer Kultur ist, aber ich habe nie jemand in der Straße gehört. Ich denke, ich bin die einzige. Leider für die Ruhe von der Stadt singe ich sehr schlecht.
Und jetzt verfasse ich langsam diesen Text. Ich tippe mit kalten Hände, weil die Heizung in meiner Wohnung noch zu ist. Es ist mir derzeit egal, ich habe die Glück, nicht zu kälteempfindlich zu sein. Ich weiß, dass es nicht für alle der Fall ist, und wünsche Ihnen und Euch Gemütlichkeit!

How to Set and Achieve Long-Term Goals
All of us want to achieve something in life, whether it’s an impressive career or an ability to wake up early. Although, the cold truth is, just a small amount of people are willing to knuckle down and achieve their goals. According to the University of Scranton, 92% of people who set New Year’s goals never actually achieve them. So, why are many people unable to achieve their goals and derive what they truly want? The simple truth is that they don’t know how to set goals. Let’s take a look at the science of setting long-term goals, and why they’re so crucial for our success.
What is a Long-Term Goal?
A long-term goal is any goal we want to achieve. It may be changes in career, education, relationships, and so on. Getting ahead in your job, learning a new language, or buying a new house — all these desires might become your long-term goal.
Why are Long-Term Goals Important?
In general, long-term goals help us feel better. An accomplishment of a long-term goal may bring a lot of benefits in life. If you set a goal to eat healthy food, in the long-term, you’ll feel better and live longer. Learning a new skill may benefit you with career prospects, as well as a commitment to your job which can lead to a promotion.
As you can see, long-range goals may serve us well and provide us with substantial improvements in our lives. On the whole, a high-motivated person who is willing to strive for their glorious future feels happier and healthier in the long run.
What’s the Difference Between Long-Term and Short-Term Goals?
As a matter of fact, there are two types of goals: long-term and short-term. What’s the difference between them? Long-term goals require a lot of time to achieve; on average, it’s more than 12 months. Let’s face it: mastering a new skill or, say, managing a team of employees to reach a target are not simple tasks. On the flip side, short-term goals require less time to achieve; it’s roughly about 12 months or less.
Simply put, a short-term goal is anything you can achieve in a relatively short time. Let’s imagine you decide to tidy up your garage, or reduce the amount of fast food from your daily meals. You set a goal, achieve and it that’s it. Done, you feel great and satisfied.
Short-term goals make us feel good about ourselves. Why? Because they provide us with nearly instant gratification. We don't usually put in a tremendous amount of effort to achieve them, which is great. At the same time, short-term goals do nothing about our dreams and important life changes. To make matters worse, sometimes we become preoccupied only with short-term goals and don't even look toward more challenging tasks.
On the whole, it’s important to realise that both types of goals are equally important. You may think that you should set only long-term goals because they’ll serve you better, but that’s not quite right. Short-term goals also have their own advantages; for instance, they help us stay motivated and focused. You don’t have to concentrate too much to repair your bike or finally sort out your papers on a weekend, do you? And yet in the distance, long-term goals are more important for us.
Why Do We Fail to Achieve Long-Term Goals?
Well, because life is hard. We are, human creatures, are constantly failing in every aspect of life, whether it setting goals, repairing this stupid tap in the bathroom, or picking up our children from school. Frankly speaking, it’s easier to set a long-term goal than to achieve it, and most people can’t accomplish that. You may think that the problem is you, but it’s not quite like that. As a matter of fact, we don’t achieve long-term goals not because we’re lazy or aren’t smart. We just don’t know how to set these goals.
Tips to Help You Create and Achieve Long-Term Goals
Even so, achieving long-range goals might be hard, but we still can do this. The only question is how to build an appropriate strategy for achieving a goal. Below I'll describe some tips which help you with that.
Write Your Goal Down
Writing is a great thing in itself; it helps you to get rid of difficult thoughts and ease your inner pressure. Also it can help with setting long-term goals. Write down your goals to sort out, whether your desire is achievable and what concrete steps you can take to reach it.
Add a Little Zing to Your Goal
The key point is that your goal shouldn’t be too easy or too difficult. With an easy goal, you’ll become bored too soon and give up. On the flip side, if the goal is too complicated, you’ll lose your motivation and also give up. Set a goal that is complicated, but not too complicated. It should be something that challenges you, but something you believe you still can achieve.
Break Your Goal into Smaller Steps
A big goal may look intimidating and impossible, especially if you have never before set long-term goals. Breaking a goal into smaller achievable steps will help you to plan your way and change your perception of the goal as something scary.
Set Deadlines
It’s not necessary to write down the exact date when you plan to achieve your goal. At the same time, it’s worth having a rough understanding when you want to see the results of your efforts. Say, you can promise yourself that you achieve your goal by next autumn. Set reasonable deadlines so that you don’t feel in a rush later.
Be Flexible
It’s important to stay flexible and not feel frustrated if you don’t accomplish your goal at a pre-determined time. Life is not a to-do list where we can tick off all checkboxes. It's very possible that your life will get out of hand, and some impediments will emerge on your way. After all, you may suddenly get a cold and have a drop-off in your productivity. If this is the case, adjust your plans and reset your deadlines.
Track Your Progress
Tracking activity will help you to see how well you have managed along the way, and whether you should change something. You can keep a journal, track your accomplishments in excel sheets, or simply write down your thoughts. Keep in mind that the tool is not as important as your commitment to the tracking.

1 Are you often busy?
Well, not really. But for the past three months, I got so many things to do. Apart from my 9-to-5 job, I was occupied with preparing to take the IELTS exam. For about three hours every Saturday and Sunday night, I attended a class with an IELTS expert. Unfortunately, he assigned a lot of homework, so after a busy day at work, I still have little time to rest as it took me forever to complete all the assignments.
2 What are the advantages and disadvantages when people keep busy?
One benefit that I can think of is people would try to figure out how to manage their time and tasks more efficiently in a hope that they can have more time to unwind. Another is they can gradually build up resilience to a heavy and time-consuming workload, so if they face it in the future, they wouldn’t struggle. However, remaining occupied with work or study can result in stress, anxiety, depression, or even illness.
3. Do you think children should learn through playing games or under pressure?
For me, it would be better if children learn through playing games. This is because they may not be able to cope with the stress from pressure, which can result in frustration, followed by bad behaviors or even self-harm. So I believe that learning under pressure is rather counterproductive for them. On the other hand, games with educational toys have long been proven to be an effective way of learning for children. Since games are engaging, children tend to actively participate in the process and pay high attention, which means that they are likely to learn what their teachers are trying to educate.
4 What kind of pressure do people may experience at work?
I can imagine many occasions that can make people feel pressured at work. One is having to deliver work to an urgent deadline. The fear of the possibility of missing the deadline can make people constantly on edge and restless, and can cause them to overwork. You can also experience pressure from handling unreasonable customers or an over-demanding boss. Capture the Flag, Türkçesi "Bayrağı yakalama", gayet aktif bir oyun.
Bu oyun için iki bayrak ve her iki ekibinden en az üç kişi lazım, ama ne kadar fazla olursa o kadar iyi olur.
Bu oyun da ne kadar büyük ve geniş bir konum olursa o kadar da iyi olur, eğer saklanacak yerler varsa daha da iyisi.
Oynu amacı şu: birinci ekibininden biri ikinci ekibinin bayrağı ele geçirmesi lazım ve aksi yönde.
Normalde her ekip başka ekibinin bayrağının nerede olmasını bilmiyor, bir de ekiplerin bireyleri bayrağın konumu bulup onu ele geçirmek gerekir ama aynı zamanda eğer biri başkasına yakalarsa (yani bayrağı ele geçirmeden önce), kendi yöresine dönmesi lazım.
Normalde en az bir kişi bayrağının bölgesini korur bir de en az iki kişi diğer ekibinin bayrağını bulmaya çalışıp onu yakalar.
Bir ekip diğer ekibinin bayrağı ele geçirdikten sonra kendi yöresine getirdiğinde kazanır.

Désavantages pour ouvrir un hypermarché
Monsieur le maire,
Je m'adresse à vous en réaction de votre potentielle autorisation d'une ouverture d'un hypermarché, et je vous écris espérant je pourrais vous persuader à ne pas autoriser l'ouverture du hypermarché.
Je comprends qu'il y a des raisons où d'ouvrir un hypermarché ici. Malheuresement, étant un une personne qui séjoure ici en Belgique pendant plusieurs années déjà, je suis sûr qu'il y a plus des désavantages que les avantages de construire l'hypermarché. Pour cette raison, j'aimerais vous racontre quelques raisons pourquoir je suis contre votre décision potentielle et espérant que vous changeriez votre décision.
Tout d'abord, une grande surface d'environnement va être détruit à cause d'une constrution d'un hypermarché. En construitant l'hypermarché, la campagne près de la ville serait complètement annihilé et elle est très importante pour maintenir la santé du peuple car elle réduit les gaz à effet serre. Avec moins de ces gazs, la communaté sera plus en santé.
Deuxièmement, c'est aussi une menace à l'économie de la ville. De 50 km d'ici, il y avait des commerçants qui font les commerces là-bas depuis les hypermarchés ne sont pas ouverts. Pour eux, c'est la seule moyen de gagner l'argent à cause de leur niveau d'éducation, et l'ouverture des hypermarchés va causer les commerçants perdre leur chance à faire du business. Cela renderait les personnes dans la ville sans revenu, puis n'a pas de pouvoir pour soutenir la vie de leurs familles. Quand il n'y a pas de revenu pour les commerçants, ils partirent aux autres villes et laissera une grande dépression sur l'économie dans cette ville. Avec moindre de population, plus de problèmes vont apparaître. Par exemple, les vols.
Pour conclure, je souhaite vraiment que vous pourriez changer d'avis à ne pas ouvrir un hypermarché ici, après avoir rendu compte des mals à construire seulement un hypermarché.
