Meeting with my friends
Frankly, I don’t have enough time to meet my friends because I take care of my three children.
But I like to participate meetings, so if I have a chance, I always excuse to my wife for the meeting.
At the meeting, we can have interesting talks and share old memories.
Also, we have tasty food and delicious drinks to cheer up the mood.
The big thing is that keeping this relationship helps me boost my life.
Because the pandemic, it is very hard to make gatherings these days.
I hope the pandemic comes to an end soon.

It's raining all day today. I made a playlist named "rain," and I'm collecting songs I listen to on rainy days. The songs include rain in its title or lyrics, or I somehow thought the song was reminiscent of rain. Other than that, I have playlists for morning and night. They are BGMs for my life.

Aufgeben
Ich kenne einen Jungen Mann, der aus Kasachstan kommt. Er lebt in Deutschland schon seit 10 Jahren oder so. Wir haben uns vor einem Jahr über Tinder kennengelernt. Ich habe ihn gestern geschrieben, weil ich mich daran erinnert habe, dass er mir gesagt hat, dass er Deutsche geworden ist. Ich habe ihn gefragt, ob er seine vorherige Staatsangehörigkeit aufgeben sollte und er hat mir gesagt: "ja, das musste ich machen, aber es gibt Ausnahmen. Ich bin leider nicht sicher für wen".

一人暮らし
世界中では、少子化、高齢社会、人口の減少が原因で世帯の人数がだんだん減ってきて、一人暮らしをする人が増えている。一人で住むことに長所も短所もある。
一人暮らしをする時には、部屋で禁煙や門限など色々なルールを守らせられなくて、同居人を気にせず、好きなことができる長所がある。また、自炊や洗濯などの家事スキルが学べるだけでなく、家計管理も身につけられて、自立するようになる。
ところが、一人で住んで、親のような私に思い出させる人がないので、生活リズムが乱れやすい。そうすると、仕事や勉強の成績が悪化になり、頭痛や胃痛など様々な病気にかかって、身体にも精神にも悪影響を与える。そして、人暮らしの人、特に女性は盗難や殺人の被害者になる危険に陥ってしまうかもしれない。
確かに、上で述べた一人暮らしの問題点がある。しかし、その問題点は、自己を厳しく管理して、周辺の安全面を注意すれば、克服するのではないだろうか。また、一人暮らしは自分を鍛(きた)え、大人になったり結婚したりするために必要な生活力を身につける機会である。そのため、一度でも長期でも短期でも一人で住んで試すべきだと思う。

Julia’s Story - 3
Sheep ran very fast to save her life
While the giant was chasing her with a knife
At last she reached in a jungle
Where a fairy was sitting a mossy wheel.
She said to the sheep, “My name is Giggle.”
Giggle tried to help the sheep,
And she changed into a mirror.
In the mirror, she saw many glitters.
Countless thoughts appeared,
She could always see what she murmured
When she believed in herself,
She saw sunshine and hopes
Or when she was sad in grief,
She saw black clouds and darkness.
Failure is a good friend of any explorer.
It would make you stronger.
It is a boat of the decision you’d make where to steer.
The rains and storms past won’t make you sad.

Failures are part of life,
It would teach you important magics,
So you could make your life brighter.
Sheep felt inner energy and strength

She tried to hold a tree’s branch.

It happened upon a certain day,

While Julia was eating bun, mom baked.
Julia was a little witch who has just learned some magics.
She often did the things very wrong
And didn’t know how to fix.
Julia struggled in things but easily gave up.
She thought “I am a failure who always stuck”
Her mom told her it’s time to learn flying

Mom took her to a lovely sidehill

Urgente! Quando la memoria fallisce (tradotto dal francese)
Tutti abbiamo lacune della memoria, ma quando loro si accumulano, cominciamo ad inquietarci un po’. È giustificato?
Dimenticare il nome del tuo vicino di casa, perdere le chiavi oppure il cellulare è un fatto ordinario. Se questo si ripete troppo spesso puo’ significare che lo spettro del morbo di Alzheimer si profila all’orizzonte.
Non c’è bisogno di farsi prendere subito dal panico. Nel 90% dei casi, queste perdite di memoria sono benigne. Sono persino utili. Come sottolinea il professore Roger Gil : “Dimenticare è imprescindibile per il corretto funzionamento della memoria”. Più andiamo oltre nella vita, più immagazzinammo dati, però la nostra memoria non è infinitamente elastica. Per evitare la saturazione, il cervello registra solo una parte delle informazioni che percepisce.
Senza queste dimenticanze volontarie, il cervello non potrebbe svolgere adequadamente le svariate funzioni che gli aspettano.
Alla memoria piace stare in compagnia
Tutti abbiamo già vissuto/provato le lacune di memoria. Le informazioni sono tutte lì, sulla punta della lingua, ma non escono. Almeno non così velocemente come ci piacerebbe.
Di conseguenza diamo la colpa all’età del nostro cervello. Gli anni hanno proprio tutta la colpa. Gli specialisti sono d’accordo sul fatto che si può spostare questa debolezza dato che non sono gli unici responsabili.
Sul banco degli imputati c'è tutto ciò che altera le capacità di attenzione, perciò esiste la memorizzazione: L’iperattività professionale, lo stress quotidiano, stanchezza o perfino una malattia fisica (in particolare, la depressione).

PS:È il secondo testo che traduzco dal francese all'italiano nella mia vita , ma siccome non sono le mie lingue madri ho cercato di fare una traduzione semplice, senza molte parole complicate. Infatti mi è piaciuto più il testo in francese che quello in spagnolo. Cercherò di fare una traduzione anche di questa lingua all'italiano questa settimana. è un peccato che non sono riuscita a incollare il texto in francese qui perché l'archivioci è stato dato come una foto.
PS2: I miei dubbi esistenziali della grammatica italiana in questo caso sono stati: Quando utilizzare c'è e esiste? E.... non so se si puo' utilizzare la parola provare in questo contesto. Ho cercato il suo significato molte volte ma non capisco perché diventa strano utilizzarla in questo caso?

Las películas europeas y estadounidenses
¿Cuáles son algunas de las diferencias entre las películas estadounidenses y europeas? ¿Hay similitudes entre ellas también?
Creo que la diferencia más grande entre las películas estadounidenses y europeas es la manera de que las clasifican. Por ejemplo, en Estados Unidos, la desnudez se considera súper inapropiada. Si hay una escena con ella, puedes estar seguro de que los censores van a clasificar la película PG-13, si no R. Si es una serie de televisión, puede que sea una historia diferente. Es posible que haya una advertencia solo en ese episodio, aunque es más probable que se va a clasificar madura. Ahora, no he visto tantas series y películas europeas, pero me parecen menos estrictas con la desnudez. Sé que es un ejemplo súper extremo, pero aquí en Estados Unidos hace algunos meses hubo una noticia viral sobre una cierta serie danés para niños. Algunos estaban horrorizados, y creo que fue porque nuestras sociedades tienen perceptivas bien distintas sobre los cuerpos y tal.
No obstante, también sé que en Europa las películas con mucha violencia se clasifican mucho más maduras que en Estados Unidos. Y, la verdad, preferiría que nuestra sociedad tuviera una perspectiva más europea hacia estos conceptos. Hay tanta muerte aquí, tiroteos y asesinatos son una ocurrencia casi cotidiana, y creo que necesitamos hacer algo para cambiarla. Si estamos rodeados por violencia durante todas nuestras vidas, no la vemos nada equivocada. Para cambiar lo que nos rodea, primero necesitamos cambiar nuestra perspectiva.

犹太新年
犹太新年快乐！我感觉犹太的中国人很少，上langcorrect的又信仰犹太教又来自中国的人完全没有 :P.
从昨天日落开始，犹太人在庆祝犹太新年，所谓Rosh Hashana。Rosh Hashana字面上的意思是“年之头”。犹太人在这个节日去犹太教堂祈祷、吃传统的菜。在这个节日，人们吹一个空心公羊角。这个公羊角被称呼一个Shofar。犹太人只每年两次吹Shofar，如此听它是一个很特别的机会。由于犹太人很喜欢吃饭，因此每个犹太节日有一两个特别的菜。庆祝Rosh Hashana时，犹太人会吃苹果与蜂蜜。这个传统菜表示我们为新年的希望。我们希望未来如蜂蜜似甜。另外，犹太人在这个节日烤一个有特别的形式的面包。这个面包（所谓Challah）是圆圆的，代表一年的圆形性。最后，据说石榴的种子数等于旧约(Old Testament/Torah）内被指挥的mitzvot (good deeds)。这三个特别的菜是在Rosh Hashana吃的、在这个节日有特别的意思。今天也把面包（不是我们烤的Challah）丢在一条河；这个面包代表我们要释怀的罪。

Zaneprázdněný týden
Mám hodně práce minulý týden a včera. Dneska jsem začala pracovat v sedm ráno. Moje kolegyně mi řekla, že můžu odejít od práce dvě hodiny dřív, ale samozřejmě jsem to nestihnula. Pracovala jsem až půl sedmé večer. Odpoledne jsem opravdu unavená a ospalá, ale potom jsem cítila lépe. Teď je půlnoc a ještě píšu deník. I přes hodně práci, jsem ráda, že mám nového kamaráda. Poznala jsem ho v práci, protože bude se připojit ke události mého organizace. Jenom jsme mluvili mobilem. Doufám, že zítra můžeme večeřet spolu v restauraci.

Le café
J'aime le café depuis l'âge de 13 ans. Avant, je pensais que c'était dégoutant et je ne comprenais pas pourquoi quelqu'un pourrait l'aimer.
J'étais en vacances en République dominicaine avec mon père, dans un hôtel tout-compris. Il y avait des machines à café et j'ai décidé de goûter un cappuccino. J'y suis immédiatement devenu accro et j'en ai bu tant tout au long des vacances. Quand je suis rentré chez moi, malheureusement on n'avait pas de machine à café à la maison. Mais j'ai pris l'habitude de boire du café instantané. Maintenant je le déteste. Quand je suis allé à l'université, j'ai passé à la préparation de café avec une cafetière. J'en préparais aussi avec une cafetière moka et avec une AeroPress. Mon goût de café est devenu de plus en plus raffiné. J'étais plus sélectif sur les cafés où j'allais et sur les grains de café. Je n'étais pas du tout spécial. Beaucoup de millennials sont comme ça. Bien que beaucoup le considèrent comme un trait de caractère, y compris moi autrefois.
Et comme presque tout le monde, j'ai développé une dépendance au café. Et également comme tout le monde, je n'ai jamais compris son étendue. Je souffre de migraines et j'essaie d'éliminer certaines choses de mon régime alimentaire. Je suis un régime paléo et j'essaie de ne pas boire d'alcool (bien que ce weekend ait été une exception). Je suis récemment rentré de vacances où je buvais plus de café que d'habitude. La semaine dernière (qui a suivi mes vacances), je me réveillais en me sentant mal. J'ai fait le rapprochement et j'ai décidé de faire un arrêt brutal.
Je me sentais bien plus mal que prévu et les effets du manque ont aussi duré plus longtemps que prévu. Le pire a duré deux jours : jeudi et vendredi. Malgré la gueule de bois, je me sentais mieux le dimanche que le vendredi. Ce matin, je me suis réveillé en me sentant très bien. Je me suis senti frais tout au long de la journée. La vie est bien meilleure sans café.
Je me rends compte maintenant qu'on ne se sent pas bien après avoir pris un café. On se sent seulement normal de nouveau. Avant de prendre un café, on a, en réalité, des effets du manque. Cela n'applique qu'à ceux qui en boivent d'habitude. Si on en boit de temps en temps, j'imagine qu'il a un effet positif. Mais pour tous les autres, qui comprennent la plupart des buveurs de café, son effet est analogue à celui de cigarettes.

El autor subraya que el país mas dominante económicamente por siglos, Inglaterra, no desarrolló sus industrias en un entorno de librecambio. En vez, Inglaterra promulgó leyes para prohibir el uso de productos extranjeros, y tomó otras medidas para proteger su naciente industria. Desde el principio, el gobierno se involucraba en el mercado, escogiendo las industrias que merecían protección y apoyo. Este les permitieron a desarrollar una industria fuerte y competitiva con los otros países. En otro lado, muchos países que abrieron sus mercados plenamente al mercado mundial sufrieron un derrumbe en sus industrias, porque las firmas no pudieron competir con las firmas extranjeras, y los productos baratos de ultramar inundaron el mercado interno. Galeano emplea ejemplos de America Latina, por supuesto, para probar este. En México, por ejemplo, había una industria naciente tejida, pero la superioridad de los tejedores británicos pronto la aplastó, y la industria nunca recobró su fortaleza inicial. Renunciar el trabajo
Renunciar a mi trabajo no fue tan difícil como imaginaba. Había llevado mucho tiempo en ello cuando finalmente decidí perseguir otra oportunidad que se me presentó por casualidad. Normalmente amenazar con dimitir puede llevar al jefe a ofrecer un aumento o otro tipo de compensación para que el empleado se quede. Si bien mi jefe estaba dispuesto a conversar sobre la circunstancias, no me parecía que le importara tanto para que negociara mi salario conmigo. Pronto después de afirmarle la decisión, tuve que hacer una declaración formal anunciando mi intención de renunciar. El departamento de IT se puso en contacto conmigo pidiéndome que devolviera la computadora cuanto antes. Luego, mi jefe citó una reunión para que me despidiera de mis compañeros. En mi próximo empleo me van a pagar menos, pero eso no me preocupa puesto que ya anticipaba tal cambio ahorrando para subsistirme durante un periodo de unos años.

Lieblingsteil des Tages
Ich habe kein besonderes Lieblingsteil des Tages. Aber ich habe ein paar Momente, die ich schätze. Zum Beispiel beim nachts, wenn ich mir einen Kamillentee gönne. Außerdem, wenn ich alle meine Hausaufgaben beendet habe und ich kann endlich eine Folge eine meiner Lieblingsserie schauen. Glück und der Teufel sind in der Details.

Le temps changeant
Il fasait chaud aujourd'hui. A cause de l'accumulation de la chaleur en quatre jours environ, le sjour se fait sentir plus echauffée qu'hier. J'avais sommeil toute la journée en raison de la température assez élevé. On m'a dit que ce phénomène peut être l'été indien, ce qui signifie que le temps estivale revient après le refroidissement qui suit l'été normal. Je ne crois pas que la même idée existe au Japon, mais au printemps, il y en a un qui est un peu semblable : « 三寒四温 (san-kan-shi-on) ». C'est un proverbe japonais (et je crois que c'est originaire de Chine), et il veut dire qu'avant l'arrivé du printemps, la période douce et la période froide alternent trois fois. Il doit y avoir des raisons météologique pour cela, mais malheuresement je n'en sais rien.

Kapadokija / Cappadocia
Kapadokija je povijesna regija u Turskoj. Poznata je za 'vilinske dimjace'- visoki tamni kameni često pronađeni u pustinji ili u dolini. Baloni na vrući zrak su puno popularni u Kapadokuji. Svake jutro (ako nema vjetra) možeš vidjeti balone lete kroz nebo, ili možeš voziti balone ako platiš 130-250 eura. Mislim da ovo je malo preskupo, ali uvijek sam željela letjeti u balonu. Osim balona, Kapadokija je savršeno mjesto za planinarenje i istraživanje. Kapadokija ima bogatu povijest, i možeš posjetiti crkve i samostane da u špiljama su ili izrezbareni su u kamenima. Kapadokija ima neke gradove pod zemljom, kao grad Kaymakli. Grad i tuneli su napušteni, ali malo dio je otvoreno za javnost. Nikad nisam bila u Turksoj, ali nadam se da mogu uskoro posjetiti Kapadokiju i letjeti u balonu.
