Writing Challenge,Day 86
Today is the 86th day of my daily English challenge. Today I reviewed some of the corrrections of my texts in this site. I found some of my texts needs to post again becuase I need to understand somehow.
I also prepared my goals for next year 2023 and two dreams that I hope to reach them.
I want to thank everyone who helped me since I have been starting my challenge.

Andar en bicicleta
En la Ciudad de Nueva York es muy común andar en bicicleta en el tráfico, sobre todo si eres repartidor de comida a domicilio o prefieres utilizar otros medios de transporte. Por eso es útil saber cómo conducir una bicicleta con seguridad. En primer lugar, se recomienda actuar como si fueras un carro. Este consejo significa que debes seguir todas las reglas de circulación, como detenerse en las señales de tráfico y ceder siempre el paso a los peatones. En segundo lugar, debes señalar a quienes te rodean cuáles son tus intenciones. Comunicar esto es tan simple como levantar sus manos y extenderlas a la derecha si quieres girar a la derecha. Por último, usa equipo para protegerte, como casco, ropa brillante, y luces reflectores delante y detrás de ti. Dicho esto, es importante tener en cuenta que la seguridad vial no sólo depende de las medidas de seguridad que tomen los ciclistas, sino también de los comportamientos de los conductores.
Aunque no reparto comida para ganarme la vida, soy de los que viven en los barrios alejados de las estaciones de metro. Verás, la parada de autobús más cercana a mí está a 5 minutos de casa, pero tardo al menos de 25 minutos en llegar a la estación. Así que he estado pensando en comprarme una bicicleta en vez de tomar el autobús, que sería mucho más rápido, para ahorrarme tiempo. Sin embargo, no creo que esa idea se haga realidad porque las carreteras principales son demasiado estrechas para manejar en bicicleta de manera segura. Por mucho que te esfuerces, no es posible hacerlo sin correr el riesgo de salir lastimado. Ni actuar como un carro, ni llevar equipo de protección te va a proteger. Lo que se necesita es un gran cambio de infraestructura, el que no es posible a corto plazo.

あの日、同僚が電話に誰かと長い時間会話しました。げらげら笑って、ふざけて、週末の予定などを大声で喋っていました。私は横に仕事をしていました。
あの人とよく会話しているな…しかも病院の固定電話を使うなんて、と私は思っていました。旦那さんかな？いや、弟さん？
会話の終わりにその同僚が、
「ありがと。じゃあ、○○先生」（Alright, thanks, Dr. XX）と電話を切れて、私はびっくりしました。家族や友達ではなく、私たちのずっと上の人、医者と話していたそうです。
これから色々なことがあったが、少しずつ理解し始めた。ただ一人ではなく、みんなある程度同じ態度をしていました。

Meine erste Brote
Ein Bäckermeister hat in einem Videoserie im Internet über „Quarantäne” Sauerteig erstellt. Ich habe seine Instruktionen gefolgt. Minimum 7-8 Tage soll ein Sauerteig zu reifen.
Meine erste zwei Brote wurde mit Hefe erstellt. Diese Brote waren zwar essbar, aber nicht gut.
Mein drittes Brot wurde schon mit meinem Sauerteig erstellt. Das Rezept ist von diesem Bäckermeister on Youtube. Ich habe mit meinen Händen geknetet, sollte ich noch dreimal falten den Teig. Wir haben ein Nudelsieb mit Küchentuch ausgelegt statt oder als Simperl genutzt.
Ich bin mit meinem Brot sehr zufrieden. Ich bekomme nicht besser Brot in Supermarkt. Ich kann es allen empfehlen zu versuchen backen Brot zu Hause. Es braucht Zeit, ca. 30 Minuten für kneten, Ein teig falten dauert 1 Minute , soll der Teig in Ruhe mehrmals für mehrere Minuten zu lassen. Besonders kann man die Tätigkeiten machen, wenn es im Homeoffice arbeitet.
Das Backen dauert mit einem einfachen Backofen ca. 50 Minuten.

Journal| I am Afraid of Failure
Today I give up a game which I started playing few days ago because I can't endure the endless death and get stuck in the same stage. It makes me recall my behavior under the pressure of failure.
To be honest. I am not a determined person and tend to give up easily. As a result, when I failed in doing something I didn't have the tenacity to do it again and again until I made it. The game experience mentioned above is a good evidence for this. When I bought a new game, it was always attractive to me at first. I fell in love with so many first experience such as first interacting with npc, killing the first monster and acomplishing the first chapter. But as time went on, everything that was compelling to me at first became boring and tedious. Especially after I made a little mistake or a failure, I lost all my passion and had no energy to try again. The reason behind it, in my opinion, is probably that I am not a patient person and doing the same thing is suffering for me. And if I failed, I have to try it again, So it's obviously that I would give up.
The direct consequence of the afraid is that I become conventional and I am reluctant to try new things unless I have total confidence. I don't take it as a good habit because there are numerous new things waiting our exploration in today's lives. Moreover, I think that under many circumstances, it's impossible to achieve your goal in one try. Instead, you are supposed to take a small taste once and make a progress every time.
Lastly, I just write what formed in my brain so it's may not be logical and the relation between the cause and the effect may not be clear. Whatever, thanks for reading and possible correction.

Objet : la demande d'autorisation de télétravail
Monsieur le directeur,
Au nom de mes collègues je me permets de vous écrire afin d’attirer votre attention au sujet du télétravail, que nous considérerons apte à résoudre de nombreux problèmes actuels de l’entreprise, ainsi que le bénéficier.
Vous êtes bien à savoir que nous faisons face à un manque d’espace pour travailler. En outre, la plupart d'entre nous ayant des enfants en bas âge, n’ont plus de temps pour passer avec eux à cause des horaires encombrés. Ainsi, le télétravail se montre comme une solution efficace et durable aux enjeux cités.
En admettant que la mise en place de cette pratique pourrait engendrer de nombreux d’obstacles, comme le manque de surveillance des salariés ou celui d’organisation, nous trouvons que ses avantages devraient être bien examinés avant de le rejeter.
Tout d’abord la possibilité de travailler à distance permet d'économiser le temps dépensé dans la transportation et le consacre aux autres activités. D’un part les salariés s'occuperont davantage de travail. D’autre part, la possibilité de s'adonner aux loisirs renforcera leurs capacités cognitives. Par exemple, le sport régulier est connu pour être étroitement lié à l'amélioration de sante mentale. En conséquence, la productivité accrue bénéficie à l’entreprise.
De surcroît, le télétravail s’est deja avéré comme un moyen efficace de lutter contre la pollution de l’air. Notamment lors de la pandémie de Covid 19, ou la transition vers le travail à distance a réduit la circulation, par conséquent le taux de c02 dans l’air. En privilégiant les pratiques respectueuses de l'environnement, l'entreprise a le chance de créer une image publique plus positive.
C’est pourquoi, nous vous sollicitons de bien vouloir considérer le télétravail en vue de faciliter le travail des salariés, tout en assurant leur profit.

Shogi (Japanese chess)
According to the news, a shogi player Souta Fujii became the youngest player to win 300 games in total.
Congratulations!
He broke Mr. Habu’s previous record.
Mr. Hanyu is also a shogi player who will go down in the history of shogi, but Mr. Fujii is a talented player who has broken the records of Mr. Hanyu and others one after another.
In addition, he was born in Aichi prefecture as same as me, so I feel familiar with him.
I knew only the basic rules of shogi, but I studied a little under the influence of Mr. Fujii.
I sometimes play shogi with my nephew.
I can still win the games, because my nephew is only 8 years old :)

"A death in Tokyo"
I bought an e-book titled "A death in Tokyo" on Amazon two weeks ago when I was browsing the books by Keigo Higashino, my favorite author there. It seems that the book has recently come into the world.
When I first saw the English title, I thought it was too vague and obscure since the original title is "麒麟の翼"(Kylin's wing).
Anyway, now I'm enjoying reading it on the Kindle app on Android with the help of Wise Word. I can't stop reading!

N'as pas peur d'être blesser
La vie est plein de souci. Il y a beaucoup de choses qui sont hors de nôtre controle, par exemple le méteo, le fait si quelqu'un nous aime ou pas, les échec qoutidien et cetera. Ça arrive a chacune peu importe qui tout le monde a ses propres problèmes dans sa vie. Pour quelques leurs problèmes sont pire que de l'autres. Malheureusement il y a des gens qui se laissent decourager de cette défis dans la vie et ils commencent à tous éviter. Cependant ce n'est pas le bon moyen, on doit accepter qu'on a les problèmes et les confronte. Ce qui nous tue pas rend nous plus forts.

La liste des dangers du patrimoine mondiale
L’UNESCO tient une liste des dangers du patrimoine mondiale. Il y en a 52 endroits qui se trouvent partout. Quelques exemples sont la vielle ville de Jérusalem, les forêts tropicales de Atsinanana au Madagascar et les Monuments médiévaux au Kosovo.
Un rapport publié par l’UNESCO a recommandé que la Grande Barrière de Corail est mise sur cette liste. La contexte de cette histoire est qu’en 2021, une délégation de l’UNESCO avait visité la corail et avait suggéré qu’elle était inscrite sur la liste. La délégation avait été préoccupée par l’état du récif : le corail mort, le blanchiment important et le manque de poissons. C’était un appel à l’action au précédent gouvernement australien qui devrait faire face à la situation. En plus, le reportage de 2021 avait sensibilisé la crise face au récif.
Le gouvernement de l’époque avait promis de mettre en place des mesures pour le protéger et par conséquent il n’avait pas été mis sur la liste. Cependant, après une deuxième visite d’une délégation de scientifiques en mai 2022, un deuxième reportage a été publié. Encore une fois, il a recommandé que la Grande Barrière du Corail est mise sur la liste puisque la température de l’eau continuait à augmenter, le blanchiment était plus que jamais et le récif était menacé par le changement climatique. En plus, le rapport a décrit les principales mesures à prendre pour le sauver. Ça sera intéressant de voir ce qu’on va faire le gouvernement actuel.

９：父がいないクリスマス
普段、クリスマスには家族全員と過ごしていました。プレゼント交換はもうしないけど、僕たちはいつも大きな晩ご飯を一緒に食べていました。でも、今日初めて父がいないクリスマスを体験しました。
数日前、父は帯状疱疹にかかりました。最初はあまり重症ではありませんでした。父は平気と言ったばかりなのに、金曜日で症状は急に悪化したので、父は入院してしまいました。幸いなことに、父は病院で働いているから、素早く医者に診てくれました。医者によると、病気は耳辺りまで感染してきたので、脳に入る恐れがありました。そのせいで、クリスマスに父は病院で一人で過ごしていました。
ここ数年で、末の弟が祝日に晩ご飯を作るようになりました。彼の料理はかなり上手くなったから、父はその料理を期待してたと思います。父はそう言いませんけど、末の弟の料理を食べると、いつも笑います。でも、次の学期が始まる前に、新年がありますから、父はきっと末の弟の料理を食べられます。それに、父はよくなっているみたいですので、近いうちに退院できそうです。そうなるように願っています。

Nochebuena
No sé porque no, pero el año pasado no paseó una la nochebuena. Esta vez, un poco antes de la madrugada y con Sun y mis suegros, descubrí que es un escenario encantador. Muchos apartamentos tienen la luz de las fiestas de nochebuena, y las voces de los niños, emocionado con la novedad acostarse tarde. Algunas tienen el sonido de canciones de navidad (canciones estadounidenses, las letras sobre nieve y el tintineo de campanas un poco incongruo en el verano).

Ep. 5: Kanji Tidbit
I introduced kanji 園, garden, and 船, ship in previous two episodes.
This is the third. And final kanji story. I don’t have anymore.
Let’s start shall we?
Could we please imagine that we are in the garden?
Now, you can see tree (木).
It is located centre of the garden.
Let me see, there is two trees！(木, 木)
Look at that!
Can you see there are delicious-looking fruits are growing on the trees?
Hummm… looks nice for food.
Shall we eat? No? Errrrr… Could I try just one please? No?
Okay, then I don’t.
Yes, we can’t eat this fruits because this is prohibited
Two trees are here 木, 木. And here’s creator 示.
Put it under the tree. Then what kanji can you see?
禁！Yes. This kanji means forbidden or to warn.
Do you know the name of trees, by the way?
And now, we go back to first kanji 園.
Can you recall that?
Do you remember the two people inside enclosure?
Actually, they ate fruits, and had to leave the garden.
Now enclosure has removed. Because they were expelled from the garden.
袁 is here. No enclosure. And 遠is here, attached 辶.
遠means distance. 辶shows walk.
They must have gone for distance. They walked far far away from the garden.
Let’s revision now.
They were in the “garden”. 園
They ate fruits from tree which was “forbidden”. 禁
They had to walk away long long “distance” from the garden. 遠
Kanji is interesting.
Some recalls biblical story.
It might be far-fetched story, but still interesting.
