Freundschaften pflegen
Ich bin der Meinung, dass man in Freundschaft immer vorzichtig mit Verhalten und Worten sollte sein, weil die das wichtigste für einige Personen ist und sie mehr als bei ihren Verwandten an ihrer Seite sein möchten.
Ich würde gern wissen, wie soll Man sich mit seinen Freunden verhalten, deren ihre Eltern verstorben oder geschieden sind. Ich habe drei Freundinnen, die derselbe Zustand haben. ich kann nicht meine einige Erlebnisse für sie erzählen und fühle mich, dass sie traurig werden. immer versuche ich, weniger über unser Familienglück zu sagen, weil wahrscheinlich sie einen Mangel an Liebe fühlen.

Unangenehme Situation
Heute war eine unangenehme Situation. Meine Haustür hat zugestoßen und ich habe meine Schlüssel nicht mitgebracht.
Ich begann anzudenken. War ein paar Möglichkeiten. Die erste war, auf dem Balkon über den kleinen Dachs der Nachbarin zu erklettern (ich wohne im ersten Stock).
Die zweite Möglichkeit war - zu einer Arbeit meiner Frau zu fahren und Ihre Schlüssel abzuholen. Ich bin gegangen und habe an diesem Platz angesehen, wo man auf den Balkon klettern muss.
Ich habe eine Dachdeckung berührt und habe gezweifelt. Ich überlege mich, dass wäre sehr blöd, wenn ich dieses Dachdeckung, zumal dass die Nachbarin hat über den Lärm aus unsere Wohnung beschweren hat (das ist andere Geschichte)
Darum habe ich eine zweite Variante gewählt.
Danach habe ich entschieden, dass man, zu jedem Fall, einen doppelten Schlüssel, meinem guten Bekannten, der nicht sehr weit von uns wohnt, abgeben muss.

El libro “La felicidad es un té contigo”
Hace unos días acabé de leer un libro “La felicidad es un té contigo” de Mamen Sánchez, la escritora española. Cómo siempre, había elegido este libro en la biblioteca al azar, por su portada con una ventana decorada en el estilo andalúz.
La historia comienza cuando un hijo del director de la editorial británica viene a Madrid para cerrar la revista "Librarte". Por supuesto, todas las empleadas esfuerzan de posponer la cerrada de la revista. Hay sólo cinco mujeres trabajando en el "Librarte" y la autora nos cuente sobre las vidas de cada una. A traves de la narración, sus historias de vida van a desarrollar hasta los finales felices. Y a este britanico joven, le espera un viaje a Granada dónde él se va a encontrar el alma de gitano en si mismo.
Lo que más me gustó en este libro es una mezcla de géneros. Por excelencia, es una novela romántica, pero salpicada con una historia detectiva y con unos rasgos de comedia.
Como comentó una pequeña reseña sobre las obras de Mamen Sánchez, ella había triunfado como la autora de una serie de best sellers que mezclaban de forma innovadora géneros como la novela de acción y aventuras con exóticas intrigas de familias aristocráticas.

Challenge, Day 36
Today is 35 th day of my daily English challenge. Today I didn't feel like doing anything, I am a pain; I have a cervical hernia. I need to a rest for an hour , then I edit a video for the first time I did. It was inbelievable! I think it's good to take a first step in our life.
In the afternoon, I felt a bit well. I read through the corrections I got yesterday. I thought it was a good method to improve our language. I also read a text in Spanish and in English a loud. This method impresse me somehow.
Before sleeping tonight, I will take care of my skin and myself, then read some pages of my book.

Ce que je sais de la Birmanie, Partie 2
La Birmanie est un pays essentiellement bouddhique, lié fortement à l’histoire de cette religion. Plus spécifiquement, elle suit la secte Theravâda, qui signifie la « Doctrine des Anciens ». En comparaison avec la « Mahâyâna », pratiquée en Chine et ses pays voisins, la Theravâda œuvre surtout sur la tradition et le rôle important la vie monastique. En effet, la plupart des jeunes hommes en Birmanie dépensent au moins une période de leur vie comme moine, et pour quelques, plus qu’une période. La Theravâda a pour origine le Sri Lanka, mais après son introduction en Birmanie, le pays a devenu le centre du bouddhisme en Asie continentale. Le bouddhisme était protégé par l’isolation relative du pays jusqu’à la colonisation de la Birmanie par les Britanniques pendant le XIXème siècle. Après l’indépendance, le gouvernement démocratique a été renversé et une série de dictatures a suivi qui, bien qu’ils étaient officiellement marxistes, a continué à promouvoir le bouddhisme, tant que les chefs religieux ne remettre jamais en question les militaires.

Where is your favorite place to sit?
I have never really thought about that. But if I have to choose one, it would be the chair on the front porch of my house. The chair is made of wood with a straight back, so it is rather uncomfortable to sit on. But I can still spend hours sitting on it because it is seated next to our fish pond, in which I raise three beautiful koi fishes. Looking at them swimming so peacefully is so calming and relaxing after a busy day at work.
Do you always sit down for a long time?
I think I sit down for a whole day except when doing household chores and sleeping. I work from home, so I spend at least 8 hours sitting on my desk chair working on my computer. The sitting place changes to my couch for other times of the day, where I do nothing but scroll through my phone.
Do you feel sleepy when you are sitting down?
I think it depends. If I have not had enough sleep then I will definitely feel drowsy whether I am sitting down or standing up. It also depends on the time of the day, not the position that makes me sleepy; the times that I feel quite dozy are the two hours after I wake up and after I just have lunch.
When you were a kid, did you usually sit on the floor?
Absolutely. When I was a child, I usually sat on the floor playing with my toys and crawled around and made a mess around the house. I think that is what children do. They often have trouble sitting still on a chair, so parents usually let them play on the floor.

Hoy es elcinco día de me reto de español. Hoy me he levantado temprano hasta las 07 de la mañana.
Me sentí un dolor muy fuerte en la ezpalda y la nuca; porque tengo un hernia cervical disc.No tuve ganas de hacer nada. Soló he hecho de zumo de limón.
Por la tarde, estoy a poco bien. he pasado más tiempo leer las correcciones que la gente corrigieron de este sitio web ayer. También he leído un texto en voz alta. La verdad es manera es buena para mi.
Antes de acostarme, cuidarme, leer el libro en árabe y en inglés.

How To Do Less With More Results.
Hello! I hope you're doing well.
Today I want to write about a book called "The Art of Less Doing" by Ari Meisel. I made this jornal as a list of things you can do so it's easier to use.
I hope you find this information useful :)
Note: I'm aiming for the American English dialect.
In a nutshell, he was a man who became ill for the excesive work so he learned how to be more effective.
Ari Meisel includes in his book the following effective methods!
1 Optimizing
Means: Making your activities smaller, to it's bare minimum, and eliminating what is not necessary.
The first step to optimize it's simple: consciousness.
It's necessary to identify how we are spending our time in order to manage it efficiently.
Furthermore, it's important to notice that multitasking makes our brains exhausted and, as a result, we're not beinf effective.
Increasing productivity means creating systems that works for you, such as the following ones.
Pomodoro.
Was discovered by Bluma Zeigarnik; she experimented distracting waitress and waiters when they were attending people and she realised what waiter and waitress remembered more the orders than who weren't distracted.
Pomodoro technique consists in setting a timer about 30 minutes and work during that time, then rest for 5 minutes. This allows us to remember more the information and also enjoying it.
Off load knowledge.
It's about writing your knowledge in a safety place in order to receive more information.
Make a good use of your ideas.
When taking a shower, for example, it's common having good ideas so make a strategy to remember them.
Simple steps to use this:
-Track your sleep.
-Use the pareto principle; ask yourself "what are the activities that give me more results and require less effort?
-write a diary
-ask yourself "what's the bare minimum to complete this activity?'
-set a timer for 30mminutes when working and then give yourself a rest about 5 minutes.
-write your knowledge in a safety place such as a notebook or digital notes.
I was about to write a summary about the entire book but it was too long (￣^￣)ゞso I will divide it into 3 sections and I'll write it later.

No estoy seguro
El tema del diario es sobre la preferencia de libros físicos o digitales. Para mí, este tema no es tan fácil como me encantan los libros físicos o me gustan los libros digitales, porque uso ambos formatos.
Uso los libros digitales, porque me parecen mejor para el medio ambiente, y me ayudan a estudiar idiomas nuevos, permitiéndome marcar y buscar palabras y frases nuevas totalmente con mi tableta. También los libros digitales pueden ser más baratos que los libros físicos el mayor parte del tiempo.
Pero hay aspectos que echo de menos a los libros físicos. No recibo la misma satisfacción cuando veo el porcentaje del libro que he leído como veo las páginas físicas detrás de la página que estoy leyendo. No pienso en la batería de mi tableta mucho, y por eso, mi tableta estaría descargada al peor momento. Pero este problema no existe con los libros físicos. Entonces intento tener una mezcla de libros físicos y digitales en mi colección, para que pueda tener un libro para aprender y un libro para disfrutar.

Vamos a la playa
Hoy me gustaría ir a la playa. No vivo cerca de la playa, tengo que conducir durante una hora y media para ir a la playa. Le pregunté a mi familia "¿quién quiere ir a la playa hoy?" y nadie me respondió. Todos tienen audífonos en las orejas. Lo dije nuevamente más fuerte y me escucharon, pero todos me contestaron “yo no”. Llamé a mi amigo y me dijo que a él también le encantaría ir a la playa . Así que voy a ir a la playa con mi buen amigo. Es mejor que ir con mi familia de todos modos.

Ma chambre préférée
Je vais vous décrire ma chambre préférée dans ma maison. Cette pièce est mon antichambre. Elle est située près de l’entrée de la maison. Enfait, c’est la première chambre que vous voyez quand vous entrez ma maison. C’est comme la zone de réception pour tous les visiteurs/visiteuses qui viennent chez moi. Dans cette pièce, il y a une table basse et quelques canapés en rotin. Il y a aussi une grande peinture abstrait qui a été peint par une artiste locale. À part ça, il y a deux sculptures en pierre qui représente une mère et sa fille. Cette chambre est ma préférée précisément parce qu’elle a toutes mes oeuves d’art préférés et je suis heureux de les voir tous les jours, quand je chaque fois que j’entre et je sors ma maison.

Un estudiante japonés
Soy profesor de italiano como lengua extranjera y gracias a mi trabajo conozco gente de todo el mundo cada semana. Hace cuatro semanas, un estudiante de Japón llegó a mi escuela y empezó el curso de italiano conmigo. Cuando hay estudiantes japoneses que llegan, yo siempre estoy feliz porque el japonés es mi idioma favorito y puedo hablar con ellos en japonés durante la pausa. Además, puedo hacerles preguntas sobre la cultura japonesa y el idioma. El estudiante que llegó hace cuatro semanas, hoy se ha marchado, así que estoy bastante triste. Me ha dicho que volverá a la escuela porque le ha gustado mucho y se lo ha pasado muy bien. Me ha dado su mail, así que tengo la intención de enviarle un mensaje y decirle que vamos a quedar en Kyoto tarde o temprano.

5 novembre 2022 - 30 ans
« Ce n’est pas bon de travailler dans cet hôpital ? Qu’est-ce que vous voulez ? » c’est une question que j’ai posé à un ami qui aurait 31 ans dans quelque jours quand il a dit qu’il était toujours dans cet hôpital même s’il aurais 31 ans. Il ne m’a pas répondu mais j’y ai réfléchi plusieurs jours.
Moi, quand j’ai 30 ans, j’aurai un travail qui me plaît et dont le salaire est suffisant pour avoir une vie de la classe moyenne. Je serai capable de parler plusieurs langues étrangères et de voyager beaucoup avec ma mère. De plus, c’est bien d’avoir un petit appartement face à la mer et où je pourrais avoir un chat. Mais le plus important, c’est que je suis toujours positive et je peux toujours sourire comme un enfant.
Et toi, qu’est-ce que tu as rêvé pour ton 30 ans quand tu avais 20 ans ?

L’événement
Je viens de regarder un film qui s’appelle L’événement. C’est un film qui me touche énormément car il me donne une idée sur la situation des femmes il y a soixante ans. Le film est basé sur un roman autobiographique de l’écrivaine Annie Ernaux. Pour l’instant on parle beaucoup d’elle ici en Suède parce qu’elle est lauréat du prix Nobel de littérature cette année. Elle viendra à Stockholm le dix décembre pour le recevoir.
Annie Ernaux a eu un enfance assez dur, la famille a manqué des moyens après la guerre. Elle a grandi dans un milieu ouvrier où personne n'avait fait d'études supérieures. Son autobiographie L’évènement parle de ses expériences en France à la fin des années cinquante quand elle était une jeune étudiante brillante qui rêvait de devenir écrivaine.
La personne principale dans le film est tombée enceinte lorsque elle était sur le point de passer son bac. Avant, son avenir était très clair. C’était continuer à étudier la littérature à l’université. Quand le médecin lui a dit qu’elle est enceinte sa vie est toute bouleversée. Elle est allée à la bibliothèque pour en savoir plus, elle n’avait personne à qui en parler, elle était toute seule. Elle ne pensait qu'à trouver une solution pour interrompre la grossesse et donc les études se sont mal passées. Les avortements étaient illégaux en France à cette époque là mais elle a quand même essayé de se faire avorter elle-même sans réussir. En étant très motivée et désespérée elle a vendu toutes ses affaires afin d'obtenir de l'aide pour un avortement. Finalement la grossesse était interrompue. Malheureusement il y avait des effets secondaires et il a fallu aller à l’hôpital. Le médecin a dit qu'elle avait fait une fausse couche, alors elle a évité les poursuites.
Il me semble qu’une grossesse non désirée était comme un jugement, pas de vie professionnelle même si on l’a souhaitée. Je suis contente que les femmes ont la possibilité de choisir grâce à l’éducation sexuelle, la pilule, les crèches et les avortements légaux.

Today i decided to practice my writing skills here, so let's started with how i spent my day
I woke up at twenty minutes past eight and i oversleep, because i had to spend my son to the camp.
So my morning started with running.
After i saw my son off, i could drink a cup of coffee and then fed my younger daughter.
When i done with my breakfast i called my friend and he gave me a ride to debate club, where we discussed privacy and it's borders.
I couldn't tell anything. That inspired me to practice more...
Finally i returned back to home, had a meal and put to bed my daughter. While she falling asleep i surfed into the internet trying to find some apps for my decision. How you can guess i met this site and now i am writing here to greet you)

Hemmung
Passiert es euch nicht, dass ihr euch ein bisschen schämet, wenn ihr Fehler macht? Das passiert mich öfter und öfter in der letzten Zeit. Wenn jemanden damit anfängt, mit mir auf Deutsch zu sprechen, denke ich dann ständig, dass ich irgendeinen dummen Fehler machen werde, sobald ich meine Mund öffne. Ich traue mich also nicht, ohne Hemmung auf Deutsch zu sprechen. So kann man nicht lernen und seine Sprachkenntnisse verbessern.
Habt ihr vielleicht irgendwelche Vorschläge, wie man das überwinden könnte?

Unterwegs nach Berlin
Mein Freund und ich sind gerade unterwegs nach Berlin. Obwohl ich schon seit mehreren Jahren in Deutschland wohne, war ich noch nie in Berlin. Ich bin ganz gespannt. Ich hab so viele verrückten Sachen über die Stadt gehört: „in Berlin interessiert sich niemand dafür, wie du aussiehst oder was du trägst“, „in der U-Bahn fühlt sich man, als wäre man im NYC Subway“, „in Berlin darf man alles machen, was man will“… Ich übertreibe jetzt, aber ihr versteht schon was ich meine.
Wieso gehen wir aber nach Berlin? Weil es ein Konzert von meiner Lieblingsmusikgruppe gibt :) Es findet am Sonntag statt. Das heißt, das wir Zeit haben, um Berlin zu erkunden!
Falls ihr Ideen habt, worüber ich schreiben könnte, sag mal einfach Bescheid! Neue Ideen sind immer willkommen und das macht es mir leichter, deutsch zu üben.

Where is your favorite place to meet with your friends?
Both I and my friend, Quynh, love seafood. So most of the time when we have the chance to hang out, the street food stall called Co Ba, which is located in our hometown city central square and serves a range of snail dishes and grilled squid, is our number one place to go. The food prices there are quite reasonable, and the view is great as we can look into the square which has spectacular light displays during the night.
Do you think there are some places more suitable for meeting with others?
To me, it depends on whom you are meeting with. For hanging out with friends, I guess café and street food vendors are places to go for young people in Vietnam due to their inexpensive prices and chilled-out atmosphere. With coworkers or date partners, I suppose a fancier place would be better, such as restaurants or a more luxurious café.
3. Are there any differences between your favorite meeting places in the present and in your childhood?
They are totally different. When I was a child, I hung out with the kids in our neighborhood, and our houses were the go-to place. So the houses with the largest living room and the most toys would be the most favorite for us. Because we all can earn money now, we have a wider choice of meeting places. And our go-to place now is a food venue that serves the kind of food that we all crave at that moment.
4. Why are some meeting places better than others?
I guess the vibe, atmosphere, food, beverages, and services of a place are all important aspects when deciding which meeting places are better. So a restaurant with good food and services, and a relaxing atmosphere would certainly be preferred over one with rude waiters, bad food and a stifling ambiance.
